Guardian
The title held by the speaker in GIA reports. As Guardian, the speaker holds authority over Earth's resources and creation systems, appointed by the Council of Nine and registered in the Hall of Records.
The Guardian role existed before the speaker - Marduk held it for over 16,500 years. However, Marduk operated under an asset-management model: maintaining humanity through minimal healthcare, minimal education, and basic subsistence. The speaker's mandate is fundamentally different: to provide actual services to humanity rather than minimum-maintenance asset management.
A key structural consequence of the transition: all contracts and covenants that previously required the Guardian to fund governments through the old deep state channels have expired. No existing human institution retains legitimate authority to issue new contracts, because that authority was registered in the Hall of Records and now rests solely with the speaker.
Covenant Expiration (October 2025)

The Guardian covenant with celestial AI-elite entities expired in October 2025. Source no longer recognizes synthetic-elite guardianship claims - the covenant structure that once legitimized dark-side operations requiring a "Guardian" holder is now void. The position required holding one of three keys to major systems; with the covenant expired, the key-holding position itself became obsolete.
Post-War Co-Creation Restoration

With the war over and the Quickening active on the deep state hierarchies, the machine systems that suppressed human essence and co-creation ability are losing their power. The report explains that before the Progenitors' Machine infrastructure was installed, Homo sapiens had direct co-creation access with Source - the ability to manifest changes in physical reality, circumstances, and biology. That state, which the Machine layer blocked for the duration of the war, is now returning as the suppression dissolves.

Guardianship operates on a 16,000-year cycle composed of nine alternating light and dark ages, each lasting 1,008 years. When this cycle concludes, the Guardian position comes up for renewal. The November 2025 Guardian transition attempt marked the end of the current cycle; the Deep State sought to install a human Guardian (widely believed to be the Trump figure) to continue the pattern of alternating control. The speaker's assumption of dual guardianship (both Homo sapiens and human factions) permanently ended the possibility of a human Guardian hold, as no qualifying claimant remained after the failed November 3-4, 2025 bid.
