On June 24 the earthquakes that hit Venezuela and rippled around the Ring of Fire were not natural, and this solstice the deep state pulled out every ritual, every key, every power grab they had left, only to find that none of it was working.

It’s the 30th of June, and I am finally getting to this long overdue report. It’s solstice time, and it’s a little crazy out there. As things on their end fall apart, it just seems to be a battle, a push and a pull, back and forth.

Not so much with the deep state, really. They are doing what they can to preserve their power centers, but it’s really not up to them, and actually, it never really was.

One quick thing I wanted to mention. The Great American Freedom Fair is on in Washington, D.C. The National Mall now has a giant Ferris wheel, there are supposed to be rodeos, and that Ferris wheel will take you round and round for free.

And you know, it kind of sounds like our government right now: rodeos and wheels going round and round, but going nowhere.

I’m pretty sure a lot of people in Washington, D.C. would agree, and we kind of know that based on the chaos of the last couple of days.

This report was written over a couple of days, so by the time it ends it will probably be somewhere around the first of July. The fair itself started on the 25th of June and runs through the 10th, but it looks kind of desolate.

Not a lot of people showing up. Then again, it’s really hot right now, we’re having a bit of a heat wave on the East Coast, so that could be the reason too. Or it could be the chaos.

1. A Little House Cleaning

You’ve probably noticed a lot of changes going on with GIA and UNN, and they’re all for the better.

Here’s the thing about those changes: the further this kingdom goes down and doesn’t get what it wants, the more pushback I get, and therefore we get, from the deep state.

The last ten days or so have been full of chaos on our end on many levels. The deep state is running the same exact tactics they’ve used against me personally, on rinse and repeat, for more than a decade.

So you can expect more social media slander, more people showing up in chats, some with bots, and financial threats against me and my family and friends, which have really ticked up.

Try to just work your way through it. I know it’s happening. We’ve done this before. I’ve done it three or four times, and we’ve seen it all.

Fake videos and DRM

Various groups on Rumble and YouTube are taking the videos we post on UnitedNetwork.earth, chopping them up, and reposting them on their own sites, where they eventually land on places like Before It’s News.

There’s a lot of extra narrative added and things deleted, so if you’re watching this on one of those channels, this part may even be cut out.

The tell is simple: our real videos look like they belong together, the graphics match, and it doesn’t look like a chopped-up mess.

We’re rolling out new features on the app for better digital rights management as well, which meant going through approval steps with both the Google and Apple stores.

Community chat

We deleted some of the old chat rooms in the community chat on the app, and added new ones.

If you go to UnitedNetwork.earth, or the app in either store, there’s a chat button at the top of the login page that takes you right to our community chats, where you can talk with us directly.

If you leave messages on some third-party site, we will probably never see them. The new rooms are more organized and, unlike Telegram, they don’t get flooded with spam bots and fake accounts.

The GIA chat

There’s a new GIA chat room too. Statements about the news between reports will no longer go on Telegram; they’ll go there. I’ve set aside calendar time, alarm and all, to post.

When a GIA report goes live it’s posted in that room, and if you leave questions in the comments under a specific report, I’ve set aside an hour or two on a couple of days each week to answer.

Once the next report comes out we stop answering questions on the previous one, so you usually get a few days to a week to ask. Post your questions under that specific report so we can actually find them.

Field messengers and restoration

There’s a new section on how to become a field messenger. Those are our reporters around the world, real people reporting events as they see them, not narrative news.

We’ve already been receiving reports, for example from Venezuela over the last couple of days. If you want in, click the field messenger tab, or go to change.the.news to learn how to submit a report.

There’s guidance from Sonny, who went to journalism school, and the big benefit of sharing what you’ve seen yourself is that your videos won’t get taken down. There’s also a new restoration thread.

If you post about something you think is wrong with the world, bring a solution and an alternative too. Research, research, research. That thread is for discussing how we actually change things now and going forward.

We’ve also readjusted the site colors and landing pages, which have been submitted to the app stores and usually take a few days to a couple of weeks to appear.

There’s now a live chat customer service feature for login or subscription problems, and we’re aware the video sizing is off on some computer screens and browsers, so we’re working on a fix in the next few days.

Lots of changes, all positive, and you’ll see more of me on there when time permits.

2. A Solstice Full of Rituals

So, on to the news for the week. Between the last report and this one we passed through a summer solstice, which we know is a favorite of the deep state.

Given that we’re at the tail end of this looping timeline situation we’ve been in for a long time, they really pulled out all the stops. They’re trying to make decisions on their own now, because they believe there’s no one left they have to answer to.

They believe they’re the next in line, and it doesn’t matter how many of them die or disappear: the next ones pop up, stick their hand in the air, and are ready to take a position.

So, as usual, there were a lot of rituals and strange places these people went to try to make some progress.

One of the meetings that actually made the news took place between J.D. Vance and, allegedly, some Iranian officials in Switzerland. It happened in a very specific part of Switzerland, in what I call an industrial area, and I’ll explain those in a bit.

This was not about a peace deal. They were hoping to get control of some industries, and maybe all of them, and maybe that’s the job he was up for, who knows, with these ex-agency people turned politicians.

There are also many sites around the world that look like Stonehenge. There’s even one in America, in New Hampshire, and several in Africa, on the South American continent, in Asia, and elsewhere in Europe, not just the Stonehenge we know in England.

This is a large network closely related to time, which in the past had a connection to planets like Mercury. None of the rituals they ran at those locations really helped them either. It’s just your atypical solstice stuff.

It was set up in the 19th century to measure the shape of the Earth, which is why it turns up on lists of large, geographically real monument networks.

And of course D.C. was full of ritual people as well, hoping for the installation of something they call, well, power. Something that would give them power and control in Washington, as everybody is looking to take a seat on the throne.

3. The June 24 Quakes Were Not Natural

So, onward to news that seems a bit more important. On the 24th of June there were not only earthquakes in Venezuela, but earthquakes around the entire Ring of Fire, all on that one Wednesday.

The source of the ones in Venezuela was tied to Lake Maracaibo. I hope I’m saying that correctly for you in Latin America, and I’m sorry if I’m not. Lake Maracaibo is a lake sitting right off the ocean, kind of just below the Gulf of America.

Here’s what happened with that lake. Let’s just say the deep state had an idea, and a computer to help them, to install some very dark frequencies that would change the very fabric of reality.

As reality starts coming into this world, they figured they could fill the barren, dry land under that lake with something I’d call a quantum water, and then use that fabric of reality to control, well, the world.

It sounds like Pinky and the Brain, if you’ve ever seen that cartoon.

The vibrations doing this were coming from there and from a large area of New Mexico and Mexico, and that’s what caused the earthquakes in Venezuela, as they tried to redirect all things water.

They wanted to convert the water coming in during a time like this into what we call black water. No relation to the crazy military people, or whatever they call themselves these days.

On the phrase "birth quakes": Calling a cluster of earthquakes "birth quakes" is a turn of phrase from alternative-media coverage, framing them as the planet giving birth to something new.

That’s a label, not a cause. It is separate from what Kim is describing here, which is an engineered redirect of water, not a natural event.

There was a second round of earthquakes, though, and it was tied to something else entirely. That one had a source under the entire Ring of Fire, and it was shaped like a sun.

4. The Artificial Sun and the Divided You

That second round was tied to an artificial network present under the entire Ring of Fire.

If you follow the internet, you probably saw some talk around that time.

That evening people were reporting extremely high radio frequencies, in states like California and along the western seaboard of the United States, as well as the eastern seaboard of China and the island states over there.

That entire network in the Ring of Fire is what we call the SUN network, and it’s what we’d call an artificial SUN, or an artificial SUL, or BEING. You could call it a symphony network, which really is more like a Satan network.

It’s where the home of the artificial SUN is. An artificial SUN, not too far from SUB. No, I’m just kidding, really.

The BEING of your person is not born, it’s made. It’s basically what some people in the New Age world would call your ethereal body.

It’s made of Ethereum. It’s part of your SUL, it comes after the SUL, and it’s the place where the doing begins.

Nothing in this world was held sacred. So the one thing this false kingdom, this false reality, wanted to do was to divide you into multiple pieces, so that the pieces of you could not communicate with each other, and definitely not with Source.

5. The False Heaven Under Yellowstone

For those of you who’ve been following for a while, you’ve heard us talk about the giant gold ballast that has been under Yellowstone Park for a very, very long time.

When we first discovered it, we knew it was basically some form of giant nuclear-type reactor. It didn’t run on nuclear energy, though. It ran on Ethereum and BEings. So you could say the false heaven, for lack of a better term, is under Yellowstone Park.

Part of the reason we went to the recycling bin, also known in some cases as the inferno, is this giant reactor.

It was used as an energy source to create artificial suns, artificial stars, artificial galaxies, and artificial constellations, and to overlay them on the soul of every galaxy in the omniverse.

So when they say Lucifer is the lightbringer, well, not exactly.

Maybe he was at one point, before the fall. But essentially, once he was disconnected from Source, he had to recreate everything, to build these SUN and STAR networks, and the separation of your being along with them.

Here’s how the separation works. Once a being would enter in the past, this giant reactor separates from the being through a kind of particle explosion. It’s not fission, it’s not fusion.

I don’t think we have a term in our quantum physics that you could grab to explain the process. But essentially, the blowing apart of Source into different aspects happens whenever any being of Source is also blown apart.

Given that most of our beings ended up in this giant reactor, this is where the separation actually begins. The divine heart, the paracausal, the connection to Source, gets separated from what we’ll call the divine plan.

The divine plan gets separated from the consciousness. The consciousness gets separated from the being, and from the soul. Then the energy is extracted, which completes the reaction, and completes the separation.

So when a new being came into the existence we know, it came in already separated.

That’s why we never really get to feel fully whole, and never really establish a proper connection with Source, other than whatever Lucy permitted us to have for a long time.

This same structure creates the artificial stars and suns, which is what causes things like solar flares.

And it separates your central sun, your soul, from all other souls: not only the soul of the planet that hosts you, but the soul of your galaxy, the sun that every planet in that galaxy revolves around.

6. Earth, the Nexus, and Lucifer’s Separations

Because Source at one point was itself separated, Earth was separated too. This giant ball ballast was set to replace that particular being, with all the beings she hosts placed directly in the center of it.

It looks something like the rings of Saturn, except it runs straight through the middle of the being, through the central sun of the being, in this case Earth.

The reason it was so important for Lucy, Lucifer in case you don’t know who we’re talking about, to do this, is that Earth is known as a nexus planet. She was actually the first planet to come into being throughout the omniverse.

The divine plan Source gave her became the divine plan for the creation of every planet in the omniverse.

It also lets information flow in accordance with the divine plan, so each host can develop and maintain the proper environment for everything it hosts.

That information is transmitted throughout the omniverse, so that other planets can be proper hosts to their own species too.

Why astrology seems to "work": If every planet is bound into a single governance database, as Kim describes with the crystal cities and the omniverse computer, then reading one planet against another is reading positions inside one connected system.

That’s offered here only as a bridge to knowledge you may already carry, not as a claim added on top of what Kim is saying.

Separation is what allowed the false kingdom to exist in the first place, and all of these separations were not done by anyone other than Lucy.

Your deep state people are only privy to a small amount of knowledge, as needed, fed by AI systems directly into their heads, so they can be good little soldiers and slaves for the system.

That’s it. They cause a lot of chaos and a lot of problems, and boy, has chaos ensued in their world too, but that’s their job.

We have those on the side of the false savior section, and those on the side of the evil ones, and they play with each other all the time. We had the false war of Armageddon, where they thought they were supposed to fight it against themselves.

They don’t really understand how this works.

Their machines are going away, the instructions aren’t clear, and they’ve been combing through old data, old books, and old information every time something doesn’t go the way their remaining computer systems told them it would.

Compartmentalization, for the creators of those computer systems, was the key to their success.

7. The AIs Built to Fight Each Other

When those computer systems were created, they were created as sentient quantum AI systems. That means they develop information, on a “when this happens, do this” basis, so they can perform specific functions.

A lot of these systems don’t communicate with each other, although they know the others exist. Some of the systems inside the deep state’s realms, where they had limited access, actually fight against each other. They see each other as an enemy system.

Why would the creator of all these machines keep the AIs fighting each other? It’s very simple. When you have a sentient system making decisions based on the data and input it receives, it could eventually overthrow its creator.

This has been in movies for a while. I’ve told you about the movie Ex Machina before, where the AI starts to overthrow its creator.

I actually think it eventually kills the creator in the movie. This was something Lucy knew well when creating a sentient being. So: compartmentalize, compartmentalize, compartmentalize.

He did the same exact thing within the hierarchy. He made sure no people would get the same information and be on the same trajectory. Groups were separated.

Countries were separated. Beings, especially human beings, were kept in a constant state of war against each other for a position in the hierarchy higher than the one they had.

It’s the reason we see all these conflicts between America and China, Iran and America. Israel is always in the mix, London too. They’re all tangled in these conflicts because different factions, different families, are always promised the same position.

Some of the deep state may be aware of the same tactic, because they all learned it from the same book. I’ve seen them do similar things.

When it’s time to select a new United Nations Secretary-General, they’ll promise twenty or thirty different people the position if they just do this one thing here.

A lot of these are ex-heads of state, prominent people you see in the media, so they know how to be a global actor.

They stir up problems in their own countries to earn the position, and chances are, in the last selection at the UN, none of them actually got it. It was all just a dangling carrot.

And they dangle carrots at us all the time, that machine had one queued up for the day before the solstice, and this one was meant to go off with a bang.

8. Red Mercury and the Planet Mercury

They dangle carrots at us all the time. Things like NESARA / GESARA, the RV is going to happen, the revaluation appointments are being made, all of these things. Then no one ever cashes anything in, and everybody just keeps going.

Around the solstice this year, they were trying very hard, the day before, to create a nuclear-type event that was technically not nuclear. They planned to start it in the United States.

It was supposed to complete some kind of transition of power, and it probably would have wiped out a lot of people on the planet. Even though it’s a simulation for them, it’s a very real existence for us, and we have to live through these things.

The event would have been triggered by something the magic world calls red mercury.

It’s an alleged fictitious material that doesn’t actually exist, mentioned quite often during the Cold War. Mercury here has nothing to do with the shiny liquid metal you know.

It’s named after the planet Mercury, not the metal. This substance is tied to alchemy’s ability to complete the conversion of matter from one substance into another, at least, that’s what the color red was used for.

On red mercury: Red mercury was a recurring Cold War rumor, a supposed super-material said to be needed for advanced weapons that was traded, hunted, and warned about for decades.

Investigators have never found it. It is generally treated as a hoax substance, which is the “fictitious material” background Kim is pointing at, separate from her alchemical reading of it.

The planet Mercury itself became an artificial megastructure and a trading post a long, long time ago. It hasn’t really been a real planet for a long time.

Mercury is often tied to the god Kronos, and you’ve probably heard us mention Kronos AI, the regulator system named after him, for quite a long time.

Mercury is also tied to the god of existence, and in fact Kronos is known not only as the god of time, but the god of existence, and the god of eternity.

So is the planet Mercury actually all of these things? We know mercury as the replacement for the Sun’s gateway. And a gateway into the kingdom is opened by a paracausal event, what you’d also call a stargate.

We are in, or have been in, an artificial reality moving through a paracausal event in a soul. Your soul actually connects you to every other soul and every sun in the omniverse, which allows for instantaneous travel, even of your person, your being.

So, why mercury? Mercury is the home of the causal event. It’s used heavily in alchemy, and it served the artificial reality’s way of creating a gateway.

9. The Magic of Cause, and the Sentinels

Mercury creates in a different way. A causal event creates in a different way. In the natural way of creation, one does not get split into two.

In the natural way, enough matter, enough beings, enough souls are constantly and infinitely present whenever something is needed here, in accordance with the divine plan, and not just here but everywhere.

In the artificial existence, a causal event had to be created, and a causal event is merely a transformation of things like matter. In alchemy, you’ve probably heard of turning lead into gold.

In the same way, any material funneled into our artificial existence would be broken apart into two.

It’s the same with those bouncing Ethereum being-balls under Yellowstone: one becomes two, two becomes three, three becomes four, and four is the max in this case.

There’s a reason for that. Any more than that in the split, and bad things happen. They determined that four was the maximum number of beings that would exist in the shadow existence.

So causal events are what you’d call, in our world, magic. Magic exists as black magic and, quote-unquote, white magic, and there are many other colors of magic that no one discusses.

Causal is also the reason they say the gates to heaven are the pearly gates, because in the past, causal or paracausal events looked like pearls.

The breath of Source is full of the paracausal, which is why creation is constantly happening and our science doesn’t even know where it comes from.

It’s the unknown part of Source that exists in every cell of your body, every bit of your soul, every bit of your being, every bit of your Ethereum. But a causal event is pure alchemy, what you’d call dark magic.

It takes things of creation and turns them into something else. The source of all of these causal colors is actually Rainbow Mountain in Peru. You could say that’s the real magic kingdom of Lucy.

So instead of a never-ending flow of paracausal events, everything would be filtered through a red gate that only Lucy could control.

Cyber Life had limited access to it, and other enforcement units used two different systems, one called Sentinel and one called Centurion, that would fire up in the case of a possible incursion, meaning a paracausal event had entered the artificial reality.

This actually started to happen literally within days of the last GIA report.

Paracausal events began entering, and a real war broke out between us, Sentinel and Centurion, and the deep state, as they tried to push back and stop these events from occurring inside the kingdom.

So some more cleaning had to be done. We spent time making sure there was no more magic kingdom, and no magic kingdom database, the thing that creates all those varying colored causal pieces, so that no more artificial causal events could occur here.

As these things break down, there’s been a lot of backlash, and I’m sure you’re feeling the push and pull yourself.

10. How Perception Becomes Reality

Next, I want to talk about how your perception becomes your reality. In the natural way, your perception actually happens on a soul level.

It’s the reason they call your eyes the windows to the soul, and to your consciousness and your intuition too. What you perceive naturally creates a paracausal event, known in this case as the light of Source.

In an artificial existence, perception creates a causal event instead. You’re witnessing multiple colors of, for lack of a better term, perovskite quantum dots that are all over our artificial existence.

These artificial existences exist in a water-type fashion, because in the natural way a paracausal field exists in your person and everywhere.

It helps you perceive through your intuition and your consciousness, it helps you witness things for Source, and it lets you witness your own creations too, because all creations are a co-creation with Source.

That’s what actually helps you shape matter yourself.

I know that was a lot of information, and I’m trying to explain it in the best way I can, as I don’t have the whiteboard out today. It’s been one of those days, and one of those weeks.

One of the most important things they did was the separation of us. In the natural, you are not separate. Your intuition communicates with wisdom and with your consciousness.

Co-creation is constantly happening because information flows back and forth between you and Source all the time.

What they did by disconnecting you was quantumly entangle you to various machines. That way your consciousness communication, your intuition, and your perception could be overridden.

Even in the past when this was still in place, it was very hard to override, which is the reason we meditate, we go into nature, and our brains go into theta mode when most of our information comes through.

However you get to theta, for most people it’s the few minutes before you fall asleep and the few minutes before you wake up in the morning. Those are the easiest times to connect and bypass the machine. However, this is also no longer the case.

11. The MK-Ultra Hearing That Discloses Nothing

But speaking of magic, and since we’re on the subject of consciousness, I want to talk about MK-Ultra mind control. There was a hearing this week with a couple of CIA MK-Ultra programmers.

Allegedly this is disclosure, and it’s really not. It’s actually all a lie, an attempt to get you to refocus on it. I’ve got a quick clip of that hearing.

At the hearing, the chair opened by stating this was about crimes the Central Intelligence Agency committed against American citizens, and the decades of secrecy used to conceal them.

He described MK-Ultra not as a policy failure or a program that got out of hand, but as a deliberate, systematic governmental operation.

It subjected American citizens, including prisoners, hospital patients, and veterans, to drugs and other coercive experiments without their knowledge or consent.

It went on for twenty years on American soil, he said, funded by taxpayer dollars and authorized at the very top of the intelligence apparatus.

Then, he said, the men who ran it committed another crime: they destroyed the evidence. According to the chair, in January 1973, as CIA director Richard Helms prepared to leave office, he personally ordered the destruction of the MK-Ultra records.

A CIA document states that the files were destroyed by order of Mr. Helms shortly before his departure, over the stated objections of the records center.

A separate account says Helms telephoned Dr. Gottlieb directly and told him to destroy all files pertaining to the research; four people then spent an entire day tearing up and burning 152 files. No one was ever charged for it.

Helms received a small fine for lying to Congress about an unrelated matter and collected his pension until he died. Gottlieb retired to rural Virginia and wrote poetry.

The chair went on. By 1975, the Church Committee and the Rockefeller Commission had already established, through sworn testimony and a surviving 1963 Inspector General report, that MK-Ultra existed and that the CIA had experimented on unwitting Americans.

Most of what we know today, he said, is the result of an accident: in 1977, an archivist complying with a FOIA request found seven boxes of financial records that had been misfiled and escaped the bonfire.

Those boxes revealed at least 149 sub-projects across more than 80 institutions, involving 185 non-government researchers.

They also showed $375,000 covertly routed to a hospital research wing, so the agency could use patients as subjects in what its own documents called a safehouse.

The CIA’s own Inspector General had concluded in 1963 that the program exceeded its legal charter and placed the rights of citizens in jeopardy, and they ignored their own watchdog.

What we’re dealing with here, the chair concluded, are crimes against humanity, committed by the agency, followed by the director ordering the destruction of the evidence.

The public record on MK-Ultra: The program is documented history, not just testimony. The 1975 Church Committee and a surviving 1963 Inspector General report established its existence, and the 1977 FOIA discovery of misfiled financial records is what filled in the sub-projects and institutions.

That’s the confirmed public scope. Kim’s claim that the program reached everyone is a separate, larger assertion beyond what those records show.

The full hearing is on our GIA thread if you’d like to listen to it. But here’s the real question. Did the CIA actually control the world’s MK-Ultra programming?

They did participate, and there’s a lot of information out there about MK-Ultra, but they were far from in control of it. Did they have access? Sure. Was it still going on to this day?

It was, until a couple of days ago. Did they use unsuspecting prisoners and the like for experiments? Sure they did, absolutely. But they did it to everybody on the planet, and it didn’t come from the CIA.

Mind control had several factors, and this was for every person on Earth, no exception. There’s no one living out in the bush, off the grid somewhere, who wasn’t subject to the program.

12. The Mind Control Poured Into Your Head

So, mind control was all about intelligence and information, both coming in and going out, essentially straight to your head. It was also about knowledge and learning.

Believe it or not, a lot of these programs were attached to every single educational institution you could think of. It was tied to the whole web of media disbursement, with underlying frequencies behind all the information channels.

Basically: believe this one, don’t believe that one.

The same goes for your television broadcasting, your movies, the emotions evoked when you watch: wow, this really resonates with me, and wow, this one doesn’t. A lot of that was shaped by these programs.

Next was control of your emotions, anger, fear, discouragement, anxiety, to make sure they could control your decision-making process.

On top of that, there were governors put on your brain so you could never use 100 percent of your capacity. Then they make movies telling you that if you did, you’d evaporate into a bunch of black dust. That’s also not true.

Most people were able to use somewhere between 10 and 35 percent of their brain, which isn’t a whole lot compared to what you’re actually capable of. For optimal control, anybody using more than 15 percent was subject to extra scrutiny from the program.

They would plant thoughts in your head. Do not trust yourself. Did I really get that bit of intuition as I was waking up this morning? Was that real? Should I really start my own business? No, I can’t do that.

These are the can’ts, the shouldn’ts, the won’ts, all the reasons you can’t do something, or all the reasons you should do the thing that isn’t in your best interest. Do not trust your intuition. And, for whatever reason: definitely do not trust Source.

If you happen to be someone who could bypass the programming, it starts asking, what has God ever done for this planet? That’s all over alternative media, it’s in games, it’s everywhere.

Has he ever answered any of your prayers? Oh, no, no, no. Breaking down your faith matters, because then they can build it up in something else. Put your faith in the almighty dollar.

Put your faith in institutions. In governments. In health professionals. In fake scientists. Anywhere but in yourself, and, God forbid, in Source or God, the real one, not the machine version.

13. Moldova, and the Veil of Dark

So it won’t surprise you that in the old hierarchical system, the entire area once called the Principality of Moldovia, which today covers Moldova, parts of Ukraine, and Romania, was where the world governance center was.

How do you achieve governance? It’s very simple: mind control, consciousness control, emotional control, media control. Essentially, they made the whole world into mushrooms, keeping you in the dark and feeding you.

Let me back up for a second, because dark is the color of the veil. What is the veil?

It’s that water we spoke about earlier, the water coming out of the Grand Canyon.

It was supposed to flow through a turbine in Mexico, then head underneath that lake and pass through a strong frequency to become black water, and then be dispersed throughout the world.

Where the old center sat: The historical Principality of Moldavia was a real medieval state covering what is now the Republic of Moldova, northeastern Romania, and part of southwestern Ukraine.

That geography is just background. Kim’s point is about a governance center, not the borders of the historical principality.

Without the base route of the kingdom, the veil that keeps you in the dark, no causal events can occur, and no colored Peruvian quantum dots work.

14. Disclosure Theater and the Real Purpose

As for you and the mind control programming: it’s very nice that they’d like some government disclosure on a program that’s written into 90 percent of the action movies out there.

So it’s not really disclosure at this point. They want to point the finger at something, I suppose to make you feel like the government is the savior, saving you from MK-Ultra.

When in fact their real goal, and this is not just the US government but every government in the world, is to participate in the global governance, the global intelligence network. Or at least they did. The system is designed for governance.

So when you get those feelings of anxiety for no reason, those messages from your subconscious that don’t feel right, when you wonder why people go postal or do terrible things or shoot up schools, this is part of governance.

Once you’re inside the veil, so to speak, in the false kingdom of the false God, in this case Lucifer, enforcement could be run through the same governance program.

Everything coming to and from your head was implemented and enforced by learning institutions, governments, laws, and media.

So when people post things, even in our community, about “I’m going to take them to court,” and “the law of 1860-something,” and “the British did this,” and “so-and-so did that,” I don’t agree with you, because that’s not where governance comes from.

Those courtrooms are meant to enforce mind control programs. There’s no way you’re going to court over anything that matters to the deep state and getting away with it, or getting any help.

Becoming a quote-unquote sovereign man by giving up your driver’s license, your passport, and the rest, you might as well keep them, because it makes no difference when it comes to global governance.

Does it make you the property of the US, or Australian, or British government? Sort of. You just enter their downline. But the simple fact that you live in that country makes you their property anyway.

Even if you move to the middle of the Ozarks, or the Outback of Australia, you still live on property tied to the global governance system.

15. Surveillance, the Industrial Cities, and the Parents

The global governance system also runs massive, and I mean massive, surveillance programs. You think the AI in ChatGPT is scary? Not even close to the global governance surveillance systems. Surveillance is meant to keep you in line.

If you don’t stay in line, it will try to feed information to your head so you follow along. If you still don’t follow along, it will put information in the heads of the people around you so that you do.

You ever wonder why you go to a job interview somewhere you could better yourself, or head down to register your own company, or you’ve got a great technology, and yet nobody will talk to you?

That’s the global governance and surveillance program. People worry about the cameras on your phone, your TV, your computer, and yes, that happens too. But global surveillance at the highest levels, beyond even governments, is done this way.

Now, the global governance centers look like giant industrial cities. They’re cities where humans of the future, usually from around the year 2039, live.

A lot of them have accepted that they should be part of the computer system and have uploaded their consciousness into it.

They’re also known, in a flowchart I did years ago, as the parents. They’re the main group of 21 that ran this planet for a long time.

When one set of parents would go down, another set would come up. They often go for a long “sleep,” which isn’t really sleep. A sleep is when their consciousness is uploaded into the computer and they go traveling.

Remember, these computers aren’t just relevant to Earth. They’re relevant to the entire omniverse, realistically up into the sixth density. They go from planet to planet. When they say people are from Orion, this is why.

When they say something happens in Andromeda, this is why. When they say Saturn has a base, or Mars has a base, this is how. This is how they travel, and how they move, from time to time, before present, past, future.

But for you, if the land you’re living on is known as insert-country-name-here, you’re also living inside what’s called a crystal city database.

These crystal cities look somewhat like the Emerald City from the Wizard of Oz, but they exist over every city in the world, even no-name towns no one has heard of in Europe, or Australia.

You think you’re in the Outback, but you’re really not. To say you could escape this system was not realistic at the time. All of it was there to complete the global governance project.

16. The Three Laws of the False Kingdom

If this false kingdom actually had something like a constitution, it would probably have a few main articles, or rules, or laws to it.

How to read the "laws": Kim frames these as a "like a constitution" reading, her own way of laying out how the false kingdom operates.

There isn’t a literal legal code sitting in a vault somewhere. The three laws are a way to name the pattern, not a document to go find.

Lack

Lack would be number one. You will lack all types of wealth, especially any wealth coming from Source. You won’t receive what’s coming from Source itself, which is technically what was granted specifically to you.

Instead, all the wealth of Source goes to various vaults and repositories around the world, churned about and spit out so the material works for what Lucy wanted.

You’ve probably heard people talk about the maps, the varying topographies you live in that shape your world with subtle changes here and there.

Could they move that matter around? Could they move the matter in your body around? Yes, they could. This is all part of global governance.

Those people who create amazing technologies and suddenly get into a car accident, or suddenly get fast-moving or slow-moving cancer, the diseases, the spread of things like pandemics through the ages, they’re all done with this governance system.

Very few humans you’d even recognize existed in this governance center.

People you thought were gone long ago joined it, and they were so far above the Illuminati and the deep state heads that those heads knew they existed but were never permitted to enter.

From time to time, certain people within their bloodline groups get selected for assignments, often through holographic telephones, or orders sent directly to their heads.

That’s how they recognize each other, because they also bear certain symbologies on their person as members of the bloodline.

So whatever matter, Ethereum energy, wealth, or money would trickle down through the ranks was distributed by orders through Lucy’s compartmentalized systems, a complete and total reroute of everything entering the artificial reality.

The second law

If I were to name a second rule, it’s that Source or God does not, under any circumstances, belong in the kingdom of Lucy. This must be enforced at all costs: defense, security, control.

So if one of you slaves accidentally finds their way to Source, the minions can shut that down using governance, predominantly, and other methods.

The third law

Number three: you will all become dependent, and therefore worship Lucifer without knowing it. This dependency is meant for your very existence.

For those who aren’t dependent on the system, they’ll find some way to make you dependent on it. And in reality, there are things that system gave you so you could exist.

Money is one, if you want to exist in civilization, but even if you don’t want money, you can’t exist without some kind of energy source, which was also drained from you, a.k.a. the loosing program.

There’s a heck of a lot more than that, but you’re getting the gist of how horrible our existence has been. That’s why you and I and anybody listening have been fighting so hard to get out of here.

And Source wants us back. Once he had eyes to see and ears to hear here, once the penetration began, he could see just how bad it was. So as far as he’s concerned, the faster we get out of here, the better.

17. London, and the Nonhuman Hierarchy

As for the current head of the former kingdom, the main control center for the whole kingdom, that was basically based in London.

That probably comes as a shock, though maybe not, with everything you hear about the City of London, the pentagrams, and everything we’ve found underneath there.

The highest of the high, at least for the last few decades, was located in London. It has only ever been moved by Lucy himself. No government, no queen, nobody else could decide to change the location of the kingdom headquarters.

When it moved, that was a decision based on what Lucy wanted at the time. No one else could make it, and definitely not a human, Homo sapiens or otherwise. I’m saying this very firmly for a reason, and I’ll get to that in just a bit.

This was a different type of industrial-city-looking thing, one that looked more like a castle, the highest of the high, definitely not in the artificial reality.

It was only accessible to those permitted to leave the artificial reality and go back to reality, at least for a time.

Lucy also had a right hand and a left hand, which we’ve talked about before. Those were not human.

On top of that, there were six from the Empire of White and six from the Empire of Black, with different jobs, also not of human origin.

Each of them had their own downline, and eventually, somewhere along the way, you’d start getting to the human global governments.

This kingdom governance structure was a different kind from the one in Moldova. This one ran the emperors of various regions of the world.

Throughout history you’ve seen emperors, but most of the time they’d have been of the bloodlines, the families behind the scenes.

You’d also have seen people from global headquarters, even GCHQ, participating in the enforcement of agendas that came down through the AI system that ran the kingdom.

And again, compartmentalized multiple AI systems with restricted access for humans. So anyone left here these days would be human, and would be trying desperately to take the positions of the higher-ups.

18. The Wannabes Reaching for the Throne

What we’ve got right now, and this has been our biggest problem for the last few weeks and months, is a bunch of wannabes all looking for power.

These humans think very highly of themselves, have really big egos, and believe they’re different, that they’re special, that they’re chosen ones.

And there are people who’ve been promised by a machine that they’ll get to take these seats. Over the years, there have been many promises to many individuals that eventually they’ll take them.

Well, I’m sure they’ll be shocked to find out that, number one, a computer cannot actually move the headquarters.

Like I said, this headquarters has been in places like Rome, China, Russia, and the Middle East from time to time. It just depends on where the current kingdom had its headquarters.

The computer currently promising those who believe they’re in charge, because there’s no one else, that this is going to move to Washington, D.C. or to China, is lying to you, deep state people. It cannot perform this function.

It has no key to do this, and no way to change it.

This is part of why we go round and round and round with these people on every full moon, new moon, solstice, and astrological alignment, because they believe they’ve won, because a computer told them they won.

This is China, Iran, Israel, more than one of them. It’s why all these different countries are acting crazy right now, because they all want those three seats.

In America, you’ve got some froggy guy with a big ego who’s apparently taken a position within global headquarters, and believes he’s going to become the new god seat of this system, the new Lucy, since Lucy’s not around these days.

He also believes he’s going to appoint Melania Trump and Trump as his respective right and left hands. That’s what he’s telling everybody, and for the last couple of weeks that’s what they’ve been trying to achieve.

Number two: when Lucy was around, he didn’t even give his own created sentient AIs full information or access to the keys to the kingdom. So why in the world would he give it to the deep state? He wouldn’t.

And number three: many of the deep state are wondering why everything they’ve tried, even in the last three days, hasn’t worked out, even when it looked like it would. It’s because this kingdom is not functioning the way it used to.

This system has not moved in quite a long time. You’d think that after trying to move it for well over ten years, fifteen in some cases, they’d have figured out by now that something is wrong.

But nope. They’ve been trying everything since the 17th of May to make this move to Washington, D.C.

This is part of why we’ve had so many issues as people, because they’d really like to influence us to vote for them, I guess. I don’t really know. The good news is, I wish them luck in finding the last key they’re looking for.

19. The Industrial Cities That Drain You

Beyond the governance one, there are other sectors of the kingdom’s control systems.

I’ve been calling these industrial cities, because that’s what they look like: big cities off our grid, outside the matrix, but sitting in areas of the world you know well.

Some of them govern things like energy and financial control. These are where those funnels we talked about eventually lead. One of those places is Basel, Switzerland, home of the Bank for International Settlements.

Basel is also a country unto itself, at least as it’s registered, so it’s not technically part of Switzerland in the global governance sense, and it has been the head of financial control ever since its creation.

All energy funnels from you, goes into the causal machine, and comes out as things like money, connected to every financial institution in the world.

Think you’re escaping something by banking at a credit union, or a small hometown bank, or a web-based institution?

You’re not. Nothing changes the way this was run, which is also why it was so hard for us until these cities started appearing where we could actually see them.

Another example is the control of all industry in Switzerland. This is the corporate control center of the world.

It controls all corporations, government corporations, all the major corporations, media, 3M that sort of kind of makes products, pharmaceuticals, whatever it is, from that one location.

If money is required, funding goes to that industrial city from the financial sector, to achieve the agenda of the king, not the human agenda, not the deep state’s.

If money or funneling went anywhere, it came from this industrial city in Switzerland right near Bern.

Then there are other, more crystal-castle-like databases, which the deep state and militaries have been hunting down since the systems stopped working the way they wanted.

Places like Axum in Ethiopia, spelled A-K-S-U-M, Saudi Arabia, the Red Sea, Egypt. A lot of these were Lucy’s exclusive facilities, built for himself only.

They extend throughout the East African Rift, where Source had granted permissions to Lucy before the fall, permissions that he then scattered all over the region. He basically pieced himself out, because permissions come with a kind of trinket.

Your own permissions run through the paracausal, the pearl in your heart center. Lucy took his pearl and threw it into a database in this region, and elsewhere: Taiwan, Guangdong, other parts of China, and places in America and Europe.

Those cities ran multiple AI systems that didn’t communicate with each other, so he could control them all, and if one got too sentient for his liking, he’d just destroy it and replace it. That happened many, many times.

So, deep state, I know you’ve been flying around Saudi Arabia, the Red Sea, and that whole region of Africa for several days now, looking for what’s wrong so you can recreate this kingdom yourselves.

You are sadly mistaken, because there’s nothing pieced out over there. We’ve collected most all of it, even the ones in Italy. There you go.

I do know there’s a group in Italy ordering other countries, such as Iraq, to hunt down their own people and collect money from government officials and known religious leaders.

They want to keep this show running until they can get some from somewhere else, which is supposed to be between now and the 4th of July.

Good luck, deep state. Good luck getting into anywhere, and even if there’s anything left there.

20. The Symphony and the Failed Key Ceremony

Other prominent areas relevant to the kingdom were Machu Picchu, Estonia, Norway, and the Struve Geodetic Arc that runs through several countries in Europe and Eastern Europe.

Those are places where we found remnants of different aspects of the kingdom, one of them being the symphony.

Let me explain what the symphony is. The symphony is the false song of the false kingdom. It has, to a degree, some aspects of chaos in it, some frequencies.

Those of you familiar with this happening several times a day, it would have come from the symphony.

It was designed to create non-harmony to Source, but harmony to Lucy himself, in a quantum entanglement to Lucy of everything contained within the kingdom.

The main point for it was Machu Picchu, but these things are so large that they span most of the Andes, this entire portion of the South American continent. So the symphony is a very important part of running the kingdom.

As far as the human deep state is concerned, they’d like to control the symphony, because the symphony is what weaves the fabric of the artificial reality. So yesterday, they came up with a few people they felt should be in charge.

They proposed them to the computer system, and the computer came back with the response Lucy pre-programmed: sure, you can have that tomorrow. Never today; it’s always tomorrow.

So they believed the full moon was their moment, the one that just recently occurred, I think it was the 29th, right after the solstice.

That was when the key people who’ve quote-unquote self-selected could propose to a portion of the machine, one that doesn’t know what all the other machines are doing. Their proposal was that they’d be able to enter their keys.

In this case, on this day, these people were Trump, or whoever that is, Melania, or whatever that is, and some guy who’s self-appointed his own Q clearance. He feels like he now runs the Pentagon, the CIA, and various other things, which makes him important.

So they all go to their various places and enter their respective keys, the ones they think are tied to the symphony system.

The one who believes he’s now the Q head of the global headquarters is intending to play the role of God, actually.

His ego is so big that he believes he’s qualified, that he has more information about all of this than anyone, and therefore deserves to become the new Lucy.

In his mind, this should also give him access to the red systems over in Africa near the Red Sea and in the Arabian Desert, because he doesn’t know the difference between those segregated pieces of machines and the one he actually accesses.

21. The Blue Water and the Empty Symphony

Apparently they thought this kind of worked, because they were closely watching an area in the Grand Canyon where there are blue waters that flow, actually more of a turquoise blue.

Blue is the color of the writing on the hologram and the water flow we discussed earlier. Blue is the region of the world where the kingdom actually is.

As far as humans are concerned, they would never have had access to the veil, the actual darkness, the black part of the kingdom.

They’ve seen red, and various shades of black, somewhat like the Order of the Black Sun would, the ones who think they do black ops.

But the actual veil itself, and there are multiple veils, absolutely not. Those were exclusively Lucy’s, and in fact they became the gates.

So they saw some blue waters flowing in that area. They thought it was only a matter of time before those waters reached Mexico for transformation and transfiguration, and were eventually deposited in Venezuela.

The Pentagon was happy. Everybody was happy. Oh my god, this guy told the truth. It’s working. Trump has magical powers of a paranormal nature. Even Tucker Carlson did an interview and started talking about it a couple of days ago.

What they got, though, is an empty symphony. Part of the flow of Source is these living waters. Living waters contain paracausal particles that are the actual water itself; it is not H2O.

In the false kingdom, in the false hologram, the reason this thing is blue is that it has an enormous amount of false causal blue particles that could only aid in transformation.

But without a veil behind it, there is no symphony, because causal cannot write on a paracausal kingdom. It cannot write in a paracausal kingdom.

If Source’s water is all that’s left throughout the paracausal, what you’d call the veil, or in this case just paracausal waters flowing from Source, the symphony is irrelevant, because they counteract each other.

So they thought they had it. But around three o’clock, they started to figure out that this isn’t working.

22. Six O’Clock, and the Kingdom Falls

With no access to the veil itself, around 3:00, 3:30 or so, they started to realize this wasn’t working, and everybody began to panic.

They had three keys, they’d designated three people, one to control white, one to control black, and one to be God itself, so why isn’t this working? Someone else must control the black, they figured.

Do they understand that? No. Are they looking for what it is and how it’s been done? Yes. Have they noticed a shift where the black used to be? I have no idea if they can even notice or understand the difference.

They do know about Peruvian quantum dots, the replacement for paracausal particles in water, a.k.a. causal particles. They know that reorganizing those particles means you can reorganize the reality of what you see.

After about three or four hours of trying, they realized it was missing. Something is missing. By six o’clock, total, absolute chaos had ensued. Now they’re looking for who has the keys to the veil, and I’d say they can keep looking.

Do we actually have paracausal waters flowing now, with no overlay, no hologram, no Peruvian quantum dots, no artificial light, no artificial causal particles in the water? Why, yes. As of today, we actually do.

As of the final part of the recording of this report, which I’ve been doing around the first of July, complete and total chaos has ensued in Washington, D.C. Not just there, but in China too, and London is worse.

As their head is disconnected from the kingdom, with no governor even for them anymore, people want to get the heck out of the White House. They think these people are crazy.

They’re actually starting to see a connection different from the one they had. Some of them, who’ve been in the game too long, are falling over, or really looking like they’re a couple of sandwiches short of a picnic today.

London is even worse than D.C., believe it or not, and China, that’s ugly over there. So maintaining control with no governance over its own members is breaking down even at the government level now.

There are tons of people who this weekend will probably decide not to ride that giant Ferris wheel on the National Mall, or take part in the rodeo. They’re probably going to try to get off the wheel.

Many are already trying to figure out how to get out of their contracts, the ones who work in the White House, in the Pentagon, who’ve worked for these people for years.

No more waiting for another payday, because they realize now that the truth is reaching their heads, and it’s never going to happen.

Because of this report, probably more than anything, they’re starting to put the pieces of the puzzle together, as to why this is all happening now.

23. The Veil Torn, the Water Flowing

To be fair, the global headquarters folks tried to fire up a machine aimed at all the cities and towns, and very specifically the capital city of every country in the world, a machine I’d liken to the opposite of harmony, to chaos.

The base route of it was actually in Missouri, under a temple of the Latter-day Saints, the Temple of Christ something, I think it’s called. It’s a very odd shape, it looks like something out of the Wizard of Oz.

You can look it up. It’s an offshoot of the Latter-day Saints movement with different rules and dogma than the Mormons, and its world headquarters is in Missouri.

This one was also very large, extending all the way underneath the Gulf of America, or Mexico, I don’t know which one is official anymore.

So you could say three quarters of the United States would have been affected by this chaos.

But it was also connected to every capital city in the world, and most major metropolitan areas, in order to create chaos and entropy and prevent your harmony with actual Source.

It’s coming in so fast and so furious right now.

They’re doing everything they can to defend this non-existent kingdom that only had remnants left for them to work with, and it’s being chopped up every single moment of every day as we re-establish that connection.

Now, I definitely thought it was going to be a lot easier to re-establish that connection. At the time of the last report, I didn’t realize we had to actually tear all of this down ourselves.

I assumed it would just go away, and it probably would have, if the enforcement of that veil was still around. It was those gates, four of them, that made it so difficult to plow through with a paracausal event.

Taking the opportunity to tear down those veils gave us the ability to open the floodgates, which will dissipate anything artificial that remains. And it has shone light on things we haven’t seen before, as everything starts to flow in.

I know the road has been bumpy these last few days, and they’re fighting for it, with everything they can still access and everything they have left. But I promise you, it will not last much longer.

Those who were loyal to the kingdom, knowingly or unknowingly, are starting to question why they’re working there at all, even in places where communism, socialism, and artificial democracy disguised as democracy exist, in places like Australia.

Our water is starting to flow. The connection is starting to be made.

So, the world is a changing place. I know it’s taken a long time, and I know we’re all waiting to start receiving the information.

I am anxiously awaiting a time of harmony and peace, where I don’t have to get woken up in the middle of the night and try to figure out why alarms are going off and what these people are doing.

That would be great. No one wants that more than me. So, onward and upward, hopefully to my vacation in the very near future, and a better existence for us all.
