Alien Programs That Kept Humanity Controlled
The cash infusion the Deep State is waiting for on July 4th is not coming, and the reason reaches back five thousand years to the alien programs that capped what any of us were allowed to do.
1. The Cash Infusion That Will Not Come
The Deep State is waiting for a $100 trillion cash infusion on July 4th. It is not coming.
What is being staged around that expectation is not subtle. A war with China is being set up. False flags for Washington DC are being prepared. System crashes and a planned shutdown of the financial system by the end of this month are all sequenced to land on top of the same anticipated payout. In their words, the goal is “to affect change and a switch.” All of it presumes the money arrives.
The sum used to be over $100 trillion, distributed to every country in the world on July 4th. The last time that actually happened was 2012. I executed it myself. Nothing on that scale has gone through since.
That is roughly fifty-five times smaller. When people in the network talk about the upcoming payout as if it is the same kind of event, they are quietly comparing two things that are not in the same league.
Their backup plan is the July 5 new moon. The remaining Deep State operatives are planning to attend their annual meeting and pull information directly from their alien contacts now that the higher-ranking figures are gone. In their world, the Fallen Angels meet every seven years, then the Others meet, and then the Parents. With nobody above them in that hierarchy still functioning, they think they can finally talk to the aliens themselves. The problem is that the aliens are not there either.
Before unpacking what that July 5 meeting will not deliver, I want to show you what happened to me the weekend before this report.
2. Surveilled at Lunch
The strangest thing about being surveilled in public is realizing the people watching you cannot decide what they are looking at.
On Saturday, June 29, a string of phone calls came in. The people on the other end were asking questions about me and how I do what I do. By Sunday, June 30, that turned into a meeting request from a group of operatives interested in breaking away from the Deep State. I ran background checks and agreed to meet at a predetermined location.
When I arrived at the restaurant, the surveillance was already in place. Underneath the building, around the building, and inside the building. They had wired up the room before I walked in.
So I kind of played a little game to see what would happen. I walked in and said, sorry, I cannot stay, and handed the person a note with a different location written on it. The new spot was a public area near water, no underground infrastructure available for any of their equipment.
Within 20 to 25 minutes of arriving at the new location, the surveillance operatives had regrouped around me. From the chatter I could pick up, their entire analysis was focused on trying to classify me. Their conclusion was that I am not an alien. After that they had nothing. They could not explain what they were observing.
If I end up in this situation again, the planning has to assume the same number. Twenty minutes, and then they are back on you.
I felt like a lab rat, or like the sideshow at a circus that people were taking pictures of. It was strange. But it was useful to confirm, in case I do this again, that I have twenty minutes and that is it before they all regroup.
There is a reason they could not classify me. Their entire taxonomy of human ability was designed by races that wanted us controlled, not awake.
3. Alien Programs That Capped Human Ability
Why could trained human operatives never match what the alien overseers brought to the table? The answer is in the design of the programs themselves.
The programs that were supposed to develop human psychic ability (the Jedi program, Project Moonlight, the LSD-based enhancement programs) were not designed by human beings looking to free human potential. They were derived from alien races hostile to humanity, primarily the Draco and Abraxas. Those races wanted humans controlled, not empowered. The programs were tools of that intent.
The programs share a key characteristic. They are extensive and geared around doing things in such a way that involves a third-party entity or a third-party medication of some sort. You do not get the ability on your own; you get the ability through an intermediary that the program owner controls.
That is also the cutoff switch. Whoever controls the intermediary controls whether the ability stays on. By design, the operator can revoke what they pretended to give.
Every node in the network is dependent on a relay that the program owner can sever at any time.
The shape is not freedom. It is a ceiling drawn close enough to feel like sky.
Why human operatives were never given full access
It works the same way the US military trains foreign militaries. You give them equipment and tactics, but always equipment and tactics you can overcome and predict. The point is to let your ally function at a useful level without letting them function above you. That is exactly the model the alien overseers ran on us.
That is the same program everyone in the military knows about, just one tier up. Human operatives admitted to these programs had their existing abilities amplified. They were never given knowledge that could not be counteracted by the alien overseers’ quantum systems. Whatever you learned, the people teaching it kept the override.
DUMB operations and alien slaveholders
Inside the DUMBs, the Deep Underground Military Bases, the work was done with captured refugees and prisoners of war. Most of those workers were aliens forced into the bases alongside the humans. They were not coerced by the humans, though. They were coerced by races they were genuinely scared of, like the Draco and Abraxas. The people in coveralls inside the bases were rarely the ones giving orders.
The humans who left Earth through SSP (Secret Space Program) channels did so on technology provided by these alien groups. They left as slaves or as “batteries” for use at other locations. The information given to human SSP participants was deliberately limited by the planetary governance structure under Marduk, the former head general under Global Martial Law. What anyone was permitted to know was set above their pay grade and never moved.
Military operatives are not the only ones running on third-party scripts. The same architecture wraps the general population, just with different tools.
4. How They Captured the General Mind
If you have ever wondered why so many spiritual paths feel like they are pointing the same direction with the same vocabulary, here is part of why.
For the general population, control did not run through DUMBs or SSP placements. It ran through computer programs, organized religions, and online gurus. Three channels, same architecture: a third party between you and whatever connection you were trying to make.
The New Age movement started years ago with information put out there by these government programs. The framing, the vocabulary, the practices that feel intuitively familiar to anyone who has touched alternative spirituality in the last several decades. Much of it came out of program training, not out of independent discovery. People are working with material that was seeded for them.
I want to be careful about one thing. Organized religion contains valid elements. The Ten Commandments are a real ethical core. Communities of like-minded people walking in the same direction have actual value. None of that is being thrown out.
The problem is the claim that a specific building, a specific ritual, or a specific group is necessary for you to reach Source. That is the part that was inserted.
The issue is with the claim that specific buildings, specific rituals, or specific groups are necessary for spiritual connection. That is the lever. Once you accept that the connection requires a third-party gate, you accept everything that comes with control of the gate.
But why does the Deep State refuse to acknowledge what Source actually is, even now? The answer is older than any of these programs.
5. Five Thousand Years of Institutional Memory
Five thousand years is the length of an institutional memory that has only ever known the dark.
These organizations are 5,000 to 6,000 years old. They have only ever existed under the Dark Age. Across that entire span, they have never had a working experience of Source functioning above Anti-Source. As far as their internal records go, the way the field has been is the way the field is. They are not refusing to accept Source’s superiority because they have evaluated it and disagreed. They are refusing it because in five millennia of operations, they have never seen it demonstrated in their environment.
Across that same period, the protocol against anyone working for the Light was consistent. Find them, target them through computer programs, isolate them, neutralize them, drive them to instability. The instability part is the cleanest description of what it looked like up close.
Every time I would find our people they would go nuts and literally lose their mind. I located a lot of people, and now I just do not talk about it, because they go after those people. That is the confessional part of why I kept myself isolated for as long as I did. It was not preference. It was the operational reality of trying to do this job without painting a target on every other person walking the same direction.
The pattern got sharper around groupings of three or seven. Those numbers, in particular, were treated as especially effective for Light-aligned work, and the Deep State knew it. Any time three or seven people in alignment showed up on their map, the resource allocation against that cluster went up.
For exactly that reason, those clusters have historically been the first ones the Deep State moves against. The smaller the circle, the higher the targeting priority.
The lonely fight has a different shape now. The regulators that made it lonely have been removed.
6. Regulators Removed, Source Returned
The regulators are gone. The connection is not automatic. You still have to make it yourself, but now there is nothing in the way.
There was a network of facilities positioned to transmute energy emanating from Earth. The regulators. They were tied to satellites overhead, and they were run by Cyberlife personnel rather than regular humans, who had limited access to the regulators themselves. Their job was to bleed off what was coming up from below and route it elsewhere.
The locations:
- Most of the state of New Mexico
- Most of the state of Louisiana
- Most of Finland
- Under the Caspian Sea
- Celsito, Ecuador
- Canberra, Australia
- Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
- Most of Costa Rica
- Cantabria, Spain
- Under the Euphrates River (described as a gold-rich site and the location of the first human civilization overlay)
The satellites that linked these facilities were removed previously. As of this report, the regulators themselves have been removed as well.
The satellites went first. The regulators on the ground followed. Both layers are now down.
With those control programs, what I call “governors,” now off, the field is open. Each person’s connection to Source, the highest creative intelligence, is individual and does not require a third party. The trap most of us fall into is locking onto someone else’s way in. It does not matter if you are going to a building or talking to some Buddhist or enlightened guru. It is someone else’s recipe, and it is not the only way. The recipe that works for you has to be yours.
For those of you carrying real responsibility in adversarial environments, I want to share one practice. I use layered brain-wave frequency shielding during long meetings with people who are working against me. I set the frequencies, I keep that going while I have actual thoughts and conversations. The shielding is not a substitute for the connection. It is what lets the connection stay clean while the rest of the work gets done.
The Source flow that the regulators suppressed for thousands of years is reaching this side again, and the connection point is each of you, not a building or a ritual. Each of us is meant to stand as a co-creator with that intelligence, not as a follower of someone else’s translation of it. You do not need someone else’s recipe; you need your own. Communities of people walking in the same direction still matter, but the shielding, the receiving, and the standing are yours to do.
There is nothing left in the way. The aliens above the regulators are gone. The regulators themselves are gone. The institutional memory that taught five thousand years of operatives to assume the dark was permanent is the last layer that has not caught up to the new conditions. That part is on us, on each person who decides to reach for the connection that is finally available again and to keep reaching when the old machinery tries to convince them nothing has changed.
