In October 2019, Agent M recognizes the Iraqi protests as following the same engineered pattern he witnessed in Syria. In 2017, the deep state attempts to fly all 24 of the recovered Hitler-era flying discs (directed-energy super-weapons combining anti-gravity, spacetime-continuum disruption, and originally requiring a perpetual-energy fuel cell) simultaneously over 24 cities including Tokyo, New York, San Francisco, Beijing, and Moscow. Nuclear power is used as a substitute for the missing perpetual-energy fuel cell. Without the correct fuel cell the discs cannot fly; the alien technology requires a power source that nuclear cannot replicate, and the attempt fails, leaving the ships, in Kim's phrasing, as 'giant tin cans.'

In 2017, Kim negotiates with the Tall Whites, a non-human race whose home region is normally near Greenland and the North Pole, to confirm that SSP operatives cannot fly the alien-inspired flying machines. The Tall Whites subsequently travel to and from Earth as needed for that re-terraforming purpose and pose no threat. During Steve Mnuchin's tenure as US Treasury Secretary (2017-2021), worldwide cartels lend $786 billion to the US Government to stabilize Treasury operations. The loan is never repaid. By August 2016, Marduk has departed and the transition confusion following Kim's March appointment as Ground Commander begins to resolve. Following a period of custody in Texas on financial-fraud charges, Evelyn (the con artist posing as Angel Ferdinand Marcos) is deported from the United States to the Philippines between 2013 and 2014. From a Philippine jail cell he continues to direct deep state financial strategy for roughly the next decade, issuing a twelve-year extension to the Federal Reserve to print currency on behalf of sovereign nations and a separate twelve-year extension granting himself global currency-issuance authority. Major governments, militaries, and intelligence agencies take his instructions as authoritative because his credentials remain registered on the Red Line level of the digital financial web.
Starting around 2013 to 2014, the majority of GIA members begin realizing something is wrong with Marduk's direction. An internal shift away from Marduk's authority starts within the organization well before any formal leadership change. This fracture from inside precedes Kim's appointment as Ground Commander by approximately two to three years.
The GIA name is formally registered to Kim and she assumes the role of Director in 2012. Major banks (JP Morgan Chase, Credit Suisse, UBS, Citibank, the Federal Reserve, US Treasury, Barclays, and Bank of America) converge on Moscow expecting Kim to trigger an Alpha/Omega transfer. By 2007, Marduk can no longer issue new access codes to any Trustee, Family member, or Gatekeeper, due to preparation for the changing of the Guard and an existing debt-and-default situation. The Trustee codes already distributed continue circulating but produce no results when used without his third key. Palang breeding ground visits said to continue until around 2007
Kim says that until around 2007 the former holders of a position on this planet came at set times to a breeding ground in China (she names Palang in Yunnan province, listed as having zero population) and impregnated the women there, and that the royal families of all of Asia emerged from it. These are Kim's claims, not independently confirmed.
Kim says that in 2007 the gate closed and the current of Source stopped flowing into the machine. The old tools Mr. Waters had stolen from her stopped working that year, and nothing came out of the alpha system anymore, so the deep state could copy money but not give it an allocation number.
