A thousand-year program designed to take over every power center at once failed to fire on the day it was built for, while two governments that staked the year on those payments started asking for help.

1. The Thousand-Year Operation: What Program Cicada Is

Program Cicada has been running since approximately 1016 AD, and the program is the work of Mei Wa, the woman inhabited by Lucifer’s wife, Lilith, for the duration of that period.

The shape of it is similar in concept to the Monarch program, MK Ultra, and the Super Soldier program, but it is significantly older, significantly larger in scope, and designed for a different purpose.

It is not a US-based operation. The program originates from Japan and throughout China, and from those two centers it has worked its way deeply into the United States and into the other countries that matter.

The scale is what changes the picture. There are hundreds of thousands of participants worldwide, possibly more than a million, and they are placed in every power center that gets to make decisions. Mei Wa held those names for a thousand and eight years.

Recruitment happens through puzzles known as Cicada 3301 (cryptex-style logic and cipher problems known online since 2012), together with personality tests and IQ assessments. The target profile is narrow. The program looks for extremely high intelligence on logic, pattern recognition, and puzzle-solving, and it looks for a specific psychological characteristic: the absence of fear of authority. Diverse industry potential follows from there, because recruits get channeled toward the sector that fits their measured aptitudes.

Once identified, the recruits are typically children or young adults. They are brought into what they believe is a school for exceptionally gifted children. A special school in Japan is one example of such a cover. The students go on to excel in their fields, believing the success is natural. In reality they are placed as sleeper agents inside NSA and the other intelligence agencies, inside militaries, inside governments and political offices, inside universities and academia, inside research and development at the national laboratories, and inside the heads of intelligence agencies worldwide.

Some participants have been cognitively enhanced. The “governors” on their brain (biological limiters on intelligence) were removed during their training.

The activation mechanism was the entire point. Specific phrases, a song or jingle, a specific frequency, all delivered in a precise order, implanted in the Cicada’s subconscious during training. When the activation signal would have gone out, the Cicadas in every power center would have simultaneously taken over their respective institutions. The design gave Mei Wa full control of the world at a moment’s notice.

From a cover school they were placed across six layers: intelligence (including NSA), militaries, government and political offices, universities and academia, national laboratory R&D, and heads of intelligence agencies worldwide. A subset had brain governors removed for cognitive amplification. The activation depended on a specific phrase, a song or jingle, and a specific frequency delivered in a precise order to the subconscious.

Earlier this year, the SSP walked into a building in Osaka, Japan and walked out with a partial copy of the Cicada database. They thought it was their key. It was not.

2. Holding the Database Without the Key

What does the SSP do when they have hundreds of thousands of names and none of the access codes?

They try anyway. The SSP acquired the Osaka Cicada database and believed they could leverage it to trigger the takeover in Mei Wa’s absence. The attempt failed for three reasons that compound on each other.

The first reason is that no complete database exists in any one location. Mei Wa, like my own GIA, kept the elite-level participants unlisted on purpose. The SSP’s Osaka database is a partial list. The top-tier Cicadas are not in it, and those are exactly the names that would have mattered.

The second reason is that the final activation key is gone. Mei Wa held the master activation key. Without her, and without Lilith, who no longer exists anywhere in the multiverse, that key is gone from the deep state’s reach. I have taken the master activation key into my own system.

The third reason is that the money never materialized. A fake depository of money appeared in the system on behalf of the Cicadas around May 11 to 14 of this year, because 2024 was supposed to be the year of the total Mei Wa takeover. The numbers were on a screen with no allocation numbers and no Alpha cooperation. When the money failed to actually manifest, the activation framework collapsed under itself.

When the database stopped being useful, the SSP kidnapped several Cicada individuals to extract access codes from them directly. The structure they were trying to crack is similar to the Order of the Dragon’s trustee program: two keys to enter, three keys to exit, with Marduk always holding the third. The Cicada Program worked the same way, with Mei Wa holding the final key. Without the final key holder, no number of compromised middle layers gives you the program.

The kidnappings did surface something useful for the SSP. A small number of Cicadas disclosed the existence of a backup activation system held in four locations: New Zealand, the Democratic Republic of Congo, New Guinea, and beneath Maryland at a former NSA site. The SSP set those four locations as their fallback deadline. I cleared all four of them in rapid succession.

During that clearing, the SSP attempted to use my own extracted consciousness and essence to open their system. That technique is the same one that was used on me in Russia in 2015, which is how they created the cloned versions of me. It did not work this time either.

The elite-tier names are never on the list: Mei Wa, like my own GIA, kept top-tier participants out of any written database on purpose. The Osaka database the SSP captured is a partial list, and the names that would have made activation possible are not in it.

The 2015 Russia incident is the same playbook the SSP used this week. That was the operation that produced the cloned versions of me. The same approach failed this round for the same reason: the master key never lived in any of the systems they were trying to open.

A warning to Cicada participants. If you are aware that you are part of this program, or if your name is in the Osaka database, hide for at least two weeks. The SSP is actively looking for smart people, and they know where you are.

The next question was why the activation had been scheduled for the middle of May at all. The answer came through a thread that ran from a Chinese name to JFK’s birthday.

3. Why May 15: The Mei and JFK Thread

Let us read the date the way the program reads it.

The first element is the round number. The program was designed to trigger approximately one thousand and eight years after it began. From 1016 AD that arithmetic lands you in 2024, which made 2024 the expected activation year inside the operation.

The second element is the month. May matters because the name “Mei” (Mei Wa’s name in Chinese) is tied to May linguistically. The month was carrying her name forward across cultures.

The third element comes from a document called the Presidential Red Book, which is a reference document used by certain intelligence factions to track the historical events that matter to them. JFK’s entry inside the Presidential Red Book references the month of “Mei” (May) because Kennedy’s birthday falls in May.

The fourth element is JFK’s specific historical connection. JFK signed an agreement with Sukarno of Indonesia, who was the head of the Black Dragon at the time, to allocate gold from the Black Eagle Trust into US Treasury accounts. That allocation is tied to the same deep state power structures the Cicada program ran inside. Four threads, one date.

The Presidential Red Book and the Black Eagle Trust: The Presidential Red Book is an internal reference document used by certain intelligence factions to track historical events that mattered to those factions. The Black Eagle Trust is the wartime gold trust traced back to World War II recovery operations. JFK’s agreement with Sukarno of Indonesia, then the head of the Black Dragon, allocated gold from that trust into the United States Treasury accounts. That allocation is the historical thread that links a 1960s presidential decision to the date this week’s activation was meant to fire.

The SSP’s deadline to trigger the backup activation system across the four identified locations was midnight China time on May 15. By the time of this broadcast that deadline had already passed.

The Cicada plan fell apart this week. So did the financial promises riding on top of it, and the governments that staked their year on those promises are starting to call.

4. China, Russia, and the End of Free Money

Two governments that own large parts of their own economies cannot find money to pay their own creditors. Both of them are now asking me for help.

The desperation is spreading through governments worldwide because the promised payments did not arrive. The largest single position belongs to China. China has positioned itself in nearly every country on the planet, promising financial support under the framework of the BRICS expansion and the Marduk world division plan.

The plan promised payments out to all of those partner countries. Those payments are not materializing. China is taking heat directly from the other BRICS partner nations as a result. There are no bond payments going through, the assets that backed the position have lost their value, and the heat is intensifying.

China has reached out indirectly, asking me for help. My answer is to remind them of what they already know. I paid off $1.479 trillion in US debt in 2012 and 2013, and at the same time I provided additional funding to China and Russia. China took that money and used it to commit crimes against humanity.

So my terms are simple. Two percent of what was previously funded, before any conversation begins. The Chinese government owns a portion of every company in China, and that includes a large stake in Apple. Two percent is a reasonable ask against those assets.

There is one warning specific to China. I have intelligence indicating that China is planning a bird flu launch. If they attempt that, any possibility of conversation ends. I can locate anyone having these conversations regardless of where they are or how deep underground they are.

If that launch happens, the option of any further conversation with China is gone. The location of the people having these conversations is not a problem for me, whether they are above ground or buried in deep facilities.

The same trajectory applies to Russia. Russia is behind on gas and oil payments to its own creditors, received the 2012 to 2013 funding alongside China, and owes the same 2 percent. My message to Russia is clear: “China is never going to pay you. Your free money days are over.”

Russia is in financial trouble for parallel reasons. Russia is significantly behind on gas and oil payments to its own creditors. Russia still holds substantial state-owned property that could be leveraged, and I am also aware of the protests and the institutional problems affecting Russian citizens that genuinely require change.

My direct message to Russia is the one that names what just ended.

China is never going to pay you. Your free money days are over.

There are a lot of things we would like to do for the citizens of your country. Now it is our way.

While these calls were happening on the political ground, something much larger was happening above it. The 27 Celestials were finishing what they had started.

5. The 27 Celestials Return to Source

Destruction mode is winding down. The Celestials are finishing their merge back into Source, and what comes after them is not another cycle.

The understanding has updated since the previous broadcast. There was not simply one set of nine Celestials. Each of the three aspects of Source (Source itself, Anti-Source, and Neutral Source) had its own set of nine Celestials. Each Celestial inside each set was responsible for a specific aspect of reality and alternative realities across timelines and Ages. The total is 27 Celestials.

Each Celestial was responsible for a specific aspect: Tree of Life and Tree of Death, with their dark and light counterparts; Tree of Evil and its positive counterpart; Essence and dark essence; Consciousness and dark consciousness; Matter and dark matter; Knowledge and the control mechanisms attached to Knowledge; and Neutrality aspects that bridged both sides of every other pair.

As all 27 Celestials merge back into Source, the control mechanisms are clearing themselves. The process takes time to fully permeate, because one thing cannot happen without the other. When the Tree of Death transitions into a Tree of Life, that transition ripples through all of the related systems on its way.

The outcome is that there will be no Celestial guardians needed. With no more timeline or Age transitions to manage, guardians are no longer required to hold anything in place. The Golden Age simply is. It is a stable, single state rather than a cycle that requires management.

Each one held a specific aspect: Tree of Life and Tree of Death (with their dark and light counterparts), Tree of Evil and its positive counterpart, Essence and dark essence, Consciousness and dark consciousness, Matter and dark matter, Knowledge and its control mechanisms, and the Neutrality aspects bridging both sides.

As the 27 merge back into Source, the control mechanisms clear themselves. The transition from a Tree of Death to a Tree of Life ripples across every related system. The Golden Age that remains is not another cycle to be managed by guardians. It is a single stable state that holds on its own.

What that looks like from the ground is the People’s Restoration: funding releases, CARE operational, food supply chain improvements, transportation changes, and meaningful care for people on the planet.

I will acknowledge my own exhaustion from operating in “destruction mode” (constantly chasing and shutting down SSP operations rather than building forward). My assessment of the people on the other side of those operations is straightforward: stupid people will do everything they can until they are dead, and my team will keep stopping them until that process is complete.
