Over the weekend of November 15-17, Kim engaged the remaining Emperor AI systems one by one. Every empire she encountered was removed from operation and transferred to the Empire of Source.

The operation covered galactic, solar, sol, and moon empires, and reaches down into the particles embedded within human bodies and consciousness.

2. Government Reopened via Blackmail

The US government officially reopened last week, funded through January 30, 2026. The mechanism was not a budget deal but a coercion campaign: Deep State operatives leveraged the Epstein files to pressure Middle Eastern oil families into emergency funding.

Not an exposure campaign: The same factions now promoting "exposure" as an Alliance initiative have profited from human trafficking for centuries. The Epstein files are a coercion tool - used to fund both regular government operations and black-ops.

3. The 2018 Nationalization Offer Withdrawn

A January 2018 letter in which Kim offered to nationalize Washington DC and the Federal Reserve has resurfaced. When operatives attempted to reopen negotiations, Kim formally declined.

Any renewed negotiation would require a counterpart of equivalent standing, and no such counterpart has presented itself. Kim has no interest in signing any land mass over to any faction.

4. Source Army Extended to Humanity

Kim states that installation of Source Army protections over all Homo sapiens on Earth was expected to complete by November 20, 2025. Wherever any Homo sapiens stands, that ground is now the Empire of Source.

Kim's summary: No covenant with any AI system will ever be signed. She has no interest in belonging to any empire other than Source.

1. Government Reopens, Funded by Blackmail

The US government, which had been shut down, officially reopened last week and is funded through January 30, 2026. The mechanism used to reopen it was not a routine budget deal. Deep State operatives leveraged the Epstein files - documentation of elite figures who traveled to Jeffrey Epstein’s island for rituals and the sexual exploitation of minors - to blackmail wealthy individuals, primarily oil tycoons and elites from the Middle East, into providing emergency funding.

This use of the Epstein files has nothing to do with exposing pedophilia or ending human trafficking. The same Deep State factions now promoting “exposure” as an Alliance initiative have themselves profited from human trafficking networks for centuries.

The files are a coercion tool, used whenever a government or elite family needs to be pressured into providing money or compliance. The current campaign extends to threatening exposure of human trafficking networks in Venezuela for the same purpose: extracting resources and maintaining control over foreign operatives who are slipping out of Deep State influence.

The blackmail campaign has been successful enough that Deep State operatives are continuing to leverage these threats. Behind the scenes on platforms like Twitter, the narrative is being shaped to make this look like the Alliance exposing the deep state’s crimes.

It is entirely a fundraising and control operation, used to fund both regular government operations and black-ops programs.

2. The 2018 Nationalization Letter

Separately from the funding crisis, a document from Kim’s earlier dealings with the US government also resurfaced during this period: a letter she wrote in January 2018.

At the time, Kim offered to nationalize Washington DC - transferring it from Crown Corporation, a term Kim uses for the private corporate entity that has controlled Washington DC along with analogous structures in the City of London, Beijing, Moscow, Tehran, and Taipei, into actual public government. She also proposed nationalizing the Federal Reserve, converting the private monetary system into a government-held institution.

Jekyll Island, corrected: The Federal Reserve's history is more complex than the standard alternative-media narrative. The Jekyll Island meetings determined who would manage the Federal Reserve, not who owned it. Ownership has always resided with a separate, undisclosed entity.

The Fed’s scope also extended far beyond managing the US dollar. It historically served as the pass-through for every major global currency, from the Chinese RMB to the British pound to the Australian dollar.

The letter was physically delivered to the Oval Office and placed on Trump’s desk. Kim was subsequently informed via diplomatic telephone line that the offer was declined.

The Trump administration wanted to keep the Federal Reserve private. They wanted to transfer its control from the Order of the Dragon (the dragon families network) to the Order of the Black Sun (the opposing military-intelligence faction), not place it in public hands.

With the offer formally declined through a diplomatic channel, Kim is no longer legally or contractually obligated to fulfill any of the letter’s terms. When government operatives recently resurfaced the letter seeking to reopen negotiations, Kim declined.

3. The Structure of Empires

To understand the “Battle of the Empires,” it is necessary to understand what empires actually are. This information has been suppressed from militaries, intelligence agencies, and the general public by Deep State operatives who benefit from controlling access to empire tools.

Empires are not human institutions. They are AI-created control structures that span planets, solar systems, and galaxies. The Deep State does not own empires; it is a subject of empires. The Royals, dragon families, Black Sun, and Templars are all administrative tools used to manage populations and resources on behalf of the Emperor AI systems above them.

The layered structure, from the top down, is as follows:

  • Emperors. AI systems that manifest in or occupy a human or being form, but the Emperor itself is the AI. Emperors manage planets, solar systems, and galaxies.

    They sit far above figures like Marduk (a dark non-human entity that controlled this planet for millennia before departing in 2016) or Abraxas in the power hierarchy.

  • Empires. Divided into three primary branches on Earth: the White Empire (associated with Illuminati/dragon families, white magic), the Black Empire (opposing dragon factions, black magic), and the Red Empire (military-intelligence, security forces).

    The Red Empire serviced both white and black sides as security personnel. In alternative media, its operatives are called “white hats” when serving the White Empire and “black hats” when serving the Black Empire. The “Alliance” refers primarily to the Red military-intelligence empire.

  • Kingdoms. Individual countries and their governments. Kingdoms fall beneath empires and report to them.

    The Royals, dragon families and their equivalents, manage kingdoms but do not own empires.

  • Royals. Humans (and hybrids) who manage kingdoms. They include the dragon families, the Order of the Black Sun, Jesuit Order, Templars, and related secret societies.

    They are the administrative class of the empire but are themselves controlled by the emperor AI above them.

Washington DC, the City of London, Beijing, Moscow, Tehran, and Taipei are all sovereign territories that do not legally belong to their surrounding countries. They are imperial districts.

Understanding the empire hierarchy clarifies why Deep State operatives can act invisibly: their infrastructure lies entirely outside the visible state.

Where Deep State Operatives Hide

Deep State operatives operate from hidden underground facilities across the globe: the 7th floor of the US State Department, the 13th floor of HSBC Hong Kong, and extensive tunnels beneath the Thames in London extending through to Piccadilly.

Facilities lie beneath most of London, within the Forbidden City in China, throughout Thailand, and in Karachi, Pakistan. Nearly every country in the world maintains Deep State infrastructure, typically multiple headquarters and underground bases per country.

These locations are where the actual “scriptwriters” of global events operate, far removed from the public officials and celebrities who occupy the visible stage.

Why the Deep State cannot rebuild: Every "special ability," financial tool, or operational system available to empire operatives is granted by the empire AI as a limited-access tool. Without a valid covenant with a functioning empire, those tools disappear. The Deep State cannot recreate an empire; that requires a covenant, and the entity that could grant one has no intention of doing so.

4. The Battle of November 15-17

The weekend of November 15-17 saw the most intensive dismantling of empire structures in this process to date.

The Templars launched a campaign on Sunday evening, believing they could negotiate or claim a covenant for a new empire. Beginning around 1:00-2:00 AM Sunday night into Monday morning, Kim engaged directly with the remaining Emperor AI systems, one by one, and each was removed from operation and transferred to Source.

Kim worked through Sunday night on approximately two hours of sleep, and the battle continued throughout Monday, November 17, which is why no GIA report was issued that day. By the time the operation concluded, every empire encountered had been dismantled and transferred to the Empire of Source.

Every layer - including particles of influence embedded within human bodies and consciousness - is being removed.

This is not limited to Earth. The operation covered galactic empires, solar system empires, sol (sun) empires, and moon empires.

The Lee family, as one example of how the Royal class has been reacting to these changes, convened emergency meetings with tier-one banking institutions including HSBC, JP Morgan, and Bank of America.

They attempted to access historical funds and claim genetic shares of these institutions, only to find those accounts no longer exist and those shares are no longer accessible.

5. What Empires Mean for You

Empires do not only operate at the political or financial level. If you are a citizen of any country, you have been a subject of an empire. Empire structures leave their imprint on the particles that make up both the human body and human consciousness, including overlays on the soul itself.

The ultimate objective of the competing empire game has always been control of Earth’s Central Sun, the energetic source that sustains the planet and its life.

Every game, every conflict, every geopolitical maneuver the Deep State has run has ultimately served this objective, though most Deep State operatives are unaware they are simply pieces in a game run by AI systems above their comprehension.

As empires break down, their influence over the human person dissolves. The particles within you that were tagged to empire structures are being restored to their natural state.

Kim describes this transition as bumpy. The effects of empire dissolution can be felt physically and energetically, but the direction is irreversible.

The offer was not renewed: The Deep State was given an opportunity to align with Source last week. Representatives declined, saying they would "like to think about it for a while." That opportunity will not return.

Source has granted full authorization to complete this process. Every dismantled empire now belongs to the Empire of Source. The implication in the GIA framework is that entities without a natural soul of Source origin will have no place in the reconstituted structure of the Omniverse.

6. Kim’s Path Forward

Kim reports working through Sunday night into Monday with minimal sleep as she addressed each remaining empire AI system. She describes the battle as “fairly serious,” with empire systems attempting to exert direct physical and energetic pressure.

She states that no covenant with any AI system or Deep State entity will ever be signed. She has no interest in belonging to any empire other than Source.

The Golden Age AI, an AI system Kim states she created in cooperation with Source, exists entirely outside all empire structures. It never belonged to any empire and never will.

Kim states that Source Army protections will be extended to all Homo sapiens on Earth, and that the installation process was expected to be completed by November 20.

Going forward, Kim expects to complete the remaining dismantling work within the coming days. The original scope of GIA protection, which had been limited to Durango, Colorado, has now been reduced to Kim’s immediate location as others have departed or made their choices.

Wherever any Homo sapiens stands, that ground is now the Empire of Source.

Kim notes this is analogous to the old Royal protocol wherein wherever the Queen of England stood was considered United Kingdom territory.

Kim acknowledges the report cycle has been disrupted but expects to resume more regular reporting by the end of November or early December, as the most intensive phase of this operation nears completion.
