48-Hour Deal: Cartels Give the Bosses a Deadline at Sundown
Monday night the chopping-block group (the SSP, Global Headquarters, the military, the Silent Circle and the Black Nobility) ran for CIA safe houses and Cheyenne Mountain. They tried to reach me through contacts I know are dead. I told them flat out I am staying out of it. By Monday evening someone in their group stepped up and bought 48 hours from the cartels. The terms were clean and the deadline is sundown EST on April 20. Meanwhile a Destroyer-era dead man switch tripped at 2 AM and my team resolved it, and the Source-level cleanup now reaches Polaris and every one of the Centauri systems.
1. The Monday run, and the 48-hour deal
Monday night was the breaking point. The SSP did not deliver money, and the rest of the chopping-block group did what people do when a structure runs out of options. They ran.
The movement was visible. SSP personnel, Global Headquarters staff, military generals, the Silent Circle and the Black Nobility all fanned out to CIA-run safe houses worldwide. A significant fraction tried to reach Cheyenne Mountain, the former NORAD command center in Colorado that has been kept warm as a deep state fallback facility. The infrastructure they had been counting on was no longer there to receive them, so the physical locations became the destination by default.
At the same time the contact requests started coming in through old channels. People I have known to be dead for some time were named as my handlers in those requests. The intent was to find a name I would accept so the conversation could be opened. I told them flat out I am staying out of it. The response did not need to be elaborate.
By Monday evening someone from the chopping-block group stepped up and negotiated with the cartels. I do not know what they sold the cartels on. The terms came together quickly and the structure was straightforward: the group asked for 48 hours, and the cartels temporarily lent some of their own communication networks so the group had eyes to see anything at all. The condition was where the weight sat.
That means the downline takes orders from the cartels and from no one else. The transfer is total, not partial, and the clock is the only thing keeping the surrender from happening already.
Monday came and Monday went. The promised money did not arrive. Tuesday opened with the 48-hour window already running and the cartels watching the same clock everyone else was. What happened inside that 48 hours is the next thing to look at.
2. What happens in 48 hours
What does a group with no systems left actually do when they have been given 48 hours and a borrowed communication network? Mostly they try to find leverage that does not exist anymore.
The chopping-block group spent the window hacking, probing, and reaching into anything in the multiverse they could still touch. They were searching for something they could trade or use as a threat. The borrowed cartel infrastructure was the only thing letting them see anything at all, which is the giveaway about how depleted they really are.
The unintended outcome favored my side. As they probed, they exposed locations and items they had been keeping in reserve and had not yet handed over. My team noted those locations and cleaned them out. The group’s panic became a map.
I appreciate it. They were not trying to help. They were trying to find leverage, and the search itself surfaced everything we still needed to remove.
I do not think the chopping-block group is going to honor what they negotiated. My read is that the cartels were told what they wanted to hear so the group could buy the clock and look for something they could use. The cartels may be reading the same way. What the cartels also know is that the threat of immediate retaliation is enough to extract a real commitment whether the group meant it or not, so the deal stands either way.
The other thing this 48 hours has surfaced is the leverage they want to apply to me directly. The pattern is familiar. They ask, they posture, and at some point the ask escalates into a demand for the one piece of infrastructure they have always wanted access to. That ask never has a path forward.
The Key Intelligence and Military System (KIMS) is mine. No demand reaches that line. Not from this group, not from anyone they can route through, not from any name or authority they invoke. The ask is not negotiable and was never going to be. While they have been chasing that, another track of pressure has been running in parallel through the media. That one is worth a separate look because the mechanics matter.
3. The people threatening to freeze bank accounts
A story circulated through the media this week: governments would freeze bank accounts and block withdrawals because not enough currency is in circulation. It is a threat aimed at me, and the people making it do not have the capacity to carry it out.
The shape of the threat is familiar. The story is seeded into mainstream channels, the framing is “if she does not deposit funds, withdrawals will be blocked,” and the desired outcome is mass hysteria leading to a bank run. The route from media coverage to actual account freezes does not exist in the current financial system. The factions threatening it lost the levers some time ago. The threat is purely a media object.
Even if they passed a law and announced it on every major outlet, the mechanical authority required to lock accounts is not theirs. If you do not watch the news you would not even know they tried.
The play is to trigger a bank run with the noise itself. People hear the story, withdraw cash preemptively, and the resulting cash shortage is then attributed to the original premise. That second-order effect is the only mechanism available to the threat. The first-order action, the actual freezing, is off the table because the system no longer answers to them. The Middle East situation runs on a similar mismatch between visible threat and underlying capacity, which is the next thing to look at.
4. The Middle East is waiting for payment
The Middle East coverage looks active and the ground is mostly still. No major Israeli or Iranian movement has materialized this week. Everyone is in a holding pattern because no one has been paid.
Israel, Iran, and Lebanon are all waiting for two things: orders and money. The downline operatives in each country need to know which side is funding them (the SSP/Global Headquarters faction or the cartels) before they take action. Neither side has come through. The result on the ground is no major movement, which is not what the media coverage suggests.
The Iranian government has cash on hand and the capacity to fund operations independently, but the government will not spend its own money on this. Spending requires payment from upstream, and the upstream is empty.
Confusion among operatives about who is actually in charge contributes to the standoff. Multiple chains of command are issuing conflicting signals, and the rational response from the operative level is to stop and wait.
The standoff is not a strategy. It is what happens when the funding mechanism the operations were built on is not producing money anymore. The chopping-block group cannot pay. The cartels are watching the 48-hour clock. The downline reads the silence correctly and does nothing. My assessment is unchanged: no money will come from either side through the current structure, and the visible escalation will not materialize while the funding sits at zero.
Meanwhile the part of the work that is not waiting for anybody, the Source-level cleanup, kept moving through the week. That is where the rest of this report sits.
5. Cleanup reached Polaris and Centauri
While the chopping-block group ran for safe houses and the Middle East sat in holding pattern, the cleanup that actually matters kept moving in two directions at once: in close, layer by layer, and out, into the star systems.
The Source-driven cleanup proceeded the way it always does. Old agreements, bindings, and quantum entanglements that had been holding deep state infrastructure in place came apart layer by layer. Absolute Spheres tied to those agreements were removed as their underlying agreements collapsed.
The next layer included items embedded in Earth’s orbit and inside the Van Allen Belt, the radiation belts around the planet where Marduk-era agreements had placed infrastructure decades ago. Those items were removed. The orbit and the belt are infrastructure layers, not metaphor. They were part of the architecture and now they are not.
At 2 AM, between April 16 and April 17, a dead man switch went off. The mechanism was a Destroyer-era artifact: built to trigger automatically if light matter and dark matter ever separated. Its function was to insert dark matter into the Causal Plane across all densities, and to mirror dark matter out from a zero-realm (a space outside of normal time, outside the Alpha and Omega verse) back into ordinary reality. My team caught it and resolved it.
The work is not Earth-only and has not been Earth-only for some time. The reach is what is new this week.
The cleanup expanding to Polaris and the Centauri systems is not a metaphor for scale. Those locations had Destroyer-era infrastructure attached to them through the same agreement layer that ran through Earth’s orbit and the Van Allen Belt. The infrastructure is what required cleanup. The locations are where the work happens.
The frame is worth holding. The Source-aligned cleanup is not a faction project. The entire multiverse is aligned with the same restoration program. The only resistance comes from deep state humans whose entire operating structure depends on the dark matter infrastructure being removed.
For those frustrated by the pace of visible change, the pace is what the work requires. The unwinding has to happen layer by layer because the architecture itself was assembled that way. One day you will look back at this (it may take a year or two once it is all completed) and you will say, oh, now I get it. Now I know why it took so long. You will see the future of technologies, natural manifestation, and what that actually means.
