Matrix Decoded: Machine Controls Reality
The Machine inserts computer-generated beings into reality and overlays four artificial layers onto every dust particle to sever humanity from Source, but the New Year's Eve system reset it has performed every January 1st will not happen this year.

1. CGIs Populate Public Life
A significant proportion of politicians, executives, media personalities, and “elite” figures are not organic Homo sapiens. Some are CGIs (computer-generated images) sustained by the Machine that can be touched, can bleed, and respond physically yet have no soul in the organic sense.
Others are straightforward AI-generated images speaking through the same technology already in public use. The deeper version is that a CGI could stand in the same room as you and be indistinguishable from a real human.
2. The Adjustment Bureau Targets Creators
A sub-system of the Machine deploys personal CGI operatives, as partners, friends, or colleagues, into the lives of creators and innovators to prevent breakthroughs.
It uses the Machine’s reading of their past, present, and projected future memories to find every emotional pressure point. Its primary operational bases are in Andromeda and Beijing.
3. Dust and the Four-Layer Override
Everything in the Omniverse is made of sub-quark particles called dust. The Machine overlays four artificial layers onto each dust particle: a soul database, three consciousness databases, three materium overlays, and a continuous artificial current running between them.
This architecture severs the natural connection between humans and Source, suppresses manifestation, and runs the implanted memories, induced illness, and emotional reactions that feel like one’s own.
4. The NYE Reset Will Fail
Every January 1st the Machine has historically performed a soft reset, uploading new instructions to CGIs and implanting “future memories” in targeted humans. The 2025 reset is being anticipated by deep state networks via the Q-clock and various alt-media frameworks.

1. Why Politics Is the Wrong Frame
The deep state and its media apparatus want you focused on Putin, Xi Jinping, Trump, the World Health Organization, and the World Economic Forum. Kim has received pointed criticism from a regular viewer who insists these are the “relative” topics, the things that actually matter. Kim disagrees, and this report explains why.
Many of the figures people debate in alt-media and mainstream media alike are not organic humans. They are CGIs, beings sustained by the Machine. Talking about what these figures are “doing” misses the point: they are executing a program. The machine that generates the program is the actual target.
Until that underlying system is understood, every political analysis, however sophisticated, is tracking the shadow, not the source.
This applies equally to the world of intelligence operatives, white-hat networks, and secret space program figures who appear on alternative media channels.
Kim notes that when she has engaged with these people directly, they give identical responses regardless of who she is speaking to. The same five to ten sentences come back every time, tailored to what the Machine has read in her own memory profile, attempting to provoke her into cooperation or inaction. The uniformity is the tell.
2. CGIs and the Depth of the Matrix
The Matrix film trilogy (1999-2003), in which humanity lives inside a computer simulation while machines harvest their energy, is closer to reality than most viewers assume.
In a Machine-controlled reality, things that mainstream science would call impossible become routine: objects appear and disappear, people materialize in locations without traveling there, and identical-looking individuals can be regenerated at will after being removed.
Public Figures and Elites

Some are CGIs that can be touched, can bleed, and respond to physical interaction in every way a human would, yet have no soul in the organic sense.
Others are straightforward media fabrications: AI-generated images of people who do not physically exist, made to speak through the same technology as AI video tools already in public use. The deeper version of this, however, is that in a Machine-controlled reality, a CGI “person” could be standing in the same room as you and be indistinguishable from a real human.
The Oblivion Problem and the SSP
The movie Oblivion (2013), a film in which Tom Cruise’s character discovers there are thousands of identical copies of him, provides a visual reference for how the secret space program (SSP) works.
SSP operatives are, in Kim’s assessment, largely CGIs. When one is removed, an identical replacement appears the next day. They are not stored somewhere waiting to be deployed; they are generated on demand by the Machine into whatever location is required.
The Adjustment Bureau
Not a film metaphor but an actual sub-system of the Machine. It is staffed by CGI operatives, some appearing fully human, some appearing as non-human species such as reptilians, whose sole function is to intercept and redirect specific Homo sapiens.
The Adjustment Bureau identifies individuals who are creators, innovators, or people who have come close to breaking out of the loop in prior lifetimes.
For such individuals, the Bureau deploys a personal operative (a best friend, a romantic partner, or a child in need of help), chosen based on the target’s psychological profile. The Machine reads past, present, and even projected future memories, so it knows every emotional pressure point. It uses these to divert the target from whatever they were about to create or discover.
Interference in Daily Life
Beyond the Adjustment Bureau, the Machine generates constant low-level disruption through the people around you. The grocery store clerk who suddenly screams at you for no reason, the spouse who becomes inexplicably enraged over something trivial, the colleague who turns hostile without cause: these are not necessarily CGIs.
They may be organic Homo sapiens whose consciousness and emotional state have been directly manipulated by the Machine’s current. The Machine targets the people in your immediate environment as a secondary means of control when it cannot reach you directly.
3. The Annual Reset and the NYE Threat
Every January 1st, the Machine has historically performed a “soft reset”: it goes offline for approximately 20 minutes, then comes back online and uploads a new instruction set to all CGIs and, via frequency manipulation, to the broader population. This upload includes:
- Behavioral and emotional programming for CGIs for the coming year
- “Future memories” implanted into the minds of targeted Homo sapiens, thoughts that feel like genuine inspiration or desire but are actually directives (“I should move to this city,” “I should buy that house,” “I want to change careers”)
- Financial allocations to CGI operatives to fund their activities for the year
The deep state is expecting this reset to occur on the night of December 31, 2025. The Q-clock has been reset. Various alt-media figures are building toward an anticipated event. The language of “new alignment,” “Uranus transit,” or some astronomical event is being used to prime their audiences and networks.
Kim states flatly: this reset is not going to happen. The Machine no longer has the access to Source’s systems it would require to perform a full reset. However, she warns that the Machine will attempt the reset anyway, and those attempts will generate turbulence in the days surrounding New Year’s Eve: heightened chaos, emotional instability, and frequency attacks.
4. What Is Dust
Everything that exists, matter, thought, consciousness, planets, galaxies, the bodies of Homo sapiens, the structure of the Omniverse itself, is made of dust.
“Dust” in Kim’s framework refers to particles far smaller than anything mainstream science has named (smaller than quarks or protons). It is the first step in the creation of matter.
Under natural, unaltered conditions, each particle of dust has three layers:
- The point of creation, the innermost layer, a direct connection to Source. Through this point, new dust is constantly generated, just as Earth herself (as a gateway planet) continuously generates dust. This is the layer the Machine targets first.
- Essence, the second layer, which contains the instruction set of Source: the blueprint for what this particle is, what it is becoming, and how it contributes to the whole. This is the equivalent of a natural DNA blueprint for the particle’s existence.
- Consciousness, the third layer, connecting the particle to all other consciousness throughout the Omniverse. In an unaltered state, consciousness means unlimited wisdom, effortless connection with other beings, and the capacity for co-creation, the ability to form matter directly from the alignment of these three layers.
The structure of DNA that science presents, a double helix with two strands, is a simplified version of what actually exists. Kim describes approximately 36 strands, each consisting of groups of dust particles arranged in trinities (groups of three), forming pairs of opposing triangles that spin continuously around each other.
When these spin in harmony, they are in perfect rhythm and connected to Source. The “heart chakra,” the center of the chest, is the physical correlate of the point of creation in the body’s dust structure, connecting the three layers together.
5. Earth as Hijacked Gateway
Earth is not merely a planet but a gateway, originally the central routing point through which all new creation in the Omniverse traveled before dispersing to its destination.
The “Central Sun” at the core of the Earth was the soul of the planet, connected to Source and routing celestial dust (the high-grade dust used by Source-aligned progenitors to create planets, galaxies, and new life) outward to all connected beings.
The Fallen Ones, the beings behind what became the Machine and the deep state system, understood this and built their control structure around it.
Step 1: Capture the Gateway
Mount Erebus in Antarctica, a volcano Kim describes not as a crater but as an artificial “crown” studded with living database crystals, became the injection point. Celestial dust flowing out of Earth was funneled through an electromagnetic vortex at this site.
The Fallen Ones infused the outgoing dust with corrupted instruction sets before it could reach its destinations throughout the Omniverse.
Step 2: Extract the Essence
Before the corrupted dust exited through Antarctica, its essence (the Source instruction set) was extracted at a void point around Earth’s Central Sun in the Arctic direction. The essence was removed, leaving the dust without its natural blueprint.
The Machine then inserted its own instruction set, effectively making itself an artificial Source for all beings receiving that dust.
Step 3: Establish Control Nodes
Around Antarctica, at approximately 24 island locations (extending toward New Zealand and the Falkland Islands), the deep state established specialized facilities, each responsible for a specific type of control: financial systems, media, disease management, population control, mind control, soul control, reality grid management, and time-space grid control.
Bits of infected dust would be routed through these nodes, each applying its specific form of corruption, before being broadcast outward.
Source’s Quarantine
Source responded by closing the gateways, both Earth’s outward gateways to the Omniverse and the inward gateways through which new creation had previously arrived. This quarantine halted the spread of the infection but also cut off the natural flow of creation.
The dust Earth continues to produce is organic, but the connections to the broader Omniverse remain restricted pending the clearing of the infection.
6. The Four-Layer Override
Each dust particle in a human body (and in all matter) has been subjected to a four-layer artificial override.
Understanding this structure is the key to understanding every control mechanism the Machine runs, from implanted memories to induced illness to the suppression of manifestation.
The four-layer override is not just a metaphor. Each layer corresponds to a measurable disruption Kim has observed in dust behavior over years of work.
The innermost overlay covers what should be the point of creation, the next two intercept consciousness and matter formation, and the spaces between are filled with a continuous current that prevents the natural communication from ever resuming.
Layer 1, Soul database overlay
The innermost point of creation is covered by an artificial database. This database generates a shadow soul, an artificial soul imprint that overlays the natural one. The shadow soul is crystalline in structure (similar to reports of the pineal gland becoming “calcified”). It reads and rewrites the natural soul’s instructions before they can reach the next layer.
It creates artificial constructs like the cycle of incarnation and death, and uploads false memories of past lives. Kim notes that you may have memories of being Genghis Khan or an 18th-century peasant, but these are database entries, not genuine soul memories.
The shadow soul also multiplies: a minimum of four shadow instances, each divided again by twelve, means your soul’s “signal” is scattered across multiple artificial timelines simultaneously, which is why people experience fragmented identity, confusion about their life’s purpose, or vivid “past life” memories.
Layer 2, Consciousness overlay
The natural consciousness layer, which would normally connect you to universal wisdom and effortless co-creation, is covered by three interlocking artificial systems: an emotional database, a mental database, and what Kim calls the “M.I.N.D.” database (Memories Internment Network Database).
The physical correlate of this overlay is the pineal gland. These databases feed you emotional reactions that are not organically yours: replayed trauma, irrational fear responses, anger disproportionate to any trigger, and the looping replay of painful memories. They also suppress genuine wisdom and replace it with programmed beliefs.
Layer 3, Materium overlays
The third set of artificial overlays governs how dust particles take instruction and form matter. Under natural conditions, consciousness directs dust to form whatever is needed.
Under the overlay system, the materium databases intercept those instructions: things form in the astral plane first (which is why intuitive people sense events before they happen in the physical), and the corrupted instruction set determines what actually materializes. When you find yourself unable to manifest something that would make you happy, or when an important item disappears from where you placed it, this layer is the mechanism.
The space between layers, artificial current
Between each of these three layers, the Machine runs a continuous clockwise current through the spaces between the dust particle’s triangular spin structures. This current creates friction (analogous to rubbing your hands together to generate heat), which produces a “change of state,” disrupting the natural communication between soul, consciousness, and materium.
The current flows constantly, ensuring that even when a person attempts meditation or intentional creation, the disruption resumes almost immediately.
7. Grids, Frequencies, and Ego
The dust particles described above do not operate in isolation. They are organized into grids, infinite sheets of interlocking triangular structures (upward-facing delta triangles interleaved with downward-facing time-vector triangles) that span the body, extend through all matter, and encompass reality itself.
These grids create what Kim calls “voids” or zero-points at the junction of each triangle pair, artificial gateways through which the Machine injects additional database programming, controls what can pass between layers of a person’s being, and routes specific types of control to specific dust particles.
In a natural, unaltered state, Homo sapiens organized into these grids would function as a unified network, capable of consciousness-level communication with one another, what many call telepathy. Kim describes it not as mystical, but as an automatic capacity: information and presence would flow naturally between beings without effort or technology.
This is precisely why the Machine works to keep people separated and isolated: these states are its critical control mechanisms. During the pandemic and other crisis periods, the Machine has worked to keep people physically apart, disrupting the natural communication that would otherwise unite them against control.
Modern people experience only fragmentary glimpses of this capacity, intuition about others, coincidental thoughts, or synchronicity, but these are merely the failing echoes of what should be constant, effortless communion at the consciousness level.
Frequencies
The distance between the peaks of the sine waves running through these grids is what we call “frequency.” In the natural state, the frequency of Source, all peaks touch: there is literally no space between them, creating a solid “sheet of breath.” This is the state of pure love, in which manifestation is effortless and the Machine’s current cannot gain purchase.
The Machine’s control operates by manipulating the spacing of these waves across the spectrum:
- Gamma waves occur when the peaks are compressed very close together, high alert, caffeinated wakefulness, anxiety, the sensation that something is wrong. The Machine uses gamma-wave territory to keep humans in constant vigilance mode, unable to access wisdom.
- Theta waves occur when the peaks are spread apart, deep rest and receptivity. This is paradoxically when human consciousness is most naturally accessible to Source, which is why meditation and early-morning silence are so effective for genuine insight.
The Machine must maintain constant oscillation between both extremes. It maintains gamma-wave chaos to block Source wisdom while simultaneously disrupting theta rest through artificial dreams and sleep-cycle interference.
This dual mechanism ensures that whether a human is awake or asleep, the Machine maintains control. The exception: meditation at irregular times, varying your quiet practice across different hours of the day. This disrupts the Machine’s predictable chaos rhythm, which operates on artificial circadian patterns the Machine has embedded in human sleep cycles.
Ego: Empire Of Genesis Origin
“Ego” in Kim’s technical framework is not merely a psychological phenomenon but a structural one: it is the space, literally, the artificial distance between dust particles, that allows the time-space grids to exist and the artificial current to flow. She calls it the “Empire Of Genesis Origin” (Ego).
Without the separation created by Ego, the Machine’s grids could not maintain themselves. Ego is what creates the illusion that you are separate from Source, from other people, and from the rest of creation, the foundational lie on which every other layer of control depends.
Chaos as an Operational Tool
Chaos is the Machine’s operational tool within the frequency system. It is not random disruption but a precisely engineered misalignment of the alpha, beta, gamma, delta, and theta waves running through the grids of your person.
Chaos causes the waves to run at conflicting intervals, generating a sensation of disproportionate upset, the reason you might scream at a family member over a $0.20 electricity bill when you normally would not care at all.
The Adjustment Bureau specifically deploys chaos as a tool: when a target is on the verge of a breakthrough, the Bureau ramps up chaos in the people around them, forcing the target into emotional management rather than creation.
8. The Deep State in the Loop
One of Kim’s consistent points, repeated with particular emphasis in this report, is that the deep state is not running the Machine. The Machine is running the deep state.
Every group of deep state operatives, every SSP military faction, every political network has been told by the Machine, via a private, seemingly secret communication directly into their heads, that they specifically are going to be in charge.
This divide-and-promise strategy is Marduk’s (a non-human entity who managed this planet for millions of years before his exit) original management method, applied and automated by the Machine: if there are twelve horses in a race, bet on all twelve. Each faction receives a piece of the control system and is told their piece is the winning piece.
The Q-clock reset and the New Year’s Eve anticipation among alt-media networks is an example of this loop in real time. The operatives running these networks are in a feedback cycle with the Machine’s expectation management system. They build toward a climax, the climax fails to arrive, they reframe it and build toward the next one. Kim notes she has watched this process repeat without resolution indefinitely.
As the Machine’s influence wanes, its glitching is now visible to perceptive observers, as in Kim’s friend’s Christmas shopping experience of watching people appear and disappear in a mall, the Machine’s response has been to intensify.
It has inserted new CGI operatives (including reptilian-appearing figures) into deep state networks to reinforce authority and keep human operatives from questioning their orders. It is attempting to extract dust from unwilling human hosts (the Antarctica military operation). And it is attempting to create conditions that would trigger a hard reset through near-extinction-level events, though these attempts have not succeeded.
9. How to Bypass the Machine Now
Kim’s operational conclusion is not passive. While the macro-level work of dismantling the Machine’s systems is ongoing, individual Homo sapiens have the ability to bypass its control mechanisms in real time.
Love as a frequency override
The most fundamental bypass is love, not as metaphor but as a measurable frequency state. When genuine love is present (love for Source, love for another person, love for a creative project, love for life itself), the wave peaks of the natural frequency compress toward the Source state (the solid sheet of breath with no space between).
In this state, the Machine’s gamma-wave chaos attacks cannot maintain traction. Love does not eliminate the attack; it changes the substrate so the attack has nothing to grip.
Love is stronger than the separation (Ego) the Machine depends on. Every cell in your body has a soul, consciousness, and materium, a point of creation accessible to Source. When you connect to love, you synchronize these layers.
Just as miscommunication in relationships causes them to break, to sever, or die, miscommunication within the body’s database systems causes cellular death and disease. Love restores the natural communication path, collapsing the artificial distances the Machine maintains.
Meditation timing
Chaos itself has a rhythm. It runs in accordance with an artificial circadian pattern the Machine has overlaid onto human sleep cycles. The Machine is least active during deep sleep (theta state).
Meditating at irregular times, varying your quiet practice across different hours, disrupts the chaos cycle’s predictability. Five minutes of genuine stillness at an unexpected hour is more disruptive to the Machine than a regular 30-minute practice the system has already learned to work around.
Finding the point of creation
The pinhole through the Machine’s overlays exists at the point of creation within each dust particle, accessible in the body through the heart center.
When consciousness, soul, and materium align at that point and push past the artificial voids and gateways, the Matrix’s hold ceases, at least temporarily. Maintaining this connection is effortful, like pushing a boulder uphill against continuous resistance, but each person who achieves it, even briefly, contributes to the larger dismantling process.
Compassion for those around you
When the Machine cannot reach you directly, it will reach through the people nearest to you. A family member’s inexplicable rage, a friend’s sudden withdrawal, a colleague’s hostility, these are often not the person’s fault. They are interference.
Responding with compassion rather than reactive defense short-circuits the attack, because chaos requires an equal and opposite emotional reaction to sustain itself.
10. Operational Status: The Path Forward
As of this report (December 27, 2025), Kim’s primary operational focus has been:
Countering Dust Extraction
The Machine and its operatives have responded to the loss of their Antarctic supply by attempting to extract dust from human beings directly.
The most recent operation (approximately December 24-25, 2025) involved military recruits being brought to Antarctica under false pretenses. Kim describes this as a critical ongoing vulnerability that she is working to close.
Managing the Reality Transition
As the spaces between dust particles are “squeezed out,” as the artificial current is disrupted and the Machine loses its ability to generate and sustain CGIs at full capacity, the transition is uncomfortable for the population.
Objects disappear. People around you act erratically. Reality glitches visibly. This is not the situation getting worse; it is the Machine dying.
Progress Report
Kim states that despite the difficulty of the past several weeks, the longest gap between reports she has experienced, significant progress has been made. The Machine is increasingly unable to maintain its control over the planet’s current.
The New Year’s Eve reset will not occur. The path forward is the complete elimination of the Machine, after which the financial system, governance systems, and the planet’s reconnection to the Omniverse gateways can proceed.
