The release does not mean the Order surrendered. According to Kim, they are still searching for options, and the freed operatives held worldwide meetings to decide what came next.
2. Rothschild Tries to Buy Them Back
Rothschild representatives, operating through Monarch Military, arrived at those worldwide meetings promising payment by midnight Friday, January 31. The funding plan was to drain the stock markets.
Kim calls the scheme financially insolvent, noting that margin accounts had already been drained and that keeping world governments operational alone required trillions.
3. Kim Blocks the Market Attack
On the morning of January 31, Kim announced she would act on behalf of the operatives. Markets opened with a dip, and Kim located and removed an old ECHELON/Stingray back-door line that Rothschild had planned to use to crash the markets.
With that line gone, further manipulation should be prevented unless natural illiquidity drives markets down.
4. The Chemtrail King on Socotra Island
The individual Kim calls the “Chemtrail King” (a dual US-Malaysian citizen running worldwide chemtrail operations from Socotra Island off Yemen) is now deceased; the associated facility has been destroyed.
International airports, airspace, the “special cities,” and international waters are no longer part of the Order’s asset base, and membership organizations no longer collateralize their members.

Kim states that in a prior report she had described a large number of operatives being released, and the group was waiting to see whether the Order of the Black Nobility (a senior tier of the hierarchical control system, also called the Anti-Silent Circle) would release its own downline. According to Kim, that release occurred Monday afternoon, January 29, 2024.
Kim notes that the release does not mean the Order has given up completely. They are still searching for options to regain some form of control.
Kim explains how the operative system worked at that level: certain operatives functioned as handlers for major institutions, a Handler for the Pentagon, a Handler for GCHQ, a Handler for specific countries, agencies, or militaries, all acting on behalf of the Order of the Black Sun (the operational arm of the global control system).
These handlers would relay orders to or orchestrate actions through militaries and agencies worldwide. Kim identifies this tier as including but not limited to “Langley 5” and others at that level, along with the operatives who worked beneath them.
Newly Freed Operatives Hold a Worldwide Meeting
Kim states that after the release, operatives began having internal group discussions about their future direction, first in small regional clusters, and then in a coordinated worldwide meeting. Kim describes the mood as somewhat uncertain: most operatives appeared ready to move forward and to operate as free agents, but the situation felt unstable.
During that worldwide meeting, Kim states, Rothschild’s representatives arrived (specifically Monarch Military) delivering a message along the lines of “We know you’ve been left in the cold, but we’re here to help.” The representatives offered “all kinds of big money and wonderful dreams of partnership,” framing the arrangement as a genuine partnership rather than a controlling relationship.
The operatives responded by asking when they would actually receive payment. The representatives promised delivery by midnight on Friday, January 31. The operatives agreed to wait a few days.
Kim states she received a phone call that same evening from someone indirectly involved with these parties, who asked questions such as “What are we going to offer? Are we going to be able to pay them?” Kim states the conversation felt to her like negotiating over a used car.
Kim states she spent the night and the following morning investigating extensively, listening to phone calls and monitoring the situation, to understand what both the operatives and the Rothschilds were each trying to accomplish.
2. Rothschild’s Recruitment Attempt
Kim states that the Rothschilds followed exactly the predictable strategy she had anticipated: cutting out the intermediate layers (Black Nobility, SSP handlers, Anti-Silent Circle) and going directly to the operatives in order to save money. Kim asks rhetorically where Rothschild intended to find the funds.
Kim explains that the plan was to drain money out of global stock markets to pay the operatives. She characterizes this as a fundamentally flawed model, analogous to raiding a small change jar to buy a car.
Kim states that margin accounts, which are used to purchase large portions of stocks and bonds on behalf of hedge funds, banks, and other groups, have largely been eliminated through prior margin calls, leaving very little real liquidity in the markets.
Kim emphasizes that keeping worldwide governments operational alone (just the United Kingdom, the European Union, China, and the United States) would require trillions of dollars.
Adding the cost of the “Greater Israel Project” (a large-scale regional military campaign the Order sought to initiate) would require hundreds of billions to trillions more.
Not Just Field Agents
Kim clarifies that by “operatives” she does not mean only field agents of the Jason Bourne type. Kim states there are also financial operatives: people embedded in the compliance divisions of banks, back-office bank functions, and political operations.
Kim estimates the number at millions of people worldwide who had been promised large sums, had carried out their assigned tasks, and had not been paid. When Rothschild’s Monarch Military representatives asked operatives to begin work immediately without waiting for payment, Kim states the operatives gave a resounding refusal.
3. Kim Blocks the Market Attack
Kim states that on the morning of January 31 she announced to the relevant people that she would “play on the side of the operatives,” describing her reasoning as: she could see Rothschild had no genuine capacity to follow through, and even if Rothschild did pay, the operatives would simply have surrendered their freedom to the same controlling parties they had just escaped.
Kim confirms that markets opened with a dip on January 31. Asked by Sunny whether she had to act to prevent a further decline, Kim describes an old communication line that Rothschild and Monarch had located within a program called ECHELON/Stingray.
Kim explains that Stingray was an NSA program sold to stock markets worldwide, marketed as a security or protection platform similar to antivirus software, and that “security equals control” meant the developers had embedded back doors.
Rothschild had used that line both to prop up markets and now intended to use it to crash them. Kim states she removed the communication line, which should prevent further manipulation unless the markets decline naturally due to genuine lack of liquidity.
Rothschild’s Likely Next Move: Crypto Markets
Kim states her expectation is that Rothschild will next attempt to access cryptocurrency markets, which she describes as holding the remaining real liquidity. Kim states her team is already monitoring this possibility.
Kim explains her standing view on cryptocurrency: the NSA, DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency), and the SSP (Secret Space Program, a clandestine network using advanced off-world-derived technology) hold all node keys for blockchain networks and can dismantle peer-to-peer architecture at will.
Kim states that large investors may only access 10 to 20 percent of their funds, while small investors are subject to periodic large dips (for example, Bitcoin moving from $60,000 to $30,000) during which operational funds are siphoned off to finance black operations. Kim characterizes cryptocurrency not as a genuine investment or an escape from the banking system, but as a controlled funding mechanism.
Middle East: Ceasefire Discussions
Kim references ceasefire talks across the Middle East as of January 31, 2024, citing Israel’s Channel 12 reporting from the Israeli Treasury and noting a specific Hezbollah division discussing withdrawal from Iraq.
Kim also mentions that a Monday meeting at Baghdad International Airport shut down the airport for roughly 30 minutes to one hour.
4. The Chemtrail King Found on Socotra Island
Kim states that on Monday, January 29, 2024, her team located the individual she calls the “Chemtrail King,” a person holding both American and Malaysian citizenship who received his American citizenship from the Obama administration. This individual had established operations on Socotra Island (a remote island off the coast of Yemen) and was, according to Kim, personally in charge of worldwide chemtrail operations.
Kim notes that Socotra Island has remnants connected to what she calls the Overworld (also called the 13th Realm or 13th Universe), a layer beyond the 12 known universes that the SSP sought to access. The chemtrail program was tied to that facility and to the Overworld.
The Composition and Purpose of the Chemtrails
Kim describes the chemtrail materials as a combination of dark crystalline shards (nano- and femto-scale particles — structures smaller than a billionth of a meter) and dark matter/dark energy hyper-conductors, materials she calls “dark made-in materials” (substances manufactured outside the natural creation spectrum).
Kim states the plan was for people to inhale these particles, after which the Overworld facility would activate them within the human body. A smaller ancillary facility near the Dazu Rock Carvings in China worked in coordination.
Kim describes the operation’s recent escalation (large X-shaped chemtrail patterns in the sky) as tied to a plan to link the particles to “Disease X.” Kim states the X patterns may have been a symbolic signal.
Kim notes that while lattice-pattern chemtrails had appeared previously, particularly in certain parts of California used as test zones, the sheer volume and explicit X-pattern of recent spraying was unprecedented. Kim describes the cough that many people cannot shake as a direct result of inhaling these crystalline shards.
The Chemtrail King’s Final Days
Kim states that when the Chemtrail King was released as an asset on Monday afternoon, he panicked because none of the pilots, companies, or agencies he employed had been paid yet. His accumulated bill was, according to Kim, well over $700 billion.
Rothschild representatives then contacted him separately and offered to cover payments, asking him to continue operations in the interim. Kim states he continued for a couple of days on that promise, and that by Tuesday morning both he and the facility were gone.
Kim adds that the Chemtrail King had issued orders for the next six to seven days, for ongoing chemtrail runs depending on location, before his death. Kim states that if any chemtrail agency, government, or operative is still operating under his orders, they should attempt to contact him and verify his status.
Sunny asks whether the pilots and agencies below him knew they were harming people. Kim responds that pilots were told it was cloud seeding or similar activity, and that while the unusual handling of materials would have raised suspicion, the prospect of payment was likely sufficient motivation.
Kim states that China’s deep state was fully aware of the program’s purpose.
Five ancillary generals connected to the Dazu facility were apprehended. Kim identifies them as part of the Rothschild-aligned Lee family network in China.
Remaining Chemtrail Storage Facilities
Kim states the major production source was in China and is now gone. She estimates that remaining supplies (whatever was moved in the interim) may sustain operations for approximately six to seven days.
Kim explains that detecting these materials previously required knowing exactly what to scan for. Once her team understood the composition (dark crystalline and made-in materials rather than graphene oxide), satellite scans accurate to approximately five kilometers became possible.
5. Kingdom of the Air: No Longer Order Property
Kim explains why the Chemtrail King and other operatives conduct meetings in aircraft or beneath international airports: international airports, like Washington DC, Tel Aviv, the City of London, Beijing, Moscow, and similar “special cities,” are legally distinct territories, islands unto themselves not subject to the laws of their surrounding countries.
Bush Sr.’s Declaration of the Kingdom of the Air
Kim states that in the mid-1970s, George H.W. Bush Senior declared all international airports and the airspace up to 28,000 feet to be territory of what he called “the Kingdom of Bush.”
He made an equivalent claim over sea travel: beyond approximately one mile from shore, a vessel enters what Kim calls the “Kingdom of Seas,” known publicly as international waters. Both domains were administered by the Order of the Black Sun and the holder of the title “Black Eagle” (also known as Black Dragon).
Kim explains why this matters operationally: when acting inside an international airport, operatives are not subject to any national jurisdiction. The TSA and equivalent security agencies worldwide are, in Kim’s framing, employees of a foreign sovereign, not of the national governments whose airports they appear to serve. The FAA’s authority to govern aviation globally derives from the same principle.
Kim describes one recruiting mechanism: operatives of the Order would pull targeted individuals aside in airports, confront them with real or fabricated file information, tell them they were being arrested, and offer a deal, immunity from prosecution in exchange for service, with the offer valid only within the airport’s extraterritorial jurisdiction.
Kim states that as of the last few days before January 31, 2024, the Order no longer owns international airports, airspace, the special cities, or international waters. These are no longer part of the Order’s asset base. Kim notes the topic arose because the Black Nobility families were examining whether they could do anything with those holdings; the answer was no.
6. Memberships as Collateral Mechanisms
Kim states that another mechanism discovered in the 48 hours prior to January 31 involves membership organizations. Joining a religion, church, or any of hundreds of sub-denominations results in the member being “re-collateralized,” meaning derivatives and bonds can be issued against that person.
Kim states this is the origin of the 10-percent tithing requirement: it is the suggested collateral payment, and members who cannot pay are encouraged to “work it off” through volunteering. Kim states that in Austria approximately ten years prior, payment of 10 percent of salary to the Catholic Church was reportedly mandatory regardless of religious affiliation.
Kim extends this to all membership organizations: the American Pediatric Association, gyms, homeowners associations, and professional bodies. Kim states the individual pastors and priests are likely unaware of this mechanism, many entered ministry from genuine faith.
Kim states that belonging to a church, temple, gym, or professional association no longer makes a person collateral.
What Does Financial Freedom Mean?
Kim poses the question of financial freedom to Sunny, noting that a person in Western America and a person in Uganda might define it very differently.
Sunny describes financial freedom as the ability to spend time with people she cares about, doing work she loves, without constant worry about money, not extravagance, but freedom from bill anxiety and the ability to be people-focused rather than money-focused.
Kim acknowledges that definition while noting that many people, particularly in Western Europe and the United States, would frame it as purchasing freedom: yachts, mortgage-free living, and the like. Kim identifies basic food, shelter, family time, and the ability to stay home with children as the core. Kim notes that many people took jobs outside their calling due to timing or financial pressure and would change direction given the opportunity.
Short-Term vs. Long-Term Financial Freedom
Kim distinguishes between short-term financial relief and long-term systemic freedom. Kim states that current infrastructure (the electrical grid, water supply, food supply, banking system) will require significant time to change, and that genuine financial freedom requires working through every industry connected to basic human needs.
Kim lists the interdependencies: electric grid, heating systems, water infrastructure, food supply (seeds, chemical companies, and crop regeneration), housing finance, and banking as a storage and service system. She notes that infrastructure failures are not exclusive to the developing world — she has encountered brown tap water in Western European hotels.
Kim uses the term interdependence to distinguish her goal from the current system’s codependence. The Order made every human on Earth dependent on controlled systems; the goal is a world where people and nations collaborate to supply goods, services, healthcare, and community — sovereign and self-sufficient but mutually supportive.
Kim states she is not interested in a world dependent on her personally. She frames the CARE (Conscious and Responsible Enterprise) structure and the UNN Marketplace as practical steps toward that interdependence.
Kim also references Ben Fulford’s suggestion (Fulford is a Canada-based geopolitical commentator) that everyone should stop paying bills simultaneously. Kim states this is not realistic because utilities will shut off services regardless, and approximately 75 percent of people will eventually pay to restore power, ending the collective action.
Kim states the long-term vision is an interdependent, sovereign world where people do not need money in totality, but that this requires proving to the remaining population of roughly 8 billion that a different system works, which will require the first 100,000 to 200,000 people to demonstrate it before wider adoption is possible.

Kim states that as of the morning of January 31, 2024, the UNN Marketplace (United Network News) store-owner software integration was completed. The team is working on regional categorization, storefronts organized by country, area, and continent, so that, for example, a US farmer does not receive orders from Uganda.
