All were aware the chemicals and metals in those chemtrails originated from China. The United States military was included among those who had agreed to participate.

What makes this chemtrail wave distinct from earlier episodes is the payload: a combination of nanotechnology and femtotechnology. Nanotechnology and femtotechnology can be researched publicly, though the specific implementations described here are more advanced than what is openly documented. Kim, who had direct personal contact with Marduk over many years, including in-person meetings, observed him conduct Saturday night phone calls, held on Russian time, during which he would call the Rothschilds, generals at global headquarters, Chinese leadership, and Deep State society heads in sequence.
