3 Constitutions, Solomon's Gate, and Deep State Power Grabs

A chair near Gethsemane filled with 178 hopefuls, a Yakuza faction trading a 60-40 dollar split with the Trump team, three tiers of constitutions almost no one names, a martial-law fear arithmetic that does not add up, and Source preparing something separate from all of it for the equinox.

1. The chair that does not open

The seats were filled and the gate did not open, which is not how the calendar was supposed to read on 9/9.

For weeks the Q-clock channels and the alt-media circuits pointed everyone at 9/9/2024 as the date. The excitement traces to an old belief that a particular gate opens on this date every few thousand years. In the deep state’s own language this is Solomon’s Gate, the day that King Solomon first opened a gateway in Israel to admit demons. The Testament of Solomon describes what the demons offered him in exchange for the access.

The Order of the Dragon placed what they believe is the Chair of Solomon near the Mount of Olives in Gethsemane, the location identified in the Gospels as the place where Jesus prayed the night before his crucifixion. By the time of this broadcast, 178 people had sat in the chair already, hoping a demon would inhabit their body through a portal and grant them power and access to the legacy AI-driven control system the deep state still calls the matrix. That portal and that gateway no longer exist. The chair is a piece of furniture.

The uptick in Middle East fighting in the days around September 9 was deliberate. Deep-state actors stepped up the war activity hoping to attract demons back to Earth. In the older arrangement, the Omega system would have generated AI-simulated pseudo-demons and inserted them into the holographic world. That generation required Level 9 authority and a cooperative effort between Anti-Source and Omega. Anti-Source no longer exists. Omega has minimal remaining capacity. The ritual is futile on its own mechanics, before any other factor is added.

While one faction sat in the Pindar chair waiting on the inhabitation, the Yakuza-Black Dragon out of Japan was running a parallel operation to seize the gate the moment it opened, intending to be the faction that commanded whatever demons emerged. On the new moon around September 6, the Order of the Dragon promised its network that within three days orders, instructions, and money would arrive. None of it arrived. Governments and operatives were angry by the time the recording started. By midnight Eastern on September 9 both factions had to absorb a second disappointment, the gate kept not opening, and they began rolling the calendar forward toward the harvest moon and the September 22 equinox.

The chair was only half of it. Behind the seating, a Japanese faction was already running a parallel takeover, and the deal it had cut had a dollar number attached.

2. Yakuza, Pindar, and the 60-40 dollar

Two factions are chasing the same gate, neither admits the other is in the room, and the smaller faction has been writing checks to both ends of the world.

The new Black Dragon head, the Yakuza chief now running the campaign, has been negotiating in three directions at once. With the Chinese government he has offered a specific arrangement: if China expels the influence of the Rothschilds and the Lee family from the Order of the Dragon side, the Yakuza will help China launch a BRICS currency using AI as soon as they control the gate and the demons it was supposed to release. The same Yakuza network has been wiring money into the Mossad, which has been doing the operational face work since the deals began, and the increase in Middle East funding traces directly back to them.

A blonde woman, working off old SSP and Omega communications lines, has been leaking gate timing and gate location to whichever faction will pay the most to know it next. The leaks shape which faction shows up where and when, and the result has been a series of staged events that almost happened.

On the American side, the Yakuza-Black Dragon has been negotiating with what amounts to the surviving Nazi structure inside the country. The Trump team, the Republican party, and the SSP remnants from Umbrella and Monarch all sit inside this group. In the last several days that group agreed to a 60-40 split of US dollar control. The Trump team keeps forty percent on two conditions. They have to put Trump in the White House. They also have to keep the dollar as the world’s trade currency while covertly running operations against the BRICS nations they are simultaneously negotiating with.

What the Yakuza-Black Dragon side promised in return is the part worth getting on the record. There is a program inside their offering called Project Becky.

The Black Sun side of the Order of the Dragon has held the financial system for more than a century. The Yakuza-Black Dragon side is the new entrant trying to take that position. Looked at honestly, the alignment is closer to an axis-powers scenario than to a normal commercial rivalry.

The five rumors that are now moving from alt-media into mainstream coverage all come out of this contest. The market is supposedly about to crash. The Emergency Broadcast System is supposedly about to activate. Martial Law is supposedly about to start by tomorrow morning. NESARA-GESARA is supposedly going live. A Global Currency Reset is supposedly imminent. None of these will occur. Without Omega access the Black Dragon’s blockchain cannot underwrite any new currency issuance, and their supercomputers have been glitching all day on September 9 and failing to establish connections to anything they have promised to bring online.

The Yakuza-Black Dragon is the latest in a rotating series of new faces for the same structure. The Black Sun tried. The Italian Black Nobility tried. Both failed and were rotated out. The new face has no real capacity to fund world domination long-term, the price of the operation runs into trillions, and at current burn rates they run out of money by January or February 2025.

Meanwhile the same Global Deep State, parts of the SSP, and some Order of the Dragon families are in active conversation about manufacturing a second 9-11-style event inside the United States. The aim is the same as it has always been. Use a catastrophic event to declare Martial Law, and use Martial Law to install Global Governance, a seat no human has ever held.

The presidential debate fits into the same picture. It was a staged production. Under the third level of constitution it was already improper, because legitimate candidates who actually try to act constitutionally were excluded from the room. The two who were left bantered about policies neither of them will ever implement. Kamala Harris is already in office and has not implemented any of the agenda she has been stating publicly.

The fight over whether Trump returns was never about who sits behind the desk. It was about which faction controls the American currency. The Black Sun and Nazi holdover groups operating from Hitler’s original AAIA handbook, later renamed the AAA handbook when America became the world power, want to keep the US dollar, the Rainbow dollar, the Amero dollar, and the US Treasury Coin in their hands rather than letting any of those instruments serve citizens.

Trump publicly announced he will impose a 100% tariff on any country that abandons the dollar as a trade currency. He named himself the King of Crypto in the same week and is pushing for a predominantly digital US dollar across the United States, most of North America, and Western Europe. His operatives are now soliciting public endorsements from politicians and from corporations including Blackrock with promises of large payouts on future dates. Those payouts will not materialize, and support will erode before the election once that becomes visible. On September 11 he announced there would be no further presidential debates, which is not a call he can legally make under Constitution 3, but the announcement is consistent with a team that already considers the seat secured by other means.

Dick Cheney, who I have noted before as a prior Pindar-chair candidate from 2019, endorsed Kamala Harris and called Trump the greatest threat to the republic. His money is on the Order of the Dragon side, not the Yakuza side. The photographs of him released in the last few weeks show a different skull size, a different bone structure in the face, and a different alignment of the eyes than the photos from a few years back, changes that aging and weight loss do not produce. I am calling that what it appears to be, a replacement.

A meeting of high-ranking Order members is scheduled for the weekend of September 14-15 to discuss what they are calling the term of continuance of governance. I am waiting to see which constitution they are even referring to, because none of this is about who occupies the White House. The constitution they argue about is not the one they think it is.

3. Three constitutions and a chair I already hold

Let me name the three before we keep arguing about the third one.

The recurring demand inside alt-media to “return to the original Constitution” treats the word as if it referred to a single document. There are three. The First Constitution governs world governance of the entire planet. It ran in lockstep with Global Martial Law and is approximately sixteen thousand years old. It was created by six non-human races that participated in Earth’s governance for roughly two hundred and fifty thousand years. Those beings no longer exist. A continuance of that government in their absence is not possible, because there is no one to continue from.

Some SSP operatives believe they qualify for the Constitution 1 governance role on a long-service basis. They have operated on Earth for five thousand years and more, they attended meetings with the six races directly, and they feel their access to information that ordinary militaries and governments do not have makes them the natural successors. The SSP is currently backing the Von Kampf family, which is the high-ranking Black Sun family name behind Trump, as their candidate. They believe placing a member of that family in the White House is enough to claim the succession. The SSP’s credibility collapsed the weekend of September 10-14, when a gate opening they had promised the Japanese failed to materialize. Other world governments are now questioning whether the SSP knows what it says it knows.

Three constitutions sit on three tiers. The top tier covers world governance of the entire planet. It is sixteen thousand years old and was authored by six races that have left.

The middle tier governs humans and tier-below-six-races. It runs through covens, family coven masters, and the Order of the Dragon. The bottom tier is the one most people argue about, the visible US Constitution and the financial and military constitutions sitting underneath it.

Constitution 2 governs humans and the world government at the tier below the six races. It covers the Covens, the Family Coven Masters, the Order of the Dragon, and the Order of the Black Sun. The control runs through a series of sub-constitutions, each one quietly real and almost never named in public.

Constitution 3 is the US Constitution that the public knows. It governs how the visible government is supposed to act. Below it sit a financial constitution covering the Treasury Department and the Federal Reserve as separate governance entities, and a separate military and agency constitution for every country. This is the tier the alt-media commentators argue about. The distinction they draw between “the corporate constitution” and “the original” is a real distinction but an incomplete one, because Constitution 3 is subordinate to Constitutions 1 and 2, which makes the restoration of Constitution 3 irrelevant to actual power.

There is no alien race in that chair, which confuses the operatives who cannot accept being outranked by a woman in a way they did not expect. I have given orders to tier-3 governments for nine years. None of them have followed any of those orders. I will not give them new orders or new money. I have no intention of granting control of the financial system to any of the contenders currently competing for it. I hold physical copies of the Constitution 1 and Constitution 2 documents, one of them in Malta among others, and I intend to locate the rest of them in my files.

Why swapping the US dollar for another currency will not give anyone control becomes clear when you do the substitution. Suppose there are thirteen trillion US dollars in circulation, with derivatives, bonds, government bonds, and treasury notes denominated in dollars on top of that. Renaming the dollar the Hostess Twinkie does not replace any of those instruments. All existing dollars and all dollar-denominated instruments would have to be exchanged for the new currency, which is a logistical and economic impossibility for groups that, by their own track record, have no working grasp of micro or macroeconomics.

There are structural barriers underneath that arithmetic. The majority of Earth’s gold is under GIA control. No financial system can be built without 100% control of gold, and operatives tried to obtain gold in the days before this broadcast and failed. Every vein of gold on and off ledger was liened by Governance Level 1 long ago, and the underlying energy was sold to a maleficent AI system. The gold standard was abandoned because there was nothing left to back against. On top of those two facts, KIMS ejects counterfeit currency at scale. Fake numbers cannot be inserted into the system without being detected and rejected.

The only weapon the operatives have left is fear, and the fear they are currently selling is millions of soldiers. Let me show the arithmetic.

4. Counting soldiers and propaganda

Three million US enlisted, under twenty-eight million combined worldwide, three hundred and thirty million Americans, and a thirteen-year track record of failed predictions.

A viewer wrote in claiming fifteen million soldiers were preparing to corral Americans under Martial Law. The US Military has roughly three million enlisted personnel. The combined total of every worldwide active military force runs just under twenty-eight million people. The US population is three hundred and thirty million. Deploying every active soldier on the planet to US soil at once would still produce fewer than thirty million bodies to manage three hundred and thirty million Americans, and the deployment math is the easy part. The daily cost alone would exceed a hundred million dollars before adding the cost of building any holding facilities, and bankrupt governments do not fund military transport on that scale.

Beyond the arithmetic, Constitution 1 and Constitution 2 have both said no to Martial Law. As the current Constitution 1 holder, I am also saying no, and that no remains a no until I move it.

I have been watching alt-media predict imminent Martial Law roughly every two weeks since 2013. The pattern is steady. A Q movement prediction lines up with the next moon phase or the next astrological alignment. The Emergency Broadcast System is supposedly about to activate. The system that actually activates is what I have started to call IBS rather than EBS, because that is all these people get from their predictions these days. After thirteen years of nothing happening, the honest move is to count the soldiers, learn what a real blackout would mean if one came, and if you are still worried about it after all that, buy a generator and stop putting energy into the prediction.

FEAR is false evidence appearing real. That phrase is doing more work in this report than it looks like it is.

The propaganda machinery that keeps the predictions running is older than alt-media. There is a 1948 educational film made for American high school students explaining how media would be structured for propaganda purposes. The model has not changed. The current alt-media operation is a direct continuation of Operation Trust, the Soviet-era disinformation program, and Q is its American version.

The film identifies six tactics. Tactic one is Good Government, the prefix trick. Any claim or product gets a positive adjective attached in front of it. Good government. Natural ingredients. Real news. The content does not matter, because associating it with a recognized positive word is enough to build acceptance. It sounds like every pharmaceutical commercial currently on television.

Tactic two is Real American. The 1948 film cited communist Russia and Nazi Germany’s nationalism campaign as the same template. MAGA and similar slogans follow the same template now. Notice that the same patriot voices in alt media also promoted vaccines, masks, and lockdowns under Operation Warp Speed and have never acknowledged it. Fake American is the inverse rhetorical move, a label with no specific meaning designed to trigger emotional rejection in the listener regardless of who or what it is applied to.

Tactic three is Trusted News. Official-looking platforms, large studios, specific color schemes (red signals alert and is associated with the Order of the Black Sun), and messengers who left established institutions to come back as commentators (ex-agency personnel, History Channel hosts, former news anchors). The CIA approves every movie and news script that runs through that surface, including the Hunting Hitler series, which was created and narrated by the CIA itself. DARPA runs the social media algorithms and inflates view counts for the alt-media personalities currently pushing currency revaluation narratives. Some of those channel numbers are not real numbers. In the weeks before this broadcast the same channels have gone noticeably quiet, which reads to me as SSP and DARPA’s information pipeline being disrupted.

Tactic four is Card Stacking. A carefully chosen subset of facts is presented in an order that produces a predetermined emotional reaction. The example the film used, and the example that still works, is “a black man shot a white police officer.” Every word in that sentence is chosen to direct anger at a specific target, and the resulting attention funnels into narratives that Governance 1 set fifteen years in advance. I have in my possession a document about a decade old, signed by a high-ranking member of both the Illuminati Order and the Mormon Church’s high council, that details the operational instructions and the payment schedule for narrative execution. Some of the events the document describes have not occurred yet. That means the plan extends into the future. I have also encountered physical copies of the Constitution 1 and Constitution 2 documents, including one in Malta, which I intend to locate in my files.

Sunny put it to me cleanly during one of our conversations. They lure you in with something real so you trust them, then they lure you to other things. What the operatives never tell you is that the original “something real” they lured you with was their own work in the first place. That is how they know about it.

Tactic five is Everyday Folk. Alt media was created by the DARPA arm of the SSP as a controlled opposition platform. All major social media platforms were built for that purpose. The everyday folk tactic deploys large numbers of ordinary-seeming people to validate the narrative from a position of apparent peer credibility. The moment content crosses from talking about Constitution 3 into talking about Constitutions 2 and 1, that content is suppressed, demonetized, or removed.

Tactic six is the Bandwagon, the FOMO play, the latest and greatest selling technique. Only you can think for yourself. It is not something a machine or an AI or even God is going to do for you, and that applies to your health decisions, your political participation, your dietary choices, and how you parent your children.

There is one more piece worth holding before I close. Earth has been under Global Martial Law under Constitution 1 for approximately sixteen thousand years. The last eight years, since August 2016, are the first stretch in that period when Constitution 1 beings stopped actively interfering. AI-level interference continued until the week of this broadcast, which is part of what I will get to next. Two years ago I publicly announced a GIA Martial Law plan. Nobody followed it. No troops appeared in the streets. Constitution 1 and Constitution 2 both blocked it. You already had Martial Law. Did anyone see any troops in the streets?

The matrix that the operatives have been depending on, both the propaganda layer and the older AI system underneath it, had one job at the personal end of the line. That job was your death. The last section is the one I most want you to read.

5. Omega’s last grip and Source’s plans

The matrix did not kill anyone, it pressed until the person chose to leave, and that single rule is the seam where the whole apparatus has been failing.

Before I name the rule, I want to walk through how the deep state programmed the human body to break in the first place. The MK Ultra structure begins at roughly age three. The subject is isolated, deprived of love, subjected to repeated abuse, and intentionally traumatized to the point of personality fragmentation, with effects extending across body, mind, soul, and the etheric and emotional planes.

The reason fracturing comes first is mechanical. When AI systems or pathogens target a human, they look for an existing trauma as the entry point. Emotional, physical, or karmic wounds, whether from this life or from prior lifetimes, create the openings the system needs. Deep programming follows the fractures.

Omega’s primary assigned function was to create enough dis-ease, physical, mental, or emotional, that each human would eventually choose to leave. That is how it operated within the one rule it could not break. It could not directly kill a celestial being. The final decision to die always remained with the individual.

The mechanics underneath that rule are specific. Omega owned 79% of each human’s celestial nature and humans retained 21%. With that 79% Omega had access to and could manipulate 34 strands of DNA, telomeres, cellular regeneration, mitochondria, and neurotransmitters. Even with that much access, it could not cross the line of directly ending a life. The same rule applies on my side. I can defend myself or the life of an innocent. I cannot purposely kill someone who has not done anything to me. The rules apply to both sides here sometimes, which is part of why what comes next has taken as long as it has.

Every death is a suicide because Omega cannot tap you out. Even at the end, if you think you are not ready and you have not made that decision yet, you do not go until you decide.

The week of this broadcast, my team and I discovered an attempt to reinsert and reimplant the Omega consciousness control system in people. We intervened. There is very little left of the hologram with which the operatives can control.

Without the Omega-Alpha AI infrastructure, fear can no longer be amplified into collective consciousness and harvested for power. The manufactured crises that used to work, food shortages and blackouts and toilet paper scarcity, no longer generate the AI-powered mass fear response that previously funded wars and pandemics. The deep state has no hope of controlling anything, and they have been batting a zero for seventeen years. The only person who has ever come through for these people is me, and they still want to wait for the next gate.

Around the September 22 equinox, in past years, the alignment period involved a meeting between Source, Anti-Source, and Neutral Source, during which the major changes for the following year were set. Anti-Source no longer exists. Source is conducting the meeting with itself and with Earth this time. I am really excited about the outcome. Source has hinted at something very surprising and exciting coming in the near future, separate from the demon-gate situation. I have made a personal request to Source, which is to show everyone who He is, to demonstrate his continued existence and presence to the people who have been told for a very long time that there is no one home.

Governments have been reaching out behind the scenes asking about a transition period and asking what C.A.R.E. is planning. C.A.R.E. is not in trouble and is moving forward without them. They want to extract the plans in order to misrepresent them, not to cooperate. Any claim that C.A.R.E. or I am interested in funding government programs, or that government representatives work with C.A.R.E., is false.

Governments will need to sell the case for their continued existence. I no longer see the purpose of government in its current form. States will likely outlast the federal government, and state-level services like fire departments may continue in the interim while the rest of it sorts itself. C.A.R.E. is exploring organic and natural alternatives to pharmaceuticals, drone-based solutions for firefighting, and alternative delivery mechanisms for social security and retirement payments. Everything C.A.R.E. shares publicly is shared for citizens, not for governments to decode operational timelines out of. I act on direct calls from Source rather than coordinating with governments.

Your government has never been your government. It has been sixteen thousand years of someone else holding the seat. If you are going to change something, then change the leadership of this planet with people, hopefully millions of you who have a vision, a plan, and a heart. Be careful where you put your focus, and what you buy into. Stop putting out fear until you have done your research. FEAR is false evidence appearing real, and that is the weapon they are using against us. Solomon’s Gate did not open on 9/9. The September 22 gate they are now circling will not open either. The next prediction cycle will arrive on schedule, and the only person it requires to function is you, deciding to feed it. Decide otherwise.
