CARE

Report of January 10, 2024

CARE, short for Center for Amenity and Restoration of Earth, appears in the reports as a sovereign organization registered under the Unknown Country, built to take over the functions previously handled by national governments once the prior financial and control system is dismantled. An early report frames the program as a vehicle for public education and transition, summarizing its operating principle as "take what you need and leave the rest."

Founding and registration

Report of January 22, 2024

A January 2024 report frames a threat to global pharmaceutical supply, tied to an economic collapse in China, as answered by a new commerce and media build-out through CARE and UNN. The same report describes an ongoing phase of "cleaning and clearing" work as part of building out CARE and UNN, primarily involving old Timekeeper programs, described as automated systems that had attempted to reinstall prior control structures.

Report of January 3, 2025

A January 2025 report states that CARE has been registered, that the Golden Age AI has been placed in the Hall of Records, and that the Unknown Country withstood three consecutive days of hacking attempts aimed at reverting its sovereignty to outside control.

Planned services

Report of September 4, 2024

Reports describe plans for CARE clinics and hospitals built to an identical floor plan worldwide, so that a patient traveling to another country could navigate a facility even without speaking the local language. All facilities are described as syncing with pharmacies, both walk-in and online, with doctors' offices sharing access to a common patient database offered free of charge. The same plans include a virtual-reality training tool for surgical education and adult education generally, alongside an international database for tradespeople intended to let innovations be shared worldwide rather than held by the country that produced them.

Report of November 13, 2024

A November 2024 report describes the focus shifting to service-oriented structures under CARE, characterized there as a humanitarian services organization addressing food supply chains, farmer compensation, transportation, healthcare, and the introduction of suppressed technologies, with priority placed on repairing broken infrastructure rather than contesting government power structures. The same report cites the danger of distributing funds to individuals before hostile operatives can be neutralized, noting that operatives had attacked the businesses and finances of people publicly associated with the organization using tax authorities and other mechanisms; large-scale financial distribution is described as on hold until recipients can be protected.

Report of February 24, 2025

A February 2025 report states that CARE's funding decisions are governed by the same in vitro/in vivo distinction applied at an associated basement laboratory, and cites CARE as an example of the kind of organization the emerging financial system is meant to enable, alongside new technologies and job creation.

The former UN building and UNN

Report of January 17, 2025

A January 2025 report describes plans to rename the former UN building "CARE," for the organization's own purposes; the property is treated as sovereign land, and completing the move is said to require full acknowledgment from the United States government. The same report describes CARE's registered scope as including operation of the former UN building, a Durango-Dulce sovereign corridor, medical research, an Essentials Card program, and infrastructure planning.

Contested ownership and operational obstacles

Report of January 15, 2024

A 2024 report describes the Rothschild banking network claiming ownership of CARE, and states that Monarch Military employed "screen scraping" hacking in an attempt to intercept the transferred funds.

Report of May 30, 2025

A May 2025 report describes frustration with the pace of the effort: various parties are said to want something from the organization, but none are willing to cooperate toward its stated goals, which include restoration of the planet and the launching of CARE.

Report of September 23, 2025

A September 2025 report describes the process of opening CARE as bound up with efforts to transfer funds while bypassing the prior financial system's mechanisms rather than operating through them.

Later developments

Report of June 18, 2026

A mid-2026 report is introduced as offering particular clarity about CARE and the associated work at UNN going forward.
