Kim casts her vote for Jill Stein on November 2 and refuses to fund any operative group. Trump operatives debate four contested-election scenarios while a Middle East war is staged for November 6 to 7. Behind the scenes, the hologram comes down inch by inch.

1. Kim voted for Jill Stein on Saturday

On Saturday morning, November 2, Kim cast her vote on the master political ratification line. The name on the ballot was Jill Stein.

The ratification system requires a candidate who is actually on the ballot. By November 2, the Green Party was on the ballot in most states, with a few remaining pending signature collection. That made a Stein outcome procedurally viable.

What the master political ratification line is: The process through which Kim's side of the authority structure recognizes a ratified head of state. Only a vote cast through this line produces a ratified head of state on Kim's side.

The line is bounded by the actual ballot. Only candidates who are formally on the ballot can be ratified through it. The Stein vote on November 2 sits inside that constraint.

Kim’s reasoning starts from a simple distinction. Stein is a player who does not have operative control, and Stein is the outlier. In Kim’s words: “This is about a player that doesn’t have operative control and secondly, is the outlier. If they did decide to adhere to the political line then it would be someone that would be believable to the American people.”

Stylized horizontal composition of a regular grid of ballot sheets receding into shadow, with one single sheet in the center offset and lifted into a soft, isolated pool of light, marking the outlier position outside the operative grid
The grid is the operative field. The single offset sheet is the position outside that field. Stein sits at that offset on November 2.
This is about a player who does not have operative control and is the outlier. If they did decide to adhere to the political line, it would be someone the American people could find believable.

The comparison set behind that judgment is short. There are the Rothschilds, whom Kim describes as Kamala Harris’s backers, and the Kamala operative network sitting behind them. There are the Trump operatives and the Order of the Black Sun, a deep state faction aligned with the old dark age hierarchy. Both routes hand control to operative networks that already failed to perform once. Stein, by sitting outside both grids, opens a route that the ratification line can recognize without writing the same bill again.

Kim closes the rationale on a single-sentence standard: “Sometimes it’s not about what everybody wants but is it a believable decision.” The judgment criterion is not preference. It is whether the outcome can be believed by the people who have to live with it.

2. Governments have only days of budget left

China is described as just gone. Russia is described as close behind. The US federal government's runway is measured in days, not weeks. The cash crisis has cascaded.

Many parties have been reaching out to the Office of the Guardian, the administrative office through which Kim manages planetary-level financial and governance authority, trying to determine what can be done as budgets in multiple major governments approach exhaustion. The inquiries are arriving at a pace that signals how thin the situation has become.

Office of the Guardian inquiries are stacking up: The administrative office through which Kim manages planetary-level financial and governance authority is fielding inquiries from multiple governments simultaneously.

The volume tells the story. Governments do not contact the Office of the Guardian when their domestic budget is healthy. They contact it when the runway has shortened to days.

China is described as “just gone.” Very little budget remains, despite the Chinese government owning a large portion of most domestic corporations and despite receiving effectively free oil from Iran on credit with promises of future payment. The oil arrives. The corporate ownership remains. The cash does not.

Vertical composition of three thin paper sheets, each suggesting a different national flag through muted color and weight, dissolving downward as paper fragments against a deep indigo backdrop, with the final fragment landing as a single curled bill
The cash exhaustion is not local. It runs in parallel across China, Russia, and the United States. The thin sheets are the runway and the runway is days.

Russia is described as close behind China. Heavy spending on the Ukraine war drained Russian reserves. International sanctions then routed Russian oil and gas to black markets at deep discounts. The on-ledger trade that once produced predictable revenue is no longer running.

Kim states: "There is no market trading against oil or off ledger trading against oil anymore." The cascade reached the foundational layer of energy revenue, and Russia followed China onto the same compressed runway.

Russian oligarchs recently funded the BRICS meetings and numerous trade deals with African nations, taking on the role of the face of BRICS as China’s credibility declined due to non-performance on its commitments. The role has shifted. The funding source has not changed the underlying math.

Behind the scenes, there is significant discussion that no BRICS currency is actually possible. The promised BRICS currency, which operatives pledged would materialize within sixty days, is not expected to appear within that timeframe. The pledge sat on a cash base that no longer exists.

3. A Middle East war is staged for November 6 to 7

Kim normally does not discuss elections. The stakes in November 2024 extend far beyond a domestic leadership change, and seven Middle Eastern countries are waiting on promises tied to a war that is supposed to launch within days.

Extensive promises are being made to nearly every Middle Eastern country: Iran, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Jordan, Israel, the Gaza Strip, and Iraq. The promises are structured around five pillars: full US government backing for a regional war, enormous financial funding to accompany those promises, pipeline deals and favorable positioning in terms of which nation controls regional leadership, currency revaluations, and decades-old commitments held particularly to Iran.

Kim states the actual content delivered to those parties verbatim: “What they are being told is there will be a war in the Middle East, the US Government will be 100% behind it, there will be an enormous amount of funding that will come along with these promises for pipelines, and rearranging of pole position in the Middle East in terms of which nation will be in charge.”

The war is timed to launch possibly on November 6, and definitely between November 6 and 7, depending on the US election result. Millions of lives are at stake based on which way the selection goes.

Stylized horizontal composition of a regional map suggesting the Middle East rendered in muted indigo, with the layered shadows of multiple fighter jets and cargo planes repositioning along an arcing sky pattern overhead, and a single cancelled flight ribbon crossing the upper register
Fighter jets and cargo planes are already repositioned across the region. The cancelled flight ribbon overhead is Delta's withdrawal from Ben Gurion through 2025.

The operative logic in the Middle East is simple. Money talks and the lack of it walks. Political operatives throughout the region are privately stating that if no results materialize by the end of January or early February 2025, they will no longer work with the current regimes.

When Kim says “regimes,” she does not mean heads of state. She means the Pallavicini Family, a Black Nobility bloodline rooted in old European hierarchies, plus the SSP American cowboy contingent she calls Duck Dynasty, which is the informal name for Trump’s inner circle of operatives. Other parties have been leading since higher-level leadership was removed. The walk-away threat sits at that operational tier.

What Kim means by "regimes": Not heads of state. The Pallavicini Family (a Black Nobility bloodline), the SSP American cowboy contingent (Duck Dynasty, Trump's inner circle of operatives), and the parties who have stepped into operational leadership since higher-level leadership was removed.

The Jan-Feb 2025 walk-away threat is aimed at this operational tier. The heads of state will outlast the timeline. The operatives behind them may not.

Fighter jets and cargo planes have been repositioned all over the region in preparation for the election result. The hardware is in place. The decision about whether to use it is not.

The second axis behind the election is the global financial system. Control of that system is directly at stake, and the factions competing for it are not few. Global Headquarters, Langley 5, political operatives, SSP operatives, and the Order of the Dragon and Black Sun are all competing for that single layer.

Kim’s read of the situation is categorical: “And without financial system control they control nothing and they know it.” These groups could potentially use their weapons contacts in the Middle East to buy time, but only “possibly.” The fallback is hedged, and the core problem stands.

4. Four scenarios the Trump operatives are debating

If there is no money behind the promises, what are the operatives actually debating? The Duck Dynasty Trump operative groups have been working on a strategy of "faking it until they make it," and four scenarios are on the table.

The four scenarios below sit inside that strategy. Each one is an attempt to reach control before the cash situation forces a different outcome.

Duck Dynasty: The informal name Kim uses for Trump's inner circle of operatives, also referenced as the SSP American cowboy contingent.

The name carries an edge. It is Kim’s vernacular characterization of the execution style of that group, not a neutral label. Duck Dynasty appears repeatedly across the November reports as the operating term for the Trump-aligned operative tier.

The first scenario being discussed is that Trump wins but the election is immediately contested, dragging proceedings out for another one to two weeks. Potential anchor dates floated include November 11 or November 22. The goal is to use that delay window to gain system control and then announce Trump as the confirmed winner at the end of the window.

The financial stakes for this group’s supporters are concrete. Corporations feeding the military-industrial complex (gun manufacturers, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and others) have been promised multi-trillions of dollars in contracts contingent on a major conflict occurring. In Kim’s words: “A lot of them are what you would call corporations that fund and feed the military industrial complex.” The contract paper exists. The conflict that triggers the paper does not yet exist.

The second scenario on the table is inciting a civil war in the United States. A civil war would trigger martial law, which would theoretically give Trump operatives control of the military. The path looks clean on paper. The execution does not.

Kim identifies two major problems with this scenario. The first is that it requires paying the military-industrial complex, the Pentagon, and the National Guard, all of which are extremely expensive. The second is that a civil war during the holiday season would devastate corporate revenues. Kim states: “Consumers are not going to buy goods if there is a civil war during the holiday season.” Airlines, Walmart, large manufacturers like 3M, and the broader corporate-industrial complex would all suffer simultaneously.

Treasury contacts have been reaching out seeking government funding, and Kim has been declining. Her position on Duck Dynasty is on the record. “I will not get involved with the cray-cray behind the scenes. I don’t trust those operatives. They did nothing they said they would do during the first Trump administration and it definitely doesn’t look any better in this one.”

After the debt call hit at the end of the prior week, essentially all operative-aligned parties are “scraping the bottom of the barrel.” The pool of available cash has been compressed against a deadline that is days away.

All weekend, Trump operative groups discussed four possible outcomes, and the analysis changed constantly. The four are laid out below.

Vertical composition of four thin paths fading into a grayscale fog, each path heading in a slightly different direction with no visible destination, suggesting four unfunded futures running in parallel against a muted indigo backdrop
Four paths into the fog. None of them have funding behind them, and the analysis is changing as the weekend runs out.

The first outcome is the clean one for the operatives. Trump wins, the promises are fulfilled, and the bill comes due all at once. That bill requires delivering 247% profits on Middle Eastern pipelines, trillions of dollars in contracts or other currency payments to the entire military-industrial complex worldwide, and fulfilling all outstanding commitments. Delta Airlines has already cancelled all flights to Ben Gurion Airport in Israel through 2025 in apparent preparation. The question of who finances that bill remains open. No one has ever paid for the flights cancelled during the pandemic either.

The second outcome is the cosmological detour. Trump wins but the result is contested while operatives search for another opportunity. An astronomical alignment, a solstice, a full moon, a new moon, or a planetary alignment with Uranus might open a gateway and allow them to gather enough resources to fulfill their promises.

The historical context for this scenario is older than the current administration. The plan to decimate the Middle East dates to the era of Dick Cheney. It was not written by humans but passed down the ranks with promised funding of $14 trillion. That contract has now expired with no funding remaining behind it. The operatives running the plan today inherited the playbook and lost the budget.

The third outcome is a Kamala win and a quiet abandonment of all the promises. Behind Kamala Harris there is less operative infrastructure for the kinds of global promises the Duck Dynasty group has made. Kim describes the Kamala operative network as “the underdog” in this situation. Duck Dynasty has been driving chaos by attempting to take control.

The fourth outcome is a Jill Stein win. Operatives have been approaching Stein with offers of funding and support conditional on her accepting handlers who would control her on behalf of undisclosed funders. Stein “adamantly declined any handlers or deep state or operative control systems.”

Government officials at the Treasury Department, and department heads who know Stein would be a formally ratified president, are viewing her potential win favorably. In their words: “To them it means the US would actually survive and wouldn’t be scraping and wouldn’t be dependent on a new moon, a full moon, or an alignment with Uranus or any other planet for that matter.”

Kim closes the fourth scenario with a warning aimed at any faction considering a more drastic option against Stein, a JFK-style assassination. “You have lost your ever lovin minds and that’s not going to work out.”

If you are considering a JFK-style choice against Stein, you have lost your ever lovin minds. That is not going to work out.

5. Why the deep state cannot decide

The hologram's last remnants are coming down. The descent is not automatic. The reason the deep state cannot decide is sitting in that same fact.

As of November 4, no decision has been made among the Trump operative groups, an almost unprecedented situation. These selections are normally decided months or years in advance. The Trump and Duck Dynasty group had predicted money flows arriving on Sunday and Monday and an alien invasion event. Neither occurred. They also predicted a gateway would open per their Q clock calendar, which is the SSP-aligned calendar used to predict gateway opening dates. The gateway did not open.

Kim describes the operative-side observation directly: “They were expecting an alien invasion. They thought they miscalculated and it would then happen on Saturday. But that did not happen and no gateway opened today like they said on their Q clock.”

While the operatives flounder, significant work is occurring behind the scenes to remove the last remnants of the hologram, the energetic overlay system that has kept humanity locked in a lower-frequency reality, along with other legacy systems. The work is not automatic.

Kim states what the work actually costs: “They don’t just miraculously go down. That’s one thing I think that may be misunderstood by many. They don’t just all of sudden fall and there goes the hologram. Some days this is taking 10-18 hours a day if not more on my part and some other people’s parts as we’re all working diligently to remove space junk to ensure these things don’t happen.”

Stylized horizontal composition of an abstracted car engine cross-section with the battery, starter, and alternator drawn as faint outlines indicating they have been removed, leaving the engine compartment as a hollow chamber, while alongside it the last fragments of a translucent hologram dissolve quietly against a deep indigo backdrop
The engine has the battery, the starter, and the alternator removed. Alongside it, the last fragments of the hologram are dissolving. Both events are running on the same removal layer.

When operatives attempt to open gateways, the observation pattern matches a car with a dead battery. There is noise and activity, but no actual start. Kim quantifies it: “We see 1/10th of space junk required to start up a gateway or open something up. And because of that, there has been no real starting, no real gateway, no reclaiming of omega systems, so no real access.”

Operatives appeared to obtain something over the weekend that excited them. Kim believes it may be old Abraxas system codes, the access codes from a pre-existing ancient system, or archives found in physical storage. The codes were not obtained directly from the alien civilization that created them.

The codes are specifically designed not to allow human access. They are designed to kill any human who attempts to use them if their energetic profile does not match the required level. In Kim’s words: “Their DNA is activated, and by DNA I use that term very loosely. They know the amount of essence and other things within that human does not match the human trying to access it.”

Abraxas system codes: Access codes from a pre-existing ancient system, gated by DNA and essence requirements. Unauthorized access is not just blocked, it is fatal.

Kim’s “by DNA I use that term very loosely” caveat is the key qualifier. The gating is not biological DNA in the everyday sense. It is energetic profile matching, and the codes terminate the attempt when the profile does not match.

The active mechanism removal sits on Kim’s side. “We kind of took the battery out the car and probably took the starter and the alternator and anything else that could possibly allow them to start anything up.” The metaphor is mechanical. The action is cosmological. The result is the same on both registers. The vehicle does not start.

As of the evening of November 4, Trump operatives are still undecided between civil war, creating other distractions, or attempting martial law. Every option involves a massive bill that has no automated funding source remaining. This is now entirely a manual process controlled by Kim, and she will not fund any of these scenarios.

Kim’s projection for the likely outcome is short and dry: “They will spend 4 broke years with the worst administration in history trying to scrape and scramble and getting zero international support.”

6. A federal bypass, an unpaid bill, and what comes next

If the federal government runs out, social security stops. That is the assumption. The assumption is wrong.

When examined closely, the federal government provides very little that directly affects ordinary citizens. State-level services like fire departments continue through local and state taxes regardless of federal budget status. The functions that touch daily life are not actually federal.

Social Security and related programs run through the Ways and Means Committee, which is a de facto NGO that administers human services including Social Security, state-provided Medicare, and the Department of Education, operating independently from the Treasury. This committee has “not really” much money either. But an alternative funding path exists, and the path has been tested.

Kim states the precedent on the record: “We did it successfully once before and paid Social Security successfully using a backdoor into the FISERV system which handles all those things on behalf of the Federal Government.” The backdoor has already been demonstrated to work. The approach can be used in the interim until a longer-term program like Life Essentials, the upcoming alternative economic support system on Kim’s side, is operational.

The transit line is the FISERV backdoor that has already paid Social Security once before. The distant halo is Life Essentials taking shape as the longer-term replacement path.

Regardless of election outcome, Middle Eastern elites will be disappointed because the promises made to them are unlikely to be fulfilled. The disappointment is not partisan. It is structural.

These parties owe the CARE organization, the administrative arm through which Kim manages planetary-level contracts and financial recovery, approximately $400-500 billion in administration fees. The figure is a 2% fee under a contract that expired in 2022. Kim no longer holds that contract and could adjust the owed figure. The underlying point stands. Middle Eastern elites spent these funds on personal luxury (Bentleys, condos, and travel) while owing this debt with no capacity to repay it.

By the time any selected US president takes office, Middle Eastern operatives may no longer be engaged. Kim’s read of the trajectory is direct: “No one in the Middle East will talk to you anymore and you won’t get your world war anyway.” The forecast applies across Muslim, Sunni, Shiite, Jewish, and Israeli operative factions. The walk-away threat is general, not partisan.

Israel announced it had been attacked by Iran, Syria, and others, claiming further Iranian attacks are imminent. Kim’s evaluation of the announcement is categorical: “There is no proof, no footage, no nothing, zero but lip service, that’s all they got.”

Veteran Middle Eastern nations like Syria and Iraq, which have been at war or on the brink of war for decades, recognize empty threats when they see them. Ordinary people are not buying the claims either. Kim acknowledges that allied heads of state whose egos respond to large enough carrots will wait indefinitely. The egos remain a variable. The math does not.

Kim states what the veteran nations actually see: “There isn’t a whole lot those people haven’t seen and they have survived. They know lip service when they see it, no one is really buying it.” The recognition pattern is older than the current cycle. The lip service is not landing on a fresh audience.

Kim closes the report with a positive read on the underlying direction and a direct address to the reader. “There are a lot of things happening behind the scenes and they are all positive for us. We are continually working diligently for the peoples benefit while trying not to have a World War. But hold on tight because it could be a rough couple of months.”

That has been the GIA report for November 4, 2024.
