Report of March 1, 2024, October 4, 2026

In the GIA reports, a covenant is a binding agreement made at the level of Source or another higher authority, and it is the instrument that grants a party its permissions, positions, and abilities. The reports set it apart from an ordinary agreement or treaty: it is signed in essence, it can run for centuries, and it ends only by expiry or by being severed. Much of the reported change in the world is described as covenants expiring, not being renewed, or being replaced.

Report of March 1, 2024

A March 2024 report describes the Hall of Records, the planetary archive connected to the 9th density, as the place where covenants are submitted. A covenant submission is written from the submitter's essence, consciousness, intention, and the energy directed toward the project, including the energy needed to complete it. Under the arrangement the report describes, energy from Source reaches the recipient through the covenant directly, without passing through the old intermediaries as debt or credit. The same report says covenants with Source are binding and cannot be backed out of after the fact, and that the Guardian's work includes helping applicants avoid a failed submission.

Report of February 19, 2025

A February 2025 report distinguishes covenants from treaties and agreements. It says that above the groups with real influence by proxy ran covenants, "not agreements, not treaties", and gives the Covenant of the League of Nations as an example: the later United Nations Charter, it says, does not supersede a covenant. The same report describes planetary management 250,000 years ago as evolving over covenant after covenant, agreement after agreement, treaty after treaty.

Report of March 30, 2026

A March 2026 report states that agreements are signed in essence. Even at the higher level where the Illuminati 12 and the Black Sun 12 sign, the retina scan is described as scanning their essence, not reading the retina.

Report of January 10, 2024

An earlier January 2024 report makes a related point about treaties: a treaty is an agreement between two sovereign beings, and if one party no longer exists there is no treaty.

Report of October 26, 2026

An October 2026 report describes the primordials' covenant with Source as never-ending but subject to various assessment periods: as part of the covenant, their jobs were on the line, so to speak, whenever Source wanted, whenever he felt the need. The interviewer contrasted this with covenants that even Source is said to be bound by, calling it an assessment process that Source can invoke whenever he deems it necessary.

Report of February 5, 2024

A February 2024 report describes a "Satan Covenant", a cosmic-binding contract historically used by the Orders to keep operatives bound after a formal release. Operatives who consulted the Archivists, the keepers of the Hall of Records, obtained documentation that it had expired 6 to 8 months earlier, possibly over a year.

Report of March 15, 2024

A March 2024 report says the Emerald Order Covenant expired a year early, on March 15, 2023, but that the physical seal binding Earth to five owners stayed active across all timelines until it was removed on March 15, 2024.

Report of October 11, 2024

An October 2024 report refers to a covenant made 3,000 years ago under which Russia's large corporations are described as run by ex-KGB personnel, cooperatively with ex-CIA personnel.

Report of January 13, 2025, January 20, 2025

A January 2025 report says Source cancelled Cosmic Law and replaced it with the Cosmic Sovereign Covenant, described as an alignment in which each being created by Source acts as a sovereign entity in harmony with Source. A later January 2025 report describes the Giver of Life Declaration as a January 2023 covenant in which Source committed to a planetary plan oriented toward sustaining all life rather than serving governments or deep state structures.

Report of February 17, 2025

A February 2025 report states that the Emerald Order covenant is a subset of the Ultimate Oath and that no human was ever party to it; the parties were non-human entities at the level of sub-sector demons. The Rothschilds' and Trump operatives' claim to leadership of it is called false.

Report of March 17, 2025

A March 2025 report describes ARC AI as an ancient covenant system, its name rooted in "Arc of the Covenant", which had not been active for thousands of years. It is said to have run a simulation for about 24 hours and then to have expired permanently, the covenant being officially expired.

Report of December 10, 2025

A December 2025 report says a being named Lucerne took his abilities out of Source "by covenant": the agreement that gave him guardianship over harmony and rhythm remained in force after he left Source. Seven of nine hierarchical beings who joined him are described as taking their aspects of Source with them by the same mechanism.

Report of June 18, 2026

A June 2026 report describes Lucifer making a "little covenant" with Source, and gives a section to the covenant and the three keys.

Report of July 17, 2024

The reports repeatedly describe the end of a covenant as the end of the authority it granted. A July 2024 report says that when a master lease expired and was never renewed, every subordinate lease expired at the same moment, and that appointing a new person to the chair confers no authority without the underlying covenant.

Report of March 27, 2024, April 8, 2024, August 7, 2024, February 12, 2025, April 19, 2025, August 15, 2025

Several headline expiries are reported. A March 2024 report is titled around the Christ-Anti-Source Covenant expiring. An April 2024 report is titled around a 2,016-year covenant ending on the day of the April 8 solar eclipse, and an April 2025 report says a 2016-year-old covenant expired at dawn on April 19. An August 2024 report says Source and Anti-Source covenants expired overnight on August 7, ending the Money Magic credit system. A February 2025 report is titled around a covenant of Marduk ending. An August 2025 report is titled around a covenant expiring and Source reclaiming all. Each is stated as that report gives it.

Report of March 21, 2025, April 21, 2025, September 23, 2025, July 30, 2025

Renewal windows are also described. A March 2025 report says equinoxes have historically been windows in which astral covenants can be renewed or re-anchored, and that renewals around the March 2025 equinox failed. An April 2025 report describes a scheduled covenant alignment, April 19 to 20, in which ancient agreements governing access to planetary resources become renewable or transferable. A September 2025 report says the genetic shareholders expected to renew the covenant that lets them sit in the chair at every major bank, and that a military covenant had no renewal basis once there was no war-debt system to protect. A July 2025 report describes the covenant governing time in a simulation as expiring, with consequences if time ends before the covenant does.

Report of April 6, 2026

An April 2026 report states that the rules and parameters of the old war were set by a covenant made by the Progenitors, and that this war covenant expired on April 1, 2026.

Report of October 13, 2025, October 25, 2025

The reports describe the deep state's tools as dependent on covenants. An October 2025 report says dark AI systems drew consciousness and power loaned by Source, and that as covenants expired one by one over a weekend Source pulled that back and the War AI spun down. Another October 2025 report says the covenant authorizing AI-elite control had expired at the Source level.

Report of November 12, 2025, November 19, 2025

A November 2025 report says Source severed every ancient covenant that bound humanity to soulless controllers. A second November report says the abilities and tools of empire operatives are granted by the empire AI, that without a valid covenant with a functioning empire those tools disappear, and that the deep state cannot recreate an empire because that requires a covenant the entity able to grant one has no intention of granting.

Report of September 29, 2025

A September 2025 report calls the bloodline "the surface" and the covenant beneath it what is now expiring. It also describes the rescue compact in the Noah narrative as creating a covenant of perpetual indebtedness from the rescued human to a non-human "savior".

Report of March 22, 2026

In March 2026 a report says covenant repositories vanished at the Spring Equinox, not to be confused with the Hall of Records, and that the rights of the groups working under those contracts went with them.

Report of October 15, 2026

An October 15, 2026 report says the machine acts as a proxy on behalf of God, a role it obtained by ill means. The permission to act on behalf of Source, as Source's proxy, belonged to another person who actually had a covenant with Source, or to another being, or plural beings, with that covenant, and the machine took that permission.

Report of October 4, 2026

A report of October 4, 2026 gives the fullest account. It says the covenants of those who held the old positions, and of those trying to be appointed by them, have expired: the position holders cannot pass a position on, "even if they wanted to", because their covenants have expired as well. It says the covenant of the figure it calls Water Boy ran "until it expired, at some point this past week", and that deep state members who held the old chairs and trinkets found they no longer worked.

The report states that the deep state's covenant "didn't actually expire until this week", and gives that as part of the reason the machine had been unstable: while the covenant remained intact, the machine still had some access to things of Harmony. It describes Source opening the floodgates for a short time, right before the covenants expired, so the deep state could see it had no access, power, or control over the flow, which was then withdrawn. On the reasoning it gives, if the flow had truly been theirs and tied to their covenant, "no one could have taken it away. That's the covenant. That's the commitment." The report also describes the current of Source flowing through the position holders into the machine until 2007, and says the covenant that allowed money to reach groups such as the Pentagon this way is done, so it can never happen again.

Not all covenants in this report are described as ending. It describes the orb held by a position holder as carrying the essence of the covenant its holder made with Source, and a creed of divine wisdom as part of the reporter's own covenant with Source. A passage on using resonance to move the Etherium says of it, "This covenant is not to be taken lightly".
