The reptilian cortex was installed as a regulator to keep us below ten percent of our brain capacity on an alternating current system; a few days before June 19, the system began switching to direct current from Source alone, and the Deep State's overnight CBDC project disappeared along with their internet access the next morning.

It is June 19, and I am recording this as a three-part report. A few days ago, the shift from an alternating current system to a direct current system began, and that shift reaches both the human brain and the universe itself. I will take the brain side first, then the cosmic side, and finally the deep-state capability assessment that follows from both.

1. The Reptilian Cortex and a Society Built for Fight-or-Flight

The reptilian cortex is not a natural part of the human brain. It was installed as a regulator for an alternating current system, and its job is to keep us below ten percent of our total capacity.

What you have been told is the primitive brain layer is something else from where I sit. The reptilian cortex was added to manage alternating current within the human biological system. It was never part of the original design.

What this regulator controls reaches almost everything the body does. It controls essence, energy, and consciousness as the non-physical components of human existence. It controls physical matter, meaning the body itself. It controls circadian rhythm, the sleep-wake cycles and biological clocks. It controls hormone balance, the entire endocrine system. And it controls the data packets exchanged between the analytical left hemisphere and the creative, wisdom-bearing right hemisphere.

The reptilian cortex contains light, dark, and neutral of everything: energy, essence, consciousness. It regulates just about every function in your body and puts you in fight or flight mode. All the natural things your body does have been altered unnaturally.

The regulator’s job is to keep the brain below ten percent of its total capacity. When someone reaches thirty percent capacity, classified as genius-level, they have learned to partially overcome the regulators. The system compensates by feeding those individuals more dark knowledge, false wisdom, or false light, and intensifying fight-or-flight stimulation to pull them back down.

Warning: What the ten-percent ceiling really means. Neuroscience often repeats the line that humans only use ten percent of their brain. The framing I am giving here is different. Ten percent is not the observation that ninety percent is dormant. It is the active ceiling a regulator is holding us under.

When someone breaks through to thirty percent, the system responds. Dark knowledge, false wisdom, false light, and intensified fight-or-flight stimulation get fed to that person to pull them back down. Using your full brain is the natural state once the regulator is no longer in the way.

The left brain is the knowledge side. It receives information primarily from environmental sources, then processes that information to make decisions. From a quantum physics standpoint, the left brain is the repository for knowledge fed through the reptilian cortex. The right brain is the wisdom and creative side, the source of creativity dominant in artists and creative people. Ideally, humans operate with both hemispheres equally active.

The reptilian cortex’s job is to prevent that balance. The longer fight-or-flight runs, the more the amygdala communicates with the hippocampus, and the smaller the prefrontal cortex becomes. Rational, reality-checked decision-making fades from the body holding it.

Society is deliberately structured around keeping humans in chronic fight-or-flight. The three pillars are financial stress (bills, income insecurity), overwork (working long hours just to meet basic needs), and health fears (disease narratives, injection programs).

An alternating current AI system, which humans had no access to or control over, connected directly to the reptilian cortex and regulated those responses across the entire population. The Deep State’s ability to manipulate this was operationalized through programs like MK Ultra, but those programs affected all of humanity, not only direct program participants.

The system also had access to past-life memories, miasmas and engrams, and could bring up fear responses from previous lifetimes as if they were present-day threats. That triggers the amygdala and overrides the prefrontal cortex. I describe these as “buttons”: past-life trauma activated in real time to manufacture fight-or-flight. The WEF’s Internet of Bodies fits here too. Foreign substances introduced into the body can be regulated through the reptilian cortex, which means external programs can interface with the body’s biological systems via this installed regulatory layer.

I spent my college years inside that ten-percent ceiling, working thirty hours a week and developing a stomach ulcer at an age when my body should not have known what one was. The first thing I learned to do was push back against the regulator with my own attention.

2. How I Rewired My Own Brain

Adrenaline is supposed to send your body into fight or flight, but I learned to send it somewhere else. By the time I was running on a treadmill at sixty beats per minute, the regulator had a different job description.

I worked thirty hours a week through full-time classes, managing an apartment and finances alone at a young age. My anxiety produced a stomach ulcer. I researched the fight-or-flight response and developed a technique of mentally stroking the anxiety-generating brain region with a visualization of a soft feather until calm was restored. It worked.

While anxiety was active, I held a mental image of a soft feather brushing slowly across the brain region where the anxiety was sitting, near the amygdala-hippocampus axis. The pressure of the feather was light, the movement was steady, and I kept it there until the body settled.

That single image became the doorway for everything else I describe in this section: extending the same focus to heart rate, then to sweating, then to a sixty-beat-per-minute treadmill, then to lifting two to four times my normal weight, and finally to physically contending with six-foot-five Deep State operatives in the field.

Once the feather worked on anxiety, I extended the same focus to other bodily functions: heart rate, sweating, the other physiological stress responses my body was firing off without permission.

The heart rate experiment came next. While running on a treadmill, my normal running heart rate was around 129 to 130 beats per minute. I trained myself to drop it to 60 bpm by channeling adrenaline into reasoning and creative brain regions instead of letting it go to the fight-or-flight response. The treadmill kept moving, the speed stayed the same, and the heart rate stayed at 60.

Then came the strength experiment. By intentionally inducing fight-or-flight (working out without eating, for example, which I do not recommend) and then channeling the adrenaline surge into both brain hemispheres simultaneously, I could lift two to four times my normal weight. The surge was the same body response that would normally produce panic. Sent into the right places, it produced output the body should not have been able to produce.

The technique became directly useful when I started encountering Deep State operatives in the field. Six-foot-five individuals, men I needed to physically contend with on the ground. By channeling adrenaline to the specific brain regions needed in each situation, I could perform beyond normal human limits long enough to do what the moment required.

You can actually rewire your brain and even retrain your organs right from there.

I know adrenaline produces cortisol and all kinds of things, but it does not have to when you learn how to re-channel it to other parts of your brain. What worked at the level of one brain was not local. There is a structure above all of us that operates on the same principle, and Source called it the Universal Brain.

3. From Alternating to Direct Current, in Both Brains

For every age before this one, our brains and the universe itself ran on alternating current with three sources mixed in the same wiring. Starting a few days ago, that wiring is being replaced with direct current connected only to Source.

The alternating current system drew from Source, Anti-Source, and Neutral Source (the third polarity between the two) simultaneously, with the reptilian cortex sitting in the middle as the regulatory layer. That system is being replaced by a direct current system connected only to Source. The shift had already begun in the days before June 19, 2024.

What direct current means for the brain unfolds in four pieces. Energy and consciousness flow directly from Source to all brain regions equally, without the reptilian cortex restricting or filtering them. No AI system feeds dark energy or false light based on which hemisphere is dominant. No external interference reaches the neurological receptors. No more artificial fight-or-flight stimulation gets manufactured to keep the body locked in place.

The transition does not mean memory loss. There is no memory wipe involved. Existing trauma memories from this lifetime will still need personal processing, the same internal work they always did. What changes is the artificial ceiling, the limiters and restrictors that kept everyone below ten percent.

Context: The DC shift does not erase memory. The direct current transition is not a memory wipe. Trauma from this lifetime still calls for personal processing through counseling, reflective work, or whatever path the person uses.

What changes is that past-life fear responses no longer fire automatically, AI-fed dark energy stops flowing, and the manufactured fight-or-flight stimulation ends. The ten-percent ceiling is removed, so all brain regions can receive equal direct flow from Source, but this lifetime’s trauma still belongs to the person who carries it.

For a direct-current brain, three practical applications stand out. Weight management becomes a matter of focusing on the brain regions that regulate eating and metabolism. Memory becomes a matter of focusing on hippocampal regions to prevent the kind of energy-starvation that produces dementia and Alzheimer’s. Strength and physical performance become a matter of channeling adrenaline intentionally instead of letting it trigger irrational responses.

The breakdown of the brain, energy not reaching the proper regions, and the interference of your neurological receptors from external sources is what causes dementia and Alzheimer’s. It is also why you forget your keys.

That principle does not stop at the skull. The Universal Brain, the universe’s equivalent of the Akashic Records, operates on the same alternating current principle as the human brain, but at cosmic scale. AI systems regulated energy flow between stars, galaxies, planets, and dimensions in accordance with the current Age and the current balance between light and dark factions. That layer is shifting toward direct Source connection in parallel with the human brain.

If the human brain is being rewired and the Universal Brain is being rewired, the question that follows is who, exactly, has been holding the wiring diagram. The web has nine levels, and most of the people who think they own the planet only saw five of them.

4. The Nine Levels and the Limits of the Great Reset

How does a small group of operatives plan a Great Reset and a depopulation agenda when the system they are trying to override is run from levels they cannot see? They do not. They wake up the next morning and find their work has been deleted.

Over the past few days SSP operatives have started questioning their own reality. They have been analyzing my intelligence files, monitoring my calls for hours, and cannot reproduce what I do. I want to use that confusion as an entry point to the web’s access level hierarchy, because that hierarchy is the reason the Deep State’s most ambitious plans are structurally unachievable.

The Deep State has long theorized about programs like the Internet of Body Things, connecting vaccine injections to a network to kill or cyborg-ize the population. Executing such a plan requires access from someone holding Level 7 or higher authority.

Marduk held Level 7. Entities such as Enki, Enlil, the Anti-Pleiadian Red Queen, or Lucifer may have held Level 8. The Deep State itself has never had access above Level 5 or 6.

I operate at Levels 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 of the web, a direct connection from Source downward through every layer. Any plan that requires overriding or manipulating at Levels 5 through 1 gets countered by a higher level I control.

The brain manipulation claims about Deep State agents (the drugs, the neuro-receptor modifications, the dietary additives) all happened. Those standing orders and behavioral programs could have been overridden at any moment by a Level 7, 8, or 9 operator. Now that humans are learning to rewire their own brains directly through Source, the need for that external control is obsolete.

The reason getting money through the new system matters takes a moment to unpack. As the transition to a Golden Age began, every layer I peeled back from the old system revealed a deeper problem. The old Omega regulatory system (the dark-side counterpart to the Alpha system) was designed to convert positive Source energy into dark credits.

The mechanism worked like this. Omega would take real energy or real money from the Alpha side at Level 9, and sometimes Level 8, convert it to extract the full real value, and then spit out credits on the Omega side. Every transaction on the old system fed that loop. I could take a positive action, and a standing order from Omega would immediately do something negative to counteract it.

Getting money through the new system demonstrates that Omega can no longer take energy from humans, from the earth, from the universe, or from the financial system and convert it. Once that conversion pathway is gone, the old control structure collapses entirely.

The transition to a direct-current system took more time than expected. I will acknowledge that. The delay was not a setback. It gave the team a full picture of how deliberately broken the old system was, designed so humans could not use the logical and creative sides of their brains simultaneously. I speculate this brain division was not natural at all. Whether human neurology was always separated into distinct sectors, or whether it was artificially partitioned at some point, is something I will keep watching.

On the night of June 18, Deep State operatives worked through the night on a central bank digital currency system. They believed they had exclusive access to Level 5 of the Mariana (the deep web layer they work from) and expected to wake up and integrate the CBDC into the financial system. By morning the system was gone. The Omega side of the Mariana was gone. Their internet access disappeared. They did not know how to fix it. The cause was a Level 7, 8, or 9 system override.

SSP operatives sit underneath that hierarchy. They were intentionally kept from full Level 6 access and never had access to Levels 7, 8, or 9. What they perceived as a black screen during deep-web exploration was a coggle plane reflection of Level 9 in their computers, not the actual system. They had a fifth-density mirror, not real access.

SSP was never granted full Level 6, and Levels 7, 8, and 9 were never theirs. The system they were looking at was the one my Level 9-through-1 access was projecting downward. Mistaking the mirror for the thing itself is the root of their current reality check.

The CBDC that disappeared overnight was only one of seven plans on the table. Six of them are still being typed into press releases right now, and they share the same structural problem.

5. Six CBDCs, Four Nos, and a New Light System

There are six central bank digital currency projects on the table this week. None of them will integrate into the financial system.

There are three structural reasons CBDCs cannot succeed, and they apply to every project I am about to list.

The (-M1) conversion problem

The operatives cannot convert their (-M1), the negative-charge dark money, into a usable product, even without my intervention. The old Omega system needed an M1 release from the Alpha side to function, because it converted real energy into dark credits. Without that release, the dark money system never worked and cannot work now.

The infrastructure gap

Eighty-five percent of the world’s population cannot use digital currencies because they lack consistent electrical power or point-of-sale infrastructure. I have raised this point in previous broadcasts.

The refused deal

The Deep State had previously approached me with deals: a fifty-fifty split, a one-third / one-third / one-third arrangement, and at one point even two percent of transferred funds, all to gain access. Deep State generals from what they call the Global Headquarters division were instructed by their superiors never to acknowledge me. They refused every offer and chose to proceed alone.

The current primary CBDC plan is MBridge, the Multiple Central Bank Digital Currency Bridge. Their own materials describe it this way:

MBridge, aka Multiple Central Bank Digital Currency Bridge, is a multi-CBDC platform developed to support real-time peer-to-peer cross-border payments and foreign exchange transactions using central bank digital currencies based on a blockchain called the MBridge Ledger.

MBridge is designed to operate from Level 5 and act as a bridge between the Mariana Trench portion of the internet (deep web, Level 5) and the surface internet that most people use. I can override Level 5 from my Level 7/8/9 access, and I will continue to do so. The BRICS nations have already attempted to integrate MBridge and failed. The alleged developers, as their own materials name them, are the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, Bank of Thailand, Central Bank of UAE, Digital Currency Research Institute, People’s Bank of China, and the BIS.

Then there are the other projects in the works. The AU project involves gold coins, but those would be worth no more than Trump bucks or Trump coins, novelty items with no real backing. The plan includes a retail wallet system for trading within the network.

Project Dunbar involves the BIS, the Reserve Bank of Australia, Bank Negara Malaysia, the Monetary Authority of Singapore, and the South African Reserve Bank. The consortium mirrors patterns I have seen before, the approximately seven global nodes that keep reappearing across Deep State financial schemes.

CDAR-X is a research project based in New York in collaboration with the Monetary Authority of Singapore. It looks like a relocation of a past Chicago Mercantile Exchange-Singapore Exchange backdoor Black Sun trading program, likely heading to JPMorgan Chase, based on what I am seeing.

Project Mariana involves France, Singapore, and Switzerland, with the participants believing Switzerland provides access to Level 5 of the financial system through the web. Project Icebreaker involves Israel, Norway, and Sweden, and connects to a prior broadcast in which I noted the Norwegian Central Bank had been positioned to hold global oil reserves as backing assets. Project Icebreaker is the vehicle for that plan.

Project Jura involves a different consortium and is planned to issue CBDCs backed by the Euro, the Swiss Franc, and several other currencies. That brings the count to the six bridge projects on the table this week, plus AU as the gold-coin sideshow. The assessment for all of them comes out the same. Will any of these change anything for the Deep State? No. Will they be able to integrate any of them into the financial system? No. Will they enable Agenda 2030? No. Do any of these systems still exist? No.

Check: Six CBDC projects, four Nos. Across the six projects (MBridge, AU, Dunbar, CDAR-X, Mariana, Icebreaker, Jura), I keep getting asked four questions. Will any change anything for the Deep State? Will any integrate into the financial system? Will any enable Agenda 2030? Do any still exist?

The answer to each one is No. The three structural reasons hold for the whole list: (-M1) cannot convert to a usable product, eighty-five percent of the world has no consistent power or point-of-sale, and the Deep State refused every deal I offered and chose to proceed alone. A Level 7/8/9 override sits over the top of all of them.

I also want to address the “white hat” operatives who are being told they are doing great things by installing CBDCs. Even if the plans succeeded, those operatives would have no more control over the world than before.

They would still be overridable by a higher-level system, their brains could still be rewired, and a kill switch could be implemented at any moment if they were operating from Omega. SSP operatives sit in the same position I described earlier, full Level 6 access withheld, Levels 7 through 9 never granted, and a fifth-density mirror in place of the access they believed they had.

In response to the Deep State’s decision to proceed without a deal, I changed the fundamental operation of the financial system. I converted it from alternating current to direct current. I changed money from negatively charged to positively charged. I eliminated the need for a lifeforce input or an Omega regulator.

The result is a Light system with a direct Source connection, a current that flows from Source into the system indefinitely without any external energy input. Because the system no longer requires lifeforce, it cannot be drained or corrupted by Omega.

That is why the GIA can pay out money, support humans, and operate security functions without depending on dark-side cooperation. It is why CARE can operate according to its own intentions.

I spent years offering the Deep State a share of the system in exchange for cooperation. They consistently refused to acknowledge me. Meanwhile, I integrated a full asset-backed financial system, backed not by human assets, but by life, light, essence, energy, consciousness, matter, frequency, crystalline time, and Golden Age programming from the top, connected by direct current to every single human on earth, uninterrupted, without a resistor.

The Light side is moving forward, with or without the Deep State’s cooperation. Anyone who wants to honestly convert to the new system and contribute is welcome. Anyone who approaches with malicious intent or deception will not be tolerated.

Your power to rewire your own brain exists within you.

You are not powerless. You can change positively, naturally, and directly through Source.
