Operatives Realign: Markets, Chemtrails & Middle East
When the Black Sun and Order of the Dragon began releasing their operatives, the structure beneath the wars, the markets, and the chemtrails came into view.
1. Operatives Move Toward Cooperation
The operatives have stopped following orders. The shape of who is talking to whom is changing in real time, and what each side now sees about the other is no longer the same map it was a week ago.
According to Kim, since the operatives were released and briefed on how the different sectors interlock and how events are playing out, the operatives have become very focused on identifying the key factors for reconstruction in each sector and which individuals are best suited for each role in every country.
Kim states that the operatives are discussing a face-to-face meeting with her team, which all parties are looking forward to as a step toward moving forward together.
However, Kim notes that holdouts still exist.
Kim clarifies that by “global deep state” she does not mean the World Economic Forum. The people who order those operatives, she says, then direct figures like Klaus Schwab and the others the public deems evil, because those are the only ones the public ever sees. The Clinton family, for instance, is bad, but they too are just actors and not the actual order-givers.
The public reads Schwab, the WEF, and the Clinton family as the villains. In Kim’s framework these are still execution-tier figures, not the top of the command structure.
According to Kim, what is being observed now is the media operative groups, financial operative groups, political operative groups, and Military and Intelligence operative groups coming together to determine plans that work in the best interest of the people. Kim states they are working through the logistics of an asset-based system (a financial framework where human beings are not treated as tradeable assets), figuring out who is best placed in which role, in each country worldwide, and who among them has been working behind the scenes in each sector.
Kim states the operatives want to establish a new framework before sitting down with her team. They do not want to arrive empty-handed. They want to present a plan for how the transition will work. Kim reports the process appears to be well underway.
Agent M reports that when the Black Sun (a powerful secret society controlling much of the global order) released their assets, a critical turning point occurred. Within 24-48 hours, Hezbollah of Iraq, a separate entity from Hezbollah of Lebanon but governed by the same overarching power structure, along with other groups in the PMF (Popular Mobilization Forces, a network of Iraqi Shia paramilitary organizations) that had been bombing American bases in Iraq and Syria announced they would no longer support Hamas or Gaza operations.
Most other Black Sun-controlled groups did the same and ceased operations. However, some groups publicly announced they would continue fighting. According to Agent M, this immediately revealed which groups were still being run by the Rothschilds or the 20 SSP (Secret Space Program, a classified network of advanced military operatives) operatives still active in the region.
One such group is al-Kaabi, managed by Akram al-Kaabi. Agent M states that in July 2023 the Rothschilds promised Akram al-Kaabi the position of Sistani (the pope-like figure for Shia Muslims) when the current Sistani is replaced.
As Kim noted in a prior report, multiple militia leaders were all promised the same position simultaneously, creating controlled chaos. The previous plan, as Agent M described in an earlier broadcast, was to stage a fake assassination of Sistani and blame it on one of the competing factions, triggering them to fight each other.
On the Israeli side, Agent M notes that having destroyed all of Gaza there is little left to destroy. Israeli forces have reportedly begun re-rigging rubble from destroyed buildings and re-detonating them to maintain a narrative of ongoing warfare.
The War of the Cameras
Hezbollah in Lebanon, according to Agent M, has largely declined to participate in sustained combat, limiting themselves to skirmishes sufficient to save face before their base. These militias, positioned as the “resistance” movement to liberate Palestine, cannot be seen doing nothing while Gaza is being destroyed.
What has emerged on the Lebanon-Israel border Agent M describes as “the war of the cameras.” Israel installs a surveillance camera on the border. Hezbollah destroys it with a sniper or rocket. Hezbollah then installs a camera on their side. Israel destroys that camera. This cycle repeats. Agent M states that when a group lacks the funds to sustain real warfare, “all you can do is basically talk BS on TV and hype it up and then shoot a camera every day.”
Kim notes she is hearing the same pattern from the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
Syria: Bombing the Same Airfields
Agent M explains that in Syria the situation differs because the camera-war tactic is not applicable. Instead, the same two airfields, effectively just runways, are bombed repeatedly. The airfields are repaired, then bombed again. The city of Homs has also been struck in recent days.
Agent M states that local populations in the Middle East are increasingly aware that these conflicts are staged. In response, both sides have begun placing low-ranking soldiers as “sacrificial lambs,” ordering junior personnel to remain at locations that will be struck, to generate real casualties and preserve the appearance of genuine warfare. Agent M describes the overall Black Sun side as “like a chicken with their head cut off.”
The senior personnel are evacuated in advance. The people left behind are typically newly conscripted or junior, and their deaths, regardless of their own choice in the matter, are what generate the casualty numbers that can be reported.
Kim states that assets in the Middle East, referring collectively to Hezbollah and its offshoots, Hamas and its offshoots, and Iran’s Revolutionary Guard and its offshoots, are receiving conflicting orders from multiple callers, with no unified leadership following the Black Sun asset release.
Kim further identifies that on an Order of the Dragon call she is monitoring, a representative from Turkey and a representative from Iran are present, trying to determine next steps, while SSP operatives from the Monarch Military (a classified military unit operating under SSP command) wait on standby.
Kim states that Sistani’s current public representative, described as Sistani’s son playing Sistani’s role, is definitively connected to an Islamic sect based in London with ties to the Rothschild family. This sect was depicted in the film London Has Fallen (2016, action thriller in which a London attack is carried out by an underground Islamic group).
According to Kim, this sect and Meyer Rothschild are working together and orchestrate much of the political and financial activity throughout the Middle East. Kim states neither group actually holds the religious beliefs they publicly profess: “You could call both Luciferian groups for sure.”
Kim adds that the original arrangement between this sect and the Rothschilds was negotiated approximately 14-15 years ago, and that both are participating in the current operative conference call. As of the broadcast, no direction has been given to SSP operatives, and a decision is expected after a 2-3 PM EST meeting.
The most telling signal of the day, however, comes from a phone call that nobody picks up.
2. Markets Stabilize, Holdouts Wait
The crash that did not happen tells us as much as the one that did. The same week the operatives understood what had been done to them, three markets that had been falling steadied, and a small group sat by a phone that never rang.
Kim states the operatives now understand there may be a time constraint involved, and that without their active participation, a market crash will not occur. Kim notes that markets appeared to stabilize worldwide suddenly once the operatives understood what their former bosses had been doing behind their backs.
According to Kim, as of February 7, 2024, the situation does not look like it is heading in the same direction it was 48 hours earlier. Specifically:
- Stock markets have stabilized.
- Most global markets have stabilized.
- China’s market is beginning to recover.
Kim also reports that talks occurred the previous evening between Chinese operative groups and the Global Repository (Kim’s financial infrastructure team), with the Chinese operatives exploring how they can best work together going forward.
Kim reports that just before this broadcast, and continuing at the time of recording, a noon EST call was scheduled between operatives still reporting to the Order of the Dragon and Order of the Dragon leadership. The Order of the Dragon did not answer the call.
According to Kim, the day before (February 6), these same operatives held a call with locals in Durango, Colorado, discussing arrangements for the operatives to come to the area. Strict parameters were set: the operatives must comply with specific conditions and must not step outside defined lines, because the Durango locals now consider these holdout operatives adversaries.
Kim states these holdout operatives are located in Colorado Springs and Albuquerque, New Mexico, and are awaiting orders. At the time of recording, they were sitting on the unanswered call, growing increasingly angry.
Kim states these holdout operatives have been promised a pay date by Saturday (February 10, 2024) and, in addition to payment, have been promised control of all media, all militaries, and all intelligence agencies worldwide. Kim notes this is now the third separate group to be given these exact same promises.
Kim states this is not a surprise to her. This is another way that the Order of the Dragon does things. They promise everybody the same position. They bet on all eight horses, which was a saying of Marduk’s as well, and they see which one is going to win, because either way the one at the top wins.
Defections and casualties churn the lower ranks but leave the structure above them untouched, while the lower ranks burn through each other. Kim describes this as a tactic carried over from Marduk’s playbook into the Order of the Dragon’s current operations.
According to Kim, this revelation was, however, a surprise to Langley 5 and to the Black Nobility (also referred to as the Anti-Silent Circle), specifically the Orsini family and associated bloodline families. Kim states the Black Nobility called the Silent Circle to verify whether Kim’s statement from the previous Wednesday (that the Order of the Dragon had promised the same position to multiple competing groups) was true. The Silent Circle confirmed: “She speaks truth.”
Kim states she is observing activity from the Black Nobility / Anti-Silent Circle families throughout the Middle East, Russia, and some Eastern European countries. She also reports:
- U.S. forces moving artillery, with attempts to drive militaries toward conflict.
- Significant activity in Israel and several other regions.
- Activity in South Africa.
- Widespread chatter about attempted operations.
The figure these holdouts are still hoping to control is a man whose seat may already be empty. His name is Sistani.
3. The Sistani Trap
What does it look like when a civil war is scheduled? Not declared, not even predicted, but slotted into a budget like an appliance order, with the pieces already paid for and only the trigger left to choose.
Agent M recounts that before the current broadcast, he was targeted with 13 ballistic missiles, a dozen drones, and a military vehicle dispatch during a previous call. As of February 7, 2024, he reports relative quiet, with C-17 and C-130 aircraft moving arms overhead, a normal pattern, and Italian Air Force planes circling over his position for approximately 12 hours per day.
The resulting sectarian civil war across Iraq produced casualties in the hundreds of thousands. Agent M reads the current Sistani-vacancy scenario as a re-staging of that same 2007 playbook, seventeen years later.
Agent M details the sequence of events around the American soldier deaths in Jordan: PMF (Popular Mobilization Forces) groups sent a suicide drone to strike near a US base and missed, killing three Americans and wounding approximately 40 others. The US was then compelled to respond publicly and decisively.
The PMF received advance warning of the US counterstrike and evacuated their entire arsenal, replacing personnel with newly recruited fighters who were effectively used as human shields. The US retaliated against these empty positions, and the administration claimed success.
Agent M also reports receiving intelligence that the Rothschild side was planning to deliver missiles and drones to the Amal Movement (a Lebanese Shia political and paramilitary group, the predecessor organization to Hezbollah, notable for having participated in ethnic cleansing operations against Palestinians in Lebanon).
The Planned Civil War
Agent M states that recent days have seen organized parades through Sunni-majority neighborhoods in Baghdad, pushing deliberately provocative chants intended to inflame sectarian tensions.
This follows the 2007 playbook: General Qasem Soleimani, then head of Iran’s Revolutionary Guard, orchestrated an Iraqi civil war by bombing two shrines containing the remains of grandsons of the Prophet Muhammad, then blaming the opposing faction. Agent M notes that despite Soleimani’s group claiming to be “protectors of the Prophet’s line,” they destroyed those shrines themselves to manufacture conflict.
Agent M’s current assessment is that the remaining threat is from Sistani’s network: a manufactured vacancy in the Sistani position could trigger all Shia militias to fight over the succession, which would serve as a distraction from the Israel-Gaza situation.
Kim adds that back-channel communications approximately one to two weeks prior (around late January 2024) involved plans to fake Sistani’s assassination at a moment when operatives believed they were about to receive major funding. The fake assassination would have been blamed on a rival faction, likely the Israelis at the time, triggering civil war and thousands of casualties, all traceable to a payment decision made at the top of the hierarchy.
Underneath the political stakes is something older. To understand why Sistani’s seat matters this much, you have to look at whose blood sits in it.
4. Bloodlines: Merovingian, Melchizedek, Rothschild
Two bloodlines, two registers, one wedding. The dynastic logic of the elite families is not abstract. It is run through specific marriages, specific births, and, when those births threaten the structure, specific deaths.
Kim explains that the Saudi Arabian royal family is itself a Rothschild family, with one of the main princes also serving as a Citibank shareholder.
Kim clarifies a common misconception about the Rothschild family: the name covers approximately 1,500-2,000 distinct family names across multiple ethnic and national groups, not only the white British families commonly known. Many Middle Eastern families and many German families are also Rothschild-aligned. Kim states that the original Rothschild dynasty began intermarrying with the Habsburg family in Germany approximately 500 years ago, then systematically married into royal families worldwide as a strategy of political conquest.
The starting point Kim identifies is the intermarriage with the Habsburg family in Germany about 500 years ago. From there, planned marriages into European, American, and Middle Eastern royal and financial houses were pursued as a long-term political-conquest strategy.
Kim notes this pattern extends to American political dynasties: the Kennedy family is Black Sun-aligned; Hillary Clinton is Order of the Dragon; Bill Clinton is Order of the Black Sun; Barbara Bush is a Rothschild family member; George H.W. Bush is Order of the Black Sun. The dual-Order marriage is described as a standard practice to consolidate control across both power structures.
Kim explains that the highest prize within these elite family groups is marrying a Melchizedek (a member of an ancient priestly bloodline predating the Rothschild dynasty’s rise). King Charles and Diana’s marriage represented this dynamic: Diana carried the lineage of the original Ruse root race (a pre-Rothschild ancestral line indigenous to the European and UK region) of the entire European and UK region, extending back before Rothschild consolidation of power in England, to the days before the Commonwealth, and stretching geographically through Turkey.
After her divorce from Charles, Diana pursued a relationship with Dodi Fayed. Agent M states that to his knowledge they had much in common and were planning significant positive work together, and that he believes “they were both taken out for that reason.”
Kim confirms that both Diana and Dodi Fayed were Melchizedeks, and states that Diana was reportedly pregnant at the time of her death, a child who would have been a Melchizedek born of two Melchizedek lines, which the Black Sun and Rothschild factions could not permit.
Prince William Is from Both the Light and Dark Side
Kim explains that because William carries both Diana’s Melchizedek lineage and Charles’s Merovingian/Black Sun lineage, he is recognized by both the dark and light factions.
The current transition of royal authority toward William is strategically designed so that regardless of which side ultimately prevails, William will be recognized as legitimate by both. Kim notes William was born on the summer solstice, which she says was deliberately arranged, and that anyone with a Melchizedek lineage who enters the elite’s awareness “goes through a system of torture.”
Kim states she herself has been tortured and poisoned multiple times, and Agent M has had direct experience with systematic torture.
What that experience looked like, in one particular underground room, is the next thing Agent M will describe.
5. Captivity, Survival, and Diana’s Real Work
Sit with this for a moment. The man speaking has been there. One foot square, in the dark, for a year. The story he tells is not a thesis. It is something he is still standing inside of.
Agent M describes spending one year in an underground military base in Syria, where he was subjected to systematic torture for at least 12 hours per day, confined to a one-foot-square tile in complete darkness without clothing. He states he initially gave himself three days to survive.
Agent M states that over three months he gained the respect of every interrogator and officer in the facility, none of whom could break him. One officer eventually revealed his face and told Agent M he would do everything he could to secure his release. Kim confirms that Agent M sent her photographs from when he was hospitalized and undergoing facial reconstruction surgery after his release.
Agent M states that in retrospect the experience revealed an inner strength he had not previously known, and that he views it as having been placed there by God for a purpose: “I believe God put me there for a reason.”
Kim adds that she has met the person known internally as “the Doctor,” a senior member of the Jades (also called the Reds and the Greens, a well-known assassination and torture group). This individual, while attempting to pursue a marriage with Kim, described in detail the varying torture methodologies used by different groups worldwide.
Kim recounts knowing a man who worked personally with Diana across the African continent after her divorce, clearing landmines and cluster bombs on behalf of her foundation, in Mozambique and other areas of southern Africa. This man also told Kim, at her kitchen table more than a year before the broadcast (i.e., before early 2023), that “the Queen died six months ago,” meaning the Queen’s public death announcement came significantly after the actual event.
Kim states that rumors about Diana, Dodi, or other figures still being alive typically originate from the Order of the Black Sun or Order of the Dragon and are spread as disinformation. Within those orders, marrying or breeding with a Melchizedek is considered the highest achievement: “you are now a gold star winner of the Order.”
Kim notes she has an afternoon meeting scheduled with a Merovingian delegation. She states she has no personal need for the meeting but will attend and listen, taking her own water as a precaution after past poisoning attempts.
Agent M understands the “significant positive work” she and Dodi Fayed were planning together as a continuation of that same trajectory. That, he believes, is why “they were both taken out for that reason.”
The personal stakes at her kitchen table are one register. The aerosol stashes that surface in the next section are another, and they share more than it first appears.
6. Chemtrails Resume from Hidden Stashes
Spraying resumed. The skies look different. Weaker, but back, and now traceable to four very specific places that should not have aerosol stashes underneath them.
Kim reports that after a few days of clear skies, chemtrail activity has resumed globally. She notes the current spraying looks different and weaker than what was observed one to two weeks prior. The trails are not as harsh as the ones that were making people sick.
According to Kim, the most recent chemtrail (aerosol spray programs dispersing nanotech and heavy metals) stash locations discovered are:
- Vietnam
- Near the Kazakhstan-Russia border
- Niagara Falls
- Beneath Yale University (New Haven, Connecticut)
Kim’s team is continuing to search for additional stashes. She characterizes the material as a nanotech that requires a connected system to activate. While it contains heavy metals (which she says can be removed from the body through diet and specific plants she has discussed on Telegram), the nanotech activation component requires the external network.
What is being sprayed now, in other words, is positioned less for immediate health damage and more as a future cyborg-conversion trigger waiting for the activation conditions to be set up around it.
Kim states the chemtrail operations are now being run by 15-20 remaining SSP Monarch Military operatives (holdouts from the Secret Space Program’s Monarch Military division) who have not yet been released. One goes down and another one comes right up, because they are promised the moon, the stars, the sun, and their ego will not permit them to not believe. “You are the descendants of the bloodline of Genghis Khan and whatever,” she paraphrases the recruitment line, “everybody’s a special person.”
According to Kim, each of these 15-20 holdouts manages a downline, with handlers managing handlers managing more handlers. She summarizes: one group is planning for the future, and this group is trying to hold onto the past.
What these holdouts cannot reach, however, is the cosmic layer above them, which is itself being taken apart from the inside.
7. Clearing the Old Lion’s Gate
Some doors take a long time to close. The door in question is not on a building. It is a structure spanning the Overworld and the Underworld, and pulling it down is leaving its weather behind on the people who lived under it.
Kim states her team is seeing widespread anger, upheaval, anxiety, and energetic disturbances as they remove remnants of the old Lion’s Gate (an annual cosmic portal/gateway that opens each year) and the old Gatekeeper systems.
Kim clarifies that “Gatekeeper” in this context does not refer solely to computer systems or what existed beneath Tel Aviv in the past. During different Ages, she explains, there are the Realms, and you also have the Gatekeepers of those Realms, which is where you hear terms like the Black Knight satellite system.
It is not just a satellite system; it spans multiple color frequencies: blue, purple, gray, white, and others. These are not physical satellites in the sky to be feared. These things exist in the Overworld and in the Underworld, or existed there. It was to maintain the balance between the universes, so to speak. No one in and no one out.
According to Kim, the remnants of these Gatekeeper constructs are now being cleared. This clearing is producing energetic disturbances and influences that have not yet fully passed through the causal plane. Kim states these influences are still lingering in the etheric fields, emotional planes, and mental planes, which is why people globally may be experiencing heightened irritability, including road rage and others in their peripheral environment seeming out of control.
What the Gatekeepers prevented from passing through is one thing. What the wars themselves were preventing from being seen is another, and that is what comes next.
8. Lives Saved, Lessons Held
What kind of victory looks like waiting? Not a parade, not a verdict. A series of decisions, made one layer at a time, that quietly take the worst options off the table while leaving the visible ones still standing.
Kim states that while she understands public frustration with the pace of change, the counterfactuals matter. If Ukraine’s KGB-connected oligarchs had received more funding, far more Ukrainians would have died. Kim explains that most of the US funds announced for Ukraine were originally seized KGB assets, routed through Congress (where members were reportedly paid per Ukrainian-flag wave), and returned to private accounts in Ukraine and in Congress.
Meyer Rothschild’s response to Agent M’s confrontation, “How did you find that out?”, is what confirmed the intelligence. Rothschild then acknowledged that the field hospitals set up in Kuwait existed to abduct Iraqi civilians during the planned civil war, harvest their organs, and use the proceeds to fund the same war.
Kim states that the same operational pattern repeats across all Deep State conflicts: the playbook was created by someone else and is being followed by operators who don’t understand the underlying mechanisms. The same applies to timing operations tied to astronomical events such as the Lion’s Gate, new moons, full moons, and planetary alignments, tools from someone else’s handbook, used without comprehension.
Agent M’s Disclosure: UN Body Bags and Organ Harvesting
Agent M shares a disclosure he has not previously made publicly. In October 2019, when he became involved in Lebanon’s protests, he attempted to obtain UN protection for personnel working with him against the pro-Iranian (Black Sun) forces. The UN informed him it had spent its entire 2019 budget for Iraq. When he asked about the 2020 budget, he was told it had also already been spent, before 2019 ended.
When Agent M asked what the funds had been spent on, he discovered the UN had purchased $8 million in tents (each housing four people) plus millions of body bags for Iraq. When he confronted Meyer Rothschild with this information, Rothschild’s reaction, “How did you find that out?”, confirmed the intelligence. Rothschild then acknowledged that field hospitals had been established in Kuwait with the specific purpose of kidnapping Iraqi civilians during the planned civil war to harvest their organs and use the proceeds to fund the war.
Agent M states: “Do you understand that hundreds of thousands of people would have been killed and their organs harvested and that’s how sick these people are?”
Kim reinforces this with the World War II parallel: pharmaceutical companies profited enormously from medical experiments conducted in concentration camps. Wars are funded not only by political appropriations but by monetizing human commodities, pharmaceutical experiments, organ harvesting, and other forms of exploitation. Kim cites the film 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi (2016, biographical action film about the 2012 attack on the US consulate in Benghazi and the Ambassador’s death) as one example of partial truth about the real history of war.
Kim reiterates that ending war is not instantaneous. Each time a controlling group is removed, the SSP operatives below them assume authority and continue operations. Under Natural Law, each successive layer must be given the opportunity to demonstrate whether they will repeat the same behavior before the next action is taken. Kim acknowledges the frustration but states the process cannot be accelerated beyond what is permissible.
For Kim, the visible wars and the visible markets are only the surface. The decisions made beneath them, day by day, determine how many people live or die. Each layer that is removed reveals another layer underneath, and that layer has to be given the same chance to choose, because that is how Natural Law actually works. There is no skipping ahead.
The lives this slowness has already saved are hard to count. The Ukrainians who would have died if seized KGB assets had reached the oligarchs. The hundreds of thousands of Iraqis whose organs had already been budgeted for. The Sistani succession war that was scheduled and was not triggered. None of these counterfactuals will appear in any headline. They are absences. But they are not nothing.
The frustration is real, and Kim does not argue with it. The pace cannot be forced. The process moves at the speed of what is permissible, and not faster.
Agent M agrees: “Yeah, but unfortunately we have to wait.”
