By the early morning of January 29, all nine were dead in Faraday-caged bunkers beneath Fort Lewis, Naval Station Norfolk, and Naval Base San Diego. Their attempt to tap the non-existent Omega system consumed them instead.
2. A Release, Not an Ascension
At 9:30 a.m. MST on January 29, the nine Eagle candidates who had expected to take the Controllers’ seats got on the SSP operatives’ annual call and did the opposite of what was planned. They announced that no one was left to appoint them, and that every operative worldwide was released as an asset of the SSP and the Order.
Kim states this is the first time this has ever happened. Contracts, oaths, financial obligations, and the unwritten cross-faction protection rules all terminated at once.
3. GIA Absorbs the Zones
Recognizing the risk of immediate chaos among now-unprotected operatives, Kim registered every worldwide operative safe-house Zone under the GIA. These Zones function like the neutral assassin hotels in the John Wick films, except the real-world version was previously enforced by the Order itself.

The Anti-Silent Circle, a Black Nobility-driven parallel faction that controls political operatives, media, military assets, and the Jesuit apparatus, was convening its own call on January 29. Kim notes the nine apparently moved aside existing bodies and used the same location, suggesting the space was considered special or secure.
2. The Alien Technology Misuse
Before their deaths, the nine Controllers spent the weekend of January 27 to 28, 2024, operating alien technologies they were unfamiliar with. Kim describes two distinct events.
First Technology: Schumann Resonance Disturbance
The first device created a disturbance in the Schumann resonances, the electromagnetic resonance frequencies of Earth’s atmosphere, registering as extremely low frequencies (ELFs).
Kim notes that people who felt dizzy, foggy, nauseous, or unsteady over the preceding 24 to 48 hours were experiencing the effects of this disturbance.
Second Technology: Arctic and Antarctic Dome Structures
Late afternoon Mountain Time on January 28, Kim states the nine activated a second, more powerful technology. Military ships (predominantly British) were positioned in Arctic and Antarctic waters. Beneath both polar regions, at depths unreachable by ordinary human equipment, were dome-like structures.
Kim describes the structures as resembling vitamin capsules that pull apart: one section in the Arctic contained dark matter materials and dark energy conductors; the other section in the Antarctic held dark energy balls, plasma plates, and related components.
The nine attempted to activate them using Tesla-like technology to gain access to the Omega system, a control system the nine believed could grant cosmic authority and which Kim states does not exist.
The activation caused a major magnetic pole disturbance. Kim states it was not sufficient to flip the magnetic poles or create a wormhole, but it did disturb Earth’s vortex and affected sensitive individuals.
The controllers’ continued operation of these devices is, according to Kim, the direct cause of their deaths.

Kim explains that every January or February, high-level operative meetings take place worldwide. These meetings are tiered:
- SSP operative meetings: the highest-level Secret Space Program (SSP) operatives.
- Langley 5 operatives: high-ranking intelligence personnel reporting to the five-agency Langley intelligence cluster.
- Standard agency operatives: worldwide intelligence and paramilitary assets.
Kim states that during the weekend of January 27 to 28, 2024, she personally observed unusually high operative activity in her Zone (Durango, Colorado), including numerous helicopters. She notes that operatives typically arrive in Zones by Langley jet or helicopter for these annual gatherings.
Kim describes her ability to identify operatives by their energetic signature, an “emotional frequency” she reads when she encounters people. She first witnessed this phenomenon in early 2017 and has observed it regularly in subsequent years.

The exception: her assigned Handler had received specialized training from a coven for approximately six months prior to her arrival. That Handler and one partner knew her identity, but the majority of meeting-level operatives did not.

According to Kim, the Eagle positions represent the top human-level leadership of the Order of the Black Sun, the primary covert control organization. 5. Nine Eagle Candidates Release All Operatives
The nine Eagle candidates expected to be formally appointed at 9:00 a.m. MST on January 29, 2024. When the nine Controllers did not appear for the scheduled call, the candidates went to check on them and found all nine dead. The candidates postponed the 9:00 a.m. call to 9:30 a.m. to assess what to do.
Kim states there is a ring-and-ritual process by which newly appointed Eagles announce themselves (possibly involving brain wave frequency or infrared technology) that SSP operatives were watching for as confirmation of new leadership.
At 9:30 a.m. MST, the nine candidates got on the call and announced:
- They had not been appointed.
- There was no one left to appoint them.
- All operatives were released as assets of the SSP and the Order.
Kim states this is the first time this has ever happened.
What “Asset” Means
An asset in the Order’s context means full contractual ownership, not merely collateral. Key elements:
- Financial obligation: assets receive payment flowing through a hierarchical downline; if one level receives funds, those below receive funds.
- Dual oath: an asset typically swears a first oath to a military or government agency, and a second, more binding oath to the Order; the Order oath supersedes.
- Protection: being claimed as an asset provides protection from harm by all other Order sectors; there is an unwritten rule that assets of one group cannot be harmed by another.
- Restriction: assets are bound to take orders only from their upline and cannot operate independently.
The asset hierarchy extends from individual operatives to intelligence agency heads (e.g., Langley 5), to Black Nobility Families, to the Abraxas (the non-human entities the Families serve), to Lucifer, to Anti-Source.
The same structure applied to SSP operatives, Melchizedek-order recruits drawn to the dark side, and other figures within the Order system. Kim states that assets from all levels were registered and claimed in this manner.
Releasing an asset terminates all contractual obligations, financial relationships, and protection agreements in both directions.
6. GIA Registers All Zones
Kim states that upon hearing the asset release announcement, she immediately recognized the danger: thousands of highly trained, now-unprotected operatives, many of whom had accumulated enemies, would be without the protection that Zone safe-houses provided.
To prevent immediate chaos, Kim states she registered all worldwide operative Zones under the GIA (Global Intelligence Agency, the oversight body Kim heads, which operates through the Key Intelligence and Military system).
This gives Zone personnel an enforcement structure and a chain of payment. Kim notes she intends to formalize payments and operations through the Key Intelligence and Military system later.
Kim also notes that some operatives have not received payment since as far back as 2006 or 2007, meaning many have 17 to 18 years of unpaid obligations from the Order side.

- The Silent Circle: one faction of Black Nobility and operatives.
- The Anti-Silent Circle: a parallel faction; not antagonistic to the Silent Circle, but operating in distinct spheres, similar to how dark and light Angels each executed their respective assignments while recognizing the other’s role.
Kim states the Anti-Silent Circle controls political operatives, media operatives, military assets, and organizational figures such as Jesuits worldwide. Their downline includes, for example, the actual working staff within the Federal Reserve, Treasury departments, and central banks, the operative “aides” to each institution’s public-facing leadership.
When Kim went on air on January 29, 2024, the Anti-Silent Circle had just convened a call with high-ranking political operatives worldwide. Kim states they were in the process of verifying that closed financial system loops had not received funds before releasing their assets. Kim notes these loops had not received money for an extended period, but the Anti-Silent Circle wanted to confirm before acting.

Implications for Governments and NATO
Kim states that even the Black Nobility families (which she describes as having access to billions, possibly hundreds of billions of dollars) do not have sufficient funds to:

- Fulfill NATO financial commitments made the prior week.
Kim states governments are “far behind on their bills” and that the Black Nobility lacks the financial capacity to keep even the United States or China solvent.

Kim frames the collapse of the asset structure as a potential opportunity.
Buying the Downline
Kim suggests the GIA could potentially “buy the downline,” not the operatives themselves, but the governments and institutions that operative networks have been running. Kim describes it as taking over a “bankrupt widget factory”: retaining the staff, restructuring operations, and making the institution functional under new management.
Kim states this would require using both hands: one to support existing structures through the transition, and one to build the new parallel system that CARE (the GIA’s humanitarian infrastructure program) represents.
CARE Infrastructure
Kim states the CARE administrative team has been building a completely independent infrastructure (food systems, marketplaces, and support programs) because there was “no hope” in reforming the existing system.
She cites the U.S. SNAP Program (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, government food assistance) as an example of a dependency that cannot simply be eliminated without replacement.
Kim calls for farmers worldwide to partner with the UNN Marketplace (a GIA-aligned trading platform) to ensure access to non-irradiated produce for the transition period.
Intention and Frequency

- Every plant, herb, and essential oil has a measurable frequency.
- Disease also has a frequency; healing remedies work by providing an equal-and-opposite frequency to bind with and remove disease from the body.
- Talking or singing to plants (including cut or harvested plants) can shift their frequency and healing potential.
- Praying over food before eating is described as a co-creation process with Source (the divine/cosmic intelligence), not merely ritual.
