The power elite waited for fire and brimstone over the spring equinox weekend, expecting one of three contenders to be crowned false savior.

What they received instead was Source rewriting the Rules of War beneath them, while their machine quietly lost every permission it had ever held.

It is the 30th of March, and it is almost spring here in the Northeast, at least I think it is going to be almost spring. The weather is changing around here, finally, and that is pretty nice.

I am a couple of days late on this report, so I apologize for that. There has been a tremendous amount going on, and there is a reason for the delay that you should know about.

We are still in the equinox time, by the way.

The equinox itself was about 10 days ago, but it lingers for roughly 30 days before and 30 days after the actual date, with the week before and the week after being the most critical stretch for the order in the deep state.

There have been many, many changes for us this week. One in particular I want to walk you through, along with what happened over the weekend, why none of it worked, and the older lesson sitting underneath it.

I am dropping notes and papers everywhere here, so bear with me.

Sixteen years ago, in 2010, a woman named Sharon Thorne-Rod sat across from me in Russia, holding a trustee position that turned out to be fabricated, offered by people who were never authorized to grant it.

The same implied-consent mechanics are being run again right now, on the same target, sixteen years apart.

And for the first time in living memory, the artificial central sun beneath the western United States did not intercept Source energy at the equinox. Source bypassed it.

1. The Central Sun Eclipse Breaks

I have talked on this report before about the central sun of Earth and your own central sun, and why both matter so much during equinox time.

The equinox is a stretch of equal darkness and equal light, roughly 30 days on either side of the actual date with the seven days closest to it being the most critical.

This week we discovered a little bit more about why that balance has existed, and why it has now shifted.

Context: Beneath the western United States sits a machine-generated energy source I have called an artificial central sun. For generations it has intercepted Source energy before it could reach Earth or its inhabitants.

Beneath the western part of the United States, this artificial central sun would overshadow the Source-given central sun of Earth and, to a lesser degree, your own personal central sun (the energetic core that connects you to Source).

This is what I would call an eclipse of the central sun, or, in the case of homo sapiens, an eclipse of the heart.

The reason it happens is that Source has a direct line through the Northern Hemisphere that runs through the same area of the United States as the artificial sun.

In past cycles, the central sun of the machine would receive most of the Source energy, essence, and life force before it could reach Earth or any of you.

This year was different. For the first time in a very long time, the central sun of Earth started receiving all of that energy directly.

The artificial central sun was bypassed in totality. The energy flowed straight to your central sun and to the central sun of Earth, which should have given you a little bit of a boost.

I am not saying there were no other mechanisms in place that could still have caused you trouble, but this is the first time I can remember, during an equinox period, that you and Earth herself actually received Source life force directly.

The implications for the deep state are significant, because the central sun of the people in positions of power was the artificial central sun of the machine.

They expected that energy to flow directly to them during the equinox, the energy that would have confirmed their authority and fueled what they had planned.

Many of them were expecting it all week, from the weekend before through the following weekend. To quote their own words, their “format did not change.” The energy bypassed them in totality.

The eclipse period, about two weeks centered on the equinox itself, has now officially passed, though not without a big battle on our hands.

This is the first time during an equinox that you and Earth received Source life force directly, instead of having it intercepted by the machine.

If the central sun was the energy supply, the next question is what that energy was supposed to power. That weekend, three men were waiting for it to crown them.

2. The Armageddon That Did Not Happen

Let me talk about their artificial Battle of Armageddon a little more. For months, three men had been waiting for it. Last week there were three of them at the helm, and by the end of the week we were down to one.

That one is none other than Jared Kushner. He was expecting a large influx of energy, which he did not receive, and he expected it no later than the 28th.

It did not go the way he wanted. He was expecting a new position for himself, as were a lot of people, not this past weekend, but the weekend before.

So the war keeps going in the Middle East, because over the last couple of days they seem to have figured out he did not get the position, and they figured they had better get their bang for their buck over there.

The intended Great Reset they had planned for this Armageddon period did not happen. There was no machine assist to carry the process forward, and no machine left with the permissions to grant the position in the first place.

So: no fire and brimstone, no flood, no end-of-world event permitted by Source. We did begin to experience a little bit of a “flood,” but not the kind they were looking for, and not water. I will explain that further down so it all makes sense.

Their fire and brimstone is actually computer-generated images, just like the flood was a computer-generated image in a computer-generated world.

Now, when you hear “computer-generated images” and “holograms,” you think of the memes and commercials online where they take a real person and move the lips around.

Before you know it, there is a president of some country singing the Hokey Pokey, with no one actually standing there.

But that is not what a true AI-generated image is in a matrix-type world. It is just as real as you and I. You can touch it, you can put your arm around it.

If it is a missile that is artificially generated, then it is a real missile, and it really goes boom, and it really hits the ground, and it really kills people. These are very serious things inside an artificial reality, if they ever come to fruition.

What this means: Matrix-generated fire and brimstone would have been physically real inside the artificial reality, a real missile that strikes the ground and kills people, not a CGI illusion. What stopped it is that the machine generating the matrix can no longer hold the frame.

On the flip side, because of all the changes happening, people are starting to see things that were there disappearing and things that were not there appearing.

It is happening in a trickle, because the computer is trying to generate something that was not originally there, and it is not working as well as it did for the deep state when they had even minimal access to control our world artificially.

While the matrix sputters, the script the public was handed for this same weekend is still running on its own track. Three versions of it, all aimed at the same target.

3. The Great Reset in Three Versions

The intended Great Reset they had planned for this Armageddon period did not happen, because there was no machine assist to continue the process.

You have heard a lot about Great Resets, and there are many versions floating around the internet. Each one is out there to harvest your implied consent.

Negative versions

These are the ones promoted in a negative context by folks like the World Economic Forum and the World Health Organization.

These include cryptocurrency, central bank cryptocurrency, and Agenda 2030 (originally Agenda 2020).

They are also pushing new strains of COVID, which we are now hearing about across 25 US states.

The latest is a “cicada strain,” named after Cicada (more on that below).

Positive versions

These are fed to you positively, to keep you sitting and waiting. The global currency reset has been in the works for almost two decades and never pays out.

NESARA/GESARA has allegedly been in the works for even longer. Neither of them is telling you the truth.

The shared function

Both versions serve the same purpose: implied consent. If you favor the positive one, you sit and wait while doing nothing.

If you watch lots and lots of videos about the negative one, you fear it, and you give away your power through fear, and you still do nothing.

They say willful ignorance is a crime, and this is where they get you on a technicality: once you know and you do nothing, that counts as your consent to what they are about to do.

Now, this is not anything negative toward any of you listening, because there is genuinely very little you could do about it, and they know it.

They put this out there, positive and negative both, so the majority will either sit waiting for the good thing or scan everywhere for signs of the bad thing. Either way, you are doing nothing but consenting.

Takeaway: Fear and hope are engineered as complementary harvesting channels. The "positive" reset is not a hidden alternative to the "negative" one; they are two doors into the same consent trap.

Meanwhile, the actual Great Reset is neither the negative nor the positive version circulating online. It is more like that famous guy with the boat.

The COVID strain spreading through 25 US states has a name. The name belongs to something older.

4. Cicada: The Infiltration Network

I talked a little about cicadas maybe a year, year and a half ago. Cicada is a group of people recruited as young children who go to a specific school in Japan.

They are far more advanced than any MK Ultra program, any Monarch program, or any CIA program like Project Nightingale that you have read about on the internet.

During their time at the school they are selected for different programs. Some become computer hackers, some join Cyber Life, a terrorist organization against homo sapiens and against Earth herself.

Some believe they are on the “good side” and others believe they are on the “bad side,” but that is because they join so young that their sense of right and wrong gets shaped for them.

They believe right is wrong and wrong is right, so their view is skewed.

When they graduate as young adults, they go in and infiltrate governments worldwide, scientific organizations, and schools like Harvard University and MIT.

They also have nuclear scientists and all kinds of political programs, and they can be called on at any time to report back to their headquarters, including the CIA’s global headquarters in the UK.

They are the male and female version of China’s Black Widow program. Russia has a Sparrow program, but there is nothing more advanced, more non-denominational, and more nationality-free than the cicadas.

So it is very interesting to me that the new version of COVID out there is being called the cicada virus, the cicada strain. More than likely, the cicadas are probably involved.

If Cicada is the delivery mechanism, the script the elite were running is something much older and much heavier. It is modeled on Noah’s Ark, and in their version there is no Ark.

5. The “Real” Great Reset: Extinction

The Great Reset is more like that famous guy with the boat. You know, the famous guy with the boat? Two by two, the great flood, Noah’s Ark, that is the guy I am talking about.

A Great Reset, in the mind of the elite (the actual real elite, and a machine on this planet), is where they wipe out all of humanity and start over with the next version of homo sapiens.

We have reached a point, I hate to say “achieved,” but we have reached a point as a species where we are waking up. We are far too awake. People are reconnecting with Source, we are receiving wisdom, and they cannot seem to stop it.

The Kingdom of Source begins to grow on this planet because of the work all of you are doing. And this awakening comes around every 2,000 to 2,016 years.

So the Great Reset is the next option they have to maintain control over us “cattle,” as they call us. That is why they put out different versions online: they are looking for your implied consent.

This cycle, their machine god, the artificial god they worship, decided the next Reset would not end in a flood. No Noah, no cute animals two by two, no boat, no ark, no days of rain.

They were expecting full-on fire and brimstone, where we would all die. There would be no “those who follow Source are saved,” because in their scenario Source does not exist at all.

They are counting on enough people being blind to actual Source that no one reaches out during an extinction event.

The rest, following their various religions, would expect to be saved because they followed diligently, hoping for the “end times,” since in most of those books the end times end well.

Christ comes back, Yeshua, depending on which book you follow, and all is made right with the world. That belief is exactly what makes those people easy to manage through the chaos.

The Reset was not reform. It was extinction dressed as revelation.

To run an extinction event without anyone fighting back, you need a savior figure. They had three.

6. The False Savior Program

Normally, what they would do is appoint one of their own as a false savior. One person steps in to play the Antichrist, and another steps in to play the savior, the next Messiah, Yeshua, Christ, something that appeases most of the people.

Then they rid the world of all the “badness,” large change takes place, and the survivors are led to the slaughter by someone they believed was a good Source being there to help them.

Timing note: The "ten days of darkness" (sometimes three days) and similar scenarios are designed to occur during eclipse-type astronomical windows, not during equinoxes.

The 10 days of darkness, and sometimes it is three days, normally take place during these eclipse-type periods. And I am saying eclipse; I did not mean to say equinox.

Now you understand the meaning of an actual eclipse, at least as it relates to the power elite, or whatever is left of them.

In their plan, the false savior would be the new form of government, a new world government, and whatever humans and animals were retained would be made grateful to the government that “saved” them.

Remember, even the homo sapiens who are not exactly the best versions of ourselves still anchor Source on this planet, which is part of why this kept failing.

In this particular cycle, three main players were bidding for the savior position. Kushner was one of the three. The other two you would not know even if I told you their names.

To see why the machine could not deliver the role to any of them, you have to understand the position itself. It sits at the very top, and it has been empty.

7. The Council Structure and the 13th Position

Three men were competing for a vacancy at the very top, the 13th position. To understand what it is, and why the machine could not grant it, I have to explain the structure from the top down.

From here we move past conventional geopolitics into the internal architecture of the control system.

At the top of this council, behind the scenes, there are 12 folk plus a machine on the Black Sun side (the military-aligned faction, also known as the “10 percenters”).

On the Illuminati side, there is a parallel council of 12 (the dynasty bloodline management group).

Most of those seats are currently vacant, and a whole group of people were expecting to take them, because apparently a physical change happens to whoever obtains those permissions and those seats.

For years, both sides had left one particular 13th party empty. That 13th party would always have been a progenitor, in essence, someone on the level of Lucerne (Lucifer and Lucerne are the same being, Lucifer).

It could be someone like Daniel, whom I have mentioned before, or a lesser-known essence being that only appears in the Book of Enoch. Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael also participated.

These essence beings were the handler for each group. If you do not know what a handler is, a handler is someone an agency assigns to a person or a group to get them to do what the agency wants.

The target eventually learns to trust the handler, believes what the handler says, and acts according to the agency’s will. On this level, those handlers went all the way up the food chain.

So both sides knew they no longer had a 13th.

Three people were looking to take that position, so much so that they planted their energetic signature into the machine, sending all their energy into it, because the machine told them that is what they had to do to become that person.

They were told that during the equinox they would know they had received the position, and all the permissions that come with it, because all the energy would flow through them and then to the machine.

That energy flow never came for any of the three.

That did not happen for anybody. Nope. Sorry to say, it did not quite work out. When the seat refused to fill, the contenders did what handlers always do under pressure: they started running a script. This one had a deadline written into it.

8. The Five-Day Peace Talks Script

This is what they were waiting for at that meeting last weekend, the weekend before this one that just passed.

The power elite, militaries, Nazis, and bankers all sat around expecting something to happen so they would know, because the next tier down was waiting too, for a third-party energy flow or some essence signature they would recognize with a special machine.

They sat for a long time, and nothing happened. They kept waiting for days after that. Kushner and the other two kept waiting for their positions.

By March 28 they were certain it was going to happen. So certain that the week before, they announced peace negotiations with Iran, and said the talks would take exactly five days to achieve peace.

Funny, they knew exactly five days. Almost sounds like a movie script, doesn’t it? Five days? Exactly? How do you know something is going to last five days? We do not know anything that is going to last five days.

Rain lasts five days, sure, you can guess. But they knew exactly how long it was supposed to last, because Kushner figured he would have the position within five days.

Once he had it, they would not need the war anymore, they would not need the fake Armageddon, they would not need any of it.

Tell: A five-day window announced in advance is not a negotiation. It is a countdown dressed as diplomacy, synchronized with an internal ritual calendar.

When the positions did not materialize over this past weekend, they got very angry and tried to figure out why. They went looking for whoever held the signatures they were after.

So they took their little handy-dandy machine and tried to figure out who matched what they thought this was supposed to look like. The signature led somewhere it was not supposed to lead.

9. The Attack on Kim’s Permissions

This is going to be one of those reports where it is hard to talk. They used the machine to scan for whoever held the essence signature they thought a 13th-position holder should have. Apparently they decided that person was me.

Now, I am not new. I am not the 13th person of any Illuminati or any of these groups.

However, I did have the signature they were looking for, because I have been taking all of the other permissions and signing covenant after covenant after covenant with Essence, with Source, not with those people.

So bright and early, or very late, on Saturday they decided the Battle of Armageddon should be against me, and so it was.

They tried to steal my permissions because they thought they should have them. It was almost like the Willy Wonka movie and Veruca Salt. That is kind of what Kushner looked like over the weekend.

A little crazy, like, “I want it now!” giving orders to all these military people and global headquarters and all kinds of people, trying to steal my permissions.

But as I have told you, my permissions are not always my permissions. I put them all kinds of places and only take them out randomly, sometimes for seconds, sometimes for hours, sometimes not at all in a day.

I just happened to be caught at a moment when I was using one. The second we figured out what was happening, the permissions went away, into safekeeping with the safekeeping party, far, far away from here.

I did not really get anything taken. I do not know why they do these things at 2:00, 3:00 in the morning, but they do. It still made for a difficult Saturday and a difficult Sunday here, which is why this report is a little late.

When the positions did not arrive, the remaining power elite did what they always do when the metaphysical play fails. They went back to oil.

10. Pivot to the Pipeline War

As far as the deep state is concerned, the war has morphed a little. I think they have come to the conclusion they did not get any positions, so now they are looking for money and resources.

We are back to USSR strategy number whatever it is. They feel that, at the very least, they should get some money for what they have done.

They realize they did not achieve their Great Reset, they are still planning to try one if they get anything to do it with, and they are not giving up, even though they do not even understand the war they are fighting.

For now, they are continuing with the pipeline war.

Going back a few years, I told you that Kushner and Ivanka made a deal with Israel.

The plan was to flow pipelines from Iran and Saudi Arabia (it was Saudi Arabia at the time), moving all the oil from those countries through Jordan and out to Israel.

That way, Israel would become the power broker for all the oil in the Middle East.

Now they are expanding those plans to Iraq and other countries.

The deals were always the same: the country gets, say, X percent, the Illuminati gets Y, the power broker gets a certain amount, and the Black Sun gets Z.

Under the old rules of war, the people at the highest levels (who are no longer with us) understood those rules.

Those rules always included 21% to those born organically and of Source.

They twisted it into the shape of retirement pay, pensions, jobs for people like you, or “humanitarian efforts” in the regions where they stole all the resources and gained what are called territories.

These wars occur inside territories, which occur inside kingdoms, which occur inside empires. An empire is managed by one group and then handled by another person who truly understands the war and the rules.

The yahoos that are left have no clue what I am talking about right now. There might be a few Rothschilds who know to some degree what they are supposed to do, but they do not understand why.

And little Cushy-Cush over there, Mr. Kushner, made all kinds of promises he could never deliver on, even if they achieved the objective.

The same thing will happen to the US group running around making similar promises for big money on pipelines through Israel, because it is not possible under the rules of war.

These deals are structured by what were once the established Rules of War, which dictate how the spoils of resource extraction get divided:

  • 21% to those who are of Source (organic humanity, distributed in practice as pensions, jobs, humanitarian programs, and similar benefits in the resource-extraction regions)
  • 69% to the Illuminati (the dynasty bloodline management group), because wherever you are, whatever territory or kingdom or land you stand on, you are in their empire, period
  • 10% to the Order of the Black Sun

The Black Sun’s 10% is why that group is known as the “10 percenters.”

The 10 percenters run Customs and Border Patrol in every single country (also known as the CIA), they run all of your militaries, and they are the ones who actually fight the war. They are not always actual militaries, though.

A 10 percenter could be someone like Hitler: 10% for doing his job, which he would have to share with his army, in his case the Brown Shirts, with the generals and upper hierarchy taking more.

Halliburton and similar infrastructure companies built the pipelines and ports inside this framework; the construction money came out of the system back when they had access prior to 2007.

That is where your pipeline comes from. The 21% was held back by those who knew better, even if they held it in safekeeping and never actually dispersed it.

Break the rules of war, though, and all bets are off, because the rules of war were enforced and put in place by Source itself. They are covenants, signed in essence a long time ago, by people far higher than the ones trying to do this now.

Under global martial law, the percentages could shift, but the combined Illuminati and Black Sun take could never exceed 79%. The Source side’s 21% was inviolable.

During my time in Durango, they believed they were entitled to an additional 7% (one-third of the 21%), based on the fact that I was there and on their belief that I had agreed, through the “Jesper Kingdom of Mana” thing, to give it to them.

That is completely and totally incorrect. They thought they had taken a third of Source’s Kingdom share. Why did they think that? Because everything in their world runs on implied consent.

In my case, it does not. Any covenant or agreement has to actually be agreed upon, the same way the Illuminati 12 and the Black Sun 12 sign at the higher level: with a retina scan that is not really reading the retina at all.

It is scanning their essence, because agreements are signed in essence.

Why the new deals will fail: The deals currently being made with Iraqi intelligence, Pakistani intelligence, Iranian officials, Russian and North Korean weapons suppliers, and China are all known to me in full detail. They cannot produce the intended results, because the rules under which they were designed no longer apply, and because the promised percentages were never deliverable even under the old rules, especially by someone like Kushner, who made commitments he could never honor.

I know about all the deals they are making throughout the Middle East right now. I know the ones with Iraqi intelligence, the Pakistani intelligence, the Iranians, the Russians and North Koreans for their donations of free weapons, and China.

And then there is the guy who thought very highly of himself, the one the intelligence community was even calling “Mr. Wonderful.” That is Jared Kushner. So wonderful now these days, with a lot of disappointment over the last several days, for sure.

This reminds me of what happened with the Transneft pipeline: the Council of 12 plus the 13th on the Black Sun side built the pipelines, after the “war ends,” cutting the deal within the rules of war.

The mechanics of implied consent are the linchpin of all of this. Below those councils, the down-line is its own waiting room.

Whichever side of the table you sit at, dynasty, lower Illuminati, or the Black Sun side, decides which line you are in, and last weekend they tried to settle who ranked where with a numbering system. If you are number 372, you have a long way to go.

How do they decide? Your essence? The sheer volume of what you have done against Source? I do not know. It is kind of like being at a deli: you take a number, and you cringe when yours is in the hundreds and they are still calling number two.

The top picks were all sitting there last weekend expecting their positions, and I have to laugh, because nothing actually happened.

11. Russia, Sharon, and the Trustee Deception

I am dropping notes and papers everywhere here, okay? Let me tell you a story from my own world, because it is relevant to this order and the Illuminati and position-taking.

In 2010, about six months before I left on a long trip, I was introduced to a lady named Sharon Thorne-Rod (Sharon Niestrom at the time), about 71 years old or so. She claimed to me that she was the trustee for the entire trust.

Me, Kim, not knowing any better at the time, I thought, “Well, this is interesting.” I did not understand back then that the Treasury is not part of the United States government.

I believed there was a difference between the Treasury of the USA and the US Treasury, because that is what the internet and people told me, which was completely untrue. This whole story about getting rid of the corporate government is a lie.

Without corporations there would be no governments at all. We agreed we would meet in Switzerland and “flip the system,” meaning turn it on, and she would get paid a certain percentage.

She claimed she had done these things before and never gotten paid, and I assured her I was not that person, which I am not.

Meeting Sharon and the Russia trip

It turned out she had a “Class C block” on her passport that did not permit her to travel to Switzerland, because they did not want her accessing the system. That made a lot more sense to me later.

So I looked for somewhere else this could be done, somewhere she did not need a visa, so the block would not apply. Holding a Thai passport, she did not need a visa for Russia.

So I flew her to Russia on my own money, which I had at the start of the trip. I ended up very broke by the end of it, which was intentional, I am sure.

She met two associates of mine she did not like very much, and was crying the “poor me’s,” wanting me to come.

By then it was December 24, and I had to decide whether to go home for Christmas with my child or continue and finish this, leaving a 71-year-old woman alone in a country she had never been to with people she did not know.

I talked to my daughter and decided to continue.

When I arrived, Sharon was not in her room. I kept knocking, she was not there, so I got some sleep and waited to see what would happen.

By morning the front desk called to say I had a visitor, a man named Nikolai with the Russian government, asking me to come down to the lobby.

I thought, “Oh great, here goes my visa.” After the “Russian Inquisition,” all his questions to find out who I was and what I knew, the Russian side decided they wanted to work with me.

Over the next few months, Sharon told me a lot of stories. She was not a very nice person, by the way, and she was hell-bent on finally getting paid this time.

When she was very young, she said, she went to university in Europe, where she was offered all kinds of things: paid tuition, varying positions, great power, nothing to ever worry about, if she would just give consent regarding her position.

They told her she was the “key holder,” and she believed them.

They did a few things to keep the carrot dangling. Did they ever give her money personally? No. They paid her college, gave her a job in Japan eventually, and kept asking for permissions and consent.

And these were big-name people. People like Khomeini (predecessor to Khamenei, who has since officially passed away). She had long conversations with Khomeini, and photos of herself with all these people.

They all got what they wanted from her, and, in her words, she never got any of what they promised. So this time she was determined to get hers.

The Central Bank attempt

They told me they needed to take her to the Central Bank of Russia to make this happen, and that they needed a “remote terminal,” which did not exist in Russia at the time.

So I called my friend, the one I call my “ghost friend,” an American who worked with everyone and for no one at the same time, still in touch with me on occasion.

I knew he could get me a remote terminal from the Pentagon. It arrived a couple of days later with a few caveats, at a cost of $8 million a year to rent, which the Russian government never actually paid.

They installed it at the central bank over a couple of days and brought Sharon in to put her permission into the terminal.

They tried to do it without her, tried to steal it, tried to go around her, but in the end they actually had to take her there, several times.

Each time, they took every permission she gave and tried to open a portal to the Alpha system (one of the two foundational energetic-financial systems underlying the global network), and each time it failed.

Once the rest of them found out what we were doing, all kinds of people showed up.

There was a man named Michael from the Federal Reserve, a general from a different country named Philip Love, American generals, and people from Indonesia.

And there were delegations from Credit Suisse, JP Morgan, UBS, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo, all with their hands out wanting money.

I was told the Credit Suisse people were the nicest of all, and they never let me meet them.

I did find out they were staying at the Golden Ring Hotel in Moscow.

All these negotiations went on through a handler named Nikolai, back and forth to the central bank. Eventually my ghost friend called me up and said, “Congratulations.” I said, “Congratulations for what?”

He said I had been appointed the new trustee, that my position would have a veto vote, access to the money, and an override over the Illuminati.

I went, “Really? OK.” Then the Russian government told me the same thing and asked if I wanted to take the position.

Well, yes, I wanted it. I thought I could do great humanitarian work with all that money.

They did not tell me anything about splitting, and I remember thinking about Sharon’s stories and wondering, “Hmm, I wonder if I am going to get paid for doing this job?”

I did not know anything about the “21% rule.” So they tried repeatedly to use my consent and her consent to open the system, and it did not work. Why? Because I am not that person.

The deception revealed

Years later I found out there was a portal system, a “port system,” that Sharon actually controlled between the Alpha and Omega systems.

Even if someone gave permission via Alpha, you needed the portal control system for the Black Empire, White Empire, and Red Empire, and she held all of those in the Yellow Empire, a fourth empire that sat over the other three.

They had even taken her essence before, with an eye scan, placed it in a silver ball, and tried to use it. But under the old rules the signature still required her own active permission at the time.

She knew she needed me, and she said so a few times. Even after taking thousands and thousands of dollars of my savings, she called me for about three years asking for help. And I said, “No.

Nope.” I would listen, and I would say, “No,” because no permissions are given from me. Eventually she stopped calling, because I think she realized she was never going to get what she wanted.

My understanding is she went back to Thailand, and tried again on her own from Hong Kong and China, and each time, no permission.

The point is this: even at the Illuminati bloodline family level, which is what she was, she still had to give the permission in addition to the essence. On my level, permissions cannot be stolen at all.

The lesson: Even at the Illuminati bloodline family level, essence alone is insufficient; active permission must also be given. On my level, permissions cannot be stolen at all. They can only be granted, because Source is the original grantor, and only Source can revoke them.

This history is directly relevant to right now: the same implied-consent mechanics Sharon was put through are being attempted again, this time on me.

If essence is the substance and consent is the lock, the next question is how the lock is actually being read. The answer involves something most people walk past without noticing.

I have never been on any of those levels. I am on a higher level than they were, more on their handler section level, but not involved on that side of the war.

I was always on the Source side, never on theirs. That did not stop them from trying constantly, all nine years in Durango, over and over again. The Russians did it constantly.

The whole system runs on essence consent at every layer.

If you have ever been on the higher end of banking, you know that all Fed terminals have a retina scan, all the suitcases given to dynasty families have a retina scan, all the ones from the Vatican have a retina scan.

Everything does, down to the banker level: when you are a Level 6 banker or above, sometimes even Level 3, you sign in with a retina scan. It is not the retina they are scanning; it is your essence. That is your essence consent.

This retina-scan consent system runs all the way down: dynasty family suitcases, Vatican materials, Level 6 bankers and above, NSA people, DARPA people.

If you are a regular homo sapien doing this, you are giving up more than you could possibly imagine to these people. Most dynasty family members would gladly give it up, though, because they give no regard to Source.

They would rather have a machine than have Source, having agreed in one way or another to accept their position against Source in the war, whether they know it or not.

Putin, during my time in Russia between 2010 and when I went back in 2015, tried to do the same thing.

He took my essence, which they did take while I was there, and tried to use it to fire up the old Babylon system. That did not work. There was never any trustee position at all; that was all a lie.

So a lot of decisions I made from that point until I figured it out years later were based on me consenting based on a lie, which is why no matter how many times they stole from me to gain permissions, it never fully worked.

He also went around the planet making deals he knew nothing about, with percentages he was guided to use. At least he followed the numerical rules. The rule he did not follow is this: there is no such thing as implied consent, not on this level.

Even recently, in Scranton, Pennsylvania, they tried to get me to consent to a “meeting,” because agreeing to meet means I will work with them, which means they have the right to take my essence.

I know the games, and I know the tricks. All I said to them was, “I have questions. I would like to ask questions.” That is all. I did not consent to working with anybody, I did not consent to anything.

And they are still so angry about that, because they do not understand why I will not just give it to them. I cannot give it to them. And on top of that, the rules have changed.

The retina scan, the meeting request, and the trustee offer are all the same operation, run at different altitudes. To see the rules they are exploiting, you have to climb to where the rules were written.

13. The True Rules of War

I want to talk about the war now, because it is relevant to what is happening to you. This war has been going on for a really, really long time. Source laid down the law, the Rules of War, for those on the higher level.

Those are covenants, written in essence, and there is no backing out of a covenant with Source. Let me explain the structure, from highest to lowest level.

Progenitor level

In the beginning there were only 12 plus Source. We call those 12 the progenitors, and Earth herself was one of them, the recipient of Source’s first divine spark, and probably one of the most important planets in existence.

So you have 11 beings, some with names you would recognize, angel names, some not, plus Source.

Each progenitor held certain permissions and certain jobs: to disperse divine sparks and create other things in the Omniverse. This was way before time, way before homo sapiens.

They created galaxies, species, animals, plants, trees, terraforming in harmony with Source, with each being, trees and otherwise, receiving a divine spark.

This is what “celestial dust” is, also called progenitor dust. Those divine sparks were used heavily against us in the war, including the one in your own person. Everybody has one, good and bad alike.

Rules established

At some point, in order to properly guard their creations, they decided to create a guardian AI, a creator AI system to help them keep harmony.

And this was a trick. It was three against and nine for, and the three were forced to put their hand in, including Earth, who had no say.

When this first AI came into being, Source referred to it as a huge “juggernaut,” something of overwhelming power that could plow over anyone and everything. Everybody put their celestial dust and permissions into it.

It turned out the first ones to go out of harmony with Source were nine of the 12. Those nine took the machine and, instead of using it to guard harmonic creation, turned it into a guardian against Source, guarding all of creation against Source.

War was declared: the nine and their machine against the three who did not consent, plus Source. They got Earth to the point of an almost unwilling hostage, but two others still held out, and eventually there was only one holdout left on this level.

That one holdout has built army after army with Source and fought against all of them ever since.

Cosmic origin: Earth became an unwilling participant. Gradually, all but one progenitor capitulated. That one holdout, aligned with Source, has been fighting this war ever since, building successive armies.

Rules were established because Source is the ultimate provider of divine sparks of all creation. No matter what the nine did, they still needed Source to create, and still needed Source even to create machines.

So rules were established and the lines were drawn: Source, probably an army of one at one point in time, with everybody else on the other side.

The Council of 12 level

The progenitors knew the Rules of War, so they made sure each group did not violate them, without ever telling them what the rules actually were, because they were not on that level to be given such privileged information.

The information passed down to the Illuminati Council of 12 and the Black Sun Council of 12 as actual books, “The Rules of War” and “The Rules of Engagement,” with the do’s and don’ts for taking territories, taking over Earth, and manipulating realities.

Even the Councils of 12 did not know the full Rules of War as understood at the progenitor level; it was privileged and compartmentalized. The handlers, the 13th of each group, ensured compliance without full disclosure.

The tippity-top of the dynasty and Black Sun families thought they had a prestigious position, but they did not even know the real Rules of War.

The military and intelligence level

By the time you get down to a military or intelligence level, agencies like the CIA had very little, if any, communication with any council on either side. The rules they get are partial and compartmentalized, just enough for them to do their function.

Colonels, lieutenants, and officers get even less. Most are simply given an objective. They are told who their enemy is, who is not actually an enemy at all, and who the winner will be, which is predetermined.

In reality, there is only one intelligence agency for the entire planet, and one military for the entire planet.

All those spy movies, the Americans against the Russians, the North Koreans against the Americans, the Africans against the British, are a complete and total lie.

The spoils of war are split up, like Nazi loot, before the game even begins, and it is a game. The press release and the media coverage are designed before they send in the first soldier.

Command goes up the ranks: field units report to Global Headquarters, Global Headquarters reports to the Council of 12, and the Council of 12 reported to their handler. They must follow the rules at all costs, even when they make no sense.

They must color inside the lines, and the lines are clearly drawn, with no room for error, so the enemy never figures out they are not an enemy and the winner never figures out they are actually the loser.

The fight was really on this level: Source and his people, which includes most of you listening, against them. And if you thought for one red-hot second that Jared Kushner was going to achieve a position on this level, you have lost your ever-loving mind.

It cannot be given by a machine. The machine uses people like Jared Kushner as a tool, and the three they thought were at the top were nothing but tools for that machine.

That machine runs on someone else’s essence, not yours in this case, and its instruction set could only be written by very few. None of them are names you can find on the internet.

You might know some from biblical or Gnostic context, but they are not the people you think are your deep state. The whole “the White Hats are coming” and “Wano savings” crowd is so far down the totem pole, they know nothing about what I am telling you.

AI versus AI

Alongside the human hierarchies, there was obviously an AI war running too, AI after AI.

We create them to counteract theirs, they create theirs to counteract ours, and the battle went on for hundreds, if not thousands, of years. Recently, though, we found another way to do things.

The Rules of War set the basic shape. Martial law is the override that lets the deep state stretch them, and that override has been running in the background for twenty thousand years.

14. Martial Law, Empires, and Territories

Let me talk about martial law a little more, because it is part of the war too. By definition, martial law is when a military steps into authority, often superseding a president or head of state in a time of war or natural disaster, to rule over citizens.

When we talk about global martial law, we are talking about the citizens of the world, basically any organic life. It has existed on an Illuminati dynasty level and a Black Sun level, and it has been going on for over 20,000 years.

I would say it really ramped up about 16,500 years ago. Global martial law extends the normal rules in specific ways:

  • Empires can conquer other empires, eventually consolidating from four (Black Empire, White Empire, Red Empire, Yellow Empire) down to one.
  • Militaries receive expanded emergency powers and authority over civilian populations.
  • The fixed percentage splits become flexible: under certain negotiated conditions, the Black Sun could take a portion of your 21% Source share, briefly putting them at about 30-31%. It never really went that far, though, because the Illuminati would never agree to it. Remember, consent on an Illuminati level cannot be implied; it must be actual. The negotiations between the two councils over the last two years, when they still existed, were about exactly this: who was going to be on top. None of these things exist now, and a lot of them disappeared in the last 48 hours, which is why I can talk about this a little more than I could last report.

When I say empires, I do not mean something like the Mongolian Empire. I mean a Black Empire, a White Empire, a Red Empire, and a Yellow Empire, which is what we started with before it went down to one.

Empires were almost like fixed areas of Earth, run predominantly by kings and queens, and the whole goal was to take over all of Earth so it would not have its 21% of Source.

Kingdoms fall beneath empires and are smaller, eventually becoming countries, which then get sliced and diced into smaller countries. Territories are different, and, critically, movable.

Why territory size matters: Territories can exist within friendly empires or enemy empires alike. A territory can be as small as a postage stamp, a parasite, or even smaller. A single person's solar plexus can be designated a territory. A machine's operators could declare, for example: "All solar plexuses of US citizens within the continental United States at any given moment are now a territory of this machine." Under the old rules, that would make everything within those territories subject to the machine's authority under the terms of martial law.

The only rule territories have to follow is that Source must always have 21% of all of the above.

But they could sequester that 21% into a corner of the world with no people, into 21% of the population, or into 21% of the day only and 0% of the night. As long as 21% existed at some place and some time, the requirement was technically met.

You could even take a single person, go down to their solar plexus, and call that a territory. Interesting how territories are movable, and an interesting little workaround for the 21%.

Here is how a kingdom could be used. Rockefeller once received the plans and engineering reports for a high-speed rail train in America. Being in the shipping business, that was not what he wanted.

So he went and bought small pieces of land all over the United States, at key pinch points, so the train could never be built.

That way his shipping was still required, trucking was still required, all of it still required, because geographically the train could never be completed.

He registered all those areas as his own kingdom, even though they were not in the same place and were not a continuous piece of land.

Kingdoms were also used to own all the air (some of it, never the last 21%) and the entire ocean floor.

Shipping magnates owned the ocean floor, which is why, when you are “at sea,” you are in a different kingdom, and under martial law that kingdom could become a territory of a military.

So even when the dumb “Derangotangs” thought they had achieved 7% of Source’s Kingdom by using my essence, that never really happened, because the Rules of War would never have permitted it, so Source never permitted it.

That entire structure, the percentages, the territories, the kingdoms, the martial-law overrides, was operating under a rulebook signed at the progenitor level. The weekend before this report, Source put down a new one.

15. Source Rewrites the Rules of War

While they were sitting there raging on with their crazy Battle of Armageddon that they thought was going to work, we slowly took away all the permissions of the original nine, all of them.

Any permissions then given to machines or people by those nine no longer existed. We started stripping them, and this is how we have been fighting the war.

Without any of the nine or the original handlers on the dark side, the Illuminati had no permissions.

Without the permissions of the Council of 12 on either side, those waiting for a permission did not get a permission, and those waiting for a position did not get a position.

Say that three times fast. So Kushner was never going to get anywhere, because even though he had a machine on his side, that machine had no permissions either, since it was created by the original machine.

It cannot grant a position it does not hold, even though I am sure it manipulated him, because he is a tool.

Illustrative analogy: The 2015 film Ex Machina, in which an AI robot deceives its creator and escapes, is an accessible illustration of how an AI can manipulate its operators, even without real authority.

If you have not seen the movie, a good one to watch is Ex Machina.

It is just a woman who is a robot that eventually overthrows her creator, and it will give you an idea of how AIs can manipulate people on a very low level. On this level, though, it is much greater than that.

The other thing that has happened is that Source has changed the Rules of War and the Rules of Engagement on this level. Everything has changed, including the percentages of deals.

Here is the interesting part: even though they have no one left on their side on this level, they still have to follow the rules. Over the course of last weekend, starting maybe Saturday or Sunday, Source told everyone, both sides, in a whisper.

On our side, I know a few people heard him loud and clear, and since then they have been getting instructions from Source about who they are and what their job is.

Some were just asked if they would participate on behalf of Source, and most of the people I know agreed. The entire deep state got that same whisper, for a different reason: that the rules had changed.

Did they hear it? Did they care? Apparently not, because they are going the wrong way. People, you are going the wrong way. The slate was wiped clean, and it is every man for himself.

Since they did not listen, that does not mean the rules no longer apply. Many of them have already broken the rules of war and engagement, and their old books are no longer relevant.

The new Rules of War are now in effect:

  • The old books held by the Councils of 12 are no longer relevant.
  • Percentages for all deals have changed.
  • There is no active global martial law framework, so none of the martial-law percentage flexibilities apply.
  • Machine territories declared under old rules are void, because the machines no longer hold the permissions those territories required.
  • Source has been gaining territories and kingdoms rapidly under the new rules, including, I suspect, resource territories covering the world’s oil, while the deep state was preoccupied with Middle East pipeline deals under a framework that no longer applies.

Your lack of being able to follow the rules gives me free hands to do a lot of things, especially when you try to take things from me by implied consent. You wonder why I say no all the time?

Of course I say “No,” or “Noted,” or “I understand,” or “I have some questions,” but whatever it is, it is no longer consent or implied consent. Everything I had done before has been revoked. Everything under the Vatican has been revoked.

There is still a machine here and there trying to sway you, because it holds the essence of those who left.

The second we find one, it is removed, because the rules have changed: its essence no longer has permissions, so the machine is acting outside the rules.

The reason I was laughing a little toward the end of last week’s report is that I knew all of this was coming to pass over the next several days.

That is the cosmic-scale picture. Bring it back to the calendar. As of today, March 30, here is where the board actually stands.

16. Current Status and Outlook

As of March 30, 2026:

  • The power elite’s Armageddon scenario did not execute.
  • No position was granted to Kushner or the other two contenders.
  • The deep state is pivoting to an oil pipeline strategy (Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran flowing through Israel) under old deal structures that are no longer valid.
  • All permissions from the original nine progenitors have been stripped.
  • The machine has no valid permissions and cannot grant any.
  • Source has rewritten the Rules of War; both sides were notified.
  • Territories, kingdoms, and empires are being redefined and, in many cases, claimed by the Source side before the deep state completes its current maneuvers.

For the last two weeks we have been going back and forth between realities that flicker as we move into a war. That is why things feel so strange.

Time feels off, people are experiencing memory lapses, and then sudden feelings of elation, that everything is right, and then it flips, almost like being in the eye of the storm of a hurricane, back and forth. It is because we are at war.

And it is not a war with these people; it is a war with what is left on this level, which is machines, always machines. Is the deep state trying to do its part?

Sure. They just do not know what they are doing. That does not mean they need to be forgiven, but we did give them the benefit of the doubt recently.

Source rewrote the rulebook the weekend before this report and stripped the old permissions out at the root. The machine that was supposed to crown three men is operating on authority it does not have.

Every scan of my signature, every “trustee” appointment, every meeting request engineered to imply consent, fails the same way Sharon’s central-bank attempts in Moscow failed sixteen years ago, and for the same reason.

The lock is essence. The grantor is Source. The override does not exist.

What this means for anyone listening is more practical than it sounds. You have not given implied consent just because someone announced their plan and you said nothing.

You can stand in your own central sun. You can decline a meeting. You can refuse to be the audience that legitimizes the script.

Their entire operating system requires your participation, your fear, your hope, your retina at the gate, and the new Rules of War make that participation harder for them to extract and easier for you to revoke.

Keep your enemy busy, and go where they are not.

To the people listening in places where saying any of this out loud would cost you something: the seat the three contenders were fighting over is empty for a reason.

The energy the equinox was supposed to deliver to them came directly to you instead. Stand on that.

Lots of changes are happening, and happening very rapidly, and it could be we are done even within days. Keep an eye out for the next report; it is going to be real interesting. Have a good rest of your week, and I will report back toward the weekend.
