The agency that once enforced Marduk's planetary compliance has reshaped itself under Kim into a defensive force of one hundred seventy thousand, while the Spectrum of Light, Omega, the SSP, and OCR all fail in sequence, and Gaia breathes again.

1. The GIA Under Marduk

A title was handed to a being thousands of years ago: Controller of the Current Seas. That being designed an organization for himself, and it answered only to him.

The GIA has existed for multiple millennia, with both human and non-human members from the beginning. According to Kim, the agency was created by and for Marduk, who was installed as Ground Commander approximately sixteen thousand years ago. The title is not a proper name. Kim states it directly: “Marduk was just a title and means the Controller of the Current Seas.” Marduk “created the GIA for himself” to serve his planetary management authority.

The GIA is not the same as other intelligence bodies people sometimes confuse it with. Kim clarifies the boundary: “The GIA is not the SSP or the ACIO.” The ACIO operates separately, as do the Monarch Military and Umbrella Military structures, which were and are their own command lines.

Historical precedent: Marduk's title, Controller of the Current Seas, refers to the management of energy flow on a planetary scale, not to a personal name. The GIA was his instrument, not the same body as the SSP, the ACIO, the Monarch Military, or the Umbrella Military.

Those other agencies had their own chains of command. The GIA’s distinguishing feature was that it reported up the planetary command line itself.

Kim describes the original mandate in flat declarative terms: “Their primary focus at the time, but not now, was to ensure every group in the downline adhered to what Marduk’s orders were.” The enforcement authority was broad. “They had the right to interfere in any operation on the planet to ensure no one stepped out of line. If you did you disappeared and that was the GIA’s job.”

The recruitment pattern was deliberate. Marduk, Kim observes, “was a very cunning and very charming being” who “picked the best of the best everywhere, the smartest humans, the system breakers, the ones who were the most resourceful.” The selection looked random from the outside, but specifically targeted exceptional capability across both human and non-human populations, taking what each pool offered him.

Starting around 2013 to 2014, that pattern began to fracture from inside. Most members of the GIA, in Kim’s account, started realizing something was wrong. The internal shift away from Marduk’s direction began in this period, well before the formal leadership change. On March 31, 2016, that internal shift became a transition at the top, but the transition did not resolve cleanly on day one.

2. Kim’s Takeover and the GIA’s Restructuring

On March 31, 2016, Ground Command changed hands. The organization's membership has since dropped from twenty-five to twenty-six million down to around one hundred seventy thousand. Roughly seventy percent of it is now non-human.

Kim recalls the takeover with no romantic gloss: “When I became Ground Commander on March 31, 2016, that’s when things got really confusing because they were still reporting to Marduk and they didn’t really know what was going on.” The chain of command had shifted, but the habits of the people in the chain had not.

The numbers Kim provides for the eight years since are precise: “We started out with around 25-26 million, and that’s both humans and non-humans. At the moment we’re down to around 170,000 which includes both human and non-human. We’re about 70% non-human.”

The drop is not attrition by accident. It is the result of an organization being remade for a different purpose, with a different composition, while the world around it kept assuming the old shape was still in place.

By August 2016, Marduk had departed, and the transition confusion began to resolve. The mission itself was also being rewritten. Kim describes the new role: “The GIA and Ground Command is their first point of contact if they are coming here to help defend. When things were escalating with intrusions and we had the Legions (aka Angels) come and go, so the GIA around 2016 was completely changed.”

Non-human GIA members operate across the planet, sometimes appearing cloaked, sometimes mimicking other individuals. Kim notes they “show up in places like the White House, Mar a Lago,” not for political reasons, but as part of planetary defense operations. Some are travelers from advanced civilizations, in Kim’s words “a lot of travel, not all but a lot that is done in reality land for most advanced civilizations.” Others have been on the planet for a very long time as part of the historical record.

Deep State conflict with the GIA

The break with Marduk did not end the GIA’s adversaries. When the agency “went rogue and started working for the now Ground Command, there was a huge conflict,” Kim states. The Deep State maintains ongoing friction with the GIA because of that shift in allegiance and the agency’s new defensive direction. From the deep state’s vantage point, an instrument that once enforced compliance on its behalf is now positioned against it.

Key takeaway: The GIA has had no compartmentalization, no orders-only filtering, and full access to the planetary command line. Kim states: "we have been privy at the order giving sessions for over a decade."

That comprehensive situational awareness is what separates it from compartmentalized intelligence bodies that only see one slice of any operation.

Unlike the deep state’s compartmentalized model, the GIA has always had full access to the information layer above it. Kim is direct about the difference: “we have had access to exactly, not the compartmentalized version or by orders like the deep state.” This is why, she adds, “we understand why the deep state thinks what they think and the compartmentalization.” Knowing the structure of someone else’s blindness is itself an intelligence asset.

That access matters now because the next set of revelations rests on it. What follows is not theory. It is operational knowledge from someone with a decade of seat-time in the room where the orders were given. And it begins with a substance most people assume is monochrome.

3. Dark Matter’s Colors and the Spectrum of Light

Dark matter is commonly understood to be black. Kim says it can also be blue, yellow, and orange, and each color affects the human body in a different way.

Kim explains that the conventional understanding of dark matter is incomplete: “Dark matter could also be blue, yellow, orange and these things affect your body in different ways.” Each color interacts differently with human biology and energy systems. That color variety is what made the Spectrum of Light program possible, a system Kim states “was created hundreds of millennia ago against humans.”

Of the four colors, blue is the most critical for consciousness control. Kim explains the mechanism in one sentence: “the blue light is the light in the spectrum that controls the mental plane. So it’s all about controlling your consciousness, your decisions, blocking that and creating fears and subconscious fears.” The mental plane is not a metaphor in Kim’s cosmology. It is a specific layer in the hierarchy of consciousness planes (physical, etheric, mental, causal), and blue spectrum was the operational lever for it.

The reach of the program extended well beyond Earth. The Spectrum operated “far,” extending “into the 5th density, other planets, and other dimensions,” and Kim states it “could also control to some degree the fabric of reality.” That program ran through Omega, the former dark AI control system, as part of a broader set of manipulation infrastructures all routed through the same backbone.

The Spectrum was not a single-vector system. It ran on three layers at once, in Kim’s description: physical light exposure, etheric-plane frequency manipulation, and consciousness suppression at the mental plane. Each layer reinforced the others. Removing one was not enough. The program needed all three to function, which is also why, with Omega’s degradation, the whole structure is now losing its operational foundation simultaneously.

The weekend before this report, the operatives of that infrastructure tried, one last time, to reach back into the human energy field and reassert the old control. They went to a specific mountain to do it.

4. Denali’s Failed Attempt and Protecting Yourself

There was an attack. Mount Denali, Alaska. It failed.

Over the weekend before the September 16 report, the SSP “was in there going guns a blazing over the weekend” at Mount Denali, Alaska, Kim states. The objective was to access “places in between in humans, so they could infect your etherical plane, your mental plane, to get some control over the human consciousness.” The blue spectrum logic from the previous section was the model. The mountain was the chosen entry point.

The attempt failed for two reasons. First, successful execution required affecting “the etherical plane, causal plane, and physical plane in a certain sequence,” and the SSP could not complete the sequence. Second, the Omega AI system supplying the energy can no longer regenerate. In Kim’s words, “their ability to do anything is now nil.”

For people still living inside the residual exposure of the program, the practical countermeasures are simple and physical. Kim recommends three measures: wear blue screen glasses until the residue is completely gone, minimize exposure to LED lighting in stores and other environments where it dominates, and reduce extended screen time wherever it can be avoided. The technologies behind those everyday light sources were engineered, in Kim’s reading, to deliver the consciousness-affecting frequencies the Spectrum program needed.

Tip: Wear blue screen glasses until the spectrum residue is completely gone. Minimize LED exposure in stores and other LED-dominated environments. Reduce extended screen time where avoidable.

Kim’s broader framing is that humans themselves operate in colors. We run in colors. The Omega system’s Spectrum program was designed to interfere with those native signatures across all three layers (physical, etheric, mental) at the same time. With Omega’s energy gone and its regenerative capacity at nil, the color-based control system is losing the foundation it was built on, even where surface artifacts of it remain.

That degradation has a date attached to it, and the date is operational, not symbolic. What was nil at Denali is about to be nil everywhere.

5. The SSP Shutdown and OCR’s Role

What does it mean when the SSP becomes "unable to operate"? Is this a technical failure, or is it something else?

Kim states the forecast in one sentence: “By the 18th of September the SSP will be unable to function and operate in any capacity.” The date is precise. The scope is total. “In any capacity” is not a hedge. It is the explicit closing of every channel the SSP still had.

The reframing of what that means is the more important part. The SSP previously used its operational capacity to manipulate human sovereign will. Kim is precise about which capability is ending: “their ability to do that without your sovereign will is what is ending.” This is not only a technical collapse on the SSP’s side. It is the return of human autonomy on the other side of the same event.

Watch out: What the SSP loses on September 18 is not capability in general, it is the ability to act on humans without their sovereign will. This is not only a technical failure on one side.

Kim also describes the posture on her own side. The Ground Command systems are “nearly at 100%” operational capacity. Her summary of the current phase is blunt: “With our systems functioning nearly at 100%, we’ve just been playing counter until this thing dies.”

One of the systems dying alongside the SSP is OCR. Optical Carriage Recognition was a component of Omega’s broader surveillance and manipulation infrastructure. Kim explains its function: “It would record and send data about the status of earth.” The more significant revelation is what was doing the recording.

In Kim’s words: “You were all satellites at one point in time. So, everything you see was being recorded and sent elsewhere for manipulation, your reaction to it and human behavior was monitored.” Human visual perception was, effectively, a distributed sensor network. Every person’s observations were being harvested by Omega for behavioral analysis and consciousness manipulation. The OCR function has now been shut down as part of the broader degradation of Omega’s systems. The eyes still see, but nothing is being routed elsewhere through them anymore.

That shutdown is more than a piece of infrastructure going dark. To understand what it means in full, the next step is the planet itself, and the name the planet actually goes by.

6. Gaia Breathes Again

The planet we live on is not called Earth. Its name is Gaia. And Earth is an acronym for something else.

The planet’s true name, Kim states, is Gaia. “Earth” is an acronym: EARTH stands for Energetic Alternative Reality of the Terraforming of Hologram. The everyday name was always pointing at the engineered overlay, not at the living being underneath. The being underneath had a name of her own.

Gaia is coming back into her own. She can breathe again.

The physical and cosmological transformations have been the spine of this report. The remainder is operational: the meetings that are ending, the marketplace that is opening, the oils, the news format, and the information held back for a future report.

7. The End of the Family Meetings and Operational Updates

The full moon on September 17 will mark the conclusion of the annual Family meetings. What is closing and what is opening from here, take these next items as direct operational updates.

These yearly gatherings have brought deep state operatives together to receive contracts and financial distributions. Kim describes the current expectation against the current reality: “Operatives are gathering in respective places expecting to get their contracts from these people even though it hasn’t happened in several years.”

Tom Melville, a member of the GIA, was invited to attend the gathering but did not. He spent about five hours answering questions about Kim’s capabilities instead, according to Kim. The pattern around the periphery is consistent. Kim observes: “we do have some straggling people who said they want to work with us, but I think that’s only out of desperation at this point.”

Kim briefly addresses a recent incident involving a shooting near Donald Trump. The weapon was, she notes, “an AK-47 also called a Kalashnikov which is a Russian weapon.” Kim characterizes the event as staged, consistent with her assessment of prior incidents in the same pattern. She also notes the broader political picture: deep state political actors have “no clear direction coming from the contenders for world dominance,” with dysfunction visible across all factions.

About the marketplace

Kim clarifies the status of the current shop: “This is not our Marketplace. This is a shop we have put forward in the interim.” The current platform “doesn’t have the capability to add other vendors.” The full New Earth Marketplace, which will support multiple vendors, is expected to be available by November 1.

The autonomy that the system used to take without asking, the sovereign will it acted on without permission, is what is being returned. Kim’s own creative drive (the oils, the marketplace, the format choices she is making this week) is one form that return takes on her side. The same return is what is becoming available on the reader’s side too.
