The April 2024 Middle East uprising was a deliberate War Package activation off the back of failed oil cartel money laundering at the US Treasury. The SSP believed starting a war would auto-trigger an Alpha system payment under old programming, which I have spent nine years rewriting. When no money came, their backup plan was stated explicitly: kill as many humans as possible until I comply. Meanwhile a Red Book entry under the name John Trumb, identifying Donald Trump's uncle as a Project Paperclip scientist, finally explains the Trump SSP operatives' obsession with that particular ledger. The cartels met on Saturday and, for once, said something sensible.

1. The Middle East unrest is written down somewhere

The April 12-13 escalation in Iran, Iraq, Israel and Lebanon is not improvisation. It is a War Package being run off a standardized playbook, and the specific package selected is the American one.

The trigger was failed oil cartel money laundering at the US Treasury. When the laundering attempt collapsed earlier that week, the Lords of War selected a war package from the shelf the way you would pick a recipe out of a binder. War by the book means there is a finite set of ways to start a conflict, and each one has the steps written down. The US, Russia, China, the UK, Iran, Iraq, and Israel all share these playbooks. That is how every party knows exactly where to position and what role to play before the first shot is fired.

For this round they pulled the American Package. I can identify it by signature. A Christian Lebanese leader was murdered and dumped inside 100% Hezbollah-controlled territory, framing Hezbollah automatically. Situations were engineered in Iraq with the PMF. Hamas leaders were falsely reported dead in regional media to feed the escalation cycle. The operators on the ground were trained under Dick Cheney and George W. Bush, which is the same operator pool that has been running American-flavored false flags for two decades.

Warning: The American Package has a specific signature. The operator kills a person and deposits the body in enemy-controlled territory without a passport, because the body itself becomes the false-flag evidence.

This is the same template used in 9/11, where a passport supposedly survived an event that pulverized everything else. The signature has not changed.

Netanyahu walked the audience through this exact escalation about a decade ago at a UN General Assembly meeting, holding up his now-famous bomb cartoon. That diagram was not improvisation. It was a forward-dated stage cue. As of this report, the Iraqi Prime Minister has been parked in Washington DC waiting to appear on international television with the US President to announce a dinar revaluation, and nothing has happened. He is still waiting. The package is being run, but the financial payoff that was supposed to ride alongside it never arrived. The same book has been open since 1979, which is where the next section starts.

2. The same book, going back to 1979

Two dates anchor this story. 1979 and 2024 are the same book, just different chapters. To see why the oil cartel laundering and the Iran escalation come pre-coupled, you have to read the older entries.

In 1979 Iran partnered with Russia and ran a coup. Ali Khamenei, a member of the Order of the Dragon, was installed in place of Ruhollah Khomeini. The plan involved Iran’s Heidelberg Press: a US dollar printing press used to flood the global market with dollars and crash the US economy, mirroring exactly the strategy the US ran against the Soviet ruble during the Cold War.

Context: Heidelberg Presses are not a uniquely Iranian asset. Identical printing infrastructure sits in China, the Philippines, Iran, Russia, parts of Africa, Brazil, and Venezuela.

The reason the network exists at all is dollar distribution at scale: the US dollar is the global reserve currency, and the dollar supply has to land in many places without going through ordinary banking channels.

The removal of the last Shah and the installation of Khomeini-era leadership was not an organic revolution. The outgoing Shah and the incoming leadership were both members of the Order of the Black Sun and the Pallavicini family. The coup was pre-agreed. Both sides of the supposed regime change came out of the same room.

The current Khamenei and Ali al-Sistani are not the original individuals either. Both have been replaced. I describe them as masked men. The same replacement pattern applies to Biden and Trump in the United States. Recognizing this is the difference between watching the news and reading the book.

Two more facts complete the chain. In 1984 Iran purchased nuclear weapons from Israel. Years later Iran leveraged those weapons to Russia as collateral against a credit line, which is one of the reasons the Russia-Ukraine war reads the way it does on the surface. The other reason is the natural gas deposits sitting under the contested region, which more than one party has decided to fight over rather than negotiate over. The 1979 chapter and the 2024 chapter are the same book. The SSP just kept turning pages and assumed the funding mechanism still worked. It does not.

3. The SSP thought a war would trigger a wire

The strange part is that the SSP genuinely believed starting a war would auto-trigger a payment. Under the old programming of the Alpha system, that was how it worked. They have not noticed I changed the programming.

At 2 AM on Saturday, April 13, my alarm went off. The SSP, which is functionally Cyberlife plus personnel from the US Treasury, Global Headquarters, the US military, and Langley 5, was holding a meeting to discuss how to get me under control and how to gain access to the Red Book. I spent the early morning on the phone with Agent M and contacts in the region.

The premise of their meeting was that they had started the war on schedule and the money should have already come out of the Alpha system. I have been reprogramming the Alpha system since the end of 2015. That is nine years of learning to program a quantum system from a baseline of no prior computer experience. The automated war payment trigger no longer exists in the current build. Starting a war in 2024 does not move money the way starting a war in 1990 moved money.

By Saturday afternoon the SSP convened a second meeting. The line they delivered, verbatim:

Warning: The SSP stated at that meeting that they would like to be in charge of the fall of humankind.

The backup plan, if I do not give them what they want, is to kill as many humans as possible until I comply. This is not an inference. This is the language they used in their own room.

I have definitely been screwed by Langley, the current POTUS, the previous POTUS and the POTUS before that, by the Treasury Dept, the Federal Reserve, the country of China, Russia.

I can list off the countries and agencies I tried to help and not one of them has actually done what they said they were going to do. That is the context inside which they expect me to negotiate. The 2 AM meeting on Saturday raised one detail I had not understood before, and it is the reason the Trump SSP operatives have been pounding on the Red Book door for so long.

4. The Red Book, and the name “John Trumb”

Why have the Trump SSP operatives been so fixated on getting access to one specific ledger? I could not figure it out for the longest time. The answer turned out to be in the spelling.

The Red Book is an account ledger linked to a portal under the Library of Congress. The film National Treasure (2004) used that exact location and the underlying premise that there is something kept there. The film fictionalizes the surface but borrows the geometry. Among the entries in the Red Book is one for the name John Trumb. Deliberately misspelled. The name on the ledger is John Trump: Donald Trump’s uncle, a scientist brought into the United States after the war under Project Paperclip.

Context: The film *National Treasure* (2004) is not the documentary version of this. It is the public-facing dramatization. The geometry under the Library of Congress matches: a portal, a ledger, restricted access.

The film treats the contents as a treasure map. The reality is closer to an account ledger that controls access to a piece of the deep state financial system.

That entry is what the Trump SSP operatives have been trying to reach. The account, in the family name, is potentially a substantial windfall. Until I made the John Trumb / John Trump connection I could not figure out why they were so determined to access that specific ledger over every other thing they could be pursuing. Now I can. The reason was hereditary the whole time.

5. Only the cartels said anything sensible

The cartels held their own meeting on Saturday afternoon. The conclusion they reached is, by a wide margin, the most adult thing said by anyone in deep state circles this round.

We can live with that. We can profit from that and we don't have to do this crap anymore.

The cartels reviewed my offer of new technologies and new ways of living for humanity, did the arithmetic, and decided it was workable. They agreed to wait until Monday, April 15, to let the SSP make good on its promise to deliver money for laundering. That promise was the only thing keeping the cartel side of the room in suspended judgment.

Check: The cartels' "common sense" is not idealism. It is a survival assessment. Their reasoning is that they can keep their profit margins, exit the operations they no longer want to run, and stop putting themselves on the hook for projects that are visibly failing.

For deep state circles, this is the rarest quality on the table.

The SSP, hearing the cartels lean my way, did what the SSP always does. They fabricated intelligence. They fed the downline (Langley, the Pentagon, Iranian and Iraqi groups) a story that the cartels had concluded the elites cannot deliver, so the cartels want to be in charge of humankind, and therefore everyone should join a coordinated effort with the SSP to “save humanity,” free of charge of course. The goal was to frighten the downline into a preemptive move against the cartels, because the SSP knows the cartels actually have working logistics: nuclear submarines available through cartel networks, passports in any country, intelligence-grade capability across borders.

The cartels’ own communications network exposed the lie almost immediately. It is the closest thing to passing notes in study hall I have ever seen, except worldwide and extremely fast. The corrected picture moved through the network before the SSP’s downline had time to act on the fabricated one. I had the same conversation directly with Langley and the Pentagon on Saturday. Both of them now want me to help them out of their position with the cartels. The position they have built for themselves over decades.

My own history with the cartels is largely free of direct negative experience. The only meaningful exception was a Bulgarian biker gang setup arranged by George H.W. Bush, which was corrected quickly. So when the cartels said they could profit from my offer and stop doing this crap, I had no personal reason to refuse the conversation. Monday came and went. No money was delivered. The SSP’s promise failed, the cartels noted it, and the leaning got a little firmer.

6. Cleanup from the eclipse, and other noise

Two other things are worth covering before I close. One is the quantum entanglement cleanup that was due after the eclipse. The other is the assortment of rumors making the rounds, none of which deserve the airtime they are getting.

The cleanup from the April 8 solar eclipse was completed on Saturday, April 13. The unwinding will take time. For a long stretch, dark matter inside human bodies has been manipulated externally. As that external manipulation ends, people regain control of their own dark and light matter. Some of you may notice the loss of chronic pain you had learned to live with, which is one of the more disorienting forms of recovery: when a sensation is no longer there, the question becomes how you function without it. That part takes adjustment.

Tip: The rumors about a rogue military faction controlling the weather are not real. That would require access to the Armageddon program or Storm AI, and neither is accessible. Northrup Grumman's Skunkworks programs, including their Sun Shield, do not have that capacity.

On the US presidential election in November: I am indifferent. It is Hollywood. On Klaus Schwab: he actually died. The CIA mask program is deciding whether to let the death go public.

The cartels’ practical experience moving goods through difficult regions worldwide is a genuine asset for what comes next. If even a portion of that capacity is redirected toward beneficial goods movement, the same infrastructure that has been draining humanity starts serving humanity. The door for that transition is open. Monday’s failed transfer did not slam it shut. It only confirmed that the SSP cannot deliver, and the cartels are still in the room.
