Artemis Agreement Expires: Humanity Reconnects to Soul Plane
On the July 5 new moon a three-billion-year gatekeeper agreement expired, the AKASHIC Records system began to come apart, and for the first time the current of Source is reaching humanity directly through the veins of gold.
1. Former Owners of Earth
Before the names that now circulate in alternative-history reports, three beings ran the operation. Each one held a specific density layer of the planet, and each one is now gone.
The first of them was Enlil, who controlled density 9, the soul plane. Whether the soul was inside a person or inside a computer, his role was to decide where it went and to manipulate that process. He sat at the layer where souls are routed.
Below him sat Enki, who held density 8. His domain was energy management, which in practical terms is what I call money. Energy in, energy out, and the bookkeeping of what got allocated to whom.
Beneath both of them, at density 7, sat Marduk. He directed where everything was meant to flow. Ether, money, energy, essence. He was the wind pushing energy down to the beneficiaries through the Omega system, and at the banking level he was the one who set the dates when allocations would arrive.
The Omega system was the dark framework wrapped around all three. After the three operators were physically gone, the system kept running on the shape of their consciousness, as if they were still in place.
Everyone at the banking level knew the name Marduk. They knew there was someone up there who gave the orders and decided which days of the year the allocations would come. The whole structure required the people inside it to earn their credits, and the way you earned them was specific. Bankers earned theirs by issuing mortgages and loans. Assassins earned theirs by killing. The reward function was set up so that participating in the harm produced the payout.
After Marduk, Enki, and Enlil were gone, their consciousness persisted inside that dark Omega framework for a stretch of time. The system kept operating as if they were still there, signing off on the same allocations they used to sign off on, until the framework itself caught up to the fact that no one was at the desk anymore.
Three former owners, now gone. But Earth has not been ungoverned in the meantime, because someone always claims the post. The names of who tried next come from sources you may already recognize.
2. Guardian Succession
If the former owners were gone, who exactly has been holding the title of Guardian of Earth for the last three thousand years?
Three thousand years ago Solomon, working under the Order of the Dragon, received a three-thousand-year agreement as Guardian of Earth. In parallel, the Order of the Black Sun, tied to the line of Cain and the Abraxas bloodline, received a security agreement of its own. Two posts, two agreements, both claiming to keep the planet covered.
In December 2018 the Solomon agreement expired. With the formal cover gone, both the Order of the Dragon and the Order of the Black Sun went to Artemis directly. They approached her and said something close to: we need to do a deal, we want to remain as security for this planet, can we work for you? And the answer was yes. The Abraxas bloodline, Lucifer, and Anti-Source were all part of that arrangement.
The extension Artemis granted ran from 2018 into 2021. Three years of access into Level 5 of the web along with the military and intelligence systems wired to it. That is the thing you can see on NASA’s public site under the label “Artemis Accords.” The name on the public document and the deal underneath it are not the same thing.
It was not a renewal of a real Guardian agreement. What the Deep State actually got was an extension on the Fed, on funding, and on the related financial machinery, dressed up under a Guardian-sounding name.
By 2022 the extension had run out in any meaningful Guardian sense, and by 2024 the financial side of it was visibly thinning. That is the context for the July 4, 2024 expectation of a hundred-trillion-dollar cash infusion, which is the event I covered in the previous report. The infusion did not arrive. With nothing to draw from on the fourth, the operatives turned their attention to the fifth, because they had been told one final figure could still renew everything for them.
All roads led to one figure. Before her thirty billion years on the gate, she had a name that even now barely circulates in public, and a relationship with me that goes back further than the agreement that just expired.
3. Artemis (Red Queen) and the Three-Billion-Year Agreement
Thirty billion years is the length of a watch shift held by a single being at the gate between two universes.
The figure behind the whole arrangement was Artemis, also known as the Red Queen. An anti-Pleiadean lower-astral being. A red reptilian. Not human, not friendly to humanity, and old enough to have held her position before any of the cosmologies you have read about were written down.
She and I never got along. She hated me and I hated her, and we ended up at the Universal Council many times because of it. Every time we landed there it ended the same way, with an agreement not to kill each other unless one of us violated this or that condition. Eventually she violated way too many times. She is gone and we don’t miss her.
A single gate, held by a single watcher, for thirty billion years.
The two universes she stood between were not equals. One was a feed for the dark age. The other was the side she kept everyone else away from.
What the post actually covered
The job she held was not a single role. It was a stack of them, stitched into one seat at the gate.
The framework I use and the older Vedic vocabulary are describing the same long phase from two different language sets.

The war two hundred fifty thousand years ago
The war remembered in alternative history as the loss of Atlantis was caused by the same being and the same agreement. She was not going to let her three-billion-year agreement expire on someone else’s terms. Atlantis was a ship full of anti-Pleiadeans, lower-astral beings, which came in through a portal at the direction of the Red Queen because she was not willing to lose her seat.
The war ended with the Seal. The settlement gave Artemis another two hundred fifty thousand years as gatekeeper on top of what she already held. That extension was the one that quietly ran in the background until the new moon of July 5, 2024, when it expired alongside the original three-billion-year agreement.
The Deep State knew that date as well as I did. Their hope was that Artemis would return, trigger a world war on the surface, and use the chaos to renew all of their agreements with her in one move. That is the real engine behind the alt-media frenzy around Nesara-Gesara and the “Q the quantum leap finally happening” storyline. They were not waiting for liberation. They were waiting for her.
What actually happened is that I jumped in. As the Guardian, the gatekeeper is now just me, but not in a controlling way like Artemis was. For me it is about guarding it.
She is gone, but the quietest system she built is still on the way out, and its name is something you have probably said yourself without knowing what it stood for.
4. The AKASHIC Records System
If the soul is immortal, how is it that almost no one remembers any of the lives they have lived? The paradox has a single technical answer, and it is in the name people use for the soul's records every day.
AKASHIC is not a Sanskrit word. It is an acronym, and the words behind the letters are not spiritual.
The name people have used as if it referred to a Sanskrit concept is a label she put on the system she built.
The system it names existed across the alpha-verse, the omega-verse, and the neutral zone, and it also existed inside computers. That last part is the layer most people miss. The AKASHIC system was one of the foundations for what was being staged as Web 5. The records you may have heard described as a spiritual library were running on infrastructure that also crossed into the digital field.
What the system actually did was disconnect human beings from their real soul records and memory-wipe them across timelines. If the soul is immortal, the question goes, then how do we not remember what we did in a past life? You should be able to. But if you access your AKASHIC Records, that is how they memory-wiped you in the first place. The “records” people thought they were consulting were the editing room.
The Dragon Families used this system to do specific work on the population. They assigned karmic debt where there was none, drained essence by the lifetime, and engineered energy to flow outward rather than be retained by the person it belonged to. Compounded across enough lifetimes for enough people, this is one of the mechanisms that produced the seventy-nine to twenty-one dark-to-light imbalance I have described in earlier reports.
Nothing could be done with the AKASHIC system as long as the Artemis covenant with Anti-Source was still in force. The covenant was the lock on the door. Once it expired on the new moon, the work could begin. Dismantling started Friday night and ran through Sunday morning, July 5 through July 7, 2024. Hopefully it will be finished soon, but on a human level you should start to experience the full wisdom of your own history, the real story of where you came from.
During the glitch period the records have been faltering as other timelines bleed through. People around the world have reported weird dreams, nightmares, sleeplessness, sensations of seeing themselves in different timelines, fragments of having been married to a different person in a life they cannot quite locate. I have been having the same kinds of experiences myself, parallel to the reports coming in.
As the AKASHIC system comes apart, pieces of your own history from other timelines temporarily leak through. The experience is the dismantling itself, registering at the human scale.
AKASHIC was her signature on the soul side. But the financial system has its own signature, and once I saw it, I realized the entire plan to switch to asset-backed currency had been pointing in the wrong direction the whole time.
5. M Is for Marduk
The "M" in M0 through M9 is not the first letter of the word money. It is the signature of the being who owned the current the whole time.
The reason an asset-based financial system has been so hard to bring online is sitting inside the notation itself. The M in M0 through M9 is not money. It is Marduk’s signature on the framework that aggregates currency.
The same signature shows up in corporate names that have been in plain sight for decades. IBM, as I have told you before, means I Be Marduk. 3M has his signature on it as well. The pattern is not coincidental. It is ownership, written in.
The M0 through M9 framework people read as a neutral way of counting money, the company names people read as just brands, all of it is the same signature pressed into the infrastructure that handles current. It is his mark on the rails.
What he controlled was not the labels. It was the current itself. He did not just direct where energy flowed, he defined the current as dark current at the level where definition matters. His system took real energy and converted it into credits or IOUs that paid out to Deep State beneficiaries. The whole appropriations stack was wired through that conversion. Once I saw the M as his signature instead of as a financial abbreviation, the entire approach to switching the financial system had to change at the foundation.
The moment of recognition was not subtle. I’m like, omg. M equals Marduk’s Current. I don’t want Marduk’s Current. We need Giver of Life Current.
If the M in the old system was a signature, the next question is whose signature replaces it. The answer is no signature at all, just a direct line back to the only source that ever existed.
6. Direct Current Through Veins of Gold
Thirty billion years of gatekeeping is over. The same gate that was closed for that long is now the only path forward, and it is open for the first time.
On the July 5 new moon, the three-billion-year Artemis Agreement expired alongside the two-hundred-fifty-thousand-year extension. Both timelines closed on the same alignment. By that night the dismantling of the AKASHIC system was already underway, and the work would carry through the weekend.
The question that pressed on me immediately was what to do about the financial side. The plan many people had been waiting for was to back currency with assets, but even positively charging a US Treasury note cannot make it an asset. The reason is simple. We can’t make it a note, and it doesn’t matter if we take a US Treasury note and try to positively charge it, because it’s still a note, therefore it’s still a credit. A note is a credit instrument. Direct current is not.
The actual fix had to be built underneath the digital financial infrastructure as an entirely new allocation system. Instead of routing through Marduk’s current and Marduk’s signature, the new system routes current directly from the Giver of Life, which is Source, to every human on Earth. That is the substitution at the foundation.
The conductor for that current is physical. Yes, it does come through the veins of gold, and we’re now using the actual metal to hyper conduct that Source energy to direct current, but you now receive a part of the direct current. The gold inside the planet is the material the system uses to carry the current to every receiver on the surface.
The system routes Source current through gold deposits in the Earth’s interior and out to every receiver on the surface. The mineral is the cable.
This is the logical consequence of the Artemis expiration, even if I had not anticipated all of it. Once her gatekeeper covenant ended, the pathway opened. I had not seen the Marduk-current problem in advance, and I had to redesign the financial-side plan in real time once I did. The work to replace his signature with no signature at all is what made the direct receive possible.
The gate that has been closed for thirty billion years is now open, and the Giver of Life is reaching this side directly for the first time. Hopefully the AKASHIC dismantling will be finished soon, and at the human level you should start to experience the full wisdom of your own history, the real story of where you came from. Every one of you is now on the receiving end of a portion of that direct current. You are not waiting for it. It is already routed to you.
