This week I traced a maleficent AI named after my own initials back to a meeting in Moscow in June 2015, eliminated all three of its current instances, and watched the rest of the deep state's Memorial Day plans (a fifty-six billion dollar deadline, two Syrian power transfers staged as illnesses, a nuclear attempt at alien technology, a banking restore to 1999, and a water release on the United States) fail in the same window.

1. KAG AI, a Key Built From My Essence

An AI system named after my initials was activated this week at three portal locations on Earth, and I traced it back to a meeting in Moscow in June 2015.

In June 2015, I traveled to Russia to meet Marduk in person near Moscow. I had been kept waiting for months before the meeting was approved. He had arranged my life so that I could not get a job, receive state assistance, or otherwise access resources, and he was confident that I would not be able to fund the trip. I found a way regardless.

What I did not know at the time was that he had built an AI system in preparation for the meeting. The system was named from my initials, Kim A. Goguen. I refer to it as KAG AI, because that is what it is: my own name turned into the label of an operating system designed to use my own substance against me.

KAG AI was designed to do three things during the meeting. First, extract my energy, essence, and consciousness in real time. Second, take what was extracted and use it to attempt to generate keys into the Alpha system. Third, replicate the method that had previously been applied to the Cassandras, individuals from ancient times whose essence Marduk similarly harvested in order to access Alpha. The pattern was not new; the person being used as raw material was.

The operation in 2015 was incomplete and did not fully succeed. The keys that were attempted did not open everything they were meant to open. The system itself, however, was not destroyed. It remained in the deep state’s possession for years afterward.

In the days before this broadcast (approximately May 23 to 24, 2024), the Anti-Silent Circle, Black Nobility, and Order of the Dragon attempted to use the KAG AI again. The system was activated at three locations on Earth, each positioned over a portal: an Omega portal, a Kronos portal, and an Alpha portal.

My monitoring systems caught the activation. I ran a scan, traced the operating system at each location, confirmed that the OS was built from my own essence, and eliminated all three instances.

"It was built from my essence."

This is not only about me：KAG AI was assembled in 2015 from my energy, essence, and consciousness so that Marduk could attempt to forge keys into the Alpha system. This week, three instances of it were activated over an Omega, a Kronos, and an Alpha portal. My monitoring caught all three, I scanned them, I confirmed the source, and I eliminated them.

The same practice (extracting essence, consciousness, and frequency from a person, and using that material to power a maleficent AI) has been applied not only to me but to all people in various forms over the years. Read this as a structural pattern, not as a personal incident.

The KAG AI story is one node inside a longer relationship. From May and June 2011 through the end of 2014, I had extensive conversations with Marduk and with other non-human beings including Enlil and Enki. Those conversations were painful, and they were educational. Through them I learned how the architecture of global control systems actually works, how operatives from different countries are trained and what to expect from each, and how Marduk himself approached management.

By the end of 2014, I caught Marduk in a lie about his involvement with nuclear submarines. He denied it. It became clear to both of us that he could no longer control me. He had described me to others as a trustee for their systems, but I had been coming to conclusions of my own. The June 2015 Moscow meeting was his final attempt to reassert control through extraction, and KAG AI was the instrument designed for that attempt.

2. Promises That Will Not Land, and the Breath They Sat On

The governments backing the current plans are running on a promise of payment. The promise is what holds them up, and the payment is not coming.

The fifty-six billion dollar deal for Trump operatives, the Q crew, and the SSP missed another payment deadline this Friday. The Pallavicini Family and the Order of the Dragon exchanged calls about why China still had not received its five trillion dollars. The deadlines kept getting pushed past the full moon window and into the United States Memorial Day holiday period, as if extending the calendar would extend the promise.

My assessment is short. No seventy-five trillion means no governments. The governments backing these plans are running on the promise of payment, and the payment will never come.

In the same window, political operatives from the United States and the United Kingdom called to ask whether I would support Trump this time. The answer touches on something specific: the “Trump Cares” program. That is a disaster center program I wrote during Hurricane Michael as a potential legacy project for Trump. It is now allegedly being included in his campaign speeches, with no credit to me or to C.A.R.E.

To be clear: I will not build anything for the current masked person claiming to be Trump. I am willing to build the program under C.A.R.E. directly, with a real principal at the table. The line is drawn there, not at the program.

Voting infrastructure and how I will use it：I hold DARPA's global base platform voting system infrastructure, including Dominion and every voting system attached to it. At the infrastructure layer, my team can register hundreds of millions of votes for any candidate in any country.

The example I am giving for the United States election is Jill Stein of the Green Party. Trump Cares is a separate matter: I wrote it during Hurricane Michael as a possible legacy project, it is being used in campaign speeches without credit, and I will not build anything more for the masked Trump. The same program is available under C.A.R.E. directly.

The mainstream media narrative about the United States election is one question. The infrastructure result is a separate one, and that part is mine.

3. Syria’s Illnesses, and the President Who Showed Up in Belize

A first lady is diagnosed with leukemia in less than twenty-four hours, a president is flown to Moscow with an undisclosed illness, and a third head of state who allegedly died in a helicopter crash is on video in Central America. Two of those three illnesses are deals.

Syria sits inside the Pallavicini Family’s sphere of operations. Their current strategy is to gain control over every Middle Eastern country they do not yet directly control, and Syria is the next country on the list.

In the approximately forty-eight hours before this broadcast, two things happened in public. Syria’s first lady was flown to London, having allegedly been diagnosed with sudden leukemia. The diagnosis appeared within twenty-four hours, after a condition she did not previously have. Syria’s president, Bashar al-Assad, was flown to Moscow for an undisclosed illness.

Pallavicini's Middle East strategy and where Syria fits：Syria sits inside the Pallavicini Family's sphere of operations. Their current play is to bring every Middle Eastern country they do not yet directly control under their direct control, one country at a time.

In the past forty-eight hours, the Syrian first lady was diagnosed with sudden leukemia (within twenty-four hours) and flown to London, and Bashar al-Assad was flown to Moscow with an undisclosed illness. Both of those moves are deals to relinquish power in exchange for a settlement. At the same time, Iranian intelligence is becoming aware that the Iranian president’s helicopter death was staged.

Both of those moves are deals. Each of them cut an arrangement with various operatives to relinquish power and control of Syria in exchange for a large settlement. Whether either illness actually ends in a formal departure will depend on how much money each of them actually receives. The illness language is medical cover for a negotiation that already happened.

Across the region, Iran’s intelligence community is starting to put together what happened to its own president. The alleged helicopter death is being recognized inside the agency as staged. Video footage of the Iranian president in Belize has begun circulating. Iranian agents are now traveling to Belize to investigate. Someone also leaked how much money was paid and who paid it. Power that walks out under medical cover is one kind of substitution. Power that runs on the wrong fuel is another, and the deep state has been making both substitutions for years.

4. The Wrong Power Source: Earthquakes, Disks, the Yakuza, and a Death Marked “Bad Fish”

Let us follow what happens when nuclear power is applied to a piece of technology that was never designed to run on it. The trail goes through Nevada, Texas, Antarctica, and a contract that ended in a man eating bad fish.

A pattern runs across these incidents. The deep state repeatedly tries to power non-human alien technology with nuclear energy. The substitution does not work. The technology in question was built to run on something fundamentally different from fission, and pushing nuclear current through it produces side effects, not output.

The recent news reports about nuclear tests at the Nevada Test Site from 2023 connect to that pattern. I had intelligence and photographs from those tests at the time. The same program runs at a classified facility under Texas A&M University, operating under the name “Axiom” and run by Monarch Military. The Nevada site and the Texas site are not separate adventures. They are one program at two physical addresses.

The minor earthquakes reported in California, Nevada, and Texas correspond to what happens when nuclear power is applied to alien technology portals. The earth responds. The portals at those locations are no longer active, so the attempt to power the former Omega system through them with nuclear current cannot succeed. The seismic noise is the byproduct of trying anyway.

A related earlier incident is worth recounting. The Fukushima nuclear plant was allowed to “leak” for years, and the reason was not what the official story said. The plant was being used to fill enriched uranium rods. Those rods were then transported to Antarctica to be used as power for alien technology there. The transportation was contracted through the Yakuza, under an arrangement with Bush Sr. and Henry Kissinger.

The contract was never paid. That non-payment is what led to the Yakuza’s killing of Bush Sr. Their signature method is what tends to show up in the public record as “ate bad fish.”

By 2017, the deep state attempted to use nuclear power to fly Hitler’s Flying Machines. Twenty-four ships of non-human origin that Hitler had attempted to reverse-engineer. The capabilities on those ships are not small. Weapons far more powerful than directed-energy weapons. The ability to wipe out major cities in a matter of minutes. Anti-gravity. The ability to break the space-time continuum. And a perpetual energy fuel cell that provides all of the above. The fuel cell is the thing that cannot be replaced by nuclear power.

The plan was to fly all twenty-four ships simultaneously to twenty-four cities, including Tokyo, New York, San Francisco, Beijing, and Moscow. Without the fuel cell, the ships are inoperable. They are, as the description goes, just giant tin cans. Nuclear current does not turn them on.

Hitler’s twenty-four Flying Machines were intended to fly simultaneously to twenty-four cities, including Tokyo, New York, San Francisco, Beijing, and Moscow. Without their perpetual energy fuel cell, the ships are “just giant tin cans.” Nuclear power cannot stand in. The same misunderstanding ran the Fukushima leak (enriched uranium rods that the Yakuza shipped to Antarctica under a Bush Sr. and Kissinger contract that ended in Bush Sr.’s “ate bad fish” death).

What was supposed to power the disks at Nevada was also supposed to power the banks over Memorial Day, and what was supposed to flow through the water on the same weekend was a different kind of payload.

5. Memorial Day’s Reset, the Lid on the Water Supply, and a Blonde Lady

How does a banking system get sent back to 1999, and how does a water system get used as a weapon, and what happens when both attempts run into the same operating system already in different hands?

A rumor circulated before Memorial Day weekend that all US banks would shut down with no power for the entire holiday. That, as a rumor, was not true. The plan behind it, however, was real.

If the banking systems could be taken offline, the deep state intended to revert all of them to a 1999 Y2K-era baseline. The Y2K adjustments themselves had been made by Marduk at a point when he lost further control of the system, which is why a 1999 baseline was usable as a reset point. Once the systems were back to 1999, a nuclear-powered Omega system would be plugged in to take over global banking from scratch.

The same nuclear infrastructure described at the Nevada Test Site was meant to power that takeover. A banking restore and a portal-powered nuclear feed were two halves of the same operation. They did attempt the system restore to 1999. It did not succeed. The nuclear-powered Omega fallback also cannot succeed, for the same reason the disks cannot fly: the underlying technology does not run on what is being applied to it.

In parallel, the EPA has issued warnings about cyber-attacks on water and sewer infrastructure, with China, Russia, and Iran named as the alleged origins. The historical context the public is not being given is more relevant. The EPA’s water control systems have, for a long time, held the ability to release bacteria, parasites, viruses, and chemical additives into centralized water supplies worldwide. Four payloads, one delivery system, one global reach.

Those systems were tied back to Omega, to the CIA, and to Global Headquarters, which is itself part of the security system under the Order of the Black Sun. As part of the deep state’s plan to burn the United States to the ground during Memorial Day weekend, the SSP intended to activate the water systems and infect the US population.

Around the edges of mainstream coverage, an alternative media voice claiming to be a psychic and a Cicada program member was warning about “zombies walking around the US.” That phrase reads, in the operational language, as a description of the intended virus outcome. The warning was about what the SSP was going to release into the water, not about an unrelated outbreak.

A blonde lady recently took over the operating system. She now controls what goes into the water supply through those infrastructure layers. The viral release plan will not happen. The hope, in time, is to use these same systems positively, to clean the water supply rather than poison it.

That is what the “zombies walking around the US” warning was actually describing. Both attempts failed. A blonde lady took over the operating system, current release plans are off the table, and the EPA itself is not a US government department: it is registered as an NGO in every country of the world and sits inside the Global Headquarters security system under the Order of the Black Sun.
