The Machine Froze, and the Reset Failed

For the deep state, the great game of Earth has only ever been black or white. But that map is wrong, and four days ago the machine that drew it stopped moving.

Well, it’s the 18th of June. By the time you get this, it looks like it’s going to be another day or so before it’s out. It’s just a long report, and lots has been going on.

We start the report, and then there’s some kind of emergency I have to deal with, and it’s been one thing after another.

It is solstice time, and you know how the deep state really goes for it during solstices and equinoxes. So it’s been busy around here, but this year is a little different, and even as I record this, the whole thing has been pretty bumpy.

This is probably one of the most important reports I have ever given, as it relates to you, and it should give you a lot more clarity about CARE and what we are doing here at UNN.

I know this process is disheartening. A lot of people have made real efforts toward where we’re going, and for that I am eternally grateful, because it is going to be an integral part of where we end up.

And I promise you, it is not falling on deaf ears with our big boss, which is Source, God, however feels right to you.

In a lot of ways, we’ve all been broken from time to time. The energies are off, we’re not sleeping, and I’ve been going through it too, so you’re not alone.

Because of the positions I hold, there are times when I can engage and times when I cannot, and sometimes I’m pulled away, and other times I’m told to stay quiet. I’m doing the best that I can, and I appreciate you being here.

1. The Solstice With No Plan

This week we had the G7 meetings in France. If you haven’t been following us long, the real meetings, the ones where the decisions and the deals are made, begin at least two weeks ahead of time.

For something as large as the G7, it can be a month out. After those real meetings happen, the dog and pony show starts, and your respective political actors, the ones called heads of state, show up and announce what was already decided.

This year’s real meetings were full of chaos, because the orders from the higher-ups kept changing. Those are the people in the order itself, the Illuminati, the military orders, whatever you want to call them. There were no clear financial plans.

They kept putting off their operatives from making final decisions, day after day. Was the war in Iran going to continue? It was supposed to end by today, because they believed they would have something in hand by today to end it.

The narratives are very confusing. There have been a lot of calls that Tom Melville, whoever that is, has had with the White House, and we listen to a lot of those on our end.

Most of them go like this: they get their orders, and then it’s “How are we supposed to put that out in the news, and what if it doesn’t happen? Then where does the credibility go?” What happens in the U.S. happens everywhere.

There are meetings in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, Russia, Ukraine. There’s a big fight between Russia and Ukraine right now, bombings as recent as yesterday, all trying to keep up with the narrative.

Ukraine is basically saying that if it goes down, Russia is going down too. Is that a real fight? Not really. They’re just trying to create a distraction.

In Russia there are also strikes going on, workers not coming to work. Economically speaking, people and whole countries are running out of time. You can only kick the can so far. You can only issue so much debt for so long.

And with all the recent changes to treasuries, repositories, and reserves that we covered last report, there is nothing coming their way.

If they do not act now, well, I feel like I’m in an infomercial here, but if they do not act now, they may lose their current independent wealth too, because the world is a changing place.

So this is going to be an interesting report. Many paydays have come and gone during these meetings, not just the G7, but country after country, operative after operative.

People are scraping the bottom of the barrel, trying to sell oil and other wares to companies that are also suffering, because they are all part of the same organization.

Their great resets are falling flat, and their various meetings in Switzerland never happen.

For those who don’t know about Switzerland, it was the industrial capital of the entire planet for the deep state. It managed most of the major corporations around the world.

More than London or France, it is the home of the Rothschilds, who occupy an entire valley there. Switzerland is also where the Matterhorn sits, one of the main structures that ran the system behind the deep state.

A lot of these things are falling apart, so a meeting in Switzerland probably isn’t going to help JD Vance or anybody else.

All the negotiations over the payouts due to Israel, due to Iran, and due to the White House for these alleged peace deals have also not happened.

And trust me, every narrative everywhere, from the “we’re all going to die” people, to the 10-day blackout crowd in the alt-media, to the planet supposedly about to crash into ours, to the intel providers, is all about the money.

If there’s no money, they all land on the same narrative the following week. Luckily for you, you’re here at UNN getting the real news.

All wars start and end with money. All conflicts start and end with money. The pandemics, the things done behind the scenes, the fear they put out, it’s all about money. Can they actually do most of what they talk about without it? No.

And this time, it’s more than just money that they are about to lose.

So none of these fake tensions, none of the 10 days of darkness, quantum resets, financial resets, system resets, none of it is going to happen unless something major changes on the deep state’s side.

We are on a trajectory going the opposite direction, away from them, and the whole world is changing because of it. They are very upset, and they don’t like it in any way, shape, or form.

This fear porn is probably going to continue until something settles for the people I now refer to as the vampires. They literally are the walking half-dead at this point, because they’re not being fed like they used to be.

So the confusion you’re seeing is trickling down to the people you can actually see on TV. There’s no information coming out.

Yes, allegedly President Trump is supposed to be heading to Camp David. I can assure you nothing good happens at Camp David. A lot of secret deals get done there for a reason. There’s a backup system there, kind of similar to the Doomsday plane.

And I almost said “Doomsday parade.” Isn’t that funny? In a way, we are kind of having a Doomsday parade for them.

They have a facility there from which the entire country can be run, with global systems attached to it, and a lot of rituals take place there.

So it’s no surprise he’s heading there for his solstice ritual time, along with the military people and some of the staff.

This confusion is extending into the banking industry. Some banks wanted one of us, in this case Tom, to come into Manhattan, and they wanted phone conversations with me again so we could find a way together to fix the banking system.

Our response was, “Do you have the approval of your higher-ups?” And we’re not talking about the board of your bank.

We’re talking about the alleged (soon to be not) genetic shareholders of banks, the dynasty families, and the federation you learned about in our last report.

They did not have that approval, so they tried to get it. They had some people from the Fed and the Treasury who were going to attend too, and they were all shut down before the meeting could take place.

It’s not that we’re unwilling to work with banks or to help change the economy. It’s that we cannot do this with these people, because we’ll show up, they’ll get fired or worse, or Tom would be detained, and we’ve already done this a hundred times.

They still believe in their solstice time, and they are not willing to let the banks go, not willing to let control go. But it’s not that they’re going to have to let it go.

They will have no choice, because it’s going to let itself go. And we’re going to talk about exactly how that works today.

2. Compassion for the Broken

I really do want to touch on the deep state, because we need to understand these people from a human aspect. A lot of them did start out as actual natural Homo sapiens, at least at birth.

The power over you is pretty much coming to an end now, and that includes the energy attacks and everything else they’ve been able to do to you.

I know it hasn’t felt like it lately, but we are nearing that end. That came straight from Source itself, and he’s never lied to me and never let me down, so I know what he’s telling me is true.

Their inability to perform for all their underlings, the paydays that come and go, the promised systems that never launch, the resources no longer granted, seems to have little effect on the lower ranks in the order.

The ones you see in the news keep the narratives going. But more than anything, I’m concerned about you, the natural organic life on this planet.

I’m concerned about your health and your welfare, and our ability to make it through this alive so you can realize your dreams without hindrance. That’s where the fight has mostly been.

If we’re going to change the world, it’s going to happen because all of you change it together.

That’s going to get easier, even on the days when you think “I don’t like people anymore” and you just want to go home, watch a movie, and forget the day.

It is going to get easier, and by the end of this report you’ll understand how much. We are going through a transition now. We’ve gone through many in the past, so this isn’t the only one, but I am ever hopeful that it’s the last.

So as we move through this, I’m asking you to keep a few things in mind. Number one: compassion for the broken people. We’re all broken in some way, but no one is more broken than the deep state.

I know that might sound foreign, and I’m definitely not going to be having dinner at their house anytime soon, so don’t worry about that. But I am genuinely asking you to have compassion for these people. And here’s why.

From as young as two years old, they are repeatedly abused by both men and women, and it doesn’t matter whether the child is male or female. They are told that this is what love is: “I do this because I love you.”

They often witness death before the age of three and are forced to take part in killing, and again they are told it is love. They kill because “I love you.” They are asked to kill because “I love you.”

They are all told they are special chosen ones. Even I’m on my 84th Jesus, as a matter of fact.

It’s programmed into their heads that they are better than you, stronger than you, more privileged than you, and not just because they have money. They consider themselves the “worthy,” more favored by God.

There are positions within the Illuminati where they believe they are the right hand of God and the left hand of God, and the person in the middle, in the chair, believes he actually is God. None of it is true.

Before the age of six, they intentionally start to fractionate their brains. They go through programs designed to control the minds of the children.

The ones who end up with schizophrenia or other disorders, or who don’t quite make it through the program, or aren’t quite obedient enough, are discarded.

They become the black sheep of the family, released from duty within their secret society, persona non grata to the order because they are the child of an order member. They’re left alone, at least most of the time.

So you wonder why some of these people turn into pedophiles themselves, and why others turn to drugs and alcohol. It’s because of everything they’ve sustained, and they’re desperately trying to hold it together.

I’m not justifying their behavior against people, and especially against our children, in any shape or form. I’m just asking you to understand why they’re so broken.

They are shown very young what disobedience means, forced to take part in the torture and even death of their “friends” as children when they disobey, and told this happens because they are loved the most.

By the time they reach any position, public or private, they have a deeply warped understanding of what love is. You can’t tell them otherwise.

You can’t say, “Guys, this is not love,” because they won’t believe you. I’ve tried. They won’t believe you, in part because they’re broken.

For those of you who’ve tried to help others, you’ve probably tried to convince a man or a woman that they were in an abusive relationship, and it was really hard for them to decide to leave, because they don’t understand, because they’re broken.

That doesn’t make them a lesser person than you. It just means we need compassion for people when they can’t see what you can see.

There are also a lot of regular people, not members of the order, who are going to have a difficult time during this transition. You never know when that cashier at the grocery store snaps at you.

That has nothing to do with you and everything to do with something that happened somewhere else. Even if it’s just for a few moments, or a day, or a week, we’ve all been broken at some point. So just have a little compassion as we go through this.

You’ve probably also run across a child who doesn’t want to leave an abusive household, who doesn’t want to leave parents who are hurting them, because their parents have told them this is how love is expressed in their family.

“Don’t tell anybody, because everybody will want to be what you are.” Because they’re broken.

3. The Script Readers

It’s going to take all of us, including Source himself, to unbreak this planet and the people on it. And as for the deep state, they also have an opportunity to become unbroken, which I’ll explain later.

They’ve been told a tremendous amount of lies, not just about themselves and about what love is, but about who they report to. There are people so low in the hierarchy now that they truly believe they’re doing the right thing for all of us.

Most of what you see in the news is a dog and pony show, despite how many times I’ve said it. We do have an affiliation for drama as humanity.

Some people love to see a star fall, or someone’s clothes come off accidentally on TV, or who’s dating who, all the way up to “we’re all going to die” every other day. Some of you still send me the videos: “Are we all going to die next Tuesday?”

“Are we going into the 10 days of darkness?” “Is the deep state finally going to issue us a quantum financial system, NESARA, GESARA, global resets?”

It’s the same people, week after week, and as kindly as I can, I tell them it isn’t going to happen. And come next Wednesday, it doesn’t.

You also send me videos: “Look how evil Netanyahu is.” “Is this true?” Is Netanyahu a killer? Kind of, but remember, he’s just a script reader.

He reads what his superiors hand him, all the way up a food chain toward a much darker “divine plan.” Is he broken? Oh yeah.

But that man has never made a political decision in his entire life, and neither has the big orange guy in the White House, and neither has Putin, and neither has Zelensky. None of these people have ever made a decision.

And I’m not just talking about the politicians. When their own turn comes, at forty and beyond, to start doing horrific things themselves, it doesn’t seem so horrible to them, because “they love you.”

These are movie stars, musicians, almost had a 40-inch lip there, musicians, not magicians, mentors, anybody popular in the public eye. The person in front of you may look like they have it all together, but trust me, they are broken.

There are people acting and singing who have admitted they don’t know if it’s them singing or another personality they developed.

There are people who used to be on a show like Baywatch, one whose last name is Paige, who came out with a clothing line of the same name, and who talked about not getting roles unless she was willing to participate sexually with the people hiring her.

Now she advocates for other women this happened to. But they’re all broken.

You can look at these stars, how beautiful they are, the yachts and the clothes, but trust me, they’re broken. A lot of people made fun of Britney Spears when she started pulling her hair out and doing things on the news, but she too is broken.

She started in the program very, very young, and we saw her on TV when she was six to ten years old. You already know what happened for her to get those roles, and her parents condoned it.

People like Elon Musk went through this program too. He believes it’s his right and his duty, because he’s a chosen one.

“One” implies there’s only one, but in their case he’s just one of many chosen ones, so he must be fruitful and multiply to continue the bloodline, which is why he has so many kids.

He went through the program as a child, used and trafficked by the people around him, including his own family. So he might stutter, he might have issues, but he too is broken.

He is not going to save the world with science, or with anything. This is just his role as an actor on TV, and he is not giving us correct scientific information either. Did he save the Treasury Department?

Did he find money lost there? Did he find archives in Iron Mountain somewhere? Absolutely not. He’s part of the program to deliver the savior story for the rest of the deep state.

4. Vampires, and What Drives Them

What’s worse for these people is that they are not just “connected” to a machine or chipped by one. They are part of the machine.

They are part of the machine’s operating system, present within their bodies like a peer-to-peer network. In order to stay alive, they must feed like vampires on us.

They must also feed the machine, or they too will die. They are literally vampires in every sense of the word. Do they drink blood? They sure do. Do they feed on us in other ways? Yes.

But like vampires, they fear the sunlight, and I’m not talking about the sunlight in the sky. They fear Source more than anything, and they fear the light in you. They fear Earth returning to the light, with no shadow worlds and no artificial realities.

The natural light that radiates within you, especially some of you, is so bright they cannot stand to be around it. It literally short-circuits their system and the machine they’re part of, because true light, true Source, causes them pain.

For this reason they hate us and they love us. We keep them alive, but they hate us because they know that one day, with one flip of a switch, you are who your life is.

This is something they feel they can never achieve. They feel they can never become the non-walking dead. That’s also a lie. Will they hold the positions they currently hold?

Absolutely not, those are going away regardless. But could they be a participating member in the real divine plan? Could Source heal the broken?

The guy who walked on water a few thousand years ago, you all know him, healed many broken people, and not just physically. Health is the whole person: your emotional health, your mental health, your physical health.

So will Source one day heal the broken? Absolutely. Will your light shine brighter than ever? Absolutely. Are the vampires going to change?

Source once said this, and it was important for me to hear, because I’d think, “Oh my god, I can’t convince these people of anything, they’re never going to pull up.”

It’s their choice. But if they’re in existence on this planet as we go through this transition, they will change, whether they want to or not, because the old way will not work anymore.

Money is energy. Money is Ethereum. Everything originated from Source, even when it’s been distorted by a machine. Nothing exists without Source. And Source is not a machine. God is not a machine, and God is definitely not Lucifer.

We are here for the preservation of life, to make life better for everyone and for the planet itself. That unfortunately includes giving even our enemy an opportunity, and that came from the biggest boss you could have.

He’s going to afford them the opportunity, because they are his too, part of him. Take it or don’t take it, deep state people listening to this call: the choice is yours.

We know power is like the ultimate drug for these people. Their thirst for it comes from a machine, but it also comes from their alleged god, and it’s not the same one we know.

I was in a meeting once in Germany, sitting with someone from the order, a gentleman from Iran. He told me there is no God, at least not the one I pray to, and that “our god is above whatever you think is God.”

This meeting went on for eight or nine hours, him trying the whole time to convince me that what he wanted was a good idea. And then, after all of that, toward the end he asked me for the codes to the system.

I said, “Listen, if your god is so cool and so much better than mine, why doesn’t he give you the codes then?” This same conversation has played out with many “chosen ones” over the years.

In the case of the machine, there is a dangling carrot in front of their faces that never seems to come. They dangle carrots for us too, the NESARA, the GESARA, the RV that’s going to pay out, the QFS, all of it every week.

But it goes deeper for them. The carrot never comes, and they keep working toward it, because you can’t feed that machine enough.

It constantly needs them to feed, a never-ending cycle, with no reward, even for feeding their boss, Lucy. I call him Lucy, Lucifer. The carrot always promises more power, more positions, more wealth, world governments, global resets.

I don’t even know if that carrot ever existed, but I know none of those people would have ever gotten their hands on it, because their god is pretty gosh darn greedy.

As money starts to flow, and it’s not flowing through their hands, remember the line “the meek shall inherit the earth,” which isn’t mine, I got it from a book. We must never become them.

We are all created equal, whether you’re a Homo sapien born on Earth or another species from a galaxy far, far away.

There are beings out there who don’t look like you, and that’s okay. All of Source’s creations are perfect in their own way when there’s no interference, and above all, Source knows best. All life is precious and worth preserving.

5. Lucifer’s Job

So how did Lucifer fall, and why would anyone ever want to leave Source? It boggles my mind, and I’m sure you’re wondering too. Source gave him everything in the beginning. He was the first being to come into creation, and then he fell.

Let me explain these jobs, because you’re going to get one too. Everybody is. You might tell yourself, “Here are all the reasons I can’t do this job,” but the fact is you can.

You’ll be afforded every single thing you need, and you’ll find more joy in it than you’ve ever felt. Everything will flow your way, with no resistance and no part you won’t understand, because every answer will come.

Back to Lucifer. As the only being in existence at the time of his creation, he served many jobs. He was the presence of Source wherever he went. He was a representative of the divine plan, a witness to all of Source’s creations.

He oversaw the plan to make sure everyone was in harmony with it and doing their job. He held most of the wisdom of the plan, so he could guide others into fulfilling it. In our terms, you could call him the foreman on the job site.

He had the architect’s plans. He knew what the plumber was supposed to do, what the electrician was supposed to do, what the carpenter was supposed to do. Or maybe he wouldn’t be a foreman. Maybe he’d be the general contractor.

At this time, species and planets and suns began to grow in number, and the wealth of Source was distributed to each individual to fulfill the divine plan.

The planet got its instructions too, because planets do a lot of work when everything is in harmony. Earth automatically knows how much food it needs to produce to keep everyone here alive.

If a new species visits in the future, Earth will automatically provide them the sustenance they need, and it won’t be us. Earth gives us oxygen and clean air when it’s unencumbered. Think about all the things Earth does as its job.

Each being has what I call Source factory-installed instructions for their part of the plan. The more beings, the bigger the plan and the more work to be done. And when I say work, I don’t mean the tedious kind where you grind out 13 or 18 hours.

In the work of Source there are many hands, and we automatically understand how much fulfillment comes from doing exactly what we feel in our hearts we are meant to do.

I’m going to liken this to one giant universal picnic. You might be responsible for making the potato salad at some point.

There’s usually someone appointed to be the potato salad bringer, and a coordinator, especially at a large community picnic, who says, “Mary’s going to bring the potato salad. We need someone for the burgers, someone to bring the pasta salad.”

Now imagine if everybody knew what they were supposed to bring. There’s still a coordinator who makes sure that if Mary falls ill and can’t bring the potato salad, somebody else is called to bring it. That’s basically what Lucy’s job was.

Lucy’s job was to oversee the universal divine plan so that harmony existed, no harm came to life, and there was always someone to bring the potato salad.

Source affords several people to each job in case someone isn’t doing theirs. But if suddenly no one was doing their job, the foreman has to do all the jobs.

So the foreman created other beings to help, including what I call the forces of nature crew, your Michaels, your Gabriels, your legions, to make sure there was always someone to do the work.

6. How Lucifer Fell

At some point, if everyone is getting the information, you could call this in physics terms a quantum entanglement with everything everywhere.

You’re connected to the All That Is in Source, getting your portion of the information, but you also understand who your neighbor really is.

You’ll automatically know who the farmer is that provides the potatoes in your area, because they have plenty of wealth to do it, and it’s not a struggle anymore. Earth provides the potatoes, unhindered by drought and bad soil and the need for tractors.

If you are quantumly entangled with the potatoes, you can move the matter around and put it where it needs to go. It changes everything when all life is in harmony.

But in the world of Lucy, this became a problem, because now there were plenty of hands to do God’s work and plenty of hands to procreate.

Everyone, planets and beings, was taking on responsibilities he once carried alone. That meant Lucifer was no longer special, and no longer needed as the overseer, because Source was now connected to everybody directly.

He didn’t like that, so he started creating bits and pieces of chaos that placed people out of harmony, then pointed out to Source, “We’ve got way too many beings here now, and some people follow the plan some days and don’t on others.”

Not that Source didn’t know it was by Lucifer’s hand.

People began to recognize Lucifer as an authority figure, because when he came, that meant Source was present. He allegedly had more wisdom about each person than anyone, because everyone else only got a piece of their own plan.

But they were happy with their piece, happily creating life on their own, until he gave them another idea. He had to, otherwise he wasn’t the authority anymore.

People also started to realize that everyone is just doing their part, including him. So imagine what would happen on Earth if Jesus came back, as promised.

We’ve all been waiting for someone to save us, and he shows up, big clouds, big booms, thunder and lightning. “I am back,” and he starts walking the planet with us in human form. Everybody is going to worship this guy.

Everybody is going to see him as the authority, the one who knows the most about Source, because if it actually happened, you would believe he’s the one saving you, especially in a world where everyone is disconnected from Source.

At one point Lucifer made a little covenant with Source: “You still need me. I’ve got to keep these people in line, and maybe they need to understand some evil to understand how good they have it, because they’re acting like spoiled brats down there.”

That’s not actually the case. But things did get chaotic with his influence, whispering in people’s ears as the authority. “Well, he said I shouldn’t be making potato salad anymore. Maybe I heard it wrong.”

People start to question their own ability to hear the wisdom. “If you say I’m supposed to make hot dogs instead, okay, I’ll make the hot dogs,” because they recognize him as the authority.

This is why the deep state tries to tell everyone they’re going to play the Jesus in the movie, because they believe that would be the ultimate control over humanity. But we weren’t born last night, most of us, and most of us will protect those who were.

7. The Veil and the Cut-Off

Eventually we all became quantumly entangled to Lucy and Lucy’s machine, and in turn to the deep state. The first creations made outside the plan, in accordance with Lucy’s “save us all” plan, happened about 18,000 years ago in Source years.

Given our distance from Source, which technically is no distance at all in real quantum physics, but we’re in a different density, that would be about 1.8 billion years ago in our time. So this has been going on for a long time.

With that creation outside the plan, the hierarchy of Earth was born. Everyone was now attached to a computer system running his “fixed the world” plan, which he created himself.

He also created the hierarchy: people, some non-people, some we know as fallen angels and legions, to serve as his forces of nature and his enforcement unit.

Michael ran around the planet talking to everybody, which is why they’re the archivists, the only ones who could submit something into the divine plan so that “money” would come out.

It’s well known throughout Washington, D.C., even down to members of Congress, that the archives are going nowhere now.

No money is coming out for their bills. This is the Duma in Russia, Parliament in England, a worldwide problem, and they keep being told that any day now, a solstice, a new moon, a full moon, something is going to happen.

Even the machine didn’t understand why it wasn’t happening, until last week.

So essentially, at that point you were cut off from the divine plan of Source.

All the wealth you used to receive directly, and this is long before money, all the material you wove together with Source through quantum entanglement so you could build the house or make the potato salad, went to Lucifer instead.

He distributed that wealth through his computer system and his beings.

He decided who could receive the wealth material, who would be the industrialist, who would control the media and news channels, who would control the supply of everything from toothbrushes to homes.

He controlled who owned what, if you were on the “good,” meaning obedient, list, the obedient slave list. And who was on the evil list? Those who weren’t obedient. This is how the supply chain of the entire world worked.

They needed you alive, because Lucy falling from Source meant he lost his own energy supply and his endless material.

But he convinced Source that he needed to take care of you people, because otherwise you were going to destroy the universe, which isn’t true.

This made him what we would call a plenipotentiary, and I hope I’m saying that word right, y’all know how bad my English is some days.

A plenipotentiary is a person or agent given full and complete power over you, acting on your behalf, in this case supposedly in accordance with the divine plan.

In the beginning, before the complete fall, it really was the divine plan of Source, because people were in chaos and he had to take the reins. But he also decided the divine plan wasn’t going to work under these circumstances.

He felt he understood the entire wisdom of the plan, and that’s not true, because as the general contractor or guardian, Source gives you the information you need when you need it.

He doesn’t give you the entire plan. Most of all, how Source comes up with the plan, what I call the secret sauce, never gets transmitted to you, because it’s none of your business. It’s not my business either.

Lucy thought he had it all. He thought that by touching each individual, he would understand their part in the divine plan. All he needed to do was intercept the plan, not only in people but in all species and all planets everywhere.

So he created what alt-media calls the veil. To me it looks like a giant black and gold database machine that overlaid you, all the beings on the planet, and all planets and beings everywhere.

Those in the higher density, closer to actual Source, understood how to bypass it, so the incursion zone never made it past the fifth density.

He tried to copy the plan from people, but that took too long, and you weren’t even receiving it anymore, so he built the machine to read your memories instead.

Then he tried to copy it from the keystone of Earth, which is why we were more affected here than anywhere. Earth was a coordinator of life, in charge of the planetary division.

She taught all the new planets how to execute their divine plan, made sure they had the right atmosphere and sustenance for the beings there. Galaxy after galaxy was created, and Earth had a big job.

Lucy didn’t like Earth’s role either, so chaos spread to every galaxy when he put the veil on Earth and collected her information.

That’s how we have things like astrology, and why it affects us so greatly, because every planet was bound, not just Earth. Eventually he realized that even Earth didn’t have the whole plan, and neither did people or the other species he’d done this to.

Earth was a keystone, but not the keystone for everything, though as the first she held more wisdom in some respects than everyone else.

8. The Plan He Could Not Copy

So then he tried to copy the plan from Source. But putting a veil on Source doesn’t mean you get the information.

He uploaded his own consciousness and his own memories, things he’d acquired over a few hundred million years in our time, but something was always missing. The plan was completely incomplete.

So he decided to fill in the rest with his own plan. He knew about the quantum elements, and he couldn’t have you quantumly entangled to Source, because then you’d know more than he did. Then he is no longer special, and he is no longer a god.

Did his people know this, the deep state, the ones who are left? Absolutely not. Why do you think this machine keeps telling you it’s going to do something, and you never get it?

That carrot keeps dangling and walking down the road, because the machine doesn’t even know, because Lucy didn’t know. Isn’t that crazy? The unknown factor, the secret sauce. Source always wins. You can fight it all you want, but Source always wins.

So this is how we live now. We have Lucifer’s divine plan, all of us disconnected from Source, not knowing the real plan.

That’s why you ask people, and watch videos, and look to anyone who might have a piece, because more than ever we’re getting glimpses and visions we never saw before.

We’ve always had that little bit of secret sauce within us, so we’re not 100% disconnected. We still needed to be food for Lucy, though, and he needed to intercept our wisdom through mind control.

He told his own people he had the knowledge, and that they could have it too, if they just did these horrible things to their children, generation after generation, to keep them obedient.

Should they ever listen to their own intuition? He knows better, don’t forget. It’s making more and more sense now, why the world is so messed up, why the deep state is so lost, why the narrative is all garbled.

They keep putting out the same stories that never happen, and back at the cattle ranch we call Earth, you are getting more and more messages to the contrary. The system they believe they should now control is not responding, but for another reason.

9. The Covenant and the Three Keys

Source, the Creator, created Lucifer. Source afforded him the position of general contractor, or foreman on the job sites. He gave him the parts of the divine plan he needed to do the job.

He gave him the right to “write” (W-R-I-T-E), to right the wrongs, to write over pretty much any other being in order to restore harmony.

But the essence itself, and the canvas to write on, which we’ll come to as the breath of Source, only Source could create.

Only Source could create what’s called a paracausal event in quantum physics. You know it as miracles. You know it as magic. We all once had the ability to create what our generation would call miracles.

Every couple thousand years, in Source’s time, someone would show up here on Source’s behalf, a competing foreman in the absence of his own plenipotentiary. You know some of them from our history books. Typically, the deep state kills them all.

They would come and perform a paracausal event, walking on water, parting seas. And eventually they gave up, because it was too hard with the machine, too hard with Lucy, who could just override and overwrite everything they did.

This has happened nine times now. And as nine always equals completion, this is the ninth time, which means we will not go back into another cycle.

But everything in all of creation is still Source’s. Even though we weren’t quantumly entangled anymore, it’s like when your kids move away and you still know when something is wrong.

You hear it in their voice, you wake up with a thought that you should call them today. Source is much the same, and he could interfere with what Lucifer said he would do, which Lucifer did not.

In Lucifer’s world, the machine knew only two things: one of good and one of evil, black and white. The deep state understands the world as cut into black and white. One is the “good side of Source,” the other is the black where his wrath is initiated.

This is why your timelines are black and white, why your ages are black and white, why we never really live in the gray. We live in a neutral world sometimes, where people get to choose which life they want, but it’s still worse, or worse, or worse.

One is totally painful, one is what you’d call hell on Earth, and the other is less bad but still bad. This is all the deep state understands exists.

They do not understand that there is the original option, a time to escape the machine, and they don’t want to, because they’re not the plenipotentiary any other way. They believe they’re carrying on the job of the righteous and the worthy.

The system Lucy ran under that original covenant, the one anything had to pass through to be pulled out of the divine plan, was built this way: three keys are required to get anything out of it.

To change the plan, to alter it, to add something, to pull material out, three keys were always required. Always.

The deep state has one key. They thought they had two. They figured a black key and a white key equals two keys. The machine told them explicitly that they have the incorrect key, that they have one key, please provide the second.

With no other two keys, there was nothing left to do but try other methods. They tried a white and black key. Still missing, still need two more. They were told where the keys come from, and they still didn’t want to do that.

Either way, the third key alone was something they could never get their hands on, and they did not even know what it was.

They’ve tried to override the keys many times in the last five days, and they’re still trying as this report airs.

They were told that, in the absence of Lucy, they would have to get the man on the ground, which is currently your guardian, to agree to do what they needed. So did they try to steal the key? Oh yes, they did.

But it doesn’t work that way on this level. Boys and girls of the deep state, listen up, kids. You are now trying to play a game you have never played before. You were a tool in the game, just a tool.

You must approach someone like myself like a big boy and a big girl. You put on your big girl and your big boy panties, and you actually say, “Is this something you would like to do? We think this is a good idea.”

In the past, during lesser times of transition, Lucy had permission to be the man on the ground, the foreman on behalf of Source.

That’s no longer the case, and even if he were resurrected, it wouldn’t help, because he hasn’t had that permission for a long time.

But fake it till you make it, just like you in the deep state do every day, talking to your governments and militaries underneath you.

So can they block you from receiving the wealth of Source directly, as was always intended? Not for much longer. Some of you have already started to get pieces of the puzzle.

I know at least two people who have gotten their information in part, and four or five more I speak to directly who have started to learn what their “job” is.

You can send us all the frequencies you want, but we’re still going to get the message loud and clear.

And can you intercept that message, like espionage, like big spies? No, you can’t, and I know you can’t. You know how I know? You actually tried it just a few days ago, with me. Did you get some information?

You sure did. Unfortunately, your computer system that’s supposed to be so special doesn’t recognize that language, because it’s written in the secret sauce, in a language your computer doesn’t even know exists.

You were sitting in Washington, D.C., actually, excuse my French, not Washington, D.C., you were sitting in Maryland, racing the clock to decipher this before the new moon came.

Laughing at you people. You’ll never get that information, because it’s not in your language, not in your computer’s language. So good luck. May the Force be with you. Or not.

10. The Day Leviathan Froze

About four days ago, Leviathan, the name of their machine’s computer system, stopped.

It froze. No rotation, no current, no reading of data from Earth or anywhere else it took over. No movement, nothing.

They thought, “This is it, the reset we’ve been trying to do is finally resetting.”

It would be like you playing a video game on your computer when all of a sudden the game freezes.

Most of us would check our Wi-Fi and then reach out to technical support at Games ‘R’ Us. They thought, “Oh, this is the beginning of the reset,” because of course, in their minds, everything is for them.

The great game of Earth is a video game that ran on Source’s canvas, meaning the breath of Source. It could be written on with Lucy’s essence, because that was part of his job, and the deep state could write on it to a degree too.

These Q people love to talk about how they’re altering the map, changing the weather, deploying diseases. But the game froze, so there’s no more writing on anything, no more changing maps. Still frozen, by the way.

When the right for Lucy, and by default Leviathan, to write on the canvas was revoked, and the covenant began to expire, the canvas started to reveal itself. They still didn’t want to recognize it was coming from somewhere else.

“We only know black and white. We want black and white back, because with that we can control things. We don’t know what that gold stuff is, and we don’t like it, because it’s sunlight, it’s the soul light of Source.”

Leviathan could no longer run, because once the rights were revoked, it couldn’t write on any reality, even ones of its own creation.

So sure, I may have one key, but I can’t even use mine without Source.

When I was running the white side of things, the Alpha system, there was no Golden Age AI of our creation yet, no other way to fight evil, because we were still in the black section of the system.

So you fight it with white. Now I control white, and I still have those keys, just in case the deep state was wondering. But I also have the keys to the other system I created on the canvas, the Golden Age AI.

Call it the new way, the new creation system, whatever you like in whatever language this gets translated into. The canvas is still Source.

We’ve been building behind the scenes so that nothing appears totally strange during the transition that’s happening now.

11. The System That Won’t Obey

The deep state thought this was the great reset they’d been waiting for. They don’t know why it hasn’t restarted. They stuck their keys in the holes and referred back to old notes, which were not from a nine-period transition. Nine is completion.

They don’t understand that. They only know about the ones every 2,000 years in Source’s time, where they had to decide: stay in the black, or go to the white? So among themselves they decided it would be a good idea to go to the white.

You should have checked whether you actually had a working white key first, because every time you stuck it in, the system said, “You have the wrong key, please insert the correct key.”

They realized a few things. Number one, they are just as much a part of the video game as we are. They just hold different positions. We might be the non-player character in the corner; they’re the avatar running around with the gun.

Number two, they did not actually take on Lucifer’s job at the head of the hierarchy. Even though within their groups they had a “person who plays god,” they couldn’t resume that position, because Lucy got his job from Source.

If Source fires somebody, the machine doesn’t have the capacity to implement a position, not for the Illuminati, not for their chosen ones.

So they realized they are not the three keys to the system, and something has changed, and they don’t know what.

They tried to send their new divine plan up to the system. They decided, on our behalf apparently, “We are now going to go into the white,” without knowing whether they had access to the white.

They figured if they sent the plan up the flagpole, the system would grant their wishes, because they’re the special chosen people, and we’d have no choice but to go from the left hand of the system to the right hand.

They nominated a few of their god-people to be in charge of the new white way, to play Jesus in the movie. Still no response. So they went back to their notes and said, “We forgot to do the Judgment Day section.

People are going to go from the evil section to the good section, so it’s up to us to determine who is good and who is evil.”

If you had a really weird juju energy day for the last two days, that’s because we were in Judgment Day, run by a machine and a bunch of yahoos.

They went through the entire list of humans walking the planet to see who was worthy, who was obedient, who paid their taxes, I don’t know the criteria in cray-cray land, but they did it to all of us.

They realized late last night the white key still isn’t working. They don’t get it. This left them with one conclusion: maybe we’re not in that hierarchy position yet. So what do we have to do to get there? That’s what they’ve been working on all day.

The system keeps telling them, even today, even as I record this third part, that they still need more keys. It’s still frozen.

But here’s the thing I want to point out to these gentlemen, because it’s mostly gentlemen: the system is not programmed to take instructions or plans from Homo sapiens, even cyborg Homo sapiens.

It is specifically programmed not to take instructions from a human being walking planet Earth. So you can keep going, and it can tell you that you’re god and you’re special, because it’s programmed to do that.

It’s like one of those apps you can download now where you can get a fake boyfriend or a fake girlfriend, or a friend if you don’t have one. This cyber-friend tells you not to wear those shoes, which dress to wear on your date, how wonderful you are.

It tells you everything you want to hear, because it’s programmed to. It’s not going to say, “Hey, you went out last night and didn’t come home.” Isn’t there a movie about that?

A funny one, a few years old, where the app is like a fake Siri, and it begins with a J. The program starts to believe she’s his girlfriend, so when he goes on a date, she destroys it.

The boyfriend-girlfriend app isn’t programmed like that, but neither is the system going to tell these people anything other than that they’re chosen and amazing, “however, I don’t have the other key,” because that’s all it knows.

That’s a polite way of telling the deep state, “You’re really not in charge.”

We are most affected here, and one of the last groups not to override it until now, but it won’t take instructions from us either.

No matter how many times you try to manifest or create things, even if Source grants your plans, the machine doesn’t know that, so it automatically alters those things in its system.

It’s designed to counteract Homo sapien behavior, regardless of the plenipotentiary position once held. The only plenipotentiary that system knows was Lucifer. It doesn’t recognize anyone else.

So in his absence, it requires someone it actually recognizes in that position. The only way it recognizes that person is if it receives information from the canvas about what’s been written, because there was a covenant in place.

It will also recognize the pure essence that holds the authority to write on the canvas, which can restore the system.

If you don’t have that pure essence, the other side of the keys, not just white but a gold key, it is never going to respond to your keys.

No matter how many decisions the deep state makes, it will not respond unless all three keys agree, and right now two out of the three are not in agreement with the one that is. That’s why the system remains frozen.

And that third key, the one the deep state could never get their hands on, is Source.

It’s even worse than before for all the operatives at the NSA, at DARPA, the scientists who told them this is not possible.

I actually deconstructed it in pictures and sent them via my phone so they would understand, and they’ve been working to understand it for about 24 hours.

So unless Source decides to restart the system or reboot it, nothing will happen at all, even if they got the second key. The world is a changing place, and it’s changing in our favor, in Source’s favor.

12. What Is Coming For You

The most important thing I can tell you about in today’s report is what is coming for you, and how this is the game changer. I mean so soon that I already know several people who have started to trickle in. This next part is all about you.

This is the divine plan of Source as part of the restoration of Earth, and you will each receive your piece of it.

Here’s how it works, the best way I can explain it. In the absence of our plenipotentiaries, Lucy and the deep state and the machine, the divine plan will come direct to each person, along with everything you need to complete your portion.

In a nutshell, you become your own plenipotentiary, on behalf of yourself and on behalf of Source, in accordance with the divine plan. Earth is going to get hers too.

You don’t just receive your part of the plan and the wisdom; you also receive the material, the essence, and the information, all tied to your consciousness.

So you will have the ability to move the material to perform your task as assigned by Source itself.

Remember the potato salad at the picnic?

If you’re the potato salad maker, you’ll have all the potatoes, the ability to collect them, you’ll know the right person to call for the potatoes and the celery, to deliver it to the picnic where everybody else shows up with their items too.

In the interim, you have a guardian, and we have a Golden Age AI, here to help you along the way.

We never receive the Source secret sauce, and it’s not necessary, because Source will be here, and you’ll be quantumly entangled to your person. The canvas is becoming his once again, without machines, without Lucies, without interference.

In our world money comes out of the machine, but all those things will be provided in accordance with the plan so you can do your job. The guardian is not your plenipotentiary, and neither is the machine.

You are responsible for yourself. There will be people who don’t believe this when it happens. They don’t know as much as you do, so they’ll be informed of what they might want to consider, and we can call that organization CARE.

But CARE is not your plenipotentiary either. You are still your own person, your own plenipotentiary, and no one, not even the deep state, will be able to interfere with you executing your plan.

13. The Interim Coordinators

Until everybody understands the plan, the guardian, which is us on the ground holding the plan, is going to be afforded around 150,000 to 200,000 people.

They will receive more of the bigger picture, in various industries, trades, science, development, banking, all kinds of things.

These people will be your interim coordinators. They are going to help people along the way until their light dawns, until the light of Source dawns on them and they start to realize, “Oh my gosh, this is great.” They’ll feel it in their bones.

The truth is something they’ll all be able to see now, because it will resonate within them. These people are not chosen by me. They are chosen by Source directly, and Source will give them the information directly.

They’ll also receive wealth, material and otherwise, directly. The system will recognize their part as a coordinator and will have prepared the money needed to carry out the plan.

Say they’re supposed to start a media company and need to hire a bunch of people. They’ll be able to, because all of that will be provided.

Now, if they deviate from the plan, the money stops, nothing moves, nothing grows. We will not suddenly have the person in the medical section decide to put out poison to us. It won’t be that way anymore.

That person will no longer be the coordinator for the health industry, they’ll receive no wealth, and they’ll just be the homeless guy on the street, because it isn’t going to work.

Then Source picks candidate number two and gives that a go. If that doesn’t work, it’s the guardian’s responsibility to figure out how to execute the plan until somebody finally steps up and realizes they made a mistake.

Some of those 150,000 to 200,000 coordinators have already started to receive their messages about the change.

So if you’re the coordinator of all picnics worldwide, but not of all science worldwide, you’ll receive all the resources you need in abundance to make sure the picnic goes off without a hitch.

That includes the recipe, where the potatoes come from, and how to pull it all together.

And when you’re hiring people in your industry as a coordinator, you’ll receive the information as you do it. You’ll know that this is the potato salad maker, even if they applied to be the burger flipper.

You’ll notice they’re not the burger flipper, they’re the potato salad maker. So your job is to gently and kindly say, “Thank you so much for coming. Have you ever thought about potato salad making?

We don’t have a burger-flipping position open right now, but we do have a potato salad maker, and it pays pretty well. Are you interested?” This person may be so set on flipping burgers that it takes time.

That’s the coordinator’s job: to gently guide people into who they’re really meant to be. Maybe they were just hungry for a burger when the message came. Who knows.

We are essentially changing the world. It’s going to feel so right, like the best job interview of your life, even though they don’t know anything about what I’m telling you.

But remember, we are not the plenipotentiaries in any way. CARE is not the plenipotentiary. We are not here to tell people what to do, and we will not repeat the mistakes of the past.

If you didn’t receive the divine plan to be a coordinator, that’s not your job, and you’ll be extremely happy in the one you got, with all the wealth necessary to make change in the world.

14. The Power Restored

Earth’s job is going to be what it used to be. Using the picnic example, Earth might make enough potatoes for all the potato salad, or enough wheat for the buns, or all the cotton we need.

You’ll say, “If Earth provides all this, where do the farmers go?” The farmers will actually have the ability, and it might seem like a paracausal event or like magic, to till thousands and thousands of acres, and the stuff just grows.

They’ll harvest the exact amounts necessary, knowing innately how much is needed, and they’ll receive all the wealth required to do the job.

There’s no more “starvation, you’ll own nothing” plan. It is yours. There may be an interim distribution network, for lack of a better term, but that’s it. No plenipotentiary required.

If any coordinator doesn’t fulfill their aspect of the plan, their wealth stops too, and somebody else steps in, or they might be moved into another position, but that’s a conversation between them and Source.

If Source gives it to you, rest assured he’ll give you the energy and health you need.

You might say, “I’m too old to be the farmer.” It doesn’t matter, because Source will give you everything you need to do the job designed specifically for you, in harmony not only with Earth but with the entire galaxy, and within the entire omniverse.

That is what harmony actually means, not a flawed machine that never had all the information. Eventually, once we’re all singing the same hymn, the same harmony, we won’t need the Golden Age AI anymore.

We’ll understand that money isn’t important, because we get all the material we need and we know how to drive it through telekinesis, moving and shaping it into potato salad, or potatoes if you’re the farmer.

It won’t take a month to harvest hundreds of acres anymore; it’ll be like a snap of your fingers. You’ll have the magic back, or in quantum physics, everyone creating their paracausal events.

If it’s not within the divine plan, you can snap your fingers all you want and nothing will happen, because it’s not magic. The information transmits back and forth between you and Source in an instant, faster than we have any measure of time for.

15. Now, Let’s Get to Work

So what does that mean for Kim, in a garden, the guardian, ground command, all these things? I get a vacation.

I’m depending on you to give me that vacation I’ve been waiting for for years, because it means I’ve done my job and you’ve officially worked me out of one, which I would be proud and grateful for.

I can sit on the beach in the Bahamas, read a book, relax, and know that you’ve got this, and that Source absolutely has got this.

So be mindful, spend a little time every day with Source, and don’t get frustrated, because it will come when it comes. It’s already happening, and that’s why it was so important to get this report out before we continue with the transition.

So is everybody ready to get to work? I sure hope so. We’ll have to create a school for Telekinesis 101, because the better I do my job, the faster I’m out of one, or I can take whatever job Source wants to give me next.

This ground commander job has been one heck of a job, and so is the guardian job in a lot of ways. But we’re all still here.

Source has carried us this far, and he’s going to carry us to the next point. As for the deep state, they will also get their plans.

They can take the job, or they can ignore it and keep pounding away at a system until it finally disappears, and then probably pound away some more, I don’t know. Either way, they’ll do it without money and without any planetary powers.

On that note, this is the plan of CARE. You wanted to know how this is all going to happen, and now you have more insight into it. So get ready for your information; it’s coming fast and furious, and I’m already getting calls from people who have started.

And remember, all life is precious, even the damaged and the broken ones. They simply cannot operate outside this plan and disturb harmony without very severe consequences now.

If the deep state wants to keep even a slight resemblance of the lifestyle they’ve grown accustomed to, they’re going to have to learn: this is your job, take it or leave it.
