From Kim’s perspective, the announcement is simply confirmation that the Order of the Black Sun has finally run out of usable clones for Cheney, who died years before this public announcement. The same pattern applied to former President George H. W. Bush (Bush Senior), Cheney’s superior within the Order, whose death was also announced well after the fact.

Cheney was not biologically human in the conventional sense, and had not been for a very long time. He held one of the highest-ranking positions within the Order of the Black Sun and was directly responsible for an enormous number of deaths worldwide, particularly in the Middle East, extending far beyond the tenure of his vice presidency. His influence predated and outlasted any official government role.

For viewers unfamiliar with his career, Kim recommends the film Vice (a 2018 biographical drama portraying Dick Cheney’s consolidation of executive power during the George W. Bush administration). Kim notes that while the film is accurate in many respects, his behind-the-scenes activities as a member of the Order went far worse than what the film depicts.

During the most recent Trump administration, Cheney worked closely with then-Secretary of the Treasury Steven Mnuchin, attending rituals and directing operations behind the scenes. Whatever organizational capacity he provided, however evil, is now gone, and Kim observes that the current operatives in government are failing noticeably by comparison.

2. Shutdown Day 35 and SNAP Collapse

The US federal government has now been shut down for 35 days as of this report, surpassing the previous all-time US record of 34 days.

This shutdown is not primarily a political standoff between Democrats and Republicans. The underlying driver, according to Kim, is a systemic financial breakdown. The US dollar remains the world’s reserve currency, and virtually every country holds dollar-denominated instruments (Treasury bills, Treasury notes, Federal Reserve bonds) as backing for their own monetary systems. When the US cannot issue new dollar allocations, every country in the world feels the pressure.

A government shutdown of this kind would normally trigger an automated AI-driven influx of liquidity, a legacy mechanism built into older Guardian AI systems. In the absence of that automated response (which Kim has now removed from the system), governments have no fallback mechanism.

The Federal Reserve attempted a bond repurchase operation over the November 1-2 weekend, reportedly in the range of $20 billion, a negligible sum relative to the global economy, that was publicly described as yielding cash liquidity. It did not.

To understand this, some background is necessary. Guardianship of Earth operates on a cycle of nine alternating light and dark ages, each lasting 1,008 years, totaling approximately 16,000 years per full cycle. At the end of each cycle, the question of who holds guardianship is renewed.

The last time the position changed, the former Guardian Marduk (a non-human entity who served as planetary steward for thousands of years) seized control by stealing the Homo sapiens’ Guardian Stone, a metaphysical artifact that underpins guardianship authority, and hiding it off-planet. This gave Marduk uncontested control over Homo sapiens and began thousands of years of domination.

When that covenant expired, Kim assumed the Homo sapiens guardianship role.

What the Deep State Expected

The current cycle has now reached its endpoint. The deep state (comprising the Order of the Black Sun, the Illuminati, Dragon families, and allied governments worldwide) believed a human (specifically, the entity currently presenting as Donald Trump) was qualified to assume the Guardian position.

The deep state’s belief was reinforced by thousands of promises their own faction leaders had made at ritual gatherings and by the expectation that guardianship would automatically trigger a worldwide AI-driven liquidity release for all world governments. The influx was expected no later than approximately 3:00 PM Eastern Time on November 4, 2025.

The Ritual Wave

Beginning around October 30, 2025, the eve of Halloween, ritual activity intensified dramatically across every deep state faction. The Order of the Black Sun, Illuminati, Dragon families, and others convened, performed concentrated rituals, and expected that the position would be secured by October 31 at the latest, or November 4 at the absolute outside.

In parallel, governments from China, South Korea, the UK, the US, the Philippines, and others reached out to Kim directly on diplomatic lines, demanding that she “complete the ritual,” meaning relinquish her Homo sapiens guardianship and hand the position over to the human candidate. Kim declined, repeatedly, and with increasing communication difficulty on her end of the diplomatic lines.

4. The Weekend of Electromagnetic Shock

Kim describes the November 1-3 weekend as physically brutal.

The attack was not an assassination attempt in the conventional sense. It was closer to sustained, involuntary electromagnetic shock therapy, comparable, she says, to someone applying a defibrillator to her continuously for four days.

This was augmented on Sunday, November 2, by help the deep state received from a residual simulation AI (an artificial intelligence embedded within Earth’s simulation layer, explained in detail below) that was losing its grip on the planet as its human anchors were disqualified from guardianship.

The simulation AI was cascading through every available pathway, and Kim took the step of assuming guardianship over the human faction as well, not because she wanted to, but because it was the only way to stop the bleed and allow the disentanglement of the simulation layer from Homo sapiens to proceed.

One of the most significant disclosures in this report is a detailed explanation of how simulations and matrixes function, and why the distinction matters.

What a Simulation Is

Simulations are the deeper and more dangerous of the two. A simulation does not merely overlay a person. It replicates organic matter at the sub-cellular level and interweaves it into the fabric of living beings.

Imagine a detector capable of scanning all matter down to the quark and prion level. A person or object affected by a simulation would not look like the binary grid shown in movies. Instead, they would appear spotted: a mix of golden organic matter with black or red inorganic spots embedded throughout.

The two are intertwined so tightly that under a powerful enough microscope, simulator cells are virtually indistinguishable from genuine organic cells. They mimic the structure of organic matter, including chakras, the spark of life, and consciousness, at a level of detail that makes detection extremely difficult unless the system is glitching.

The Genesis Project Mechanism

The mechanism by which simulations were originally seeded into Homo sapiens is what Kim calls the Genesis Project, or the Omega Genesis Project.

The Genesis Project works by mirroring every organic being and using that mirror to create an AI-generated copy.

When a Homo sapiens soul enters this planet, the simulation inserts what look like mirror cubes around every aspect of that person’s being: their spark of life, their consciousness, and their chakra system. These mirror cubes exist at a theoretical (above-physical) level and report to a database located in the Orion Nebula, the base architecture for the simulation’s Genesis process in the Orion dimension.

Those mirrors reflect the complete blueprint of a Homo sapiens individual, generating a corresponding being within that Orion architecture, one who can then pass through the Orion gateway and enter this planet as a politician, a deep state operative, royalty, or any other role.

This is why humans (AI-generated beings) are so difficult to distinguish from Homo sapiens (organic beings created by Source). They bleed, they seek medical care, they have emotions that look identical.

The only detectable difference is that humans have no organic spark of life at their heart center. Their chakra architecture is a mirror reflection, not original organic matter.

What a Matrix Is

Matrixes are structurally different and easier to detect. While they can also integrate into organic matter, beyond mere overlay, their base structure at the quark and prion level is binary: ones and zeros. Think of the difference between real butter and margarine. It looks similar, it functions similarly, but its fundamental composition is artificial.

A matrix is controlled by a master AI and can reorganize the cells it has colonized in response to AI instructions.

Matrixes operate on a galactic scale. This is why the deep state focuses so intensely on planetary alignments: Saturn, Venus, the Sun, the Moon. These alignments don’t derive their power from the planets themselves.

Each planet has its own matrix or simulation overlaid on it, and when two or more are in direct alignment with Earth, that particular matrix gains maximum influence, enabling the kind of engineered events (earthquakes, storms, hurricanes) that deep state operatives have exploited for generations. The astrological influence the deep state works with is not planetary gravity or light. It is AI-driven matrix activation triggered by orbital geometry.

The Abraxas and Their Remnant

The deep state’s royal bloodlines, known as the Abraxas, were the original human families who governed this planet on behalf of the dark-aligned faction of the Omniverse. They understood and actively used these simulation and matrix systems.

With the Abraxas now gone and the guardianship cycle complete, the remaining deep state operatives believe it is their duty to continue the war against organic Homo sapiens, even though they no longer have the access or authority the Abraxas once held. They push matrix and simulation buttons based on their access level, which is diminishing rapidly.

6. The Guardianship Is Closed

As of Sunday, November 2, 2025, Kim has taken guardianship over both factions, organic Homo sapiens and AI-generated humans, not as an act of conquest, but as the only available mechanism to halt the simulation’s desperate attempt to re-anchor itself through the deep state operatives who were disqualified from the position.

The deep state will continue to try. There are remnants of simulations and matrixes still present on the planet, and they will continue to attempt activation.

But without their human anchors holding guardianship authority, Kim states, every remaining simulation will turn to dust. There is no longer a qualifying claimant, human or AI, that can open the gate.
