Failed Plot to Implode 12 Buildings
On February 21, 2024, a plot to implode 12 major buildings was prevented at the SOCOM Miami detonator site, the Mar-a-Lago black-goo-box EBS takeover and the AT&T outage both failed, and the 50 deep state operatives released by Rothschild collapsed to 4 by week's end.
1. The Durango Dinner and the Eleven-Site PSI Assault
Durango, Colorado looked like an ordinary mountain town the week of February 19, 2024. It was also the center of a coordinated PSI network reaching from Pennsylvania to Pearl Harbor to under Piccadilly Circus.
According to Kim, fifty downline SSP operatives began coordinating that week with Langley 5, the Rothschild family, and international deep state factions (Iranian, Chinese, Russian, German). Several of the downline operatives flew into Durango on Tuesday, February 20.
That same Tuesday evening, Kim and her associates held a dinner to discuss the Life Essentials and Life Assurance initiatives. Some of the new arrivals were already in the room, testing the table. Kim states they were running small-scale PSI strikes against her and a fellow Melchizedek (a spiritual designation for individuals of a specific lineage). She recognized what was happening and, in her own words, “gave them a good solid push” by staring them down.
The operatives reported back to their group that Kim and her associate were “very strong,” which provoked anger rather than retreat.
The mechanism uses dark matter and dark energy, which Kim states is the scientific basis of Voodoo, Santeria, and other dark arts. SSP operatives receive this training through the JEDI Program, remote viewing, and energy-attack curricula.
By 5:30 the next morning, Wednesday, February 21, the operatives held an emergency meeting and escalated the operation. Coordinated PSI fire began radiating from eleven separate sites at once: the Homeland Security facility under Letterkenny, Pennsylvania; Fort Drum, New York; Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri; Pearl Harbor and Joint Base Hickam in Hawaii; Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton in San Diego; the Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center near Mount Shasta; Las Vegas (close to the Nevada Test Site).
The remaining four sites were Mar-a-Lago, Florida; Peterson Space Force Base outside Colorado Springs; Naval Station Norfolk, Virginia; and a London terminal under Piccadilly Circus. All eleven were run predominantly by machine, all eleven targeted Kim.
The PSI assault was meant as distraction. While Kim was holding off eleven frequency lines at once, the operatives believed she would not see the larger event already loaded for that same Wednesday evening.
2. The Plan to Implode Twelve Buildings
Twelve major buildings across the United States and Tokyo were wired for simultaneous implosion the evening of Wednesday, February 21, 2024. None of them came down.
Kim states the remaining SSP members, the group before the mass departures, planned the implosion as a Martial Law trigger. The sequence the operatives expected was mass casualties, then declared emergency, then payment release to operatives, then certain members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff stepping in as Heads of State. The buildings, she explains, were constructed on specific sites thousands of years ago using negatively charged plasma technology supplied by non-human Others, and were engineered so they could be imploded on demand.
The twelve targets were:

- JP Morgan Chase Tower, Houston, Texas
- Chase Tower, Phoenix, Arizona
- Rockefeller Plaza, New York City, New York
- Empire State Building, New York City, New York

- Bank of New York Mellon Tower, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
- Space Needle, Seattle, Washington
- Salesforce Tower, San Francisco, California
- US Bank Tower, Los Angeles, California
- Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, Tokyo, Japan
The remaining six are split one each across Chicago, Houston, Phoenix, Seattle, San Francisco, and Tokyo. The Tokyo target is the only site outside the United States in the building list.
The detonator for all twelve sites sat under SOCOM (US Southern Command) in Miami, Florida. Iranian nationals had been positioned in advance to take the blame as a cover story. Kim states the detonator site was “cleaned up” before the evening event window. None of the buildings were touched. The Q Clock (the countdown mechanism Trump operatives use to time major announcements) still references Japan and Los Angeles as upcoming targets, but Kim says flatly, “That is never going to happen.”
Their Plan
Kim then delivers a pointed criticism of the US military’s “white hat” community. Any military officer who knew about a planned mass-casualty false flag on American soil, she states, and who failed to act regardless of peer pressure, falls into one of two categories.
The twelve buildings did not come down, but the same Wednesday evening another piece of the operation was already running, eight hundred miles north of Miami, inside a Florida estate that used to house something the operatives still believed was active.
3. Mar-a-Lago’s Black Goo Box and the Failed Pindar Inheritance
On paper, Mar-a-Lago was still the seat of an inheritance. In practice, the estate's connection to the non-human energy network had been closed for years, and nothing the Trump operatives carried in that evening was going to change that.
Kim states that operatives inside Mar-a-Lago attempted to connect a “black goo box” (a dark-matter device of non-human origin) to the Emergency Broadcasting System. EBS, as Kim uses the term, refers to a global-scale broadcast network she states no longer exists at that scale. The operatives had reportedly been promised they would become heads of the EBS and send out mass messages posing as Donald Trump, an attempt tied to the now-defunct Q program that drove the Q Clock.
Background on Mar-a-Lago
Mar-a-Lago was originally a Presidential summer retreat. It contains an underground Command Center, and at one time it hosted an Omega portal, a connection point into a non-human energy network. Deep state contacts had told Trump he would become the new Pindar (the chief human representative of the non-human controllers). The succession story came with a physical instrument: an illuminati chair, reportedly containing quantum technology, was brought to Mar-a-Lago and placed over the portal. Trump sat in it. Nothing happened.
The chair was later moved to Durango, Colorado. Operatives there, including Juan O’Savin (whom Kim refers to as “the boots guy” and “windbag”) and a group of generals, drove it out to a neutral portal near Silverton, roughly fifty miles from Durango, and tried to reactivate it.
That attempt also failed. The chair as artifact still exists. The recognition it was supposed to trigger does not.
Kim states that neither endpoint at Mar-a-Lago was active by the time Trump sat down. The chair could not authenticate a successor because the network it was supposed to authenticate to had been closed.
Kim describes Durango itself as a strategically unusual location. It sits near a now-closed Omega portal and near roughly one hundred miles of tunnels that once ran beneath Dulce, New Mexico, all the way to the Nevada Test Site. Those tunnels were destroyed in 2019, when the non-human Others declared independence and “blew up everything from the 6th level on down worldwide.” That destruction wave is the reason the Silverton reactivation could not pull energy through the network either: the network below it was gone.
Kim’s conclusion is direct: Mar-a-Lago’s portal is no longer active in the “5th density of the lower astral,” and connecting the black goo box there could not produce the intended result. The black goo box reached for a circuit that had been cut years before.
Both the physical false flag at twelve sites and the symbolic inheritance at Mar-a-Lago failed the same evening. What the five remaining operatives still had access to was not a physical layer or a symbolic layer. It was the appearance layer.
4. The AT&T-T-Mobile Outage and the 1948 NSA Backdoor
How did Fox News and at least one other network report an internet outage before that outage occurred?
Kim states the short AT&T and T-Mobile internet outage during this period was a deliberate act, not a technical failure. It was arranged so the operatives could claim publicly that they had taken down the internet, consistent with longstanding alt-media predictions of a coming “internet blackout.” She compares the pre-event reporting pattern to the pre-knowledge patterns she says were also present during 9/11.
According to Kim, AT&T and T-Mobile executives knowingly cooperated. She quotes the agreement directly: “An internet blackout for Trump, heck yes, we are so in right now!”
Kim states that all major telecommunications companies are managed by agency operatives as part of a plan dating to 1948, when a program was initiated to install worldwide internet and telecommunications infrastructure with full backdoor access. The NSA’s original mandate, she explains, was to report directly to the non-human entities Marduk, Enki, Enlil, and the Abraxas, who used the telecom architecture to monitor activity on Earth.
Kim states her team has now found all of them and restored service through the inventory. A blackout of that scale is no longer technically possible, because the privileged access path that made it possible has been catalogued.
The Wednesday-evening outage was therefore not a capability demonstration. It was a face-saving signal: a small, deliberate window the operatives could point to as proof they still controlled the lines. With the inventory of backdoors complete, that signal layer was the only layer they had left. The question was how many operatives would stay attached to it.
5. Fifty Operatives, Then Four
Fifty operatives at the start of the week. By Friday morning, four. The number kept hitting the floor, and each time it did, one more reason for staying on the operation peeled off.
Operatives present at the affected locations when cleanup occurred were not retrievable. Some operatives at the Tesla Tower in Texas were, in Kim’s phrasing, “no longer with us.”
By the morning of Thursday, February 22, the fifty had been reduced to twenty-five or twenty-eight. By that same evening, all but five had walked away.
Another Pay Day Promised
The five remaining operatives tried to keep the others engaged by promising payment tied to the full moon on Saturday, February 24, 2024. According to Kim, no one was convinced. The other operatives drew a hard line and told the five, in plain terms: “Call us when you have some money.”
The Five Try to Siphon Pennies
The five then attempted to generate funds by exploiting the RFID chips embedded in credit cards, siphoning fractional pennies from every contactless financial transaction processed worldwide. Kim states her team found and removed the mechanism enabling that siphoning attempt.
Kim’s team did not freeze the chips; they removed the routing that made the siphon possible. The cards keep working. The redirect does not.
Of the Five, Now Just Four
On Friday morning, February 23, the count dropped again. One of the five holdouts spoke directly with another operative who had previously witnessed Kim move funds for Maui disaster relief. That operative told the group: Kim completed the Maui transfer in twenty minutes. The operative verified the transfer was in transit and then identified which of the five holdouts had blocked a separate money movement. That revelation was enough. The holdout walked. The count dropped to four.
The bulk of the departing operatives, numbering in the hundreds, converged on Durango overnight and at similar locations worldwide. Kim states she is “paying attention” to their desire to move forward without being controlled, and that she agrees with their position. The remaining four were not the wave of the week. They were the residual.
That leaves the question of what the rest of the week looked like for the side that was building, not collapsing.
6. Forward Work, Loosh, and Closing
There is a different thread of the same week worth looking at: the Durango planning meetings that ran in parallel to the PSI fire, the implosion plot, and the Mar-a-Lago portal failure.
Kim reports that productive planning meetings occurred on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings in Durango despite the PSI operations aimed at disrupting them. The discussions centered on CARE (Center for Amenity and Restoration of Earth, Kim’s proposed alternative to conventional healthcare and government services) and the Life Essentials and Life Assurance programs. Topics included branding strategy, explaining wellness versus conventional healthcare to the general public, and identifying roles for attendees in the new system.
Still Working on Money Transfers
Kim states that progress on fund transfers continues. Personnel from the US Treasury Department have witnessed her working from a Trump-era terminal, received transferred funds, and paid bills from those funds. She extends an open invitation to ex-SSP and ex-DARPA personnel who are “aware and competent” to collaborate directly with her to accelerate the process, including via quantum tunneling techniques. Test transfers continue in the meantime.
Kim closes by summarizing what the week actually contained for her: monitoring operative meetings, preventing city-scale destruction, attending Life Essentials planning dinners, and defending against PSI operations simultaneously. Then she names the deeper shift underneath all of it. Lower astral beings, fed on loosh (the psychic energy generated by mass suffering), had previously motivated deep state actors to carry out mass casualty events in exchange for special privileges and power.
That arrangement was the motivation engine behind generations of mass-casualty operations. When the suppliers at the top of the chain are removed, the privileges the human actors were chasing stop being deliverable.
She addresses the four remaining operatives directly: “I wish you best of luck.”
A final observation closes the report. Despite the operatives’ collapse, chemtrail activity over New Jersey and the Hudson River was “really out of control” on February 23, 2024, suggesting that additional actors not accounted for in the 50-operative group may still be active.
In one week, the physical false flag failed at twelve sites, the symbolic inheritance failed at Mar-a-Lago, the 1948 backdoor architecture was inventoried out from under the telecom layer, the operative roster collapsed from fifty to four, and the lower astral reward system that had motivated mass-casualty work for generations was no longer available. In the same week, in the same town, CARE, Life Essentials, Life Assurance, and the quantum tunneling collaboration moved forward. Both lines ran in parallel. Only one of them was building.
