Earth's ALL THAT IS Keystone Shifts to Light
Earth's creation keystone has shifted permanently to generate only Golden Age light, ending seventy-five million years of a single role holding the balance between light, dark, and neutral on behalf of the entire multiverse.
1. Earth as the Keystone of ALL THAT IS
Earth is a keystone, and what is created here ripples through the entire multiverse.
I want to start with the part of the picture that explains almost everything else. Earth is not simply a planet that happens to host a struggle between light and dark. Earth is a creation nexus for ALL THAT IS, and what is produced here is what is produced everywhere.
Historically, the keystone has had three sides. The light side has been generating Source-aligned, crystalline creation. The neutral side has been generating creation that is neither one nor the other. The dark side has been generating Anti-Source, omega-aligned creation. Those three outputs are not three different planets. They are three sides of the same engine.
Because that engine is the creative source for everywhere else, every event here moves outward as a ripple. The visitors who have been arriving in greater and greater numbers, the beings who have been parking themselves around the planet for years, are not all here to help humanity. Most of them are here to influence what the keystone creates. By holding light here, they influence what is created across the entire multiverse at the same time.
The growing concentration of non-human visitors around the planet is not primarily a humanitarian visit. They are here because holding light on Earth shapes what is created everywhere else at the same moment.
"What happens here affects everywhere else."
Earth was created before the stars and before the other celestial bodies. When it was first inhabited, it was inhabited only by Celestials, and not by the original nine Celestials of Source. The first inhabitants were a secondary generation. I have been calling them “junior celestials” or “celestial lites.” That phrasing is mine, but the structural fact is not arbitrary: this is a different layer of being than the original nine, with a different relationship to the keystone.
Those junior celestials form the base root of humanity. Every Earth-born human carries celestial creative capacity as their foundational nature. That is not a metaphor. It is the reason humans, who otherwise look small against everything else in the cosmos, are among the most powerful creative forces in the multiverse.
When an organic human receives one dollar of pure Source energy that has not been filtered or reduced, they can manifest on Earth and potentially remove harmful things from existence entirely. One dollar is the unit I use to make the scale concrete. The point is that the unfiltered version of what a human can do with Source energy is structurally different from what they have been allowed to do under filters.
The dark side has known this for a long time, and it has invested constantly to keep the lid on. There is the genetic modification of human bodies to bias them toward darkness. There are the ceremony days when dark energies are deliberately flooded into the system. There is the around-the-clock work of dark-side operators identifying light-side Celestials and counteracting every manifestation they attempt. On our side, we had about 2,500 working Celestials identified. On the other side, the force we were dealing with was unknown in headcount but larger than ours.
Among those who live on the keystone with us, three groups stand apart. Two of them have names that have echoed through history. The third has no name at all. It is most of us.
2. Melchizedeks, Merovingians, and Organic Humans
Why does the deep state care so much about bloodlines that they will trace a family line back a thousand years and then arrange a marriage on top of it?
The answer sits inside the structure of the keystone itself. With Earth rooted in junior celestials, the Celestial population on the planet has divided into three groups.
The Melchizedeks represent the light side of the junior celestials, and there are approximately fifteen thousand of them at any given time. The Merovingians represent the dark side, and there are approximately fifteen thousand of them at any given time. The Neutrals are the supporters: they can go either way, and they are the prize both sides compete for.
Fifteen thousand against fifteen thousand creates an inherent stalemate. The Neutrals between the two sides are the swing vote, and that is where the real contest sits.
This is the structural reason the deep state places enormous emphasis on bloodlines. Marriages between Melchizedeks and Merovingians produce Neutral offspring. If the dark side can sway fifteen thousand Neutrals to their column, they dominate what the keystone produces. The bloodline arrangements that look like aristocratic eccentricity from the outside are, in fact, a five-hundred-year campaign to capture the swing vote.
That is why the deep state cares so much about bloodlines. Marriages between Melchizedeks and Merovingians produce Neutral offspring. Win the Neutrals and you control what Earth’s keystone creates.
Then there is the rest of us. Organic humans are the majority of humanity, and we are not classified as Celestial humans. We are organic life forms that carry aspects of both light and dark and can go either way. Our raw creative power is smaller than a Celestial’s, but our co-creative capacity is significant, and in our original, unmanipulated form, the closest description is “celestial-like beings.”
The keystone has had three sides because a single role has been holding the balance between them for seventy-five million years. Then this week, that role lost its purpose.
3. Seventy-Five Million Years as Duke of the Seas
The being humans have called "Marduk" is not a person and was never one person, and the role behind the name was originally a guardian of balance between light, dark, and neutral. The same role has been the source of nearly everything that went wrong.
Marduk is a title. The literal meaning is Duke of the Seas. It is a role, not an individual, and that is the first correction to make about how this being has been spoken about for thousands of years.
The individual who most recently held the role existed for approximately seventy-five million years, moving from avatar to avatar across that span. The role was not originally a dark assignment. Its original purpose was to be an enforcer of balance: to hold the balance between light, dark, and neutral creation on Earth on behalf of all three aspects of Source. The Duke was meant to be the steward of all three sides, not the agent of one.
In theory, the Marduk role had access to balancer systems for essence, consciousness, energy, matter, frequency, wisdom, knowledge, love, life, death, and ALL THAT IS across every other category. Eleven categories in total. Each one was the kind of lever a guardian needs to hold balance across an entire creation engine.
The position also included use of the Dial of Destiny. The Dial determines what the creative output of Earth’s keystone will be, and it was supposed to reflect the choices of humanity. The phrasing used inside the system was “the humans chose it.” In practice, what has happened is different. The Duke would arrange the conditions so that humans had no realistic ability to choose otherwise, and then point at the output and say it was the expression of free will.
The genetic manipulation program that grew out of that approach worked on three levels at once. The first level was the genetic modification of the human body to predispose it toward darkness. The second was the manipulation of plants and animals to produce a survival-of-the-fittest environment for everything around us. The third was the installation of governors on human creative and intellectual capacity. These are limiters that keep the engine running below its actual output.
The result was a planet on which the simple act of surviving required behaviors that could be registered as dark choices. Killing for food was the clearest example. Every meal a human ate became a small entry in a ledger that constantly fed the dark side of the keystone. The “free will” reading of the Dial of Destiny was carried by a world arranged so that the only available choices fed one side of the engine.
Over time, the holder redirected the same levers into a three-level genetic manipulation program: predisposing the human body toward darkness, shaping plants and animals into a survival-of-the-fittest environment, and installing governors on human creative and intellectual capacity. The cumulative effect made surviving on Earth register as “dark choices,” a constant feed into the dark side of the keystone.
The most consequential of those manipulations was not a single event. It was a number, a percentage, and a date, and they are ninety-two percent, seventy-six percent, and 1982.
4. The Door That Was Closed in 1982
Let us walk through the math of one quiet shutdown that took forty years to notice.
Among the Duke’s most significant manipulations was a private version of the G.O.D. (Growth Rate of Development) program. The official G.O.D. programs were built into Alpha and Omega by covenant. The private one was not. It was a parallel system, and that distinction matters.
The private G.O.D. program was designed to measure when humanity had grown conscious enough to receive direct Source energy. Direct meant unfiltered: bypassing the filters, reductions, and governors that had been keeping human co-creative power suppressed.
The designed threshold was ninety-two percent awakening rate. When humanity reached ninety-two percent, all humans would receive direct Source energy and the creative suppression chains would release. That was the design.
The Duke quietly changed the shutoff point to seventy-six percent. Humanity reached seventy-six percent in approximately 1982. At that moment, instead of carrying the program forward toward the designed release at ninety-two percent, the Duke shut the program off.
For over forty years, humanity has been standing at the threshold where the program should have allowed more direct Source energy through, and the door has been quietly held shut. None of the light-side Celestials knew about this manipulation. The other side had more access to the relevant systems than the light side did, and they used that advantage to keep this particular adjustment invisible.
The Duke secretly changed the shutoff to seventy-six percent and shut the program down when humanity hit that level in 1982. For more than forty years, humanity has been at the threshold of release with the door quietly closed, and the light-side Celestials never saw the manipulation because the dark side had better access to the relevant systems.
I had words with Source about how one being managed to accumulate this much power over the universe and hold it for this long. My takeaway from that conversation: the dark side had enormous structural advantages in identifying, nurturing, and empowering its Celestial members, while the light side was kept short on information and actively blocked from using what it did know. The asymmetry was not accidental.

While the door at seventy-six percent was closed for forty years, the door at the polling station was held shut by another mechanism, and this week the key to that one moved into different hands.
5. A Voting Machine, and Rumors That Will Not Run
What the media reports about an election and what the voting infrastructure actually produces are now two separate questions. The infrastructure answer is mine to give.
I have acquired DARPA’s global base platform voting system. That is the infrastructure-level system that determines election outcomes across countries. My team can now register hundreds of millions of votes for any candidate in any country.
I have already informed Tom Melville’s contacts that this is the case. As an example: in the US election, I would vote for Jill Stein of the Green Party, or for another suitable candidate if a better one is on the ballot. The simplest way I can put my reasoning is that Jill has a pulse and not a mask. I would like there to be a candidate available to vote for who is actually present, behind their own face, in their own life.
Mainstream media narrative is still controlled by the deep state. What the media reports about an election and what the underlying vote infrastructure produces are two different questions. The infrastructure answer is the part my team controls.
The SSP, the Trump operatives, and the Q crew are still expecting a fifty-six billion dollar payout this Friday (around May 24). That payout was meant to fund their plan to burn the United States to the ground and then rebuild it under their own control. The payment will not arrive.
There are three rumors circulating that I want to flatten in the same breath. The first is that German bonds from 1924 are now cashable. That is a lie. The second is that there are three hundred trillion dollars on ledger somewhere. That is also a lie. If three hundred trillion dollars were sitting unencumbered anywhere, the US dollar would already be essentially worthless.
The third is that there is a BRICS backup plan with Black Nobility. I am aware of this rumor, of the attempts that have been made to assign me “handlers,” and of the effort to send me a fake “best friend.” None of it works the way the people behind it think it does.
During this broadcast itself, my team has acquired a genomic history database for Celestials, a genealogical and biological record that allows us to identify Celestial lineages on both sides of the light-dark divide. That kind of database changes the operational picture more than most readers will immediately appreciate.
On the dark side, much of the power system is bloodline-based. Many of the people inside the deep state are regular humans who were told about dark magic capabilities that light-side Celestials were deliberately kept ignorant of. The asymmetry I described earlier (better access on the dark side, deliberate blindness on the light side) runs all the way down to which humans were trained and which were not. The Neutrals are still an open question. Where they go from here has not been decided.
What I want every reader to hold onto is the practical meaning of releasing one dollar of pure, direct Source energy to ordinary humans. Until now, organic humans have been receiving Source energy only through filters: reduced, redirected, blocked. When the first real unit of unfiltered Source energy reaches a human, that is the signal that the governors and chains are breaking.
For Celestial humans, the amplification is even larger. Without dark-side operators counteracting every manifestation attempt in real time, their ability to create and to remove harmful things from existence becomes dramatically more effective.
To everyone reading this who does energetic work: go back and do another round. The governors are breaking. The chains are lifting. Earth’s keystone now creates only light.
