Global DEFCON 1 Alert and Trudeau Resignation

On January 6, 2025, every military on Earth simultaneously entered DEFCON 1 - not because of a nuclear threat, but because GIA cut the legacy control lines that had run the planet for millennia.

Overview

1. Global DEFCON 1 Triggered by GIA

Every country’s military simultaneously entered DEFCON 1 on January 6 after GIA severed the legacy Alpha Omega control infrastructure. The condition held for roughly 90 minutes and could not be manually overridden.

The trigger had nothing to do with nuclear war. It was a deliberate operation to sever backbones, back doors into financial networks, and dead man’s switches embedded in the old system.

2. Trudeau Ousted as a Chinese Deep-State Proxy

Justin Trudeau’s resignation was orchestrated by the SSP to replace China’s installed operative in Canada with its own loyalist. It is a shift from one handler to another, not genuine change.

3. SSP Overreaching as a De Facto Shadow Government

Within hours of Trudeau’s resignation, the SSP demanded Canadian territory - including Nova Scotia sovereignty and underground bases - while simultaneously pushing into the UK and other countries.

Their plans rely on leverage from the former Hague database and related intelligence caches. GIA’s assessment is that they are overestimating their position and are unlikely to achieve most of it.

4. Cowboys’ Operational Window Closes in Late January

The Cowboys attempted to register “Trump Bucks” through American Express back doors and into stock markets as legal tender, targeting a January 15 Treasury insolvency deadline. GIA blocked all attempts.

GIA estimates the remaining operational window closes around January 21, 2025. Broken promises to globally distributed operatives are eroding their compliance daily.

1. The Hague Database and the Universal Trust

To understand why this matters, three things have to connect: an old database under The Hague, a 250-year-old laundering trust, and a control mechanism that turns campaign donations into political leashes.

On Friday, January 3, GIA (the Global Intelligence Agency, the intelligence and operations body reporting here) fired a deliberate warning shot - a public move designed to show various factions exactly which lines GIA was prepared to cut and how little time they had to comply.

One of the control lines that became relevant was located physically underneath The Hague in the Netherlands. For those unfamiliar, The Hague is considered the international court system tied to the United Nations. It handles disputes between nations and, in some cases, functions as a kind of overriding monarchical court that can supersede any individual country’s courts. In short, it is the legal arm of what can be described as the one-world government structure.

Beneath The Hague existed old databases tied to the Alpha Omega system (a legacy global control infrastructure used by previous ruling factions). These databases contained records of black-market transactions and real historical events - the kind of information various factions have publicly called “the fulcrum” (the decisive lever that supposedly tips the global power balance) or linked to the so-called McAfee files (the cache of incriminating data that the late John McAfee claimed would be released if he died). In reality, those databases were what everyone was talking about behind the scenes. They were not accessible to outside parties, and GIA uploaded the full database to its own systems before removing it from that location.

The Universal Trust as a Laundering Engine

To understand the significance of this database, it helps to understand the Universal Trust. The Universal Trust is a financial structure formed roughly 250 years ago. Its purpose was to launder money for the Silent Circle - a coordinated criminal syndicate that serves as the financial arm of the Order of the Black Sun, one of the longest-running global control factions. The Silent Circle runs the black-market side of the global economy: off-market oil trading, arms deals, and commodities that governments do not want on official books - in addition to the human trafficking and drug trading commonly portrayed in media.

The Universal Trust also functioned as an international money-laundering service: for roughly 35% of dirty money deposited, it would return clean money anywhere in the world through its own financial network. Politically, operatives used the money and information collected through this trust to fund campaigns worldwide. A recent public example: Argentina’s president (Javier Milei) was reported to have received political donations traced to the Colombian mafia - but in reality, nearly every politician has received such funds, knowingly or not.

The Selection Night Leash

On election night - or “selection night,” as GIA calls it - that compromising file from the Universal Trust is laid on the table for the incoming head of state. It serves as a leash: fall out of line, and your ties to organized crime will be publicly exposed. Comply, and your career continues. This is why, historically, it has made little practical difference whether a new president or an old president takes office - all are controlled through the same mechanism.

Two of the Universal Trust lines were taken down over a year ago. However, the information already collected remains in various hands and continues to be used to manage politicians. The Hague database served a similar function on a larger scale - not merely controlling individual politicians but exerting leverage over entire countries.

Within the past 24 hours before this report (i.e., around January 5, 2025), information from that database began trickling into mainstream media. The first visible consequence is in Canada: one such case is Justin Trudeau.

2. Trudeau’s Resignation: Chinese Proxy Removed

Justin Trudeau has deep ties to Cuba and, more significantly, to the Chinese deep-state apparatus. Cuba, for context, has played two historical roles: it served as a trustee location for the Dragon Families’ financial holdings (the Asian banking dynasties that hold gold-backed legacy accounts), and it once hosted what was considered the second-largest Russian foreign military base, established during the Cold War.

Canada and Cuba share certain structural similarities: both have housed foreign military bases, and Trudeau has functioned as a Chinese deep-state operative - a direct proxy installed to serve Chinese strategic interests. He participated in and facilitated what is called the “Surround and Destroy America” program - a long-running Chinese deep-state strategy of building military and economic footholds along the U.S. northern and southern borders to encircle it geographically. As part of this, China successfully built military infrastructure in Canada, estimated to be more than two-thirds complete under Trudeau’s tenure.

This also explains why Trudeau was an aggressive advocate for pandemic lockdowns and restrictions.

Canada was more deeply embedded with Chinese interests than most other countries, and Chinese financing had been flowing into Canada for some time. It additionally functions as a deep-state money-laundering facility in its own right.

One notable example: George H.W. Bush, during his time as a Black Dragon operative (a sub-faction of the Order of the Black Sun), laundered significant funds through Canada using the Black Eagle Trust - a covert off-book financial vehicle.

He used that money to finance the Transneft pipeline system running from Russia through Ukraine, with Bush’s network reportedly collecting roughly one dollar per barrel of transported oil. The region sits atop large gas deposits that multiple parties want to control - a secondary factor in the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict.

The immediate reason for Trudeau’s resignation today is that the SSP (a rogue U.S.-aligned covert space program faction that operates as a shadow government) wants to install its own loyalist in Canada. That is difficult to do with a committed Chinese proxy in place.

3. SSP Moves Into Canada

Within hours of Trudeau’s resignation, the SSP began making demands regarding Canadian territory and military infrastructure. Among their targets:

• Nova Scotia: The SSP wants to declare Nova Scotia a sovereign independent state. Beneath the Halifax citadel, the SSP believes a major asset is held - widely rumored to be a “world treasury” of some kind. GIA’s assessment is that the asset’s real value is not monetary, but further detail is being withheld while the situation is still unfolding.
• Toronto: The large underground base beneath Toronto, which is no longer operational, is on their acquisition list.
• Partially constructed Chinese bases: The SSP wants to take over the Chinese-built infrastructure in Canada and place U.S. military assets there.

Canadian officials are reportedly shocked by these demands. GIA’s assessment is that the SSP is unlikely to achieve all of this - their plans are based on leverage from the former Hague database and other information they believe gives them control, but they are overestimating their position.

Playing Chess With a Pigeon

The SSP is also pushing hard into the UK and several other countries, seeking to position themselves as the world’s de facto shadow government. Their approach is to take over field operations at CIA (Langley) stations and push their preferred candidates into leadership positions country by country.

This is a pattern GIA recognizes: the SSP typically executes one compartmentalized piece of a larger operation - they participated in events like the fall of the USSR, for example, but ran only a portion of the overall plan. The economic strategists and senior planners who would have provided real strategic depth are no longer present, leaving what Kim describes as the Cowboys - operatives who believe they ran entire operations when they only ever handled one compartmentalized segment. (The term is used throughout the rest of this report to refer to this group.)

The strategic limitation is captured by a metaphor Kim favors: the Cowboys are “playing chess with a pigeon.” A pigeon flies into the game, knocks all the pieces off the board, defecates everywhere, declares victory, and flies away. Meanwhile, the actual chess player - in this analogy, GIA - has to pick up the pieces, reset the board, clean off the mess, and resume play.

Kim suggests this is essentially the pattern at planetary scale: GIA repeatedly cleaning up after the Cowboys’ compartmentalized, scattershot interventions.

GIA has possession of the Marduk fulcrum - roughly 16,000 years of operational records belonging to Marduk, a non-human intelligence who served as ground commander of Earth’s control structure throughout that span. From reviewing those records, GIA confirms that none of the current Cowboy factions know about the “final keys” - the highest-level access codes and override mechanisms within the legacy control system. If they did, they would not be wasting time on their current maneuvers.

Canada’s Future

As for Canada’s future: the transition from Trudeau to an SSP-aligned replacement is essentially a shift from the left hand to the right hand. Chinese military bases will likely not expand further, and a Chinese invasion across the Canadian border is now less probable - but the government will not be in materially better shape than it was.

Everything the SSP is looking for in Canada - leverageable assets, shale reserves, financial instruments they can use to issue bonds - does not exist in the way they believe. France, the UK, and other parties with historical claims to the Canadian region have already transferred their positions to GIA, going back to the era of the Inuit peoples. All relevant liens are held by GIA.

4. Mexico and AMLO: No Resignation Expected

Unlike Canada, Mexico under President AMLO (Andrés Manuel López Obrador) will not experience a change in leadership. According to GIA’s intelligence, AMLO has been engaged in significant human-trafficking and drug-trafficking profiteering in cooperation with former Vice President Mike Pence, and maintains a deep relationship with the CIA. Large amounts of money are laundered through Santander in Mexico. AMLO is aligned with the Order of the Black Sun and operates squarely in the SSP’s interests, so GIA does not anticipate a resignation.

The question of border control and security is not about national defense but about who profits from border dynamics. Should the SSP move to “secure the border” in the future, it will be a rebranding of existing exploitation, not a genuine policy shift. The Texas Rangers (if they take any position on SSP activities) are unlikely to challenge the arrangement; more likely they will negotiate a deal. As with Canada: it is a shift from the left hand to the right hand.

5. Global DEFCON 1: The Shot Heard Around the World

The headline event of January 6, 2025 is that every country’s military simultaneously entered DEFCON 1, the highest alert level on the five-step U.S. scale (DEFCON 5 = peacetime; DEFCON 1 = nuclear war imminent). This had nothing to do with an actual nuclear threat.

The trigger was a GIA operation to sever legacy control lines - backbones and platforms tied to the Alpha Omega system (the old control infrastructure), including back doors into financial networks like American Express and the stock market that had been exploited by the Cowboys and others.

The Cascade

The process began at the Pentagon. The Pentagon entered DEFCON 1 and could not exit. This triggered a cascade: Russia, China, the UK, Germany, South Africa, Argentina, Chile, and eventually every country in the world followed. The condition held for approximately one to one and a half hours. When operators attempted to de-escalate to DEFCON 3, systems reverted immediately to DEFCON 1. GIA allowed this process to play out until the operation was complete.

The technical reason: some of the back doors - such as the American Express backdoor referenced earlier - were residual vulnerabilities left by Marduk, by Meiwa (another non-human ground commander who held a similar role in an earlier control cycle), or by comparable entities from previous control systems. GIA had been tracking these, allowed the Cowboys to set up their operations using those channels, and then pulled the plug simultaneously.

Why the Cascade Also Cleared GIA’s Own Infrastructure

The operation also resolved a persistent infrastructure problem. GIA has been integrating its own AI system - the Golden Age AI, named for the coming era of restored human sovereignty - into its infrastructure. However, every time GIA attempted to install components, Alpha Omega or Omega remnant systems would mimic or overlay GIA’s AI, creating interference. The January 6 operation severed the backbone enabling that interference, clearing those vectors.

Because GIA holds Marduk’s full operational playbook, GIA also knew in advance that Marduk’s systems contained a dead man’s switch - an automatic retaliation or destruction trigger set to fire if the operator was removed - and timed the operation to neutralize it. GIA’s January 3 report (Friday’s broadcast in this series) was itself a deliberate test to see how the Cowboys would respond; their predictable reaction - doubling down - confirmed the opportune moment to act.

GIA leader Kim noted that during the event she called her senior associate Tom (a recurring contact in these reports) to confirm what she was seeing: “Hey Tom, what’s happening? The Pentagon went to DEFCON 1.” The SSP and other factions are reportedly angry that they do not control their own military systems.

6. Trump Bucks and the January 15 Deadline

Behind the DEFCON 1 event, the Cowboys were engaged in increasingly desperate financial maneuvers. Several schemes came to light on January 6.

Trump Bucks via American Express

An attempt to register “Trump Bucks” and “Trump Reserve Bank cards” through a Pentagon communication line that backdoored into American Express. This was not a Chinese hack - it originated from within the SSP/Cowboys faction, with Pentagon authorization.

Trump Bucks in the Stock Market

A separate attempt to install Trump Bucks into the stock market as legal tender for purchasing stocks. The reasoning: there is significant discussion that by January 15, 2025, the U.S. Treasury - along with the parallel off-books treasuries worldwide that together form the black-budget financial control system - will be officially insolvent. Major debt repayments are coming due.

The Rothschild Playbook

The broader plan GIA identified: allow a market crash, then use Trump Bucks to buy back all U.S. stocks and corporations at pennies on the dollar. This strategy was directly sourced from the Rothschilds - Kim heard it firsthand from a Rothschild source in 2013. The intent was always the same: crash the U.S. economy and then repurchase it cheaply, with the stock market as one of the primary mechanisms.

GIA intercepted and blocked these financial insertion attempts on January 6.

Earlier financial promises had also failed to materialize: a money distribution call promised for Saturday, January 4, did not happen. On the night of January 5, a rescheduled call hosted by Langley 5 (a senior CIA coordination cell) told participants to “hang in there” - there was no delivery of funds.

7. Iran, Carter Funeral, and Inauguration Concerns

Iran

Consistent with the SSP’s broader pattern of manufactured regional crises, there is also a low-populated area earthquake in Iran on January 6, which GIA reads as an SSP effort to destabilize Iran and displace China’s influence there. Iran’s official announcement of upcoming strikes on Israel is described as 100% coordinated with the Israeli shadow government - which is itself aligned with the SSP. The Cowboys were expecting funds by now; those funds have not arrived.

Carter Funeral

There is active chatter about using former President Carter’s funeral as a staging ground for a false-flag terrorist attack. GIA’s intelligence indicates the planned attack would be attributed to an African nation. The SSP has been struggling to bring the African continent into its World War III (or later) plans, and a false-flag attributed to an African actor would serve multiple purposes for the Cowboys.

First, it would distract from the non-delivery of the QFS - the quantum financial system, a promised new financial architecture that has been heavily promoted to Cowboys-aligned operatives as an imminent replacement for the current banking system, and which had been promised to roll out around this time. Second, it would provide a pretext to delay Inauguration Day, with the Cowboys then publicly blaming the Deep State for the delay.

Inauguration

There is internal discussion within Cowboys circles about whether to push back the inauguration. The tension: there are significant unpaid promises to operatives worldwide, and those operatives are losing patience. One foreign operative reportedly told a GIA contact:

This discontent is global, not limited to U.S. operatives.

8. GIA Assessment and Outlook

GIA’s position: the Cowboys have a short operational window remaining. GIA’s projection (track this): Kim’s estimate is that window closes around January 21, 2025, with a possible extension to February if they can sustain their momentum. The lies and broken promises are accumulating, and globally distributed operatives who have been playing along are beginning to reach their limits.

The broader theme GIA emphasizes: the Cowboys only ever ran compartmentalized portions of larger operations. They were told they were responsible for major historical events - and believed it - but there was always a ground commander pulling the final string, always a Plan Z. GIA holds that position now, with access to Marduk’s complete operational archive.

Kim closes with a note directed at regular listeners: the situation, while ongoing, is moving forward. GIA is pulling resources from these factions at every opportunity. The Cowboys have increasingly little to work with beyond their rhetoric, and that rhetoric is, in GIA’s view, actually working in GIA’s favor by keeping the Cowboys focused on the wrong targets.
