Chapter 4
I am in haste, yet the people will not hear.
If they will not hear, they shall be made to hear.
Everything is already made ready for the Kami;
yet are you not awake?
An age is coming when money shall no longer be needed β
an age of ease.
Enshrine the Kami swiftly.
Without the enshrining, nothing can begin.
In this world there is the back of the front,
and the back of the back.
Because there are those who stand above
and use the name of the Kami for their own ends,
the true power of the Kami does not come forth.
The Great Kami must be enshrined over the land,
and Matsurigoto (the sacred governance) must be performed;
else nothing shall be set right.
The place to enshrine this Kami is the lookout β
the high lookout of Fuji.
Swiftly β enshrine, and spread this revelation throughout the world.
If the word is not spread swiftly, Japan itself may be shattered.
The Kami is in haste.
It will not do for only the upper to be good.
It will not do for only the lower to be good.
When upper and lower are good together β
this is the world of the Kami.
Neither ε nor δΈε β neither Nazi Germany nor Italy β can be relied upon.
The whole world shall become one and bear down upon the land of β (the divine land).
And yet do you think the present way is enough?
If you do not know, then you must ask the Kami,
and Matsurigoto must be performed β can you not yet see this?
The things of this world have been set to unfold
by Kami and man together, in Matsuri
(not festival, but the enshrining-and-binding of their mutual work, each honoring the other).
If man will not hear, the Kami shall begin alone.
For the Kami alone to do the Great Cleansing would be swift β
yet that would grieve the people, and the people themselves must begin again.
Therefore warning is given β yet what are you doing?
Whenever it comes, whatever comes, I shall not be responsible.
The enshrining of the Kami is first. The enshrining of the Kami is all.
Enshrine also Konohana-Sakuya-Hime (the Princess of Blossoming Tree-Flowers).
