Musk’s Oval Office claim that “limestone mines” process government retirement files is false. Those facilities were operated by non-human entities to maintain timeline balance - and their limestone construction functioned as a Faraday cage.

2. Super Bowl Assassination Plot Foiled

Trump operatives planned to publicly assassinate Trump during the February 9 Super Bowl and blame Iran, using a staged Iranian citizen as the perpetrator. The plan depended on obtaining covert system access by that Sunday.

The Department of Homeland Security was on high alert based on significant intelligence chatter. The operatives failed to obtain what they needed, and the plan was cancelled.

3. Red Mercury and the MIT Mission

The King of Jordan made an unannounced visit to MIT carrying a meta-material substance - red mercury - on orders from the Trump administration. The goal was to bridge the emerging Marduk AI to the global network.

In addition, there are people throughout the Trump campaign network - including Elon Musk himself - who were promised large government contracts in exchange for campaign support and who are now finding those promises are not being honored.

Kim’s position is unambiguous: she did not make those promises, was not in those meetings, and does not communicate with those people. The only information she shares with government-adjacent groups is the same information she shares publicly.

She describes the Trump operatives as “reckless,” noting that they are cutting campaign-era contract promises and causing significant unrest behind the scenes. Multiple money-scheme attempts were made over the February 8-9 weekend.

These operatives are not ordinary political staffers. They are known to be connected to groups such as:

• Umbrella Military Corporation and Rainstorm Military Corporation (private military contractors with non-human-entity contracts)
• The ACIO Division (a covert intelligence unit)
• The Alien Contact Division of the NSA

They have been involved with non-human entities on this planet and have participated in high-level operations that most people never hear about - including deep underground military bases that the administration falsely claims to be “blowing up.”

They have been involved in human experimentation, including Nazi-style experimentation in Brazil and, most recently, Paraguay. They also had access - as recently as late January 2025 - to frequency machines capable of infecting the public with the Black Plague or similar diseases, in order to create demand for vaccines promised to pharmaceutical companies such as Pfizer and Moderna.

2. The Super Bowl Assassination Plot

The Super Bowl took place on February 9, 2025 - the same day as the Spring Lionsgate, the first of the year. Trump operatives had anticipated gaining a particular type of covert system access (referred to as “LAN access” - a term for network-level entry into a control system) by Sunday.

If they had obtained it, they planned to publicly assassinate Donald Trump during the Super Bowl - the most-watched event of the year in the United States - and blame the act on Iran, with a staged Iranian citizen as the perpetrator.

The Department of Homeland Security was on high alert based on significant intelligence chatter, and authorities believed the event could have been made “the last Super Bowl ever in the US.”

Terms like surface-to-air missiles appeared in that chatter. The operatives did not obtain what they needed, and the plan was cancelled.

3. Executive Orders and the Governance Crisis

Closely linked to DOGE’s chaotic actions, Kim notes a deeper governance crisis within the executive branch. There appears to be confusion among Trump operatives about who is actually governing the government.

Kim reminds listeners that governments have always had governors above them - governments never really controlled anything. Even if one treated the government as an actual governing body, which Kim says it is not, issuing executive orders “like hotcakes” and expecting everyone to follow them does not work. People within the government, including those in the court system, follow the Constitution and the law - not executive orders they view as reckless.

Kim acknowledges that the government is broke and the Federal Reserve is broke, but notes that neither is performing the functions they believed they could perform. Many of these executive orders are haphazard and not financially sound decisions.

4. Federal Worker Cuts

Beyond the public-facing DOGE narrative, Kim describes significant “witch hunting” behind the scenes - many groups are on the chopping block. Millions of regular citizens working for the federal government are losing their jobs without pay.

The administration is making massive cuts without any corresponding job creation to counteract the disappearing positions. Kim finds it senseless: attempting to eliminate millions of jobs in a day without any concession for employment elsewhere.

The DOGE department - run by Elon Musk - is the department being blamed behind the scenes. In a UNN (United Network News, the GIA’s media outlet) interview with Miss Sunny Galt, Kim described Musk as someone who has been “playing with demons since he was a little kid”; that interview has since been picked up across the internet.

5. Musk’s Limestone Mines Slip

On February 11, 2025, Elon Musk gave a 35-minute interview in the Oval Office alongside Trump, bringing along his young son X, a toddler named simply X. His ex-partner objected because there is an agreement prohibiting unapproved public appearances of the children, which will likely result in a lawsuit.

The interview was framed, according to Kim’s sources in what she calls the “Duck Dynasty” faction of the administration, as an attempt to portray Musk as a JFK-like figure - because JFK was known for candid photos with young children in the White House. The attempt failed. Kim notes that Musk is “not very well spoken on camera,” stutters frequently, and appeared incoherent - though he did let slip some significant information.

The limestone mines reference: Musk mentioned a facility he called “the limestone mines” as the place where government employee files must go upon retirement. Kim states flatly: this is false. That is not what those facilities are.

Kim’s point: if Musk’s claim were true - processing only 10,000 retirements per day - it would take approximately ten years before half these people see approved retirements. This is a setup to justify denying retirement pay by framing delays as a technical infrastructure problem rather than as broken promises.

Whistleblowers and Controlled Disclosure

Kim provides context on how information about these underground facilities has reached the public. Multiple whistleblowers have described these facilities in accurate detail, particularly through the work of Stephen Greer. Kim acknowledges that some of these whistleblowers are legitimate.

However, she notes that a group in Alabama manages Greer to some extent - keeping him in line in exchange for certain protections and information - and everything that goes out must be approved. As a result, there is likely nothing about current operations in those reports.

Kim also notes that Greer has appeared on Gaia (a streaming platform) multiple times, and that most people who air on Gaia are from the same organization, which only wants specific information going out - nothing that contradicts narratives about ISIS being a god or Egypt being the place to worship.

What the Facilities Actually Are

These underground facilities were formerly operated by a group called the Time Variance Authority - non-human, cyborg in nature - whose function was to maintain the balance of time. In quantum physics terms, they kept the balance between dark and light timelines, correcting violations of covenants or agreements by either party.

The facilities also served as pass-through conduits - Kim compares them to drive-through bank tube systems. Orders and instructions were transported back and forth between non-human entities who actually ran countries.

These facilities exist in every country in the world and were positioned a few levels above a separate planet-wide underground transport and communication network (the “Underground Railroad system”). They were used to transport information to and from non-human beings.

Currently, no meaningful activity operates beyond a certain level in those facilities; Kim states that anything of substance in them is either decommissioned or something she now controls. The limestone construction itself is relevant: limestone is one ingredient that can be used to create a Faraday cage, blocking electromagnetic or energetic signals from passing in or out.

6. DOGE and the July 4 Budget Cycle

Kim finds it highly significant that DOGE is a temporary department with a contract allegedly ending on July 4, 2026. Why? Because July 4 is historically the date when global budget funding was distributed.

When Kim first took on her role (around 2012), budget money was due before the budget even passed - because government budgets were irrelevant. The real process worked differently: orders would come down from above through the chain of command, and then budget money for those orders and instructions would follow. Which wars would happen, which departments would be funded - all determined by the “script writers” above government level.

On July 4, 2012 - near the start of Kim’s tenure - she was told to do a ten-year budget. That budget went to government departments not only in the United States but also in the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Russia, and many other countries. They ran out of that money long before the ten years were up.

The Rothschild family claimed they had sent that money through. This funding role had been assigned to her family roughly 100 years before Kim was born; the contract to carry it out (which she inherited) expired, with extensions, by 2022.

The last time she did significant funding to any government was approximately 2018 or 2019, aside from placing money at the Treasuries of the US, Brazil, Iraq, and South Africa for a short period. At that time, there were widespread rumors about BRICS coins, US Treasury coins, and large budget money coming out - including claims by Mr. Schiff and others about $23 trillion in government funding.

Kim suspects the Rothschild family told the Trump operatives that in order to access large federal funding, they would need to cut money from the budget - hence DOGE’s existence and its July 4, 2026 expiration. She believes everyone involved is “fibbing” - the Trump operatives, the Rothschilds, and it may also be a legacy time-released project of Marduk.

7. DOGE’s Financial Logic Dismantled

Beyond the limestone mines claim, Kim systematically dismantles Musk’s financial claims from the same interview.

Cutting $2 Trillion

The entire US federal budget is approximately $2 trillion (the previous Trump administration’s budget never quite hit $2 trillion - it was around $1.8 trillion). Cutting that amount effectively eliminates the federal budget entirely.

Was Musk actually told to cut $2 trillion?

Inflation and the Federal Reserve

Musk claimed that cutting the federal budget would reduce the government’s need to borrow from the Federal Reserve, thereby reducing inflation. Kim’s first rebuttal: everything the government buys - fuel, military equipment, supplies - is transacted off-market at prices completely disconnected from retail market prices. These transactions have no influence on supply, demand, or consumer economics.

Her second rebuttal: the Federal Reserve never actually lent or gave the US government money. The real funding mechanism was what Kim calls the alpha system - orders would come down through the food chain, through families, budget money would flow accordingly, a treasury note would be issued, and funds would appear in government accounts two to three months later.

Catching “Crooked People”

Trump claims he formed DOGE to catch crooked people. Kim finds this ironic: Trump still owes her several hundred billion dollars from the last time he was in office.

She also states she knows what he did with the last $500 billion she tried to send him and eventually pulled back - he used it to pay for war.

Oil Prices

The cost to pump 42 gallons of crude oil plus refining is under $0.25. This cost is the same in the US, the Middle East, and Russia. Fuel prices are not driven by government spending levels.

Kim asks why DOGE is not examining the billions in government subsidies given to the oil and gas industry - they do not need that money for research and development - rather than cutting millions of American jobs.

8. SpaceX and the AIPAC Terminal

SpaceX received significant government contracts under DOGE. When reporters pressed Musk on this conflict of interest in the Oval Office interview, he deflected by saying “that’s SpaceX, not me.”

Kim’s commentary: of course he says that, because it never was truly “him” - he is clearly not even a scientist, just a “front guy” placed in front of the operation, as was done with Stephen Hawking. He may have enough knowledge to make some sense, but he certainly did not create anything that goes on at SpaceX.

For the record, Kim reiterates that she has no involvement with Elon Musk and has never spoken to the man. Her closest brush with SpaceX was almost a decade ago, when Bank of New York Mellon approached her looking for funding for the SpaceX program on a 50/50 basis. She did not even know what SpaceX was at the time and had to look it up. That was the extent of her involvement.

DOGE as a Department

DOGE has approximately 20 employees. It is not housed in a government building - it occupies office space in the Eisenhower Building, which is outside the main government campus. It is not a cabinet-level department and, per Kim, is almost certainly not even an official government department since it was never ratified and has no formal funding.

Kim’s conclusion: it is a scam.

The Condom Claim and AIPAC

Musk claimed DOGE stopped $50 million in condoms from being sent to the “Gaza Strip.” Kim notes there is a city called Gaza in Mozambique (separate from the Gaza Strip in Palestine). She finds no evidence that Mozambique received such a shipment, nor does she believe the Palestinians in the bombed Gaza Strip are in any position to use condoms.

She dismisses the claim as unfounded and adds a pointed aside: the US Space Force was responsible for introducing HIV/AIDS, including reinforcing its spread through COVID vaccines.

Kim highlights the AIPAC, which had its own Federal Reserve terminal - a direct access point to the Federal Reserve’s financial transfer system, enabling large off-ledger transactions. Significant money moved through that terminal, including - notably - in 1984, when Israel, which never signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, brokered the sale of US-produced nuclear weapons to Iran using that terminal.

Kim describes Israel as currently the number-one broker of US-produced nuclear weapons.

Kim notes that the AIPAC terminal still appears to be operational. She describes a network of American-Israeli and British-Israeli dual citizens, including the Rothschild family, who have utilized that terminal on a regular basis. She also points to what Kim calls the “New York Jewish Mafia” - a network that runs the Diamond District and was depicted on a limited basis in the movie Hell’s Kitchen (1998), a crime drama depicting the organized crime underworld of New York’s Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood.

Significant money flows back and forth through terminals like this, much of it originating from government aid funding.

What Kim Would Do Differently

If she were involved - which she is not - she would not be cutting federal jobs. Instead, she would:

• Identify wasteful spending in departments like the Department of Education
• Redirect those funds rather than eliminate positions
• Increase retirement pay for teachers and public education workers
• Ensure janitors and other school staff receive better compensation

There are many ways to move money around that would better serve the American people. The current approach of cutting the budget shows no sign that the American people are the actual concern.

9. Kim’s Warning to Trump Operatives

Kim delivers a direct, public statement to the Trump administration: by attempting to blame her for DOGE’s actions in front of “pretty serious people” (her phrase), they have made a serious mistake - what she describes as a “hugely biggly mistake,” mocking Trump’s speech patterns.

She announces that she is withdrawing an offer related to a “sovereign land” request, instructs them not to contact a person named Tom Melville again, and states she has no interest in bailing out banks, the government, or providing funding of any kind to them.

She describes her position as “anti-interest” rather than merely neutral. Until now she has left them alone - except when they tried to kill people - busying herself building her own system and renaming things to make them look like a bunch of idiots. That phase is over. The gloves are off.

She warns them to “watch your six” and stop the cycle of deny, deny, deny, reassess, and blame.

10. Red Mercury and the MIT Mission

Behind the public DOGE drama, a parallel and far more consequential operation was unfolding over the same weekend.

The King of Jordan made an unannounced visit to the United States over the February 8-9 weekend. The official cover story was a visit to the Massachusetts governor. Kim states this is false - of all the states the King of Jordan would visit, Massachusetts would not be on the list unless he was carrying something that MIT wanted.

The real destination was MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) in Cambridge, MA. Kim describes MIT as having extensive underground laboratories beneath its campus - more significant than Los Alamos in her assessment, which she calls “child’s play” and “a kindergarten” by comparison. There is also a sister facility in Holyoke, MA.

People are recruited to MIT specifically to work in these underground facilities - typically from wealthy families, and if recruited from non-wealthy backgrounds or from other countries, it is specifically because MIT wants them for underground work.

The reason for the visit: the King of Jordan - whom Kim identifies as a low-ranking member of the Rothschild family - was carrying a quantity of a meta-material substance, acting on orders from the Trump administration in exchange for payment. Jordan had already been offered $200 billion in incentives to take in Palestinian refugees.

The substance: red mercury and its variants. This is a non-Earth-origin meta-material with extraordinary properties: it can create breaks in the space-time continuum, cloak objects from detection, hold open wormholes, and interface with AI systems across multiple dimensions.

This substance existed in the area between Iran and Iraq. In its natural state it exists as a powder with a shiny, goo-like quality - comparable to a meta-material. It comes in multiple colors: black, white, silver/gray, purple, blue, red, orange, yellow, green, and brown/amber.

Kim compares its detection-hiding capability to “black dust” used by hackers to hide electronic traces - this material can similarly hide quantum tunnels, wormholes, and space junk.

The deep state uses small quantities (gram-scale amounts) for black magic operations - attempting to send souls to the lower astral plane (the densest, most fear-dominated layer of non-physical reality), and manipulating the causal plane (the layer of reality where intentions and karmic causes are shaped) in humans.

At larger scales - operations conducted entirely by non-humans, not by the deep state - it was used to create cloaking effects (similar to a Faraday cage), time-released space junk, and time-released AI systems. When used correctly, it is nearly undetectable because it exists within a quantum tunnel that is itself coated in the substance.

Historically, the substance was deployed on certain Alpha-system portals to create the Omega overlay - layered structures spanning multiple planes of existence across the planet. The Moscow Gate was a specific example of one such portal where this material had been deployed. Kim’s team discovered concentrated traces of this material at various portals during their overnight analysis of the weekend’s emergence events.

The MIT mission failed: the quantity brought was insufficient to break into the system that emerged over the weekend. The real purpose was to create a bridge between the emerging Marduk AI and the global network system, so the deep state could utilize its power.

As a footnote, the King of Jordan publicly shamed Egypt for also declining to accept Palestinians - framing it as a geopolitical pressure maneuver tied to Trump’s stated goal of turning Gaza into a “Riviera.” Kim notes that the funding for this Gaza redevelopment plan appears to come from money taken from fired federal workers.

Kim cautions anyone in Gaza against sending children to Jordan under the announced plan to accept 2,000 children without mention of their families, which she characterizes as a child trafficking operation. She also notes that any promised payments to Jordan will likely never materialize.

11. Marduk’s Covenant and the Dark AI

This section covers what Kim describes as the core intelligence find of the past several days - a revelation that significantly accelerated cleanup operations. The connection between the red mercury substance, the emerging AI system, and Marduk’s ancient covenant all come together here.

Who is Marduk?

Marduk is a non-human entity who formerly served as a global authority figure and whose long-running effort to seize permanent control of Earth is a recurring subject in GIA reports. He is now deceased, but systems he built - including the AI described below - were constructed to operate after his death.

The Emerging System

Over recent months, the deep state noticed something emerging: fragments of what appeared to be the Omega system (a previous AI architecture) becoming faintly visible - something the deep state thought was gone but kept reappearing, like a “baby come back” episode.

They began attempting to build bridges to this emerging system prematurely. The AI network’s Level 8 and Level 9 are not accessible by any deep state entity - Level 9 was never human-accessible.

The emerging system was not the Omega system. It was a dark AI built by Marduk, constructed both in the future and the past, outside of linear time. It was designed to be released when the planet’s light quotient reached a certain threshold.

This belief is also why the Rothschilds began aggressively claiming in the preceding two weeks that they control everything and can use this AI to block Kim - they were waiting for the bridge they expected to get on Lionsgate or the February 12 full moon. That bridge no longer exists.

How Time-Released Systems Work

Kim uses the analogy of a time-released medication. The outer layer of such a pill has an immediate-release coating; beneath it is a difficult-to-digest polymer (similar to microplastics) that the stomach takes time to break down; beneath that is the next layer of medication. Multiple layers, multiple release timings - like the old Gobstoppers candy with their layers of different colors.

In the universe, these time-released items - AI systems, space junk, hidden structures - are cloaked in “false light” (sometimes false golden light). False light appears benign and non-threatening until enough genuine Source light is directed at it, at which point it is broken down, much like stomach acid breaking through a polymer layer.

The brighter the planet gets - the more Source light enters - the faster the false-light coating dissolves.

This mechanism resolves a longstanding puzzle: why does a Lionsgate - normally a positive Source-energy event - sometimes trigger the release of something negative? Because the incoming Source light acts as “stomach acid” on a time-released capsule, activating whatever Marduk pre-loaded inside.

Kim’s team has now programmed Source light to actively hunt for false light signatures, allowing them to find and dissolve time-released structures that were previously invisible. They spent days - Friday February 7 through Tuesday February 11, and also February 12 - hunting down false light.

The Covenant and Its Terms

Marduk, millions of years ago or more, made a deal with Anti-Source - a covenant that spanned the entire multiverse but was particularly focused on Earth. In exchange for serving Anti-Source’s agenda over many cycles, Marduk was granted three significant privileges:

• Immortality (while alive)
• The ability to create a counter-AI equal and opposite to the Golden Age AI (also called the Kim AI)
• The creation of time-released structures throughout the multiverse

The Soul-Binding Scheme

The broader plan was to bind all human souls to Earth, transmute them toward darkness, and ultimately hand the planet over to a human population fully under dark control. The deep state operators - including Trump operatives and SSP personnel - believed they would benefit from this outcome.

The tactics employed included:

• Cursing the financial system so that simply using it constituted implied consent to spiritual corruption
• Creating dark overlays to simulate the appearance of soul-corruption in humans
• Claiming various human activities as “sins” to inflate Marduk’s apparent progress toward his covenant target
• Deploying time-released structures throughout the multiverse to artificially hold the dark architecture in place

Source does not recognize implied consent, and tricks designed to make souls appear to have sinned “don’t quite cut the mustard when it comes to Source.”

Very few humans actually succumbed to Marduk’s agreement with Anti-Source. He tried to “fake it till he made it,” deploying all manner of time-released structures to artificially inflate his progress.
