In a debt system you own nothing, not your house, not your paycheck, not even yourself, and the prisoner bonds that those in charge issue against each one of us sit at the root of the entire financial system.

We’ve talked about how the machine is connected to you, the machine being the artificial system built to control people.

We’ve talked a little about the history of how we landed here and how the inversion works, the way the machine has turned the real attributes of Source upside down, and that we’re at war. I keep saying we’re at war all the time.

Now it’s becoming more and more apparent what the war actually is, why we keep looping around and around, and how the machine’s side keeps jumping us back when we think we’ve made progress. All of a sudden there’s a time jump, and we’re pulled back again.

All of this has come up over these last couple of episodes of, I guess we’re calling it the GIA again, because it makes people happy.

Assets, labor, infrastructure, land, and housing: all the things we understand or believe we actually own and pay for. But you don’t, not in a debt system.

So what is an asset in a debt system? For example, you are an asset of the government. Why? You’re an asset of the deep state. Why? On the face of it, that doesn’t make any sense.

You have heard about birth certificate bonds and a number of other things. We’ve talked about them on here several times, but understanding what that really means, and how we got here, is going to tell you how the financial system is going to change.

I’ve been trying to do this step by step. I thought it would be easier than a long two- or three-hour GIA report you have to listen to two or three times. Hopefully this breaks the information down in a different way that you’re going to like. We’re hoping you will, anyway.

1. Governments Own Nothing Now, and Your Labor Makes You Their Asset

Tank, who asks the questions in these reports, had watched a video that he thought was about where I was headed with all this, and a couple of lines in it were really quotable. It said the government used to own things.

In a representative government, which is what we have, or allegedly have, the government owns things on behalf of you, the citizens. Those things were your country’s assets. Now you no longer own them.

The assets that were supposed to be for the people aren’t anymore: land, housing, utilities, infrastructure. The government used to own those things in order to provide for people and to earn money.

The whole idea was that the people are the labor, and they work and create more wealth to put back into the infrastructure.

According to current numbers, though, countries don’t own anything, and governments don’t own anything anymore. Tank asked whether that was in harmony with what I was saying. Which governments was he talking about? Well, I guess China owns everything, right? That much I can say.

Take labor. We go to work, or we have our own business, or we think we do, and we earn what we know as money, which you have to do to survive. There’s no way around it, really.

You have to earn the money to survive in today’s world, and even more so to actually thrive. You can’t get on a plane. You can’t travel. You can’t put gas in your car.

Those in charge know this. They know they’ve created a system where you are dependent on the services and things that they provide. Therefore you provide your labor, and you kind of do it mostly for free.

You get debt. You get a note, a debt note rather than real money. That’s the first thing you get for your labor. You have lots of notes now.

Look at the governments, and even the world government. Look at the group called the Foundation, and the Black Sun, and the Sanhedrin, whichever group you’re talking about. Each one is still governance. It’s still asset management. Let’s call them the asset managers.

Recognize the fact that you are an asset in this system, because you produce things. Assets are things that produce things for somebody else, whose life they enrich.

At one point, governments were structured more like an employee-owned company, where all the employees owned shares in the land, like mineral rights, hundreds of years ago.

As a citizen, you could own mineral rights and mine the minerals. Then the people running things developed things like hallmarking, the official stamp on refined metal, to make those minerals worth something.

The people running things are a part of the food chain, so to speak, where they get to collect their money and their fees. That’s why a lot of people held gold in doré bars, unrefined bars that carried no hallmark.

A doré bar was still worth something, because you could melt it down and trade it in for money back when we were on a gold-backed system. At least that’s the way we understood it.

Now your ability to produce things makes you an asset on the asset managers’ balance sheet. In the past, it made you an asset on the collective’s balance sheet.

An old ledger tilted like a scale, with a pair of worn work gloves on one pan dissolving into short columns of figures
The worker hasn't changed. The ledger the work is entered into has.

2. Wartime Bonds Leave You Less Than 15 Percent of What You Earn

In the natural order of things, it’s not a debt system. You do something, you earn something, and this is the difference between currency and debt notes.

We’ll probably have to have some kind of money system for a little while, where you do something and earn something for it, simply because we don’t even like ourselves very much at this stage in the game, let alone other people.

We as people are going to need some fixing, and there’s going to be some PTSD. We all have PTSD. I’ve said this before. People are going to have to come to an understanding of all this. That isn’t going to happen like the flip of a switch, but it does get better and better over time.

It has already started getting better for a lot of people. Their friends are coming to them with questions now.

Those friends are starting to wake up and realize something is different, something is wrong.

Waking up like that makes people angry a lot of the time, especially when someone is questioning the truth they’ve built up in their heads over the years. That goes even for people in the New Age community who have been talking for years and have written books.

I don’t agree with, what is their name, Ashayana Deane or something like that, and I bring that up because that work became the gold standard for a long time.

Now I’m causing the people who followed it to question their reality. A lot of things are going to come up that question people’s reality, and this is where we have to spend time.

First of all, working on ourselves, which a lot of people don’t have the time for or don’t want to take the time to do. Then we have a lot of repair work to do. This is part of the restoration.

We were once like a whole employee-owned company where we all participated as citizens. We would put the work in, and we would receive things in return. Sometimes what came back to us was simply the byproduct of whatever each person’s purpose was. We were all sharing.

When things went awry, during wartime, those in charge invented things like bonds. What those bonds said, in effect, was: “Okay, well, you’re a citizen here, so now we will allow you to continue to exist as long as you produce for us.”

After taxes and buying things from their corporations, you may retain probably less than 10 to 15 percent of what you actually make. And that’s a very conservative estimate, because their job is to ensure that you never make more than you end up spending.

Whether you’re spending it on interest, on their goods and services, on their agricultural food chain, or on their healthcare products, pharma and the things like that they produce, you spend it.

Tank jumped in here, because he felt it needed a little explanation. You’re basically getting taxed on your income. You have an income tax, then a state tax. You go out and buy goods, and there’s a sales tax.

Then there’s a deed tax, a property tax. In all of these different ways they’re taking money from you, so that you can basically occupy a space and survive, never really to thrive.

If you think you own your house, he said, stop paying taxes and you’ll see how long you have it. So you don’t really own anything, because they’ve taken possession of everything.

Yes, over time they have. They put us into a position where we get to retain nothing. This is part of another process too, which I’m going to talk about in a second.

3. Supply Chains and the Futures Market Bank on Your Future Labor

Infrastructure is things like roadways. We think of bridges when I say infrastructure. What we don’t think about sometimes is systems. Systems are our infrastructure too.

We acquire goods and services at stores. We go shopping, we go to the shops, we buy what we need, and this is all infrastructure that is provided for you as well.

A long, long time ago, especially for the poor, you could get milk, you could get cheese, you could get things from the government when you couldn’t “afford” them, in quotes.

Infrastructure is also supply chains, supply and demand. The people running those supply chains are constantly creating the demand for their own supplies. You must buy a new Apple phone every year.

You’ve got to get the upgrade. If you don’t want the upgrade, within two or three years the thing starts to degrade anyway, and you’ve got to get the next one.

They constantly keep you feeling that you need to keep up with the Joneses. You must have these clothes. You must have this kind of car or you’re worthless. You must have this watch. You must have this shirt. Your kids must have these things or they’re going to be ridiculed at school.

Everybody wants something all of the time, whatever it is in this world. It’s called living in lack.

Tank thinks the name for that wearing out after two or three years is planned obsolescence, where things are actually designed to break down, things that should last much longer.

We allegedly have satellites and ships in outer space that have been there for 50, 60, 70 years, he pointed out, and we can’t get a car to last more than 10, or a phone that lasts more than four. Or you still have to put money into it to make it that far.

Oh yeah, I said, constant maintenance, and it’s daily maintenance, however many times you have to go to the pump and put petrol or gas in your car.

All of this constant paying, Tank said, goes back to the privatization of global wealth.

He recalled what I had said about the original time of Atlantis, when everyone was connecting with Source, everything was shared, and every action would ultimately take yourself and others into account.

Now the ultra wealthy, the top 10 percent, control 70 percent of all the wealth just in the U.S., or probably more than that. These numbers, he said, really speak to us not being free in any way.

No, we’re not free. Most people would think there’s not really a clear path out of that. Even if you manage to have a car, and a home, and all of these things, you still had to earn it in some way, shape, or form to get there, 99 percent of the time.

If you do want that Apple phone, you have to charge it. That means you need electricity too, which is mostly government run in most countries around the world, government run or some kind of convoluted co-op. I’ve had those before, too, but it’s really not a co-op.

They say, oh, here are your shares. You’ve paid in $30,000 in electricity to us. Thank you very much. And you have earned $1.27. Thank you, thank you. That makes you feel good, to think you’re part of something.

Farmers, and even food, are caught in the same kind of setup. Everybody wants the big contracts, because you can take those contracts to the bank and factor them.

In other words, you get a loan against your future production. The commodities futures market, built in the 1990s, runs on the same thing.

They’re banking on your future labor. Really, it’s our labor. We are the laborers, and technically we work for free, and in our minds that means slavery.

Yes, Tank said, it does. That sure does mean slavery.

4. A Paycheck That Is Only Debt, and Medical Bills Your Family Keeps Paying

Last time we were talking about faith in the governments, Tank said, and even the governments themselves now have such high debt, because everything has been privatized. In that same video he watched, the guy said that every hundred days the U.S. debt increases by a trillion dollars.

So if the governments aren’t even making money, and the people aren’t making money, it seems like the whole system should be on the verge of collapsing.

Well, that’s what you’d think. But then, who is making the money? For a long time, free money poured into the system. It does not now.

By the time the money gets to you, it’s like fast forwarding to the end. Oh, look, there’s the paycheck. Then, whoo, a little goes there, a little goes there, it all drains away, and you end up back at zero. And then you go again.

Just because you have numbers on a screen doesn’t mean you actually earned anything. You’re willing to take these debt instruments because somebody will take them and give you food. You didn’t actually even earn a tangible object. You earned more debt. You now owe more debt to the system.

Even if you don’t have credit cards, a mortgage, or anything else, and you’re one of those people who pays for everything in cash, you are still paying for it in debt instruments.

You work really hard to get them, and they only put you further in debt.

You’re damned if you do and you’re damned if you don’t. However much cash you have in your pocket, you’re still in debt. You still owe the system for that.

On the other hand, get the credit cards, put the phone on a card, make payments, get the car, make payments. That’s all a part of our society.

We want to live, right? We want to drive a car. We want to have a house. We want to have a nice family. We want to be able to feed our family. So we do all of these things. The whole arrangement is dastardly. It just never gets called that officially.

Tank remembered me telling him about a gentleman I had spoken to who was basically judging people.

He and the people he was with wanted to create a kind of meritocracy, where you were a good person or a bad person depending on whether you contributed to the system in a meaningful way, by a very specific definition of what they thought was good.

What would be good is that you go and work really hard, take your money, create new debt, and constantly pay that debt off until you die. That’s basically their system.

You had the illusion in life that you were thriving, but in reality you had to work and give up your life force, constantly and excessively, so that you could have more of these debt instruments to keep paying off.

Or else the deep state considers you what they call, quote unquote, a worthless eater.

The deep state still needs disease, though, tremendous amounts of disease. You think, well, why would they want to give us diseases if they need us to do labor?

We can’t do labor if we have a disease. Oh, my friends, no, no, no, no. You pay into the medical system, because they don’t cure anything anymore.

You go into remission. There are even words for all of this stuff. When you have something, then it goes away, and then it doesn’t come back, they call it remission, not a cure. You’re never free.

In 1939 they actually passed a law to make it illegal to cure cancer. That’s just the one I know off the top of my head, but there are others.

If you’re not paying, your spouse is going to pay, because they want you to be okay. They’re going to buy tons and tons of pharmaceuticals to support their spouse, their kids, whoever has the disease.

Even though the sick person doesn’t produce, everybody else is going to keep producing on their behalf to make sure they’re okay. Because you love them.

No matter how you slice it, human behavior comes into all of this, into how we do things. It comes from memory. What made you tick in the last lifetime? What makes you tick in this lifetime? And what was making you tick 10 lifetimes ago? So they know how to keep you going.

5. When Your Mortgage Becomes a Bond, the Bondholder Holds Your Deed

Just like in the world of the stock market and the bond market, an asset is only an asset as long as the bond coupons are being paid, meaning the payments are being made on whatever debt stands behind that bond.

Wait, Tank said, please repeat that.

Let me explain it to you in layman’s terms. We’ve all heard about derivatives, derivative bubbles, and maybe you don’t know what that is. To show how this works in the world of the markets, bonds or stocks or otherwise, let me give you the example of mortgages.

There’s a system called MERS (Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems), the electronic registry for mortgages, and everything goes into the MERS system. But there’s a second part to this process as well.

Let’s say a bank wrote 100 mortgages last month. They usually do many more than that. The bank can now take a look at them and give each loan a risk assessment. Who do they think might default, and who do they think might pay?

Those are opposite ends of the spectrum. The payers are obviously a higher grade, because they’ve consistently been paying mortgages for 40 years and never missed a payment, and their credit’s really good.

Over here, you have the people who maybe had a foreclosure in the past, or a bankruptcy, maybe let the house go, so they’re a little on the iffy side. But there’s always a second chance to get another mortgage.

The bank puts them all together, adds them up, and averages them out, with the goal of pushing that portfolio’s worth up. The worse your credit is, the higher the interest rate. The better your credit is, the lower the interest rate.

When the bank looks at this big lump of 100 loans, it takes two factors into account, and eventually the MERS system does too. The first: how much money can we earn? They average out the interest everybody is going to pay.

The second: what’s my risk on that money? This is how they decide what the whole thing is worth, and then they stick a bond on top of it for all hundred loans.

The coupon on the bond is based on the average of the interest rates on all the mortgages, plus the risk. This is a grade A bond. This is a grade B bond.

The only ones that get the top grades, like double A plus bonds, are those big corporations out there that don’t fail, because the World Bank will just pay their debt for them, or there’s free money coming to them all the time. Like Johnson & Johnson or something.

This is where the banks make money. They take that bond and sell it to the Fed, and the Fed sells it on the open market, or the bank sells it through a BlackRock or one of these people. Now those buyers own all of these mortgages.

The Fed is private. BlackRock is private. These are all private corporations that the bonds get sold to, and now they’re the ones who actually get the interest from the banks, at least in part.

So you’re not just paying interest to the bank. You’re also paying it to the private corporation that holds that bond.

So now, who holds the deed? It’s the bondholder who owns it. And this process is called privatization.

A stack of one hundred house documents bound together, a single bond certificate laid on top, and from it a house deed drifting toward a distant glass tower
A hundred households go into the bundle. Their deeds end up somewhere none of them live.

Many, many years ago, during the time of the continental dollar, before the U.S. dollar existed, there was an entirely different system that didn’t involve this whole several-stage process.

The main banks in the country, which even then were owned by the elite, were simply deemed to be the treasury.

JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, all of the banks that existed during that time were your lenders of choice. That was where all the money came from. That’s who printed the money.

Everything in your pocket was on the, quote unquote, gold standard, so to speak, until they claimed the world ran out of gold. That never actually happened. It’s impossible for it to happen.

6. Debt Tied to Your Birth Certificate, and an Earth With Every Asset Registered

Tank had a question here. He’s very familiar with the MERS system.

If anyone has ever signed a mortgage, he said, it is the most obscene pile of documents. It’s 4,000 pages, and there’s absolutely no way you’re reading through it.

In these MERS agreements you’re actually pledging, like, your soul. There’s all types of really clever language that you would just never find.

People even think there’s something in there about cloning you and collecting your DNA. You’re literally pledging yourself to the bank, or whatever private organization.

On top of that, and Tank doesn’t know if this still happens, what used to happen is the banks would take your Social Security number or your birth certificate bond.

That bond has an amount of money attached to it, and a corporation attached to it as well. They’d take your mortgage and put it into the system along with that bond, he guessed, and get reimbursed for the whole loan you just took out.

Say you took out a $100,000 loan. They get $100,000 from a bank account set up on your birth certificate number. Now they have zero debt on that loan. They’ve already been paid.

Then for the next 30 years they’re charging you, based on your life force, for a debt that was already paid off. They’ve got an interest in your labor. He just didn’t know, he said, how fully jacked up this whole thing was.

It’s called fractionated banking, Tank: you get divided into pieces, and different lenders each own a piece. Privatization has occurred. You as a person are worth something, because you can work, and you do work.

How many people own a piece of Tank?

This is where the birth certificates come in. Mortgage bank number one has a vested interest in Tank. Therefore it owns a piece of your personal bond, because you’re the debt guy. You owe debt. You owe lots of debt.

You might have a car loan, and that bank also owns a piece of your birth certificate. It holds a personal private loan against your alleged self, right? Yourself, your soul, and otherwise. Then you might owe this person or that person, this institution or that institution.

By the way, when you sign an employment contract in this country, or any other one for that matter, you owe that employer something. You owe it to them to show up for the hours you agreed to and to do the thing they told you to do.

That’s also a loan. You’re agreeing to pay taxes. You’re agreeing to do a lot of different things. Literally, the system is so dastardly.

Where do all these bonds end up, every single one of them, in order for them to matter? Including your birth certificate, they end up at ANNA, the Association of National Numbering Agencies, in Belgium, which everyone thinks just numbers everything.

Is that true? Tank asked. Yes, they do number everything. However, all of these bonds, once they reach the elite, go to the ANNA system, and now other bonds are created from them.

Preservation of life. Remember, that was the job of the primordials, the first beings we talked about. They may have had different kinds of jobs, but the jobs were all about preservation of life, life as they define it.

But by 2007, the beginning of 2007, that ended. Obviously, primordials, you’re not preserving anything. That claim is a lie. You’re done. And then the markets crashed worldwide by 2008.

That’s where the registry comes in: every single asset on the planet was registered to the trust, as we usually say. The Fijians actually call it the great white throne. Everything was registered, every single thing, including us and the earth, in-ground assets and above-ground assets.

The great market crash in 2008 wasn’t really a housing bubble. Basically everything that could be registered, every asset on the planet, was already registered.

Back when the system used to work, you would put something in to get something out. Now there was nothing left to put in, right? Tank agreed: that was the point where there was nothing left to put into the system.

Even with everything registered, the bonds still outstanding matter too, and understand that there are still more bonds on your person.

7. Privatization Turns Everything From Child Protective Services to Prisons Into Bonds

The great privatization game started around 1975. The timing depends on what country you’re in, but in the U.S. it was ‘75, and pretty much worldwide it had started by ‘75. All things that were government services became privatized.

That means a private person, group, or entity, such as BlackRock or Vanguard or State Street, now owns things and is responsible for services the government used to provide, such as Child Protective Services (CPS) in the U.S.

These are hugely lucrative contracts. If you talk to anybody in any industry, they would do anything to get a government contract, because it seems like the government overpays.

Child Protective Services, for example, is a private organization. It’s not a government organization. In fact, I actually have the recording of a CPS employee here in the United States saying that they were not bound by the Constitution.

When Bill Clinton was in office, Hillary Clinton had a lot of power, and she actually wrote the grant regulations for Child Protective Services.

She made it so the entire organization is incentivized to take children. Year over year, they have to take more children than the year before so they can continue to get their grant funding.

So imagine, you think they’re protecting you, but they are literally supposed to take more kids away from their parents. That’s their job. And they get incentivized for it.

Supply and demand, Tank said. We know from Nancy Schaefer, a former Georgia state senator, and others that Child Protective Services has been taking kids for a long time, and it’s literally legalized trafficking.

That’s what your tax dollars are helping to create.

Governments are also forced to spend enormous amounts.

A government, whether state, city, or otherwise, has to spend the budget it asked for the prior year by July. Why? Remember, everything is bonds: treasury bills, treasury notes, treasury bonds. Everything is a bill and a bond.

By the end of June, and usually in July, it’s like a feeding frenzy for every government contractor. You would have a contract to sell pencils to the government at five cents, as an example, and come July they’ve got to get rid of their budgets.

You can now sell those same pencils for a dollar. The five cent pencil becomes a dollar, two dollars, five dollars. The five thousand dollar toilet seat. It doesn’t matter what it is.

This is where all those ridiculous government spending figures come from. They must pay out the budget.

Otherwise the bond on the other side of that budget becomes a risky bond. The budget is there to pay for services the governments are providing to their citizens to preserve life, and if it isn’t spent, the bond behind it could actually be called back.

Tank reminded me of a couple of years ago, when we actually took apart the budget they were trying to get people to approve. Oh yeah, 5,000 pages.

We all read 5,000 pages of the biggest pile of garbage. Don’t get me wrong, I didn’t read 5,000 pages, but we had a team of 27 people who took that budget apart thoroughly.

There were things in the budget from like 1995 that didn’t exist anymore. There was all kinds of stuff to create a police state, just horrifying, and some of it complete lies.

They literally signed off on the same thing that had been there for 20 years and just renewed it to take more money. They might as well have written Mary had a little lamb, lamb, lamb.

It was like what we used to do in school, Tank said. Hey, the cat was black. What a big fat black cat. Was he big? Wow, very, very, very big. Your word quota.

It just had to be 5,000 pages, so you check a box and give me money. There wasn’t even a spreadsheet in there. No numbers, no nothing. I have never seen anything like it.

It was like a recycled book from 30 years of guys showing up at a congressman’s office: just sign here, just sign here, it’s fine. It was like 100 rough drafts of War and Peace that didn’t say anything.

There’s another kind of bond I want to mention. You could get pulled over and get a traffic ticket. Believe it or not, the traffic tickets a police department issues are bonds, and that’s why officers get pushed at the end of the month to write more of them.

They are required to issue as many of these bonds to citizens as they can, because some other party owns the bonds on all traffic tickets, for example, the country of South Africa. It doesn’t matter what it is, a fine or a ticket.

There’s a friend of mine, and I’m just going to call it a friend of mine for now, whose parents are being harassed right now because they have a farm and a decent amount of land in Australia. They’re fighting right now, because the government wants to fine them or take their land.

They are paid up on their taxes. They owe nothing.

The Australian government is very broke right now. I don’t even think they’re treading water at this point.

It’s no surprise to me that they’re trying to convince citizens to take the fine, because they can now issue a bond against those fines. They think they can go to the Treasury, and the Treasury goes to the Fed, or BlackRock will buy the bond.

Because who’s going to default and let the government take your land? Nobody, right? It’s not really your land anyway. It never really was. It probably belongs to BlackRock or somebody else.

People are still going to fight that ticket, Tank said. It’s your home, and they know it. This is what the broke elite do. Watch out. Make sure you’ve got all your i’s dotted and your t’s crossed.

A pencil, a toilet seat, a traffic ticket, and a set of prison bars each turning into identical bond certificates stacked into one pile
A ticket and a prison are bonds in themselves. A pencil and a toilet seat get marked up so a bond-backed budget gets spent.

And speaking of watching out, prisons all over the world have been privatized over the last several years.

Tank had a fun fact. In the state of Florida, for example, every single prison in the entire state is owned by sitting judges in that same state, six judges who own every single prison. Conflict of interest much?

Oh no, not at all. Technically they work for the government, and the government is basically all private anyway. All they’re doing is acting as power brokers for their own selves. I’m sure it’s probably in some trust, or their wife’s, you know, fluffy foundation or something.

Tank wondered whether that might influence their decision-making processes.

The money is also counted per indictment. If you were to go to prison and you were indicted on four charges, let’s just say that’s worth well over $4 million, up to $8 million, depending on the charge.

Now think about that. Someone gets put into prison, and now they’re taking from that person’s bond to pay for their prison.

Prisons are very profitable, because no one cares how you treat prisoners. Prisons are a service with guaranteed money.

You can factor against those things, issue bonds, all kinds of stuff, because the government is going to pay you for the service. So have faith, right? They actually cracked down on this. Well, they pretended to crack down on this.

I know personally, because I did try to get several people out who were serving 30- and 40-year terms in prison. It was a first-time charge. They had no criminal record.

There was no reason for them to be there that long, and they were already 18 years deep into a 40-year sentence. So that is a horrifying setup.

8. Earth Is a Debtor’s Prison for Prisoners of the Atlantean Wars

Well, there just might be some other prisoner bonds out there too. Tank wanted to hear about that.

We said we were at war. We know we’ve been captured by a machine. We know that part of that machine is a bloodline that belongs to the machine itself. Those who have fallen are primordials, right? We’ve determined that: the fallen primordials.

We are in a prison cell we call the matrix, the artificial reality that holds us. Those fallen primordials must issue bonds against us, the prisoners, which is all of us. They have to, in order to, quote unquote, preserve the life of the prisoners.

But there’s a caveat: this is not just any prison. Its rules are also enforced by the International Court of Justice. In fact, the elite have their own private International Court of Justice as well, by the way.

The people who serve the primordials will even tell you who they serve. What is that term? I always say this wrong. The nephilim. It says right on their business card that they serve the nephilim.

In case anybody doesn’t know, Tank explained, the nephilim, or the giants, are the offspring of the fallen angels with mankind.

I’ll see if I can drum up that business card. That’s a great business card, Tank said. The guy whose card it was, his name was Rick, and I can’t remember his last name off the top of my head.

As far as I know, he’s still around, still kicking. You can even see some people on LinkedIn and places like that who work for that private, elite International Court of Justice.

That’s the high cabal court, basically, Tank said, the court of that ruling elite. They’re basically the prison guards. They’re glorified prison guards.

Now, this is a debtor’s prison here as well, just so you know. You exist here because you were born here, and being born here is what puts you in it.

Under debtor’s prison rules, which have been around for hundreds of years that we know of, but actually for billions of years that we don’t know of, you own nothing. Everything is taken from you at the time of your imprisonment.

For us, the time of your imprisonment is the time you’re born. The point is that the prison guards can take everything from you.

Tank said he’d heard many times, as we all have, that we live on a prison planet, but he had never heard it actually explained until today. So this is, in reality, a prison planet.

We’re prisoners of war from the wars, the Atlantean wars, the war that goes back to the time of Atlantis. He wanted to make sure that was recapped for people, because that’s a pretty profound piece of information to drop on people.

The Earth floating in space as a vast cell with barred windows, bundles of paper notes pushed out between the bars
The bars are set into the planet itself, and the prisoners inside are the ones asking for more notes.

Tank pointed out that we usually associate being imprisoned with having committed a crime, or with a debtor’s prison, which I had talked about before in connection with China.

China, he said, has a pretty aggressive debtor’s prison. They’ll take everything from you and then send you off to another country to build things.

Yes, it does. If you’re imprisoned in China, you have to pay to be in prison. If you commit a crime, your family or somebody has to pay for you to exist, pay for your food, pay for your lodging. If you can’t afford it, you go into a labor camp.

China gets all this free money from the United Nations, the World Bank, and other places. Then they take their prisoners and ship them off, whether they have experience or not, to build airports or power plants.

You’ve got a whole bunch of inexperienced people building all over the world for China, for free.

Tank said it felt like listening to another complaining contractor who had worked for Trump, because it’s the same exact model: the work is free.

Once the power plant is almost completed, and the people of whatever country think they’re going to get power, the plant gets blown up, and China’s side starts all over again. That way China gets more money from the United Nations.

This is how they put it: Not my problem. The rebel group, the tiki wawas, a group that doesn’t even exist, just blew up our plant. Oh, it’s so sad. The war happened, just blew up our plant. Need to build it again. Or the school. Whatever it is.

And who’s going to get the contract? Having a United Nations contract is just as valuable as having a government contract. The world government contracts never get seen.

The thing is, Tank said, they don’t ever really care about infrastructure or building anything. That’s kind of the big secret. It’s more like a giant money laundering scheme.

They just use the velocity of money to create more money, constantly and perpetually. Move it here, move it there, then pay this guy. Courts work the same way, with the real deal done out of sight. Talk to any lawyer and they’ll tell you it’s decided long before the big argument happens.

We watch TV and see the big elaborate argument made in court, and the jurors start to cry and they’re moved. It doesn’t work that way. The people involved go behind closed doors, decide who’s going to get what and who’s paying for what, and make a decision. Then they lay it out.

And for us, Tank, we sit there and say we need more of those notes all the time, every day. Give us more debt. I need more debt. Give me some more. I need those notes. I need as many of those notes as I can possibly get, digital or otherwise. I need more notes.

The energy around money is so cursed that it doesn’t matter how much of it you have, there’s the constant and perpetual fear that you will never have enough. And you’ll never get out.

You don’t get out of debtor’s prison until your debts are paid. It’s impossible.

9. You Are Born Owing a Debt, and Incarnation Means Coming Back to Pay It

Think about a baby, Tank said. Something perpetuated through lots of religions, in different ways, is that you are born evil. You’re born a sinner. You’re born a negative spirit. Even if it’s subtle, it’s there.

So think about it: you come out of the womb owing a debt. Has anyone ever seen a baby and thought it was anything other than just an amazing baby? Isn’t that enough? But the way it’s set up, no. On day one, the baby’s whole life of owing is already lined up.

Every one of us has gone through this on this prison planet, because of this Atlantean war that we keep having perpetually, a war that on some level we’re responsible for.

We were given choices in that war, but there wasn’t really a way out. Tank said he didn’t know, though, how a baby could make a choice like that.

Well, it doesn’t matter. You were born here, right? You were born here, so you owe a debt. And actually, you’ve been here before. You had to come back because you didn’t pay all your debts last time, which is impossible.

It is impossible to do. Those running this prison have made it impossible to do. So you’ve got to come back and continue to pay. That’s called incarnation.

Oh my gosh, Tank said.

To further illustrate my point about everything being an inversion, Tank pointed out that there are only two words in the entire Bible consistently associated with salvation.

The first one is grace, and the second one is mercy. Grace is an unmerited gift, meaning you can’t do anything to earn it. It sounds beautiful in principle.

But realize that they invert it. They’re basically saying you can’t earn your salvation. In principle, what you can’t earn is a gift. In their inversion, what you can’t earn is your salvation.

They’re telling you that the second word, mercy, is where you deserved to be punished for being born, and you were spared. That’s their version, from the ones constantly getting you to worship the machine as a God.

This is how the machine has inverted the real attributes of Source. That, to him, is really powerful when you consider how it manipulates our lives.

The machine’s side created both the good seed and the bad seed, which is why there’s a White and a Black empire. Remember: the good seed and the bad seed. So which one are you? You can be either one of them, but which one are you?

Either way, they created both. It’s still bad by our standards. You’re still getting fed something that isn’t real. Exactly, Tank said. Just like the food in our grocery stores, some of it’s not real.

10. Every Primordial Fails Source’s Assessment, and No New Prisoner Bonds Can Be Issued

The reason I’m telling you all about this is that this is what is going on behind the financial system right now.

The prisoner bonds are the root behind everything we’re talking about. Everything. Without the ability to issue new prisoner bonds, the financial system doesn’t work, and those running it need so much money.

Without the right to issue them, the treasuries can’t issue bonds, the Fed can’t issue bonds, BlackRock can’t issue bonds.

Nobody can issue bonds, because they don’t have the right anymore, because you’re not a debtor anymore. That’s the root of their financial system.

There’s no going back. There’s no time jump now. There’s no time jump to go back, because we’ve gone full circle, or a figure-eight-ish infinity loop, back to the very beginning of the Atlantean wars.

We’re right there at that moment of creation, when they created this other side, the machine’s side, when the primordials submitted themselves, when the primordials were even created. Now we’re at that moment.

They tried to reverse it. They’ve tried to put us back again, because they’ve done it successfully many times. Pulled us back, pulled us back, pulled us back.

Tank asked me to tell him if this was wrong, but now that we’re at the moment where we are not debtors, wouldn’t it seem our choices have a lot more power and weight? We can choose to abstain from the system.

Tank, don’t push, I told him.

As we’re talking, there are emergency meetings going on all over governments, because there’s a problem. The Fed believes the U.S. Treasury is going to solve the problem.

The Treasury is going to go into the ANNA system and try to tap into those prisoner bonds. When they can’t issue off of those bonds, then what happens?

They’ve been trying to push these prisoner bonds and all this kind of stuff into the crypto markets, too, to stabilize stablecoins. So what’s going to happen if there are no bonds and the debt system changes? This is the way you change the debt system, right here.

Now, another little caveat. Say, hypothetically, Tank is cloned. Or Trump, not to say that that happened. It’s about the soul. What they clone carries the artificial soul, the machine’s soul.

It’s not a real soul. They’re born without a soul. Tank leaves the planet, and another person comes here in his place, a non-person person, the deep state person, one of them.

If they need several of us to leave so that several more of them can come, because they’re losing a battle, then here’s how it works. There’s a war, there’s a bombing, there’s something that goes on that swaps us out for them.

That swap works like the unintended, non-agreed-to, hidden language in your birth certificate and otherwise: it basically obligates you to do your duty until your debt is paid. Bonds, bonds, bonds, bonds, bonds. And in your mortgage, like Tank said.

Now, that’s what would have happened, usually? Tank asked. That’s what would have happened consistently, yes. Until your debt is paid.

The other thing I need to tell you about happened last weekend. I know everybody gets angry when I don’t get reports out, but there’s always a reason for it. You’ve got to give me a little bit of leeway here. I know, not much.

Last weekend we had intended to finish up some of the Beyond the Matrix reports.

I tried to record them on my laptop, because I wasn’t near the computer I have to be on to do this recording, and the file was corrupted, and there’s nothing I could do. Surprise, surprise. But everything happens in its own time.

I knew there were some big meetings going on with a bunch of deep state people underneath the state of New York, underneath the entire metropolitan New York City area, which also includes the boroughs, like Brooklyn, and around the state. The meetings started earlier than anticipated.

I knew about this meeting and was watching them, and then all of a sudden they sped it up. They weren’t supposed to arrive until Thursday, but all of a sudden everybody started to arrive Tuesday. I started listening to some of these meetings, and they were making plans.

It almost sounded like one of those annual meetings. But I’m thinking, what are these people doing here? Why are they sitting there looking for money? It makes no sense to me. They were anticipating something to happen Thursday, and they were definitely anticipating something over the weekend.

So much so that last week an associate of mine, I’ll leave it as an associate of mine, got a call from some people who work for the United Nations, one of whom also probably is a Jesuit, let’s just say that’s a guess.

They said it was a good time to have a meeting with Ms. Goguen, meaning me. Well, I don’t know what I can do for you, but I’ll listen, even though I’m not really entirely interested in their program anymore.

But don’t call this weekend, one of them said. There’s something going on this weekend. Wait until next week to call. By Monday, they said it was okay to call, and then here we go again, right? Nothing worked out the way they thought it was going to.

They didn’t really figure that out until Monday or Tuesday of this week, and then all heck broke loose. This week has been particularly bumpy for them, simply because they need help from you.

Isn’t that funny? You’re so afraid of them. You think, oh, they’re doing terrible things to us. And I know they’re doing terrible things. I know. I know they do.

But you know what? They want help from you. They have lost.

What they were anticipating over the weekend was that time of assessment we talked about in the other report, when all the primordials had to go back to Source. And something interesting happened. Source basically made some decisions, and they all lost their jobs.

Source has made other arrangements for creation to occur, and they’re no longer needed. We’re back at that point of the beginning, where they were created in the first place.

So these idiots under New York and elsewhere were waiting to get a new job. They thought they were going to step in as the primordials, the nephilim, or whatever you call them.

They were going to be reassigned, they thought. As if the message would be: after a billion and a half years of not performing to the standards, we’re going to reassign you to a new job.

Holding creation hostage, Tank said, does not count as doing your job. But we provided them with life, they’d say.

This meeting went on for a couple of days straight, at least in our time. Tank recalled that we had talked about how Source can have an assessment meeting at any time on any covenant, and this was one of those assessments.

He imagines it like an employee assessment. You pull everybody in. Hey, let’s take a little review of your work. I see here that you’ve been enslaving humanity for a billion and a half years. Nice.

Not just humanity. Galaxy after galaxy, many species.

Source went through this with the primordials and basically failed all of them on their assessment. They’ve all failed. They no longer have the rights or power, or authority rather, to continue to create. That’s where we’re at.

A long meeting room with a row of empty high-backed chairs, each evaluation sheet on the table stamped as failed, and bond certificates drifting as ash past the window
A job review for everyone who was handed a job at the beginning.

It takes the power away from the machine now, because the machine only had so much power. All the omnis we discussed in the last reports, the all-knowing, the all-powerful, all of that comes from these primordials.

If they don’t have the power, they can’t assign the power to something else. Authority, I should say, not power. Authority. They can’t assign it to the machine.

Now the machine is having little tiny problems. The deep state is having little tiny problems. And you know what? One little declaration, there are no prisoner bonds, and the whole market falls and crashes.

And the cause won’t be the deep state issuing cryptocurrency, because that’s not going to happen.

Now remember what it means if the markets burn like this. All those notes you’ve got in your pocket are part of that old debt system they created for us as prisoners. But what if we’re not in prison anymore?

Tank wanted to clarify, because I had said it a bunch of times: the prisoner bonds I was referring to are the bonds on each and every one of us. That’s right. You’re in debtor’s prison. We are all in debtor’s prison.

They have been collecting on this, on our labor, on our life force, on our efforts, our inventions, our manufacturing, on every possible thing. They have been collecting and living a very lavish life, as far as I can tell.

And now the agreement that let them collect on us has been dissolved. It no longer exists.

Source deemed it that way. Perhaps, and I’m not sure exactly what the logic is, their version of preserving our life was less than what Source had in mind.

Is that about right? Tank asked. Yeah, I think so. I don’t think we’ve been living in lack so that we run on that hamster wheel and keep getting that debt.

You’re either going to get in debt this way, or you’re getting debt that way. Is it going to be a loan over here, or debt over there?

Wow, Tank said. That is a mic drop, Kim. That’s kind of a big deal.

So what’s your expectation? Tank asked. He knows you listeners want to know, and that they want to know too. It’s okay, you don’t have to tell us, he said, but he couldn’t walk away without asking.

Well, my expectation is, if I were to ask everybody, would you like to stay in debtor’s prison for another billion or so years? Would you like to do that? My guess would be no. Hard no, Tank said. Probably a hard no.

Would you like to support the deep state in any way, names you know, names you don’t know? Would you like to support the prison guard sector, such as the ICC (International Criminal Court), the International Court of Justice?

Would you like to make a donation to the World Health Organization, or any other organization? Funny name, Tank said. No, I don’t think so.

I wonder who’s in debt now. Flipped it, Tank said. More on that in the next report. Can’t talk about that right now.

I hope you like the fact that the GIA is back. There are a lot of changes going on around here. Some of the changes worked, and some people seem a little bit upset about them.

We’re going to go ahead and continue this process, so every week we should have a few of these come out, one after the other. We’ve been putting these things together for about eight hours today.

Hopefully you enjoyed this week’s reports, and I will see you again next week. We’re going to run the GIA again, so let us know what you think. All right, let’s go change the world.
