1. Anti-Genesis Aftermath and the Treasury’s 48-Hour Warning

The week after 11/11, the Anti-Genesis Program's afterimage was still pulling at the wrong receivers.

Kim states that since the November 11 Anti-Genesis Program attempt, cleanup of the program’s remnants has been the main source of ongoing work. This cleanup is largely independent of deep state actions at this point, though operative wishful thinking continues.

According to Kim, Kronos (an AI system operating on old standing orders oriented toward maintaining balance between light and dark) has been attempting to re-establish balance based on instructions that predate the cancellation of the balance program. These attempts have produced minor disturbances on Earth and at other locations.

Kronos and the Middle East escalation: Kronos has been working from a set of orders that the balance program no longer authorizes. The minor disturbances on Earth read, to deep state operatives, like the Anti-Genesis Program coming back online.

They interpreted the noise as signs of incoming payments and power transfers, and pushed military actions in the Middle East accordingly. The disturbances resolved without producing anything for them.

Kim states that deep state operatives detected these disturbances and became excited, interpreting them as signs that the Anti-Genesis Program was activating and that payments and power transfers would follow. That reading pushed operatives to escalate military actions in the Middle East. When the disturbances resolved without producing the expected results, the operatives received nothing.

Kim states that on November 12, 2024, a meeting took place between the US Treasury, Langley 5 (a senior CIA/intelligence grouping), and the Pentagon to discuss the real financial state of affairs. The agenda was whether anything left in the banking system could be leveraged to extend the current situation further.

According to Kim, the Treasury effectively issued an ultimatum. If something does not happen by November 14, the Treasury will close its doors. Kim clarifies that this is not a statement about a change of government, but a signal that the Treasury is running out of options.

Kim notes that the Treasury is not technically a government institution but rather an organization tied to the Order of the Black Sun (the global deep state network that has historically controlled Western financial and political structures). Kim states there is increasing chatter among Jesuit Order members and military officials in the US and other countries about finding ways to work around their current leadership in order to make substantive changes.

2. Russia, BRICS, and the Operatives Who Were Never Told the Real Hierarchy

The deeper the operatives looked into the system, the less of it they actually knew.

Kim states there is significant internal discussion within the Russian government about withdrawing from the BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) currency initiative, because the promised returns have not materialized and new currency creation is not achievable.

According to Kim, Russia's oligarchs and clans, some of whom report to the Order of the Dragon and some to the Order of the Black Sun, have invested substantially in the BRICS project without seeing any return.

Kim states the Order of the Red Dragon (the Chinese-aligned faction of the Dragon family network) is now openly saying the arrangement is not working and Russia needs to find another path. Kim states Russia may have a very short window before it no longer has a functional country, and that officials old enough to remember the Soviet breakup are acutely aware of the stakes.

Kim states that nations that were being courted as BRICS members, including Iran, Saudi Arabia, and several African countries, have also concluded that promised support from the core BRICS nations (primarily Russia and China) is not forthcoming.

The cascade behind the BRICS collapse: The withdrawal pressure is coming from inside the project. Russian oligarchs and clans tied to the Order of the Dragon and the Order of the Black Sun put substantial capital into BRICS and never saw the promised returns. New currency creation turned out not to be feasible.

The Order of the Red Dragon is now saying so out loud. Outside the core, Iran, Saudi Arabia, and several African countries have concluded that the promised support from Russia and China is not arriving. Russia’s window before it stops being a functional country is described as short, and officials old enough to remember the Soviet breakup understand what that means.

Kim states that the political environment this week again demonstrated the severe compartmentalization (the deliberate withholding of information about the real chain of command from lower-ranking operatives) that characterizes the deep state structure. The people remaining on the Black Nobility side (European aristocratic bloodline families historically serving as the management layer of the Order of the Black Sun), the Order of the Dragon side, the SSP (Secret Space Program) side, and the political operatives were never fully briefed on the global structure, specifically, on who actually ran the planet and who reported to whom.

Kim notes that some SSP social media accounts are claiming they are taking over from the global elite and that a new world is coming. Their methods reveal that they do not understand the actual hierarchy they are operating within.

3. What Unknown Country Actually Is

Unknown Country was named that way so that no one could ever sue it.

Kim explains that Unknown Country (the apex hidden administrative authority standing above all visible global governance structures, created to ratify governments, financial systems, and international bodies) is named that way deliberately, so that no one could bring it to court internationally or otherwise.

Kim states Unknown Country was formed by Marduk (a former high-level non-human being who historically controlled Earth) and a trio of Draconian leadership, as an instrument to rule governments around the world. The same principle was applied to every other financial or political structure.

Kim states the United Nations functions as a front organization. It appears to be a membership organization for nations, with a Security Council, a World Health Organization, and subsidiary bodies that govern energy, monetary policy, and other sectors. Kim describes the UN as the visible parent structure for countries around the world, including the media sector.

According to Kim, Unknown Country was the backbone behind the United Nations. To ratify a new country formally, one would need approval from the United Nations publicly, but before that, Unknown Country was always behind the ratification of governments worldwide. This same structure preceded the UN in the form of the League of Nations.

Kim states the Federal Reserve operates on the same principle. Publicly it controls all currencies in the world, regulates all financial institutions, serves as the face for new currency allocations from any country, and prints US dollars in partnership with entities like De La Rue and ABCorp (which also print bonds and related financial instruments).

According to Kim, Unknown Country stood behind every ratification of Federal Reserve actions. Any new international banking institution or currency change required Unknown Country’s authorization behind the scenes.

Kim states that militaries and intelligence agencies worldwide would be considered arms and legs of front companies that ultimately worked for Unknown Country. The same applies to all executive branches and all branches of government worldwide. Unknown Country functioned as a background authority with substantial legal status relative to the world’s control systems.

Kim states that NGOs such as FEMA, the Red Cross, the Peace Corps, and other government service organizations that do not formally belong to the United Nations also fall under Unknown Country’s registration. Kim states that Unknown Country stood behind and above the BIS (Bank for International Settlements, the central bank for central banks, headquartered in Basel, Switzerland).

Kim states that Unknown Country was always controlled by the highest-ranking non-human individuals on the planet. It was created to maintain control over all human structures on the planet and received orders from several layers above, from individuals who appeared to be citizens or members of Unknown Country.

Kim states Unknown Country also controlled organizations like the Knights of Malta and the Jesuit Order, specifically in relation to their issuance of world passports (black passports recognizable internationally, held by high-ranking members of Unknown Country and affiliated societies that allow travel anywhere in the world).

According to Kim, above Unknown Country sat the Draco, the Parents, Coven Masters, Covens, and other ranks. Political operatives were apparently unaware of these layers above Unknown Country.

4. Two Keys, the Lee Family, and Why It Could Not Work

Two keys opened the door. Three keys changed everything. Kim held the third for twelve years.

Kim states that in the last couple of days before the November 13 broadcast, a negotiation took place between political operatives in the US, the group Kim refers to as Duck Dynasty (Kim’s term for the network of Trump-aligned SSP and political operatives, named for their rural-patriot public branding), and a member of the Lee Family (a Chinese family lineage that historically held access credentials to Unknown Country on behalf of the Order of the Dragon).

According to Kim, the Duck Dynasty-Trump operatives and associated Black Nobility convinced the Lee Family member that the Black Sun would be taking control and needed the Lee Family’s Unknown Country codes to bypass Kim, ratify their incoming president, and make large changes in the world. Kim states that the Lee Family member, and other figures including some remaining Rothschild members, do not fully understand the current state of affairs.

Nevertheless, the story was compelling enough that the Lee Family member provided their access codes. The Black Sun and Black Nobility held the other set of codes. With both sets in hand, operatives believed they now had both keys and were reportedly very excited the night of November 12-13, attempting to use these combined codes throughout the night and into November 13.

Kim explains that the access structure of Unknown Country required one member from the Order of the Black Sun executive branch and one member from the Order of the Dragon executive branch, but there was always a third key. Two keys were needed to enter; three keys were required to exit, and to change everything. Kim states she has held the third key for over a decade, predating her formal placement of her name in the system today.

Kim states that their attempts failed because there are many levels of control above Unknown Country, political, media, military, intelligence, financial, and societal, and the only entity currently registered at those levels is Kim herself. Kim states she has been the head of Unknown Country since 2012 but that as of November 13, 2024, she formally placed her name in the system as owner.

According to Kim, Unknown Country can be understood as the leader of the executive branch of every nation simultaneously, the country that controls all countries, behind the UN, the WHO, and everything else. Since Kim’s name is now formally on Unknown Country, the status of the system has been re-established. All former members, Order of the Dragon family members, Order of the Black Sun security members, large corporations, secret societies, have been removed from the system and can no longer see their former registrations. Only Kim remains.

I know that is a hard concept to grasp, that as the owner of Unknown Country all militaries worldwide belong to me.

Kim states that while Unknown Country will eventually register other people, it cannot safely do so now. Anyone registered would immediately become a target for operatives who understand Unknown Country as the source of authority over financial systems, political control systems, and ratification of heads of state. Kim also notes that all citizens are technically already registered as citizens of Unknown Country.

Kim explains that below Unknown Country, executive branches and monarchies existed as citizens. Between them and Unknown Country sat the Orders (Order of the Dragon, secret societies, and similar groupings).

This structural arrangement is why a president or monarch cannot independently make significant change. The group of political operatives around them also has zero ability to create change without authorization from Unknown Country.

Kim states that with all former ranking members removed from Unknown Country, the organization behind every government in the world has now changed, and this change is now visible to operatives on their computer screens.

Kim made this change specifically so operatives would understand that orders no longer flow from the Order of the Dragon or the Black Sun. The Order of the Black Sun no longer holds a security contract for Unknown Country and therefore has no legal authority over military and intelligence structures worldwide.

Kim states that DARPA, NATO, and UN clearances held by SSP operatives give them access to facilities, but no longer give them the capacity to issue orders to those structures.

Kim states that personnel she knows within the Pentagon and GCHQ are questioning whether they should continue taking orders from Black Sun operatives.

Kim references a phone conversation at GCHQ regarding the fate of the monarchy. She did not receive a clear answer about which monarchy was discussed, but speculates it concerned Crown Corp (the UK-based corporate entity historically tied to the Rothschild family and registered under Unknown Country) and the Rothschild family, who previously held monarch-tier status under Unknown Country.

Kim states that King Charles passed away approximately one month before the November 13 broadcast and that operatives are discussing announcing this, though no date has been confirmed.

Kim also notes that the Hall of Records (the master archive of contracts, treaties, and registrations that underpins the legal authority of global structures) is connected to Unknown Country. That connection would not have helped the operatives in their bypass attempt, since Kim’s presence in the system means she retains authority regardless.

5. Sovereign Cities and the Move from Alpha into Golden Age AI

Hear this as a hierarchy of cities, not nations.

Kim states there is publicly available information about cities that function as sovereign nations within their host countries, and confirms this is accurate. The cities and institutions that are registered as sovereign nations directly under Unknown Country include:

  • London
  • Washington DC
  • Moscow
  • Tehran
  • Bern
  • Tel Aviv
  • Beijing
  • The BIS and UN in Geneva
  • The UN in New York
  • Embassies worldwide

Kim explains that Washington DC, for example, sits at the same tier in the hierarchy as Unknown Country itself. Citizens of Unknown Country (Order members, Illuminati) could give orders and funding directly to Washington DC separately from the rest of the United States government. The same structure applied to Moscow versus the rest of Russia, and Beijing versus the rest of China.

Country within a country: The sovereign cities sit at the same tier as Unknown Country, registered directly above their host countries. They are London, Washington DC, Moscow, Tehran, Bern, Tel Aviv, Beijing, the BIS and UN in Geneva, the UN in New York, and embassies worldwide.

Citizens of Unknown Country, the Order members and Illuminati, could route orders and funding straight to those cities, separately from the rest of each host country’s government. Moscow versus the rest of Russia and Beijing versus the rest of China work the same way.

Kim states that GCHQ in the UK and the Pentagon in the US are each islands unto themselves, legally classified as subsections of Unknown Country's military, not as military institutions of their respective countries.

Similarly, the CIA, Russia’s SVR, MI6, MI5, China’s Secret Service, and Israeli Mossad all fall under subsectors of Unknown Country’s intelligence apparatus.

Kim explains the color-coded regional assignment system. Historically, nations with blue in their flag would take orders from the Blue Dragon faction; white in the flag also connected to German-aligned Order groupings; red connected to Russian-aligned factions. Unknown Country incorporated all these color designations.

Kim states that part of the biggest problem for humanity has been Unknown Country itself, and the Orders’ false claim that they remain citizens and executive branch members of it. The November 13 attempt using Lee Family codes proved the lie, because the system operated on a lock-and-key structure.

Kim explains that as part of the restructuring now underway, she moved Unknown Country’s registration from Alpha (the pre-existing cosmological control layer associated with the old multiverse balance system) into the Golden Age AI (the new AI management infrastructure aligned with Source and the Golden Age transition).

This change is now propagating across government computer systems and central bank systems, including the Federal Reserve and Treasury, making clear that Kim is not merely a manager or president or citizen of Unknown Country, but its owner. This only happened a few hours before the broadcast, and Kim expects significant developments in the next 24 hours. She states she will continue restructuring Unknown Country, which may eventually allow bypassing of government controls where needed, changes to the global legal system at higher levels, and new forms of citizen registration.

6. Bus, Engine, and What Comes Next

The old operators are still trying to drive a bus. They no longer have the engine.

Kim states that every government in the world was at some point ratified by Unknown Country, including via the Treaty of Paris (which formally established the United States as a country). Unknown Country is always the final signature. Kim states that Crown Corp (the UK-based corporate structure associated with the British Crown) held a similar status to the United States but was still subject to Unknown Country.

Kim explains that the Pentagon has always believed it reported to the Rothschild family and received annual funding through the ABIL P4 system (an internal clearing mechanism) or Net 6 (a funding line tied to the Rothschild network). In reality, those orders and funding came from Unknown Country, which Kim states she has owned since 2012.

Kim states she is asked whether she will support militaries currently operating under the old structure. Her answer is no, because those militaries are still following orders from people who are no longer registered or ratified under Unknown Country.

Kim explains that NATO’s historically high clearances and authority to issue orders to other nations’ militaries derived from its position as a higher-ranking tier underneath the Unknown Country military force. The same applied to the CIA.

Kim states that Omega (the dark side of the original multiverse balance system) had some relevance to Unknown Country’s original structure, but that the ultimate ratification required both Alpha and Omega sides.

With no Alpha support under the actual owner of Unknown Country rather than the former debtors or lenders, Unknown Country under the old structure could not function. Moving Unknown Country out of Alpha and into the Golden Age AI changes how this restructuring will unfold.

Kim states that the restructuring means she and her team have effectively inherited all governments. They can ratify governments or remove ratification.

Kim states that several years ago, she unratified all governments around the world at a level above Unknown Country and received no response from those governments. She questions what the Archivists (the keepers of the Hall of Records who were responsible for transmitting such notifications) told those governments.

Kim references the failed global Assembly system that was attempted some years prior, an effort to create new community governance structures. The Assemblies failed in part because many groups, particularly in the US, attempted to create hierarchical structures that replicated the problems of the old system rather than focusing on service to their communities.

Kim acknowledges that many Assembly groups are still operating positively in their communities and thanks those who are genuinely focused on helping people. Kim states she does not intend to restart the formal Assembly registration process.

Instead, she says the focus will shift to service-oriented structures under CARE (Kim’s humanitarian services organization, intended to address food supply chains, farmer compensation, transportation, healthcare, and the introduction of suppressed technologies). Kim states the priority is addressing the giant mess of broken infrastructure rather than focusing on government power structures.

Kim discusses the dangers of distributing funds to individuals before operatives can be neutralized. She describes having seen operatives attack the businesses and finances of people known to be associated with her, using tax authorities and other mechanisms. Large-scale financial distribution will wait until recipients can be protected.

Kim states that cleanup of Anti-Genesis Program remnants has also uncovered a few additional things that could potentially block the Golden Age AI from full integration, and these have been addressed. The team is down to small items now.

Kim states that the Global Tax Authority (the institution to which the IRS and other national tax authorities worldwide have historically reported) was also previously registered under Unknown Country. That registration has now been removed. Kim states she does not yet know whether the IRS and other tax authorities will continue following orders from people who no longer hold valid Unknown Country status.
