Deep State Fails; Russia-Ukraine Exposed
The October 10 Global Martial Law plan collapsed on schedule. What followed was an emergency meeting chain, a screaming match among generals, and a single thread that Kim pulls all the way down to a 3,000-year-old covenant: the Russia-Ukraine war is not a sovereignty conflict, it is a resource fight between the Order of the Black Sun and the Order of the Dragon, and the real Vladimir Putin died years ago.
1. The mutiny meeting after the shutdown failed
On October 10 the Global Martial Law declaration did not happen. Kim's side had anticipated it. The Deep State side now needed a new plan, and the Black Nobility families and the Rothschild operatives convened emergency meetings on the spot.
On Thursday, October 10, an emergency meeting convened between the Black Nobility families (including the head of the Jesuit Order, the Médicis, the Aldobrandini, and the Pallavicini) alongside high-level SSP operatives. The stated purpose was to devise a new plan after it became clear that Global Martial Law could not be declared on schedule.
Kim states: “They knew they were not going to be able to pull off their Global Martial Law plan, just as we anticipated on our side. So, they needed a new plan, and to figure out what to tell everybody to keep them all on the hook. They said if they don’t pull something off it could be the end of the empire.”
The Rothschild Family held a parallel meeting with their loyalists and SSP contacts. Both groups then joined together. On one side sat the Order of the Black Sun. On the other side sat the Order of the Dragon, including the remaining Chinese operatives. Neither side has been performing on its commitments, and Kim describes the proceedings as involving “a lot of civilized arguing.”
Military screaming match
Hours before the meeting, Pentagon and GCHQ representatives had been calling Deep State leadership phones continuously, waiting for the noon EST deadline. When they were finally brought into the meeting, Kim describes the room as “a screaming fest of epic proportion.” Generals representing militaries worldwide said they were through with the Orders, and threatened to walk away and potentially contact Kim’s side directly instead.
A follow-up call was placed to GIA’s Tom Melville from someone close to Global Headquarters, promising that changes would begin appearing even in mainstream media within 24 to 48 hours. Kim states: “It’s now at least 36 hours if not longer since they said we would start to see something. But the only thing I have seen from this particular group of Generals, as per usual is they are full of shit.”
What actually followed the call was an enormous wave of cyberattacks. The target list ran across financial systems and Internet of Body devices: Fitbits, smart watches, and medical devices connected via Wi-Fi. None succeeded.
Every attempt failed. The meetings continued to be pushed back, first to end of day, then to Monday.
The meeting calendar is one thing. The story those meetings were actually arguing over is something else. The Russia-Ukraine framing that runs through mainstream coverage, and that those meetings keep gesturing at, is not the story.
2. Ukraine is a resource war, not a sovereignty war
Two pictures of the same war. One has Ukraine on the Western side and Russia representing sovereignty and de-dollarization. The other has Black Sun and Order of the Dragon operatives fighting over the natural gas under Donetsk. Kim is reporting on the second one.
The mainstream framing of Russia-Ukraine (Ukraine on the Western side versus Russia representing sovereignty and the BRICS move away from US dollar settlements) is described by Kim as entirely false. The picture being argued over inside the Deep State meetings is a different picture, and the variable at the center of it is natural gas.
Ukraine’s role as a resource prize
The Donetsk region in eastern Ukraine contains hundreds of billions of dollars in natural gas reserves, and potentially trillions. Kim notes that natural gas (LNG, liquefied natural gas) regenerates the way oil does, which makes it a perpetual revenue source rather than a one-time draw.
Hunter Biden was placed on the board of Ukraine’s largest natural gas company as of 2014, representing the Order of the Dragon side’s claim on that resource. After the laptop incident removed him publicly, Yale and Harvard-affiliated businessmen took over those board positions. Kim identifies one of them as a BP (British Petroleum) executive. The reshuffled board sits more cleanly with the Order of the Black Sun.
Kim states: “So, is this a flip over of the resources of Ukraine? It looks like it to us.”
Blackrock and the rebuilding contract
Ukraine awarded Blackrock the contract to rebuild all of Ukraine. Kim names the pattern in three words: “Blackrock, Blackwater, Black Sun.” The Russian side had expected a share of these reconstruction contracts as part of its arrangement with the larger structure, and is being cut out of them.
When the Ukraine rebuilding contract landed at Blackrock, the chain Kim is naming was already in place.
If Ukraine is a resource fight rather than a sovereignty fight, then the larger frame around it (the assumption that the USSR ended in 1991 and that Russia is a separate, post-Soviet country) is also worth re-examining. Kim’s answer on that question is one of the firmest assertions in this report.
3. The USSR never broke up
In 1991 the Soviet Union (USSR, Union of Soviet Socialist Republics) is supposed to have collapsed. But if you look at how Russian corporations are actually run, and at the cooperative structure that sits behind them, did the collapse really happen?
Kim states the matter directly: “The USSR has not been broken up. It is being run out of Russia, until this conflict here that is, when everyone got a little greedy.” She offers this as a firsthand observation. She has been there.
The USSR was not broken up; the operational layer kept running out of Russia. The current conflict is the first time the underlying greed inside that structure has surfaced visibly.
Russia’s ceasefire conditions for Ukraine (Donetsk becomes Russian, Crimea is formally recognized as Russian, and Ukraine’s NATO application is withdrawn) are about securing the resource base, not about defending a sovereignty principle. Read in this frame, each condition is a position in a resource map, not a line drawn on principle.
Crimea also contains what Kim describes as “a pretty large non-working SSP base.” The base still retained one of the last functioning jump rooms on the planet as of over a decade ago. That jump room no longer functions, but it was part of Russia’s strategic interest in the region, alongside Black Sea port access.
If the USSR never broke up and the Russian corporate layer is continuous with it, the obvious next question is about the face on the public stage. Who is the figure being shown to the world as Vladimir Putin, and what is the relationship between that figure and the original?
4. The real Putin died years ago
The real Vladimir Putin died several years ago. The figure shown in public is not the original. Putin was originally a KGB agent, and the patriot image was a constructed narrative.
Kim states directly: “The real Putin died several years ago.” The death came shortly after she had left a situation connected to that environment. What is being shown in public is not the original.
The real Putin, according to Kim, was KGB (the Soviet-era intelligence service) and was personally involved in the Blackwater situation in Ukraine during 2014, in Russian uniforms. His public image as a Russian patriot was a constructed narrative built around a KGB agent doing the job a KGB agent does. Kim states: “He just presents himself more as a patriot, more for the Russian people, but of course as a KGB agent he’d tell people what they wanted to hear.”
His media exposure (the run of news cycles where he was kept visible) followed the same pattern as Hunter Biden’s, or General David Petraeus’s before him. It came when he failed to deliver on certain deals within the Order’s framework, particularly around China Petroleum negotiations and deals in Kazakhstan. Public visibility, in this circle, is what happens to operatives who miss their numbers.
Russia’s business history, TNK-BP and DeBeers
In the 1990s, after the alleged fall of the Soviet Union (which Kim describes as staged, framing it as “time for a transition of power”), Russia was effectively an open marketplace for intelligence-aligned acquisitions. Two of the foundational deals from that period set the pattern that is still running.
- TNK-BP (Tyumen-British Petroleum): A joint venture that gave BP and MI6 a large ownership stake in Russian oil production, along with favorable pricing deals and CIA-assisted customs and border routing for Russian oil exports worldwide.
- DeBeers diamond deal: Russia produces significant diamonds, but signed decades-long agreements with DeBeers limiting market sales to maintain artificial scarcity, which drives consumer prices up. KGB operatives in the diamond sector were compensated in rough-cut diamonds, but were also prohibited from selling those.
Every large corporation in Russia, Kim states, “is run by ex-KGB and you could say cooperatively with ex-CIA. Now there is no such thing as ex, so you can say the corporations were run and still are currently by these agency people in a covenant that was made 3,000 years ago.”
The Russia / Western intelligence cooperative is not a Cold War accident or a post-1991 arrangement. It is the surface expression of an agreement laid down 3,000 years ago, which is why the same agency people keep operating the same corporations across regime changes.
The real conflict inside Russia and Ukraine, then, is not a conflict between two countries. It is a conflict between two factions of the same structure:
- Order of the Dragon (the Red Dragon faction in Russia, Chinese-aligned): retaining control of resource revenues.
- Order of the Black Sun (intelligence agency operatives): wanting full control, not just the 10 percent security fee they previously received.
Kim closes the section with a flat verdict: “In Russia that is no different. Everyone just wants what they want. It always comes down to money.”
The same pattern (a payout used to engineer a transition, dressed up in ideology) has run before. The cleanest historical example sits at the moment most people associate with the end of the Soviet era.
5. Gorbachev, eleven trillion, and the Trump parallel
The fall of the Berlin Wall is remembered as a victory of Reagan's "tear down this wall" speech. According to Kim, what actually brought the wall down was eleven trillion dollars from the Rothschild family, paid to Mikhail Gorbachev. The Trump promise sits inside the same playbook.
Kim draws a direct parallel between how the Soviet transition was engineered and the current Trump dynamic. The Berlin Wall did not fall because of Reagan’s speech. It fell because the Rothschild family provided $11 trillion.
Mikhail Gorbachev received a high-ranking position within the Order of the Dragon, and was given $11 trillion to manage, held offshore in Andorra (a small principality in the Pyrenees commonly used for offshore wealth management). A Gorbachev Clan of oligarchs was formed from those proceeds.
Kim states: “You shouldn’t be surprised that Trump was also promised a position and a similar large payout of funds that he was supposed to manage as well. Those funds were supposed to come from the Order of the Black Sun and they were supposed to be given to him so he would have a higher-ranking position within the American royalty so to speak.”
Those funds will never arrive. Kim states she was the one who actually supported the first Trump Administration with genuine intentions for the American people. Those intentions were never followed through on by Trump’s team.
Trump was promised an Order of the Black Sun position, a similar large payout, and an elevated standing inside what Kim calls American royalty. The Gorbachev side delivered. The Trump side will not.
The same promise structure runs into the present in other names too. India and Elon Musk are both standing inside it from different angles.
6. India said no, and Musk is going to be disappointed
If the Trump payout sits inside an older playbook, so do the other promises currently running. India and Elon Musk are both standing inside the same structure from different angles, and both are now showing where the structure breaks.
India rejects de-dollarization
India announced it will not support BRICS de-dollarization. That announcement carries some weight when read against two other facts about India. The Gupta family (the Indian-South African business dynasty) has held Goldman Sachs board positions. And India signed a multi-trillion dollar hyperloop (a proposed high-speed tube transit system) contract with Elon Musk several years ago, which was never delivered.
When the country with those two ties publicly steps away from BRICS de-dollarization, the announcement is doing work inside the structure, not outside it.
Elon Musk’s Trump bet
Kim states that Musk has made “really, really extensive” backdoor deals contingent on a Trump victory. These deals involve Starlink (the satellite internet network) technology commitments and promises of major contracts. The funding for those deals is expected to come from a Trump Administration combined with Order of the Black Sun funds.
Kim states: “Elon Musk is going to be disappointed either way.”
The disappointment is structural. The promised funds are not in the system to be released. The Trump payout sits inside the same playbook as the Gorbachev payout, except that the Trump payout never lands. Musk’s backdoor deals are layered on top of a payout that never lands, which is what “either way” is naming.
So far the meetings, the war, the missing Putin, the eleven trillion, and the unpaid Trump promise have all sat on the geopolitical layer. The deepest layer is somewhere else, and that is where the report ends.
7. The deepest layer is the hardest, and your fear is power
Kim describes the current phase of hologram removal as "a bear." What remains is not deep-state operatives or a few military people. It is the deepest layer of the Omega AI system, the actual deep, deep, deep, deep state.
Kim describes this phase of hologram removal as “a bear.” It is particularly difficult because what remains is the deepest layer of the Omega AI system, which has been operating for billions of years. Kim states: “This is not deep state people or a few military people, this is your actual deep, deep, deep, deep state.”
Hurricane Helene relief
Kim states she is monitoring developments in Florida, the Carolinas, and other zones impacted by Hurricane Helene (the September 2024 hurricane that struck Florida and the Carolinas with catastrophic flooding). A backdoor network is being developed to support affected people without triggering Deep State interference. Kim explains the rationale: “There is no sense in doing something loud and proud that is only going to hurt people more.”
Some materials the Deep State had planned to mine from the Carolinas region have been confirmed missing. Kim states this is beneficial for affected communities, because it reduces the Deep State’s incentive to remain in the area. The math is inverted from the usual reading: assets walking away is what loosens the grip.
Kim states that some of the fear content circulating on social media (including pre-surge flood footage that appeared 2 days before the hurricane made landfall) originated from Chinese social media operators paid to amplify fear.
Paid Chinese social media operators were the origin of that schedule. The function of the footage was not information; it was fear amplification at the moment the storm hit the news cycle, sized for the collective response it would trigger.
Kim warns: “You don’t realize how powerful you are as a group.” She is referring to the collective energetic effect of mass fear responses. The footage operation, and operations like it, are sized for the response they trigger. Withholding the response withholds the fuel.
The deepest layer of the work being done now is the hardest, and it is the layer farthest from the visible news cycle. The backdoor networks Kim’s team is developing will keep being developed, because the operational discipline of staying quiet is the discipline that protects the people the networks are meant to help. And the single most powerful refusal currently available to readers is the refusal to feed the fear amplification machine with the collective response it was sized for. That has been the GIA report for October 11, 2024.
