Durango

General meaning

Durango is the county seat of La Plata County in southwestern Colorado and the county's largest city (19,071 residents at the 2020 census). It began as a Denver and Rio Grande Railway company town, and the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad still runs from it up the Animas River valley to the old mining town of Silverton, today mainly as a tourist train.

In the GIA reports

Report of January 3, 2024, October 4, 2026

In the GIA reports, Durango is the town in southwestern Colorado where the person delivering the reports lived for roughly nine to ten years, and where operatives from the military, intelligence services and rival factions repeatedly gather, wait for payments, and press for answers. The reports also describe it as a place with unusual underground and portal features, and a successor reference of 2026 gives the operatives who work out of it the nickname "Durangatangs".

The real place

Operatives gather and demand answers (2024)

Report of January 3, 2024

A January 2024 report says that when the annual martial law funding story proved false, a wave of angry military and operative personnel converged on Durango over the 24 hours before January 3, demanding answers from the speaker and from local people.

Report of January 12, 2024, January 29, 2024

Another January report says the speaker's handler began "losing his noodle" when she relocated to Durango around late 2016 to 2017. A later January report places her Zone in Durango and describes unusually high operative activity there on the weekend of January 27 to 28, 2024, including numerous helicopters. Operatives are said to arrive in Zones by Langley jet or helicopter for annual January or February gatherings.

Report of February 14, 2024, February 23, 2024

In February 2024, higher-ranking SSP operatives from the Jackson Hole zone in Wyoming arrived in Durango with underlings, about 24 hours before a gateway attempt, with the stated goal of disrupting a pending meeting between Pentagon representatives and local contacts. The Pentagon representatives remained in Durango afterward. A week later, downline operatives flew in on Tuesday, February 20, for a dinner that opens the report's account of an eleven-site assault.

Report of April 26, 2024, June 3, 2024, June 24, 2024, June 26, 2024

In April and June 2024 the reports describe the Joint Chiefs coming to Durango and holding overnight conversations with the speaker, operative meetings ongoing in Durango and elsewhere, and bankers' fixers arriving there carrying envelopes from the genetic-shareholder families. A white paper of June 2024 invited any government wanting assistance to meet in Durango, and a bank call that month proposed a future meeting there.

Portals, tunnels and the Chair

Report of February 23, 2024, February 15, 2025

A February 2024 report describes the Chair of Destiny being taken to Durango, where operatives, including Juan O'Savin and some generals, tried to reactivate it near a neutral portal in Silverton, about 50 miles away. This failed. The same report calls Durango strategically unusual: it lies near a now-closed Omega portal and near roughly 100 miles of tunnels that once ran beneath Dulce, New Mexico, to the Nevada Test Site, tunnels said to have been destroyed in 2019. A February 2025 report repeats that generals tried the Chair in Durango and nothing happened.

Report of April 3, 2024, December 13, 2024

In April 2024 Global Headquarters operatives were sent into the Durango area before the eclipse to open a portal at Red Mountain in Silverton, using biological essence extracted from the speaker. They worked from a black-site facility in Cortez. A December 2024 report adds that Generals including Vogel and Beasley set up a black site at a military armory in Cortez about 45 minutes from Durango, and describes a deep underground military base running from Dulce to Silverton and a long history of conflict in the region.

Report of December 3, 2025, January 2, 2026, January 14, 2026, February 1, 2026

A December 2025 report says Durango had the largest gateway to the whole omniverse, so that a control center for it would be centered there, and that the gateway has been malfunctioning since 2015. A January 2026 report places the speaker at the middle of a large operation also tied to Cheyenne Mountain, Silverton and other sites, one from January 2026 says a machine like the one in a film clip existed at Arkaim, under Durango, and a February 2026 report says the Machine moved under Durango and broke the weather.

Life in Durango and departure (2025 to 2026)

Report of April 4, 2025, June 30, 2025, July 16, 2025, July 23, 2025

In 2025 the reports describe Durango as a zone where VIP guests and competing-faction operatives coexist under informal rules. A July 2025 report says people were coming to Durango in droves, some seeking a safe zone and some seeking secrets in the Rocky Mountains, and that the speaker lived there a decade as a "VIP guest" who came to be understood as a "prime battery". An April 2025 report says the zone had been under a synthetic photon dome of about six miles in radius and is now under Source jurisdiction.

Report of January 17, 2025, February 5, 2025, May 30, 2025

Other 2025 reports record a plan for a sovereign corridor around Durango and Silverton, running toward Dulce, under CARE; a claim that operatives had discussed granting sovereignty over Durango (La Plata and San Juan counties) to stage a military attack, which the report says will not work; and a planned research and development center in Durango, near one of seven super sites.

Report of August 15, 2025, March 7, 2026, March 13, 2026, March 22, 2026, March 30, 2026, May 11, 2026

In August 2025 the speaker announced plans to leave Durango for New England, partly because of the Silverton portal situation. By March 2026 the move had happened. The reports say the speaker hired movers from the other side, and that for nine years the "Durango people" tried to extract a key from her, using her essence and energy, and assumed her consent. The reports use unflattering nicknames for the town's operatives, including "Nazi fishbowl" and, in May 2026, "Durango tangs".

A base for operatives (2025 to 2026)

Report of January 8, 2025, July 23, 2025, October 8, 2025, September 12, 2026, September 22, 2026

The reports describe a yearly pattern: a special meeting ends on the harvest moon, big money would normally follow, and operatives from all over the world gather in Durango and Jackson Hole, with another wave in February, still waiting for a paycheck. A late September 2026 report says operatives typically come in within the following month. Earlier, a January 2025 report watched groups arrive in Durango by helicopter hoping for a successful visit, and an October 2025 report describes a meeting that began two weeks earlier. A July 2025 report introduces Durango as a zone that runs operatives worldwide.

Report of July 27, 2026, August 30, 2026, September 12, 2026

In July and August 2026 operatives were filing into Durango and Jackson Hole looking for contracts that had not been issued. The August 30 report says that when more fake AI and fake money are needed, operatives in Durango, mainly, make arrangements and collaborate closely with the White House. A September 12 report says Durango operatives and others showed numbers on screens that were then not honored.

Report of October 4, 2026

In the report of October 4, 2026, the speaker coins "Durangatangs", a mash-up of orangutan and Durango for the operatives working out of there, who have been seeing numbers on a screen off and on.
