Between 2:30 and 2:45 a.m. on January 17, Kim formally declared war in return, naming the Merovingian bloodline and the Cain bloodline explicitly rather than presidents or heads of state.

One downstream consequence: 5G and frequency weapons no longer have a registered human-body signal to act on, and bond-type government debt instruments backed by citizens are clearing from the ledger.

Cash inflows: Under Global Martial Law, funds that the Deep State expected to flow to Treasury and conventional intelligence agencies went instead to the GIA.

Kim states that China’s Deep State planned to launch Disease X around the World Economic Forum gathering in Davos. According to Kim, 508 ships were stationed at strategic coastal and oceanic positions around the globe, each loaded with Disease X canisters.

Specific ship counts reported include 171 ships positioned off the US West Coast and 68 off the US East Coast, with additional vessels deployed across Asia, Europe, and other regions.

Kim states that the facility in the mountains near China’s Three Gorges Dam was the primary production and staging source for Disease X, and that it has since been destroyed. Had the destruction triggered a failure of the dam itself, Kim notes, the downstream catastrophe would have been severe; the dam, however, remained intact.

Kim states the ships have since been removed. She credits the Coalitions, the Legions, the Enforcer, and her own actions as Ground Commander for preventing the launch.

Humanity dodged a major bullet.

2. China Deep State Declares War on Kim

Kim states that on the night of January 16 to 17, 2024, China’s Deep State made an official declaration of war against humanity and against Kim personally. Kim reports that this declaration was followed by the issuance of two contracts targeting her:

  • $10 million for Kim’s capture and containment.
  • $100 million if Kim is delivered alive to China.

At the same time, Kim reports a separate grassroots escalation unfolding in the Middle East. A 12,000-strong network of Iraqi scholars (described by Kim as longstanding keepers of suppressed theological knowledge) has risen up against what they term false prophets within the Shia clerical establishment, whom Kim identifies as Deep State religious operatives.

Kim notes that their mobilization represents a significant escalation in grassroots opposition to these operatives.

3. Kim Officially Declares War

Kim states that at approximately 2:30 to 2:45 a.m. on January 17, 2024, she formally and officially declared war against the Deep State. She clarifies the scope: the declaration does not target Presidents and Heads of State. The named targets are the Merovingian bloodline and the Cain bloodline.

Kim convened a strategy meeting at 4:00 a.m. with the Coalitions (aligned international military and intelligence groups), the Legions (Kim’s enforcement and protective networks), and the Enforcer to coordinate operational planning.

Kim states that the war declaration carries an immediate operational consequence: “If you were the one and you participated in giving orders to spread Disease X throughout the world, you are now dead.”

Kim states that warnings were issued to military and agency personnel worldwide, instructing them to stand down under threat of “extreme prejudice.” These orders were recorded in the Hall of Records, the non-physical archive in which Kim states all official planetary-level declarations are logged.

4. The GIA Flooded with Cash

Under Global Martial Law (the planetary-level emergency authority Kim holds as Trustee and Ground Commander), a war declaration automatically redirects incoming financial flows to the GIA. Rather than reaching Treasury departments or conventional intelligence agencies, Kim states, the funds flow instead to GIA by default. The GIA, with Kim as Director, received enormous cash inflows to its accounts.

Kim notes this outcome surprised those in the Deep State who had expected the funds to flow instead to Treasury and to conventional intelligence agencies. Those parties were left empty-handed.

Deep State countermoves rejected: Screen-scraping attacks (automated account-harvesting attempts) were launched against GIA accounts, and an alternative currency instrument called "Trump bucks" was pushed into the system. Both attempts were rejected.

5. Gold Backing Replaces Human Collateral

Kim states that gold backing of the global financial system was completed on Monday, January 15, 2024. Prior to this change, the financial system used humans as collateral: each living person was registered as a productive asset, a human being treated as the underlying backing for government and bank debt instruments.

Kim states that this human-collateral arrangement has now been replaced: the veins of gold within the Earth serve as the new energy conductors and backing for the financial system.

The shift from human collateral to in-ground gold reaches beyond bookkeeping. Kim states that because human bodies are no longer registered as system collateral, 5G weapons and frequency weapons “simply won’t work”: the human-body signal they depended on no longer exists in the system.

Surveillance and Weapons Systems

Kim also states that surveillance infrastructure, including systems designed to monitor households through internet-connected appliances, is being dismantled as part of this transition.

Government Debt Instruments Disappearing

Kim states that with citizen collateral removed from the system, government debt instruments (IOUs and bonds) are disappearing from the financial ledger. These instruments were backed by citizens; with citizens removed as collateral, the instruments have no remaining basis and are being cleared.

Kim states that master encryption keys for the global banking system, the internet, and telecommunications are being replaced under a new framework Kim calls KIMS. The acronym covers two systems: the Key Integrated Monetary System (governing financial infrastructure) and the Key Integrated Media System (governing telecommunications and internet).

Kim states the prior encryption structure resembled a Christmas tree: one master key at the top provided back-door access to every system branching below it, just as a single trunk connects all branches. The replacement eliminates that single point of entry.

Entrust and Security Certificate Back Doors

Kim states that back-door access provided through security certificates from entities such as Entrust (a major certificate authority) is being eliminated. These certificates previously granted certain parties covert system access.

Car Loans, Mortgages, and Bank Asset Structure

Kim states that car loans and mortgages will no longer function as bank assets in the traditional sense, reflecting the reprogramming of the financial system’s base code.

Kim states that payment restrictions, account closures without explanation, and what Kim describes as “glass ceiling” barriers (blocks preventing individuals outside elite networks from advancing financially) are also being removed.

Hit Lists and Account Restrictions Removed

Kim states that institutional hit lists, lists used to restrict financial access or flag individuals for adverse treatment, are being cleared from the system as part of the encryption and collateral reset.

6. Stand-Down Orders and Blinken in Davos

Kim states that on the morning of January 17, 2024, stand-down orders were issued to all combatants in the following active conflict zones: Israel, Gaza, Ukraine, and Russia. Kim states these orders carry consequences for any commanders or forces that refuse to comply.
