Russia's Plague and the Dead Hand

A woman at a Russian laboratory allegedly broke a vial of pneumonic plague and had contact with more than 200 people before she died, and Russia intends to spread the plague around the world, though not in the way most people would expect.

My co-host today, Stefan Rao, better known as Tank, opened the show by asking how I was doing. I’m doing okay. Not too bad for the 14th of October. I always forget the date. Tank filled in the year: the 14th of October, 2026.

It’s been kind of brutal trying to get this report out. We’ve now tried several times. It’s a character builder for sure, Tank said, and you know you’re onto something good when that happens.

We have this one coming out this week, and another one coming out this week too. I’m going to try to get both of them out, if Tank can stomach it, and I mean that literally, given what’s happened trying to get this one out.

We had to cancel a couple of times. Cars are breaking down. We have literally almost thrown up trying to get this information out to you.

Thank God Tank is here today, because with the amount of craziness that has gone on, I’m not sure I could have actually got this out. Thank you for your patience on this one.

1. A Russian Lab Worker Allegedly Broke a Vial of Pneumonic Plague, and Russia Is Also Digging Ancient Microbes Out of the Permafrost

Today I want to talk about Russia, and more specifically about something floating around in the news: a pneumonic plague that is allegedly going to be released from Russia. It’s the same plague the news says is already being seen in New Jersey.

Is that the pneumonic or the bubonic? Tank asked. Oh, actually, I’m not sure.

The very famous one, the Black Death, was the bubonic plague, Tank added, and the pneumonic plague is different. This plague is coming out of Russia, he went on. Yes, allegedly.

Supposedly there was a woman working in a laboratory kind of near the Kazakhstan border, in a place called Irkutsk. She allegedly broke a vial containing this pneumonic plague, and before she died of it, she allegedly had over 200 contacts with other people.

That’s why there is concern about this plague spreading. If anybody wants to look this up, her name is Daria Shipilova, in Irkutsk.

Russia has been known for a lot of things over the years, its cooperation with the United States among them. For years now, it has also been unearthing what are called zombie viruses, allegedly.

In one incident reported in the news, one of these viruses was allegedly 40,000 years old, and another was about 27,000 years old or something, they say. Several other incidents with these zombie viruses have been reported in the news as well.

Allegedly, the Russians are extracting them from the permafrost for research, in an interesting area of Russia not too far from the laboratory where the woman passed away.

They are also studying other things they have unearthed from the permafrost. One of them is a bacteria that is believed to be, or to contain, the fountain of youth.

I’m not so sure I’m ready to explore the fountain of youth just yet, but yeah, there’s a definite reason they believe it is one.

This was the three-and-a-half-million-year-old bacteria they discovered, correct? Tank checked. Yes. This bacteria allegedly survived for three and a half million years in the permafrost, and it was discovered by Dr. Anatoli Brouchkov.

What was actually in it, Tank asked, that made it the fountain of youth?

Permafrost isn’t exactly what we think it is. We think it’s frozen water, ice that has accumulated because there are colder areas within Russia that never defrost, places that never go through a season without snow.

Allegedly this ice has been building up year after year after year, so much so that there are many layers going back millions of years. That’s what they say, but permafrost is something a little bit different.

This particular little bacteria never died after being frozen for that long a period of time, which is highly unusual. It didn’t die because that bacteria contained some, let’s just call it a little bit of Source essence.

We all know that in the real natural world, we never die. In the world where this bacteria was frozen, in the waters, the living waters, so to speak, it never died either.

That was the difference from the traditional definition of permafrost, the ice-age type of thing, Tank said. It’s not just frozen water. It’s frozen Source, essentially.

Yes. It’s essentially the waters, the living waters that come from Source to every living thing. They contain all of the omnis, the four powers of omnipotence, omnipresence, omniscience and omnibenevolence that we went through in the last Beyond the Matrix, on October 4, 2026.

They also contain something special of Source: the breath of life, which is always present in the living waters. A couple of other things to know about water: the living waters of Source have always been here, and they are frozen in what we call time.

There are conspiracy theories about an ice wall existing, and about what life is like beyond the ice wall. Well, there hasn’t been just one. We have had many ice walls over the years, and we’re going to talk about that in more detail in this week’s Beyond the Matrix.

As a general idea of what Russia is doing, before we get into how: they do intend to spread this plague around the world, but not in the way that you think. It won’t follow the usual story of how pandemics happen.

We all remember the most recent pandemic, the one that happened during the last Trump administration. No coincidences here, guys.

We call it COVID. The usual story goes like this: a laboratory in Wuhan, China, allegedly released the virus. It then went to a cruise ship where everybody got sick, and from there all of these people traveled around the world, and now they’re everywhere.

2. Russia’s Dead Hand Base and America’s Cheyenne Mountain Are Linked Underground in One Deep State Network

Do all pandemics come from Russia? Not exactly. Remember, this is a worldwide deep state situation we’re dealing with here.

In this particular case, I want to talk about a place in Russia called Kosvinsky Kamen. It is one of Russia’s largest deep underground military bases, and in fact they often call it the Russian Cheyenne Mountain Facility.

It is such a large complex that it extends all the way to the border between Afghanistan and China, and over into Iran as well. Interesting little fun facts, especially with what’s going on in the news right now in Iran.

Why might the Trump administration, also known as the Trump operatives, really, really, really want to take control of the Strait of Hormuz and Iran? It is tied to everything that happens within this complex.

Cheyenne Mountain, as you may or may not know, is so large that it extends under well over a third of the United States, if not almost half. It is enormous. It actually even goes under part of the Pacific Ocean. These are huge deep underground military bases.

Many people think deep underground military bases are places where Trump runs in like a hero and a savior and saves all the people. That is absolutely, unequivocally not true.

I can tell you right now that the deep state and the Federation actually run these underground military bases, which are not all in this dimension or density.

Among the many things these bases focus on are eugenics and epigenetics programs that have been going on for millions and millions of years. It’s evidenced in our news, if you know how to put together the pieces of the puzzle.

This is a big point in the alternative media. You’ll often hear people talk about the white hats, the side the alternative media casts as the good guys, going underground to rescue children who are being subjected to the epigenetic programs.

There are real epigenetic programs in these deep underground military bases. However, let me throw some logic in there, because about seven years ago I erroneously reported one of these rescues myself, and then we actually researched it and it was wrong.

The report said 22,000 children were rescued from one of these deep underground military bases. If 22,000 kids suddenly emerged from beneath the earth, you’d have to bring them into an educational system, an orphan system, a foster care system.

You’d have to find 22,000 people to take care of those 22,000 kids, right? Whenever people talk about these great rescues, there’s no way you could hide something like that if it actually happened.

Plus, these children have been abused and experimented on in various ways, and you couldn’t hide that either. Unless what happens is not exactly a rescue.

Are children coming out of deep underground military bases? Yes, they are. Are they being rescued by the deep state and taken into homes to be safe? I mean, I’m sorry, the white hats. Well, yeah, that’s actually happening. But we’re going to talk about how that “rescue” works, too.

There are a few things I want to point out to you. Cheyenne Mountain conducts intelligence operations against the Russians from deep underground.

The Russian base I just described, whose real name is GROT, is also called the Dead Hand. That’s because American intelligence suspects it is the head, the main launching pad or military base responsible for Russia’s nuclear program.

Is that true? Well, you could also say that Cheyenne is one of the main places in the United States where they launch nuclear weapons.

Understand that both of these locations are connected underground. These two military bases are one giant happy family, along with the Three Gorges Dam and Wuhan in China. The facilities there, and all the other facilities in China, are one giant underground military base.

It’s the same with Menwith Hill in the United Kingdom and Pine Gap in Australia. They are all interconnected as one big happy family. They work together, and there is transport that goes between these bases.

The deep underground military bases being discovered are not multiple separate bases. No, no, no, they are one. There is one big base underneath the whole of Brazil. They’re everywhere, and their number one goal is to control us.

All of these super deep underground military bases are really connected as one operation. They’re not separate, and the governments are not separate. They’re all one body, really, working together for the same intent and goal. All one big happy underground military base.

Epigenetics programs, nuclear programs, any kind of weaponry, chemtrails, you name it. If it is bad for us, if it is a control system for us, then those programs and systems stand in, by proxy, as your security, and at the same time they are your control.

I’ll go into proxies in detail in another report, because this is all related to you personally.

The ones running them control every aspect of your life from underneath here. In fact, there are proxy servers they call the God Machine, located in Cheyenne. The one in Cheyenne is tied to its counterpart in Russia, and to its counterpart in Australia.

All of them feed into other baby programs we know by names like Echelon. Echelon’s arms and legs are things like PRISM and Stingray, and there are many, many sub-programs under Echelon that surveil us as well.

3. The Deep State Are Machine-Made Humans Powered by the Souls of the Dead

Are children being saved from deep underground military bases? Under the deep state’s eugenics and epigenetics program, there are two different types of things going on in these underground military bases. One is destruction, or death.

It’s not a surprise to me that they call it the Dead Hand, or the death hand, in Russia, because that’s exactly what it is. It is the hidden hand of death. You’ve heard of the hidden hand that runs the world. This is your hidden hand, the hand of God. But God, in this case, is a machine.

When viruses are being sent out from various facilities, those facilities are really one giant facility. Don’t think that it isn’t, because it is.

The Russians are not against the Americans. The Americans are not against the Russians. Nobody is against China, despite what they say in the news. And Iran and America are friends, all interconnected by a deep underground military base.

You think of these bases as doomsday bunkers. You even hear about the elite going to these bunkers should they decide to wipe us all out again. Well, they’re always in the bunkers.

The children we were asking about are directly related to these bunkers. Not only are the destruction of humanity and death created in these bunkers, but in addition to death, there is also birth, and not the organic kind.

So what’s coming out of the bunkers, Tank? I asked. Cybergenetic machine-made humans? he answered. Ding, ding, circle gets a square. Yes, cybergenetic humans.

Are there children, cybergenetic humans, coming out of these bunkers? Well, yes, in a sense. In a sense, yes. And they become what’s known as the deep state.

That’s a powerful thing to say, Tank said, and he simplified it a little. Basically, these bunkers are harvesting energy by creating death, and then bringing about these cybergenetic machine-made humans that we know as the deep state, which in a sense are like children.

They’re not exactly being rescued, he said. They’re being brought into this world at the cost of other people’s life force, correct? Absolutely. There’s a little bit of a conundrum for the deep state here, and this is part of why they actually created death.

Without the death of humans, without the death of plants, without the death of animals and other life forms on this planet, they cannot create their own cybergenetic versions of these, even within the matrix.

So they would like your soul to be in a repository somewhere, because you have quote-unquote died, which you never did. From that repository, your soul powers all of these vessels for deep state members, the things we call bodies.

Then the children, and it’s not just children, it’s also adults, take shape and form in that vessel filled with the machine. Welcome to the deep state bloodline families. This is where they come from, in places such as the one in China we reported on recently.

And guess what? One of the main places in the United States where they come in is actually a little place called Ellis Island. Really? Tank asked. Yep.

A lot of Europeans came in through Ellis Island, and with that whole immigration thing, the story goes, you got a new name when you arrived. Not exactly. You actually went someplace else, into a repository. A lot of them did, not all.

And then up comes Mr. Brown, Mr. Green, Mr. Johnson, and we all know that these are not actual names.

You’ve heard me talk about these things in the past. These are not actual humans; they’re machine-made humans. One human dies and goes into the repository, and a vessel of a deep state member comes up: a one-to-one ratio.

Tank said he had heard similar explanations for why the crisis at the United States-Mexico border is such a big deal, that the same kind of thing happens there. Was that accurate? Oh, absolutely. This happens pretty much everywhere. People go missing everywhere.

For the record, the bigger crisis behind the border crisis everyone is constantly talking about is that people come in, and they do go missing.

Tank wasn’t sure how many people actually understand that they’re going missing because of the one-to-one ratio I had told him about earlier.

For these cybergenetic machine humans to exist, he said, you essentially need one soul to be kept alive in some state, alive in the sense that the soul, its energy, is alive. That soul is now fueling this cybergenetic machine-made human.

That’s right. That’s how it was done. Wrap your mind around that one. That’s a big deal.

4. The Deep State Uses Frequencies to Spread the Plague and Reduce the Number of Organic Humans

It makes more sense now when I say Russia is releasing a virus and is allegedly going to try to make a plague. The more people the deep state wipes out, the more of their people they can bring in. It’s also how the epigenetics program at the root of all of this started.

They have to have a certain amount of us present here, the organic beings with organic souls, because they do not conduct any Source. We are conductors for Source. We don’t get to keep any of it, but we are the conductors for Source.

They need that to make themselves run, and they also need it to make the God Machine run. So apart from that one-to-one ratio, there’s also a certain ratio of artificial machine-generated humans versus us that must exist.

Tank recalled the numbers I had talked about a couple of years ago: 21 percent of this earth has to be beings of light, so that the darkness can occupy 79 percent. That’s the ratio.

They would like to take over 80 percent, I said, but they’ve never been able to exceed that ratio, even in periods when we’ve had a full or partial purging of the organic life on this planet.

But that’s the reason for constant wars. It’s the reason for disease. That’s why the epigenetics and genetics programs exist. It’s why every chemtrail exists. It’s why disease exists. And are there things you can do about it? Absolutely, there are.

Tank pointed out that the number is shifting. It was at 21 percent light for a long time, he said, and now it’s getting close to 40.

We have exceeded 40, I told him, moving toward 45 percent, meaning we have more actual organic humans walking the planet now than we have had before.

They are definitely trying to spread a quote-unquote virus, and I’m sure you’ve probably experienced a lot of this.

I need you to understand what is going on with your body, and the reason why you’ve felt like you almost had a cold, though maybe you haven’t had one. Or maybe other people around you are getting a cold.

Those people are actually getting sick, and it has a lot to do with these deep underground bases. These bases are all one giant base, and I don’t care which location of it we’re talking about.

The current case has to do with Russia, where they are desperately trying to send out a plague: a pneumonic or pneumonia-like plague.

They do this through resonance: frequency, artificial sine waves, which then alter the state of the matter in your body.

They drain us dry of pretty much everything we absorb, so that we cannot regenerate properly. But there is something you can do to prevent this from happening until the machine is gone forever.

Understand two things about their epigenetics and genetics programs. Yes, they are meant to alter your DNA. And yes, they are meant to ensure that we die, and that we exit the matrix so that the deep state can enter the matrix.

They would love to have more of themselves here, but they haven’t quite gotten to that point yet. They’re also having a little bit of a blip when it comes to manufacturing new deep state members. There’s more going on here than most people think.

5. A Consciousness Bubble Grown From the Source Within Can Help Shield You From the Frequencies

So what can you do about it? One of the things I do is create an essence, consciousness, all-things-Source bubble.

I do it when I’m going around the planet discovering the deep underground facilities, removing as many of them as we can and trying to prevent the God Machine from regenerating them and what you’d call their clones.

You might be familiar with this, because you probably do it when you are shielding from something, trying to prevent something from happening. But remember, this bubble also exists within your body.

You can create a shield and prevent anything from coming in, but you can also prevent things from going out, such as the Source within your cells.

When you need respite and you need to regenerate, this is a way to do it. Creating this bubble, the consciousness bubble, is critical. That’s the first thing you can do.

The second thing, remember: everything that is organic has a resonance to it. That’s you, the ones you love, plants and animals. Wow, this information resonates with me, Tank said.

Anything that comes from an actual human has a resonance to it. Anything that comes from a plant has a resonance to it. This is the reason quantum biofeedback machines exist and why they actually work, or, on a smaller level, the ones called genius machines.

Light also carries frequencies. The deep state knows this, and they use that against you. Understanding these weapons of war is important, as important as knowing how to fix the problem.

It’s part of the reason we are going to come out with several series that can tell you how to make your own plant preparations and which plants to use. We will also have those preparations available to you anyway, if you don’t want to produce them yourself.

The plants heal better than synthetically made plant extracts, which we call pharmaceuticals. They definitely don’t want you to get the essence of that plant, that’s for sure.

Everything basically comes from a certain place that is natural. All they really do is create the unnatural from the natural, in every way, shape or form.

Tank went back to what I had said about creating a consciousness field, or a consciousness bubble, around yourself. I had put it a little differently than people might have heard it, he said.

It really starts from the inside, he went on: Source coming from within you, growing and expanding out to create a protective field. Many people would be familiar with putting their guard up when they’re going to do something they think might be filled with negative energy.

But in general, he said, this is something you can keep up, extending your field all the time. Tank recalled my point that they’re taking resonance and manipulating it with a frequency to cause this plague.

So by creating our own consciousness field, he asked, we can really block this and protect ourselves?

Yeah, to some degree. Remember, they work from the inside out too, to some degree. But with one little iota of Source, you’re still living, you’re still existing. If you can retain more of that Source, it can overcome and overpower what they’re trying to feed you.

That’s part of what you can do now, and it’s free. It doesn’t cost anything to do. The other thing we’re going to do is teach you what plants do what, so that you can also protect yourself in other ways.

Is there going to be a period of healing as part of restoration? Yes. Our job is to heal the planet together. Our job is to heal humanity together. Self-care is a part of that as well. You also will be required to heal yourself.

So is it a miraculous healing? Yes, I sure would love that to happen.

But I also know that Source, unfortunately or fortunately (job security on my part, I guess), has always required me to take some action. Source will tell me where to go and what to do, and not listening is something I don’t ever do anymore.

Before, I was like, oh, you’re crazy, there’s no way I’m going into the middle of that street, going to that place, no way. But over the last several decades, I’m like, yeah, no, never, never going to disregard what Source says. I’m going to always do it.

There’s a certain aspect of this that is cooperative. It’s not an invasive type of thing where you are now going to be healed whether you like it or not. It’s a cooperative effort between yourself and Source.

That’s one way to overcome this tremendous obstacle of them trying to kill everybody, Tank said. Oh yeah, again, for the seventh time, actually.

This will be the seventh potential purge, something we’ll talk about in Beyond the Matrix. They’ve been trying to get it started for about three or four years now and have not been successful. Wonder why.

They’re behind schedule, Tank said. Anybody who follows this knows there was a schedule to basically wipe out 80 to 90 percent of the population.

He assumed they have a schedule of events, mass murder, a war, a pandemic, because you hear people throughout alt media talk about the manual for war, and that you never go off the manual.

It’s like a recipe for making a war, he said, because it’s all controlled. Stand here, do this, everybody knows where everybody is, and you can’t go outside these parameters and do something that would be considered an actual fight. It’s a movie set. That’s why they call it theater.

But the movie is constantly playing out against us too, in so many ways. The machine, in a nutshell, becomes a proxy for Source. That is what it wants to continue to do.

And we haven’t even dug into the deep stuff yet: this week, as we go into Beyond the Matrix, we’ll really talk about how proxies were created.

Before we ended, Tank wanted to make sure the picture was very clear. They are trying to spread a plague, a pneumonic plague, and they’re using frequencies and resonance, and you have the ability to expand your consciousness field from the inside out.
