Money Creation Formula Changed; C.A.R.E. Blocks Theft
Water usage restrictions are tightening on farms worldwide, the April 24 3 PM EST deadline for the deep state to put their flags down was postponed past it, and the morning call that finally happened produced nothing anyone believed. Over the same days I retold an old account about a Chinese man with a machine who could cure the synthetic parasite behind covid, and the money I provided for that machine was redirected into Operation Warp Speed. The Joint Chiefs of Staff arrived in Durango that night and I explained to them why the Global Intelligence Agency has to be the body doing the forensic accounting from now on. And the deeper change underneath all of this is that the money creation formula itself has changed. The old basis was E=MC squared. The new basis is T times E over V equals M, and the binary 0 inside it no longer points at Omega and darkness. It carries a positive charge to Source. Funds cannot be transmuted into the old dark agreements anymore. C.A.R.E. now enforces every dollar at the line item, replaces the patent system, and lets us see clearly that Earth is the last 3rd density planet still holding people who want the dark to come back.
1. Water, farmland, and another deadline that did not move
Water-related complications targeting Mexican farms are not specific to Mexico. They are the same regulatory pattern showing up globally, and they accelerated noticeably after BlackRock publicly announced that food prices were going to rise.
Water usage and retention have been made deliberately complicated. Rainwater collection is restricted to roof runoff only. Cisterns and sky collection are prohibited. The regulations are aimed specifically at farms and agricultural production in the US and Mexico corridor. The predominant producer of illegal avocados in Mexico, by the way, was the CIA running a cartel operation that has done real harm to legitimate farmers.
This is driven by desperation for money and for control over what crosses borders. It is not seriously denting the food supply. Workarounds are coming.
The April 24 Wednesday 3 PM EST deadline, set by the cooperative faction of the deep state for the non-cooperative 25 percent, was not met. The call was postponed repeatedly through the afternoon and the evening. When they finally connected the following morning, they basically said they had made a tremendous amount of progress and just needed a little more time, which no one in the room believed and no one bought. The deadline produced no flags down.
Today, April 26, is another deep state payday. Operatives are screaming at each other on the call. Funds have not been delivered. Some have already departed. More are expected to follow. The cartels are quiet.
In the middle of that, a patriot community contact who I had ignored for several days finally got a response from me on April 25. The message they were sending me was that Trump would be back and that we all needed to work together. My response covered several points: Trump is dead. Biden is dead too. The dark AIs had only limited access at any point and never full access. I funded the Trump Administration extensively in the past and will never do so again, because operatives misused all of those funds. The operatives’ stated objective of taking over the Treasury and the White House is irrelevant, because the same people are still running both. The patriot community had been operating under the belief that an agreement signed in 2023 committed them to receiving Nesara and Gesara through the US Treasury. That has not happened and is not going to happen.
2. The Chinese man with the machine, and what Warp Speed actually paid for
Why am I never funding a government again? The short answer is what happened the last time I did. The longer answer is the story I retold to the patriot contact, which begins with a Chinese man, a machine, and a covid task force.
When covid first appeared, the origin was a deep underground SSP base in Wuhan. The organism behind it was a synthetic parasite, not a natural virus. My team identified a Chinese man whose machine had been curing elite Chinese patients of that parasite. We arranged for him to be brought to the White House and onto the covid task force, through a General we had inserted into that task force using the deep state’s own technique. The General carried every credential the official slot required.
The technique I used is the one the deep state uses on its own people. They call it being legally dead. It runs in two modes. In the first mode, a body with matching DNA is arranged so that the person can be declared dead on paper. After at least five years, that person can operate freely under a new identity, with full credentials reconstructed around the new name. In the second mode, the person is committed to a psychiatric facility, with nighttime release to conduct operations off the books. That second mode is what explains a long list of cold cases where a crime appears to have no possible perpetrator. I learned the technique from the Russians.
Both modes use real medical and legal infrastructure. The cover holds because the supporting documents are genuine. That is also why the technique works for either side: it is the paperwork that makes it stick.
I provided funding to manufacture the Chinese man’s machine at scale. The money did not go to the machine. It went to Operation Warp Speed, the emergency vaccine program. After the patriot contact heard the story from me, they went and verified it, and then they started directly confronting Trump operatives over what had happened. The Trump-aligned operatives did what they had been doing all along. They promised results, pushed everyone off, and delivered nothing. That continued into today.
What I want to avoid is what happened during the Trump Administration, or like in 2010 when I funded every government on Earth. That will never happen again. Every time I have funded a government to do something specific, the funding has been redirected. The next round does not run through governments at all. It runs through C.A.R.E., and C.A.R.E. is now built so that redirection is structurally impossible.
3. The Joint Chiefs came to Durango, and what I told them
The low-flying helicopters I mentioned on April 24 were not random air traffic. They were the Joint Chiefs of Staff arriving in Durango. They came because they had been told that if the 3 PM deadline passed without delivery, the deep state might put their flags down, and they wanted to be positioned for that possibility.
I held conversations with them overnight. I explained why the Global Intelligence Agency has to be the body doing the financial oversight from this point forward, and not the Joint Chiefs and not the Pentagon.
The Joint Chiefs never asked where it went. Not once. That is the part I needed them to hear out loud, with me in the room.
The second piece I explained was the Chinese government’s acquisition of US infrastructure over the past decade. US land, US mineral rights, US political influence, all of it bought in volume. There was even a widely reported Chinese police force operating openly in New York State. The Joint Chiefs did nothing about any of it.
The third piece was the General my team had placed inside the White House with full access. He went through Joint Chiefs-supervised security. The whole point of recounting that to them was not that I had pulled off a clever operation. It was that the security architecture they are supposed to run has fundamental blind spots, and the way those blind spots got exploited by my side is the same way they get exploited by every other side. The conclusion I gave them is that the GIA has to be the body that walks into every funded operation and does the forensic accounting, because they have proven, repeatedly, that they will not.
4. Money creation changed: from E=MC squared to T x E over V = M
Underneath the operational news this week, the deeper change is that what money actually is has changed. The formula has been swapped out, the binary at the base of that formula has flipped its meaning, and the consequences are showing up in every dark transmutation attempt that gets automatically rejected.
The old formula was E=MC squared. Energy times the speed of light squared equals matter. Money created on that basis was rooted in dark agreements and could be transmuted into dark purposes, because the binary at its foundation read 0 as Omega, as anti-existence, as darkness, and 1 as Alpha. The dark bloodlines could register agreements in the Dark Hall of Records and convert money for dark purposes whenever they wanted to. That was the whole architecture.
The new formula is T times E over V equals M. T is distance, which is time. E is energy. V is vibration. Money creation now works by determining how much distance, what energy, and at what vibration the particles move. The binary 0 in this formula does not point at Omega. It carries a positive charge directly to Source.
There is no more zero that means anti-existence. Both states of the binary are operational on the same charge. That is what made the conversion routes the dark side relied on stop functioning.
The Dark Hall of Records no longer exists. Only my Hall of Records remains. Money simply cannot flow into any Omega-linked or Kronos-linked system. It is automatically rejected. If the deep state is watching this and wondering why every single agreement they file gets rejected, the reason is that they are trying to put dark energy into a light system, and the system itself will not accept the input.
Attempts to file conversion agreements that move funds to the old M0 (the negatively charged zero) fail because the receiving system no longer exists. There is no agreement to sign, no Hall to register it in, no charge to convert to. The dark bloodlines have no path back. That is the part of this they keep trying to find a way around and keep failing at.
5. C.A.R.E. for money: line item enforcement at the system level
Here is the paradox at the heart of how C.A.R.E. handles money. Individual spending is sovereign. You can buy whatever you like, including bad choices. Institutional money is the opposite. Every line of every government and project budget is locked to its stated purpose at the system level. The boundary between those two regimes is the part most people are getting wrong about C.A.R.E.
When a government or an organization is funded through C.A.R.E., the ratification process specifies exactly what each dollar is for. That specification is not advisory. It is enforced at the algorithmic level. If money is transferred under a stated purpose and someone then tries to redirect it into a black project, the redirection does not complete. The transfer cannot be made to stick. The system simply does not let the funds land where they were not authorized to land.
What that would have prevented, if it had been in place, is every instance of trillions disappearing from the Pentagon into black budgets. That single mechanism is what closes the funnel the deep state has run for decades. It does not require new investigators, new oversight committees, or new whistleblowers. It removes the technical capability to move funds outside their ratified destination.
The line item enforcement only applies to institutional money - project funding, government contracts, R&D budgets. The boundary between the two regimes is hard and deliberate.
C.A.R.E. tracks activity through a living DNA blueprint. Each person carries a unique biological signature that the system can read for purposes of recording authorship and detecting intellectual property theft, the same way a fingerprint works for physical identification. The blueprint records activity. It does not control it.
What I want to avoid is what happened during the Trump Administration, or like in 2010 when I funded every government on Earth. That kind of redirection cannot happen again, because the architecture underneath it is no longer the same architecture. The line item enforcement is the structural answer to a thirty year history of the same theft.
6. C.A.R.E. for technology, and the last planet still wanting the dark back
The patent system, the planet's last 85,000 years in 3rd density, and where R&D actually goes from here are all about to change. Each of them is a piece of the same shift.
C.A.R.E. also replaces the patent system. The patent system, in the form we have lived with it, has functioned as a mechanism for handing technology to the deep state. The way C.A.R.E. handles technology ratification is the inverse of that. R&D centers will be established in every country, visible and accessible to the people who live there. Technologies are registered to the center collectively, not to a single inventor and not to a corporation. Royalties flow to every contributing scientist, every researcher, and every member of the development staff. The centers become financially independent over time, and they fund the universities downstream that train the next generation of scientists.
Intellectual property is protected algorithmically, through the living DNA blueprint. The system can attribute work to its authors without exposing who they are. Volatile technologies are protected by physical security in addition. The design intent is that any given technology could have come from anyone working at the center, so that external actors cannot identify the specific person behind a given discovery.
For now, security of the funds and of the scientists themselves takes priority over individual credit. The choice is deliberate, and it inverts how the current system treats inventors.
The psychological and educational dimensions of C.A.R.E. accompany the financial side everywhere. A psychological process runs alongside the educational component across every sector, because the work cannot be done at scale without it. That is part of why C.A.R.E. cannot be a sovereign bank, and cannot be a single funnel. It has to be human, layered, and committee-driven.
The last piece is the one I want to leave with. Earth has been the last habitable planet in the 3rd density for 85,000 years now. Other 3rd density planets faced versions of the same enemy and the same Draco tyranny that we have lived under, and they all moved past it. Earth’s specific genetic modification has been unlike anything done to humans on other planets, which is part of why the last holdout ended up being here. Humans are unique in their tolerance and their capacities at this density. That is also part of why this is the planet where it had to be resolved.
As of today, operatives are still screaming at each other on the payday call. Some have already departed. The cartels are quiet. More departures are expected to follow. The planet keeps moving forward through this.
