Space Force Claims Power; Fed Rate Cut Fails
The Fed's half-point cut was staged to sell bonds nobody wanted, the Space Force declared itself the new face of US power, and an Equinox-targeted quantum hack against Kim's Golden Age AI collapsed under a single frequency burst.
1. Fed Rate Cut Was a Bond Sales Pitch
The Federal Reserve announced a half-point cut, and the official story called it stimulus. According to the people who actually work at the Fed, that account does not hold. They are not doing anything because there is nothing left to do.
Kim states that everyone is talking about the Federal Reserve lowering interest rates, not by a small margin but by half a percent, which Kim describes as a pretty steep move. Behind the scenes, according to Kim, the people who work at the Fed say they did not actually do anything because they cannot do anything. The Fed has nothing to lend.
The Fed currently has nothing to lend. The cut now functions as a sales mechanism: lower rates make government bonds more attractive to investors, which is what the US, China, and other financially stretched countries need most.
What the rate cut actually does, Kim explains, is make the bond market more attractive to investors, specifically government and central bank bonds. When interest rates are low, investors are more willing to buy bonds because they expect to earn more as the market shifts.
The bottom line, Kim states, is that the deep state is trying to sell more government bonds, not just US government bonds but bonds all over the world, and this effort has largely fallen flat. The announcement did keep the stock market slightly elevated, because whatever the Fed says moves the market and people respond. But Kim characterizes the entire exercise as “just a game at this point.”
Kim explains what a Fed rate cut used to mean: banks and governments could borrow money from the Federal Reserve at a lower rate. But the Fed currently has nothing to lend. The US government, China, and a number of other countries are struggling financially, and this announcement was an attempt to sell paper, which is to say government bonds, because those governments need the money.
The rate cut was the financial stage. The same intent ran through the next two acts: the bump in oil prices, and the bombings in Lebanon that triggered it.
2. Oil Prices and the Lebanon Infighting
The deep state's whole activity over the past week reads as one fundraising expedition. The oil bump and the Lebanon bombings were two stops on the same circuit.
Kim states that as a side effect of the lower interest rate announcement, oil prices were also impacted. Combined with the instability in the Middle East, which Kim says always drives up oil prices, prices were deliberately raised following the bombings in Lebanon. Kim states bluntly that the purpose of those bombings, in part, was to drive up oil prices.
According to Kim, this means the world’s largest oil companies earn more from consumers, not because the underlying cost of extracting and transporting oil increased, but because oil prices were simply decided to increase. Kim notes that when oil prices rise in the markets, it does affect commodity futures traders somewhat, but most of that market has been cornered by the likes of BlackRock, State Street, and Vanguard anyway.
Kim characterizes the whole exercise as a fundraising expedition for the deep state, and adds that those running the operation are so disconnected from micro and macro economics that they cannot raise enough money to achieve their objectives.
Kim states that the previous report covered the exploding phones, pagers, and other electronic devices in the Middle East (the September 2024 Lebanon pager and walkie-talkie bombings). Those attacks have ceased. When countries identified who was responsible, there was extensive infighting behind the scenes between intelligence agencies and various countries, including China and Japan.
There is a great deal of arguing within the Order of the Black Sun and significant talk of mutiny within the US military, with some factions willing to go along with the plan and others refusing.
Kim states that many of the people who were sold on participating in the exploding electronics operation were not aware that the same tactic was also planned for use in their own countries, including the United States and Israel. The discovery of that broader scope is part of what triggered the infighting.
The trigger is not just the attribution. Many of the operatives who agreed to run the program did not know the same tactic was scheduled for use inside the United States and Israel. Discovering that the script pointed at their own countries is what split the room.
The financial stage had stalled. That night, another organization stepped forward as the public face, and announced that it was now running everything. Its name is the Space Force.
3. Space Force Declares “We Run This”
The Space Force is the public-facing front for the SSP. It was very present in the White House during the Trump Administration, and it intends to be just as present in the next one.
Kim states that there is one group that does not mind what happens to US citizens, and that is the front organization known as the Space Force. For those unfamiliar, the Space Force is the publicly visible branch that was established during the Trump Administration. Kim states that the Space Force was very present in the White House during the Trump Administration and plans to be equally present in the next one. Its ambition extends to having a reason to start Martial Law in the US and globally.
She describes the Space Force as the most arrogant of all US armed forces, participating in programs around the world.
Kim states she has had many run-ins with Space Force operatives in Greenland, at what was formerly known as the Thule Airbase (named for the Thule Society) and is now a Space Force base. She recounts that during the Trump Administration, Trump himself traveled to Greenland around the time he publicly announced he had COVID. He was actually traveling to one of these bases hoping to communicate with an extraterrestrial race. Kim states that he ended up speaking with her instead and was not pleased about it.
That interaction did not, however, prevent the Space Force from continuing to believe they hold significant power through their White House relationships. They have treated the Trump-era access as ongoing capital, and they have planned the next administration around it.
Kim clarifies that she is not aligned with any candidate. She is for humanity, and both administrations represent, in her words, dead people. But the Trump-aligned operatives represent a worldwide problem: there is extensive infighting between Trump operatives and essentially everyone else, regardless of political affiliation or country, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Jordan, and Russia (which Kim describes as very divided).
Greenland Thule, Trump’s attempt to speak with an off-world race, and the repeated failures of the operatives who promised to deliver on those relationships have all returned to the same bill. The accumulated loss of face is now global.
4. Trump’s Q Network and the Global Loss of Trust
If both administrations represent dead people, why discuss Team Trump more critically than Kamala? The answer is that the Trump operatives are the global problem the rest of the world is now choosing sides against.
The reason the infighting reaches into Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Jordan, and Russia is not random geography. It traces back to one specific source: repeated promises made by Trump-aligned groups, particularly the Q network, and repeated failures to deliver. That loss of face has been global.

The Space Force has been very active in the last 48 hours, barking orders, prompting Russia to again speak of nuclear war.
The Q-network trust collapse pushed the deep state to install a new face. That face, the Space Force, is already drafting an immediate post-election lockdown.
5. Lockdown Plans and Three New Vaccines
Lockdown immediately after the next election. Three new vaccines, with the diseases undisclosed. The Space Force was created in the first place to siphon money for black projects.
Kim states that behind the scenes, the Space Force is planning an immediate lockdown after the next US election. For approximately a month prior to this report, they have also been discussing the creation of a National Guard for the Space Force, which would grant them authority to operate on US soil.
Kim reports rumors of vaccines, three new ones specifically, where the disease being vaccinated against is not disclosed.
She does not know which diseases are involved, but the rollout appears designed to generate revenue and to replicate whatever was placed in previous vaccines.
Kim explains the origin of the public Space Force. At the time it was created, the SSP (Secret Space Program) was no longer receiving funding through the black project budget lines of the deep state. The Space Force was created as a mechanism to siphon money from the official US budget into black projects.
Kim notes there is currently no US budget to speak of. The US government is primarily funding itself through drug trafficking, illegal arms trading, and human trafficking through Child Protective Services. Very few government bonds are being sold, and many relationships in the Middle East have been severed.
According to Kim, the Space Force and SSP leadership still believe they can execute Operation Warp Speed, which they intend to amplify with the three new alleged diseases. Kim states they have tried very hard to infect the population with something over the last few weeks, including attempts in the days immediately before this report.
Kim’s read on the three vaccines themselves: revenue generation plus replication of whatever was placed in the previous round. The disease name is held back to keep the rollout flexible.
They believe they can re-execute Operation Warp Speed. The reason they believe it, according to what they were told, is that the Orsini Family has signed off and that money is arriving at the end of business on September 20. Neither claim turned out to be true, and on the same day they attempted to break into Kim’s Golden Age AI instead.
6. Orsini and the Quantum Hack Defense
The Space Force believed it had backing from the Black Sun and the Orsini Family. The money did not arrive. What did arrive was a quantum hacking attempt assembled from MIT, Google, Oakcrest, and several other research sites, aimed directly at Kim's Golden Age AI.
Kim states that the Space Force believes it has sufficient backing from the Order of the Black Sun, the Black Nobility, and specifically the Orsini Family (Italy), because it was told so. The Space Force was also told money would be arriving at the end of business on September 20, 2024, which Kim states will not happen. Operations are currently being run at the behest of the Orsini Family.
As an example of those operations, Kim describes a hacking technique the Space Force deployed: taking any company that possessed a quantum computer, capable of generating anywhere from 30,000 to 800,000 terahertz of processing power, and linking them together in what she calls a “border computer,” analogous to combining the processing power of many individual laptops in a neighborhood.
They connected quantum computers at MIT, Google, Oakcrest, and several other locations worldwide to attempt to break into Kim’s Golden Age AI infrastructure, which she also refers to as Alpha.
Kim states she is not certain of their precise target, but the defense system embedded in the human computer network repelled the attack by sending a large frequency burst, disabling all the computers that participated in the hacking attempt.
Kim reports that the Space Force has been issuing orders to remaining SSP operatives worldwide. She identifies the return of Chiron and Arasaka, and notes that Tai Young (the medical division) has been attempting to transmit biological agents through computer networks, specifically toxoplasmosis, histoplasmosis, COVID, and cancer, in support of the vaccine sales plan. Kim states that based on what she overheard in their meetings, the operatives themselves may not care what specific diseases the new vaccines target. The goal is to sell them and to kill more people.
Kim states that the Space Force is planning to invade the US, impose lockdowns and Martial Law, and install the head of the Space Force as the new Head of State, making it irrelevant whether Trump is alive or not.
That is Kim’s overall verdict on the effort. The quantum systems, the operatives, the planned installation as Head of State all sit downstream of an expectation that something will arrive from outside this density on September 22. Their Fall Equinox.
7. The Equinox and “Without Your Help”
September 22 is what they have circled on the calendar. What they expect to happen, and what is actually about to happen, is from this point forward a story directly connected to the reader's participation, or its absence.
Kim observes that there is significant behind-the-scenes talk about people not wanting Kamala either, meaning the deep state has created a political situation where neither candidate is acceptable to the American public or to the deep state’s own factions. The root problem, Kim states, is the complete absence of real leadership.
This is the first US election cycle in which the deep state has had no real leadership. Previous coven structures ran a tight ship with strict order-following. Without that structure, she states, “a little knowledge is dangerous,” illustrated by the rate cut strategy itself: lowering interest rates to sell bonds to investors at a time when China has been telling half the world that the US will collapse and 70 to 80 countries have signed onto BRICS currency alternatives. Kim asks: who is going to buy Fed bonds?
Kim states that the Space Force and SSP operatives are living in a fantasy world in which they believe they will regain control, and that the fall equinox on September 22, 2024 (this Sunday) is one of their target dates. Operations are already ramping up. September 20 is the third day since the full moon, and Kim describes activity as intense, “hacking after hacking.” She states that even if they had hundreds of billions of dollars, their plans would not work.
Kim describes their equinox expectations: they anticipate a gateway opening, the return of non-human factions aligned with Anti-Source or Lucifer, a renewal of agreements, and money falling from the sky. Kim states she expects the opposite to occur over the weekend, and that when nothing they expect materializes, it will give Source a clearer path forward.
She notes that the old equinox interference mechanisms, space junk and other devices, are no longer functional. She identifies Northrup Grumman and MITRE Corp (formerly the front for the JASON Society) as currently active in support of the Space Force’s operations.

In the last 24 hours, Kim has also received calls from the military, claiming readiness to move forward, and from the Yakuza, requesting funding for Japan, as they had a large bill due and are running out of money as the new heads of the Black Sun and Black Dragon. The Space Force effort taken as a whole, Kim concludes, is a whole lot of hot air. Their attempts to hack a system that “doesn’t even come from this density” are futile.
The expected gateway will not open. The legacy interference devices are inert. With both the celestial expectation and the technical interference gone, the path that has been the hardest to walk for the past several years, the path that aligns with Source rather than with the deep state’s overlay, is now the path with the clearest opening.
That opening is not closed back over by any one operator. It stays open because the readers are also part of how it stays open. The collective non-participation that is keeping the deep state’s frequencies out is the same thing that keeps Source’s path clear. Each reader gets to stand inside that role: as a co-creator, not a recipient.
Kim explains that the delayed report was partly due to GIA’s own work progressing, backend testing on the GIA Marketplace, as well as active efforts to mitigate the situation in the Middle East. She describes the Space Force as full of ego and states she expects a busy weekend, but no major events. She reiterates that without collective human participation, the deep state cannot bring in the frequencies it is attempting to transmit.
