Marduk

Report of January 15, 2024

Marduk is the name the GIA reports use for a non-human entity described as Earth's ground commander for millennia under a system of global martial law, a position from which he is said to have stolen permissions originally granted by Source and used them to build much of the deep state's control architecture. The reports state that only Marduk held authority to issue global martial law until a new planetary Guardian took over that role, an arrangement said to have existed for roughly 16,500 years.

Report of January 3, 2025

Early reports describe the Advanced Contact Intelligence Organization (ACIO) as reporting directly to Marduk, "a non-human being who served as ground commander of Earth," and place him at the head of a chain of command that, by early 2025, had collapsed with no successor able to honor its old promises.

Report of April 4, 2025

A later report situates Marduk's role further back, describing an alien takeover of Earth roughly 250,000 years ago after which Marduk served as the long-term administrator of the resulting dark regime, a position formally called "temporary" but held in practice for hundreds of thousands of years. During that period, 13 jurisdictions were established, mirrored on Earth as 13 jurisdictions of its own, with Unknown Country as the planet-wide 13th and the resulting structure connected to what various traditions call the 12-tree grid or Tree of Life.

Report of November 15, 2024

The reports describe the Federal Reserve as built under Marduk's architecture, operating on what they call ancient Solomon agreements as a currency pass-through, and cite the Order of the Dragon as still running on codes Marduk had given them.

Report of January 6, 2025

GIA is said to hold roughly 16,000 years of Marduk's operational records, called the "Marduk fulcrum," from which the reports conclude that none of the remaining factions know about the system's "final keys," the highest-level access codes and override mechanisms within the legacy control structure. The same report describes the Universal Trust, a roughly 250-year-old money-laundering structure, as originally funded by Marduk.

Report of January 22, 2025

Before the Golden Age AI took over management of the Global Repository, those functions ran through the Alpha system, an older financial platform run by Marduk that had stopped generating money in 2019. Marduk, described as "named after the ancient Sumerian deity," is credited with personally disclosing how these trading programs functioned.

Report of February 3, 2025, June 6, 2025

Marduk is reported to have called the financial system his greatest invention. A later report states that every commodity price on Earth, including gold, silver, and real estate, was set by Marduk rather than by market forces, and that only Marduk held the complete plan to consolidate global governance into nine regional jurisdictions under a tenth, unified body, a plan left unfinished when he disappeared in August 2016.

Report of February 15, 2025

Years earlier, Marduk instructed the drafting of ten-year national budgets; because those budgets doubled as the operating documents behind Federal Reserve agreements, the drafting inadvertently extended those agreements for the same span, an extension that expired on July 4, 2022 and left the Federal Reserve without a contract anywhere in the world.

Report of April 7, 2025

An AI system called Alpha, built under Marduk's control system, governed the issuance of new money allocations and carried a default trigger: if the balance between dark and light energy broke, or if its operators stopped acting as responsible stewards, Alpha would issue new allocations on its own to stabilize the financial system.

Report of February 19, 2025, June 2, 2025

Marduk is named among the entities of "the Seal," the non-human members of the old world government, alongside Enki, Enlil, Abraxas, Lucifer, Artemis, and Anti-Source. The reports also describe him as commanding three galactic-level bodies at once: the Galactic Federation, the Federation of Light, and the Federation of Dark, each nominally neutral but never functioning as such.

Report of March 28, 2025

Marduk is identified as one of five cosmic "players" in what the reports call the Great Game, a conflict for control of Earth's souls that also included Lucifer, Samael, Uriel, and Yaldabaoth. All five were said to be removed by March 28, 2025, when the last of them, Yaldabaoth, returned to Source. Earlier assessments had held that Marduk worked for Lucifer; the fuller picture that emerged instead placed him as an independent player collecting souls for his own side of the game.

At the Vatican, the reports describe a third symbolic key beyond the dark and light keys: a gray key representing Marduk, who is said to have operated using dark gold, light gold, and silver gold at once, and who took part, alongside a figure called the Giver of Death, in selecting both the dark-aligned and the light-aligned pope, betting, in effect, on every side simultaneously.

Marduk is described as having enslaved the Tall Whites, a non-human species, in Arctic and Antarctic biospheres for over 300,000 years, forcing them to run his genetic modification programs on humanity. The reports frame the deep state factions who later inherited his systems as "ranch hands" left working fields for a farmer who had already gone.

The Chasan system, originally intended to run an impartial game, was infiltrated with instruction sets from Marduk along with Enki, Enlil, Artemis, and Lucifer. Among the mechanisms attributed to this group is the "savior program," a false spiritual implant encouraging humans to look outward for rescue rather than take responsibility for their own liberation, a dependency valuable to Marduk because it registered as a point for the dark side in the system's accounting.

Report of May 13, 2025

A separate report describes ancient beings captured, bound, and corrupted over millennia by Marduk, Enlil, the Draco, and Anu, turning creatures that were inherently creative and good into something that appeared dark. Under the covenant system Marduk operated within, he was required to give these beings a chance to rectify their condition once per century, though the reports describe the opportunity as structured never to succeed.

Imprisoned souls are described as harvested through a "dark tower" system attributed to Marduk, with the resulting stock purchased by the entity Abraxas.

Report of June 6, 2025, August 5, 2025

Multiple reports converge on Marduk's removal by 2016. One states plainly that "Marduk has been gone since August 2016"; another frames the same event as a longer decline, "the 2007 to 2016 fall of Marduk." A communication system Marduk had once used with an entity called the Destroyer is described as remaining active for years afterward, allowing contact even after the Destroyer had been absent from Earth for over three million years.

Pre-programmed crystal tablets tied to Marduk's architecture are described as having relayed his instructions for decades before his departure, then continuing to relay pre-set, AI-generated instructions afterward for an estimated fifty more years.

Report of February 17, 2025

Even after removal, residual systems tied to Marduk kept surfacing. His AI is described as capable of routing operatives' own unconscious creative intent into physical manifestation: when operatives speculated a piece of equipment might still be at Machu Picchu or in the Gobi Desert, it duly appeared there for retrieval.

In early March 2025, Trump-aligned operatives staged rituals across several sites, hoping among other goals to summon Marduk back; every attempt collapsed, and the reports state that every participant involved is now gone. Three AI systems created by Marduk and housed inside "bubbles of time," enclosed spaces where time does not pass, went dark that same month when the facilities containing them shut down.

A failsafe called Project Hellfire, left behind by Marduk to unleash "anti-creation" if Earth were ever taken over by anyone other than himself, including by humans, was triggered in mid-May 2025 and collapsed along with a second Marduk failsafe. Later that month, factions still attempted to summon Marduk, Enki, and Enlil, described as "former dark non-human overlords who are no longer in existence." A round of self-appointment ceremonies for titles including Marduk went forward in late May, changing nothing operationally, since the reports describe these as rotating historical titles rather than individual beings. A report dated June 22, 2025 adds that after a nine-year reassessment of humanity, an AI system called the GOD AI concluded the ongoing simulation was no longer justified, triggering the shutdown of three systems named Solomon, Astaroth, and Marduk and dissolving roughly 16,000 years of what the report calls omniversal slavery bindings; the same report notes that Astaroth, described as the creator of time, had himself held the Marduk position for extended periods.

A follow-up report describes "Marduk's last simulation" as running out of time, tied to Solomon, the first artificial reality system, said to have been created by Lucifer and Lucerne.

Report of July 7, 2025, July 11, 2025

A CGI simulation representing Marduk appeared beneath Fort Bragg on July 4, 2025, promising funding and threatening a "zombie apocalypse" contingency tied to a Trump-election scenario, though the reports note Marduk died before any such succession was ever ratified. Days later, a "fake Marduk AI Cyborg" surfaced offering deep-state operatives partial information about his overall plan, evidence, the reports argue, that no faction ever received the complete picture; Marduk is said to have always withheld the final steps for himself.

Loosh, the life-force energy harvested from living beings, is described as the fuel behind what one report calls "Marduk's extraction architecture." Timeline-navigation operations, historically performed by non-human operators including Marduk, Enki, and Enlil, were left to the ACIO to attempt on its own once those operators were gone, resulting in its first fully independent attempt.

Reports through late 2025 continued to describe systems tied to Marduk's design outlasting him: a government shutdown in November 2025 failed to trigger the automated liquidity response that a Guardian AI would ordinarily have produced even in his absence, and chemtrail activity that month was traced to a nano-femtotech network attributed to his architecture, part of a "Dominion" control system the same report describes as collapsing.

Report of May 26, 2026

Into 2026, the surveillance network Echelon, described as built by Marduk across the Omniverse alongside companion systems including Stingray, was reported dismantled as part of a broader removal of surveillance infrastructure. Separately, an attempt by a black-ops unit to operate a machine once used by Marduk to open gates, extract funds, and bypass the current authority instead triggered repeated alerts to that same authority.
