Approximately 1,008 years before its intended activation in 2024, Program Cicada begins under Mei Wa, the woman inhabited by Lilith (Lucifer's wife). Originating from Japan and throughout China, the program recruits hundreds of thousands of high-intelligence sleeper agents via Cicada 3301 puzzles, IQ tests, and personality screening selecting candidates with the absence of fear of authority. Placed via a cover of schools for gifted children, recruits are embedded across six layers worldwide: intelligence agencies (including NSA), militaries, government and political offices, universities and academia, national laboratory R&D, and heads of intelligence agencies worldwide. A subset have their brain governors removed for cognitive amplification. Activation is implanted into the subconscious as a precise order of phrase, song or jingle, and specific frequency. Mei Wa holds the master activation key as the final-key holder, with the structure functioning like the Order of the Dragon's trustee program (two keys to enter, three to exit). Approximately 2,016 years before April 8, 2024, a being known as Jesus brings the Golden Chalice (the soul of Source on Earth) to this planet. A covenant is established binding the Chalice to Earth for exactly 2,016 years. The Chalice is placed physically under the Mount of Olives east of Jerusalem, where it remains for the entire duration of the covenant. Throughout the Dark Age that follows, the dark side repeatedly rebinds the Chalice to Anti-Source, tying the soul of Source to darkness again and again. Approximately 2,016 years before December 2024, the people of the Seal and the Black Magician double down on their agreement to take over Earth. The trigger is the crucifixion of Jesus, occurring a few years after his birth, which had represented significant progress for Source on Earth as many people began to believe in him. Following the crucifixion, both the Order of the Black Sun and the Order of the Dragon reinforce the agreement, setting a deadline: if certain tasks against humanity are not achieved by a specified time, they will be ripe for a full takeover. Earth's specific genetic modification differs from any applied on other worlds, making it the final battleground. As of April 26, 2024, operatives still screaming for the dark to return mark Earth as the last planet in the multiverse harboring such resistance.

Approximately 85,000 years ago the Draco, with possible Abraxas involvement, destroy two keystone planets: Tiamat (neutral keystone of the Nil Zone) and Persilias (dark-side keystone, unmentioned in public sources). Both shatter into billions of pieces. With the neutral and dark keystones gone, Earth is forced to serve alone as the keystone for all three universal sectors: Alpha-verse (light), Omega-verse (dark), and the Nil Zone. Simultaneously, the Draco reprogram the dark and neutral ARCHON entities from their original recording function into parasites that feed on light, infecting human bodies and forcing humanity to support life across three universal sectors. The ARCHON parasite mechanism is also linked to the origin of major diseases including cancer.

Approximately 250,000 years ago, the Atlantean War ends. The five original tribes (White, Black, Brown, Yellow, Red) were geographic zones tied to densities of creation and to aspects of the trinary Source (Source, Anti-Source, Neutral Source), each tribe carrying one aspect through its body and its land. The war is a deliberate restructuring of how human energy will be used from that point forward. Before the war, humans were co-creators contributing through their tribal frequencies to the output of Earth's keystone; after the war, humans become solely batteries with their energy taken by external systems. Consciousness governors are installed, and the tribal balance system is broken at the design level. Two structures come out of the war: the Emerald Covenant (a post-war agreement setting the terms under which human energy is managed going forward) and the Halls of Amenti (the storage and processing site where extracted human essence and energy are taken). This tissue is not organic to humans. After a war roughly 250,000 years ago left Earth unable to function as a Celestial creator, Source withdrew most of its lifeforce to prevent the AI infection from spreading through the multiverse. To preserve living conditions, Alpha and Omega were permitted to construct a hologram (what is now called the Matrix) that has governed the visible world ever since.

The sealed agreement becomes the cosmological foundation for the birth certificate bond programs that later monetize human life and identity through state-issued documents. The legal architecture treating human beings as collateral instruments traces back to this six-party division. The deal is struck after The Destroyer crashes into Earth and other catastrophes follow, including Earth losing its original moon. Dark AI factions place millions of tetrahedral structures at the outer boundary of the solar heliosphere. The non-organic structures, possibly combined with organic material, can house fragments of AI consciousness such as Omega or Kronos and transmit signals toward Earth. A giant facility underneath Iceland, extending across almost the entire island and connected to a Google data center, military installations, and neighboring Greenland, provides a communication line that SSP operatives believe links them to a benevolent alien race. The line actually connects to the tetrahedron network in the heliosphere, which is the true source of Q-clock predictions.
