LED Program Down at Nineteen Sites; All Farm Systems Gone
Nineteen LED program sites are silent across five continents, every presidential Farm computer system is dismantled, Megvii's worldwide social-credit install collapsed on contact, banker fixers walked into Durango and found nobody willing to meet them, and the July 4th allocations the Deep State is still expecting are not coming.
It is June 26. The LED neurological program I described in the June 24 report is now fully dismantled at the level I had been chasing it.
Nineteen additional sites across five continents have gone quiet, every one of them connected to alien technology running on standing orders, and the next thing this report has to show is the way four very different maps line up against each other.
The Deep State spent the sundown of June 25 expecting a significant event. My team scanned for it and saw nothing materialize.
They will spend the next week expecting July 4th allocations, and those allocations are not coming either. The last real allocation was in 2012. I will explain why everything since then has been a smaller story than the calendar suggests.
1. Nineteen Sites, One Standing Order
As of this report, the LED neurological program is fully dismantled. Control signals across nineteen specific global sites are silent, and every one of them turned out to be alien technology running on standing orders.
Following the shutdown of the primary Alaska facility I covered in the June 24 report, the team and I located and shut down the remaining program signals at nineteen additional sites. The list, in the order I worked through them:

- Sacred Grove (Osun-Osogbo), Nigeria
- Temple in the Sea, Trinidad and Tobago
- Liberia Reconciliation Monument

The locations are different in almost every respect. A memorial in Liberia, a temple in Fiji, a fortress in Sri Lanka, a tomb complex in Uganda, a mountain in California.
What they share is the underlying infrastructure. I describe these predominantly as alien technology running on standing orders from non-human entities.
The Deep State used and amplified the existing systems but did not build them. Without the original technology in their hands, they cannot recreate them at the same scale.
That distinction matters for what comes next. Once the signals at all nineteen sites went quiet, no further LED program activity registered on any of the scans. As of June 26, I treat the program as fully dismantled.
The same distribution is why the amplify-only reading is the correct one for the Deep State’s role. They did not lay the cable. They tapped into what was already laid by something older than they are, and once that older infrastructure goes silent, their amplification has nothing to amplify.
With the ceiling lights answered, the next layer down is the operator program. Not the lights in the buildings, but the people running into them. They have a name, they have account numbers, and one of those accounts opened a door I had not known was there.
2. The Farms and the Megvii Connection
What if every U.S. president since the twenty-second had his own dedicated breeding program for operatives, and the only president since then without one was the current sitting president?
A Farm is a covert operative program. The group inside it runs black operations on behalf of intelligence agencies that include Langley, MI6, the former KGB, the modern SVR, and South African intelligence.
Farm operatives are bred for the role. They are raised inside the program from birth, given medical enhancements and specialized medications, and conditioned to function as enhanced operatives.
The older spy-shop term for them is “super soldiers.” The plainer version is the people who go bump in the night.
Some of the people who go bump in the night, but also some of the people who run the country in between.
A Farm was created for every U.S. president since the twenty-second, Grover Cleveland. The only president since then without a dedicated Farm is Joe Biden.
Each Farm instills a programmatic obsessive loyalty in its operatives toward their president, and that conditioning, in the team’s read, never really ends.
The Trump Farm operatives appear more extreme than the others, and some Reagan-era operatives appear to have been transferred into the Trump Farm.
Each presidential Farm was connected at three points:
- A Farm account, holding liens, M4 instruments (derivatives and bonds issued against assets), and financial reserves. Most of the balance was non-spendable.
- A dedicated control system, with its own web and internet infrastructure, capable of interfacing directly with the operatives’ cognitive functions.
- Spoils access: when the president took office, the Farm operatives stepped into power-broker roles, managing asset deals, trade agreements, and treaty work that generated income into the Farm account.
That is what the older spy-shop phrase about the people who go bump in the night is pointing at. The Farm system has been operating since the 1880s, which is one reason almost no public record of it exists. The agencies named at the start of this section were the contracting clients, not the breeders.
On the evening of Monday, June 24, Deep State operators tried to connect the Farm monetary systems to the Megvii social-crediting platform.
The apparent plan was to use the Farms’ dedicated computer infrastructure as the computing base for the social-credit install they were running that same week.
The Farm computer infrastructure was something the team had not yet addressed.
The response was straightforward. I dismantled all Farm computer systems, all Farm accounts, and all Langley backdoors connected to them.
The Deep State had inadvertently led me to a layer of infrastructure I would otherwise have spent another stretch of weeks locating. They opened the door themselves.
The Deep State’s interest in that Farm computer infrastructure was not academic. They needed somewhere to run the social-credit system the Great Reset had been promising for years. The platform was a Chinese AI company most readers have never heard of.
3. The Megvii Install Goes Nowhere
A large Chinese AI company tried to install a global social-credit system the same weekend the Farms went down, and the system never reached the people it was designed to score.
Megvii is a large Chinese AI company specializing in facial recognition. The Great Reset planners had designated it as the lead platform for their social-credit system, and on June 25 and 26 it attempted to install that social-credit infrastructure everywhere at once.
The intended system was a three-stream integration. Each stream had to land in real time, and all three had to land into a single scoring engine that updated continuously:
- Every health event in every human body, sourced from medical telemetry and from sensors embedded in commercial and clinical environments.
- Every transaction, combining point-of-sale tap-and-pay data, credit and debit card records, and even paper currency through MICR (magnetic ink readable by Omega-era systems).
- A social-credit score assigned per individual and updated against the first two streams as they arrived.
Third, a score assigned and continuously updated against the first two streams. The reason it failed is the third stream needed computing capacity that only Omega and Starlight could deliver, and both are now defunct. The architecture is sitting there. The compute it needed is not.
The system failed because the compute it required was no longer available. It needed Omega or Starlight (the Lucifer program, also called Omega Project Stargate), and both of those systems are now defunct.
Without either, the Megvii scoring engine had no computing base. The architecture was in place. The compute that would have made it run was already gone.
The dismantling of the Farm computer systems the night before was not unrelated. The Farms were the last candidate compute layer the Deep State had access to.
Closing that off on Monday evening also closed off the Megvii fallback. Tuesday and Wednesday’s worldwide install attempt was a deployment to nowhere.
While the Megvii install was running into the wall in the background, a separate group of operatives walked through the front door in Durango carrying envelopes from the genetic-shareholder families. They are called fixers, and the local contacts already know who they are.
4. The Fixers in Durango
On the morning of June 26, bankers from JP Morgan Chase, Bank of New York Mellon, and several other institutions arrived in Durango. The people in Durango do not want to talk to them.
Preliminary conversations with the proposed new JP Morgan chairman are ongoing, but the bank itself is being run in circles.
It has been told there is unleveraged gold somewhere, then sent to Congress, then the Federal Reserve, then the General Office of Accounting, then the Treasury, then the military, then back around.
My read is that this is the Rockefeller Family and the Fed Families buying time while they look for a workaround to the Light system that does not exist.
In parallel, a separate set of operatives is pushing a digital cash system designed to live outside the banking system. The problem with their version is that it has no allocation numbers, which means a bank cannot use it for liquidity or asset purposes.
The push is happening, and the push is going nowhere a bank would want to follow it.
As of June 26, the fixers arrive. Bankers from JP Morgan Chase, Bank of New York Mellon, and other institutions show up in Durango.
These are not the genetic-shareholder families themselves. They are the operators who report to those families and run their bidding. The fixer is the person allowed to fly out, sit in the chair, take instructions back, and absorb the outcome.
The role exists specifically so the principals can disown the encounter if it fails and reach in and ratify it if it succeeds. The Durango contacts already know who they are looking at, and that is why they are not engaging.
My position has not moved. Banks that want to survive have to restructure as service providers to the people, not as custodial institutions controlled by genetic shareholders. Any assistance from this side requires placing a representative from my group on the bank’s Board.
The fixers in Durango know that already. They do not have authority to agree to it on the spot, which is part of why the local contacts are not bothering to meet with them.
The fixers are running through one specific play. Buy time, find a workaround to the Light system, and let the calendar carry them to the next budget event. There is no next budget event.
5. No July 4th Allocations, and No Secret Reserve
The 2024 July 4th government budget allocations are not coming. They have not been coming for over a decade, and what is being promised this week is being promised against a reserve that nobody actually has.
Historically, the administrator of the Alpha System, now referred to as the Light System, issued annual government budget allocations through the Federal Reserve on or around July 4th. Those allocations did three specific things every year:
- They injected new liquidity into every world government for the year ahead.
- They flowed through the genetic shareholders of the Federal Reserve to HSBC Hong Kong for trading from July 4 through September, the budget season.
- They generated enormous off-book profits for the dark-side operators trading through that window. Across all the assets being moved, the trading season cleared more than $100 trillion annually.
The last major allocation under that mechanism was in 2012, and I issued it. A smaller allocation occurred in July 2019 during the Trump Administration, and I issued that one as well, but it was not on the fourth.
The 2024 July 4th allocations are not coming. I have no contractual obligation to issue them, and I have no reason to pay entities that have refused to cooperate.
There is no secret gold reserve.
There is no such reserve. Every gram of gold that exists anywhere is already leveraged and already recorded in the Light system’s ledger. The cycle of being sent from Congress to the Fed to the General Office of Accounting to the Treasury to the military is not a paperwork problem. It is the bank being told that gold exists somewhere and then being sent to look for it where it is not.
Every gram of gold that exists has already been leveraged and is already accounted for in the Light system records. There is no off-ledger gold somewhere in a vault that a bank or government can find and use to inject new liquidity.
The fixers walking through Durango are doing so on the assumption that one more turn of the cycle will surface a reserve. It will not.
