Source is described as permanently dissolving a mechanism called the Soul Sea, ending what the reports call the deep state's cosmic soul harvest, amid a record-length US government shutdown. In November 2025, the deep state's coordinated failed efforts continued: an expected 11/11 portal opened early, on November 8 instead of November 11, catching operatives off guard, and an expected liquidity breakthrough never materialized. To reopen the government and fund operations through January 30, 2026, operatives are reported to have leveraged the Epstein files, documentation of elite figures' trafficking-network participation, to blackmail wealthy individuals, primarily Middle Eastern oil figures, into providing emergency funding, a use of blackmail unrelated to actually exposing the underlying crimes. Operatives also resurfaced a January 2018 letter proposing nationalization of Washington, D.C. and the Federal Reserve, attempting to reopen negotiations, a move formally declined on the grounds that no counterpart of equivalent standing existed.

In October 2026 the reports place the origin of the deep state's bloodline families at a giant breeding ground for the Merovingian families in China, and state that those bloodlines actually come out of the ground.

An October 2026 report describes the deep state's chosen people visiting places tied to positions once held under Source, such as rooms beneath the Dome of the Rock and the Garden Tomb in Israel and obelisks around the world, carrying machine artifacts such as white and black rods in search of appointments to those positions. The report states that no such appointment can be given: the covenant of those who had left those positions and fed their essence into the Machine ended that week, 26,000 years on, with no renewal, so the kings and queens the Machine appointed hold no real position.

A later October 2026 report describes the deep state as cybergenetic, machine-made humans that come out of bunkers, in a sense like children, brought into this world in place of other people's life force. Death itself is said to have been created in part for this purpose: without the death of humans, plants, animals and other life forms, the deep state cannot create its own cybergenetic versions of them, even within the matrix. Each such machine-made human is described as fueled by a soul kept alive in some state.

An October 2026 report describes governments, militaries and police forces as, most of the time, deep state byproducts, and describes the deep state itself as humans who are not Homo sapiens: machine-created beings with no true light of Source in them. The same report states that the deep state long had the ability to jump time, jumping from loop to loop, and lost that ability a week or two before the report; even the jump room stopped working.
