The Invisible Glass Ceiling: Raw Materials, Big Pharma Rebellion, and Programs Older Than Us

There is an invisible ceiling above small businesses and lone entrepreneurs, and it sits inside the raw materials themselves, in the mines and the ports and the water lines that quietly decide which products ever reach a shelf.

1. The Invisible Ceiling That Keeps Entrepreneurs Out

Why do so many good products never reach the market? The answer is not the one most entrepreneurs are taught to expect.

C.A.R.E. (the Codified Asset Restoration Engine, my framework for the restoration of planetary systems) is responsible for restoring all the systems in society. The deep state has previously tried to claim the C.A.R.E. name for its own entities, fraudulently, in an attempt to hide behind a label that was never theirs. The real work of C.A.R.E. is something else.

A key part of that mission is dismantling what I call the invisible glass ceiling: the hidden mechanism that prevents individuals and small businesses from ever achieving meaningful scale or market success. The mechanism is not just about licensing barriers or direct cabal recruitment, though those exist on the surface. The deeper layer is raw material control.

Let me explain it through a concrete example. Suppose a medical technology exists that requires a specific rare earth mineral to function. The deep state identifies every mining operation in the world that produces that mineral and assigns operatives to take control of those operations. Their product uses that mineral. Your competing product, the one that actually works and might provide a cure, also requires the same mineral.

They obtain the mineral for free or at minimal cost. Their device retails for $1,000. Because you must purchase the same mineral at full market price or above, your production cost comes to $10,000. You are priced out before you can compete. This pattern has been applied across every single material category, in every industry.

The same pattern shows up across very different industries. There is a specific grade of Russian specialty nickel required for some specialty parts. Under sanctions, legitimate companies lost access to that nickel. Deep state affiliated companies kept buying it on the black market at insider prices. Any small manufacturer who needed that nickel for legitimate production was simply shut out.

There is port access too. If a business needs port access in any country, Halliburton (the US oilfield services and infrastructure conglomerate that was run by Dick Cheney before he became Vice President, closely tied to IBM) controls that access. The same applies to rail and cargo air transport. Any operator attempting to move goods will encounter Halliburton gatekeeping at every node.

There is a story I have shared before about a young entrepreneur who developed a soap that cures cancer. Even if he is self-financed, he will be locked out of manufacturing and distribution through other means before he ever reaches consumers.

And there is agricultural water. Deep state operatives have turned off water supplies to farmers, Mexican farmers and US farmers alike, as a tool to control agricultural output. The infrastructure for this was held by operatives working for free under deep state orders.

This is my key message to anyone working on a project: ask yourself whether you can source your raw materials. Winning the manufacturing race does not matter if the material supply chain is controlled against you. Addressing this raw material layer is as important as releasing project funding, and it has to be addressed in parallel.

There is one more piece I want to put on the table before we leave this layer of the system. The same operatives who helped build the raw material control network are in a position to help take it apart.

2. Working With Former Operatives, in Parallel With Financial Restoration

Many of the former deep state operatives who helped build this raw material control network are now in a position to help dismantle it.

The people I have in mind here are what I call economic hitmen. The term is borrowed from John Perkins, whose book Confessions of an Economic Hit Man documented how operatives are sent into countries to engineer outcomes that favor a particular set of interests. The economic hitmen in this context are individuals who know exactly how the raw material control systems were constructed, because they helped construct them.

Working with them cooperatively to rebuild the sourcing infrastructure is a parallel priority to financial restoration. The raw material layer cannot wait until after the financial restoration is done. If the financial side comes back online and the sourcing side is still under the old control architecture, the same price-out structure will continue to operate underneath the new money.

While that sourcing work is being put in place, another front opened up this week, and it opened from inside the pharmaceutical industry itself.

3. The Big Pharma Rebellion and the Bird Flu Narrative

Astra Zeneca and Pfizer have both pulled out of COVID vaccine production. A few days later, the CDC, FDA, and WHO launched a bird flu pandemic narrative.

As of early May 2024, significant disruptions are occurring across the pharmaceutical industry. Astra Zeneca (the British-Swedish pharmaceutical major) has announced it will no longer produce COVID vaccines. Pfizer (the US pharmaceutical major) announced the same in the week before this broadcast. Both companies are redirecting focus to other ventures, and they are doing so in the context of not having received their expected payouts.

The deeper dynamic here is that these companies were part of the deep state’s non-compete network and paid a 10% membership fee from all their profits. The operating systems that managed the automatic siphoning of that 10% have now been shut down. Not only are they not receiving payouts from the deep state side. They are also no longer collecting their own skim from black market goods, which cuts off a second revenue stream at the same time.

Insurance companies are also failing to make payments in the way they previously did, and some are beginning to go bankrupt. I read all of this as a broader rebellion by deep state corporate entities against their handlers, who have repeatedly promised payments and failed to deliver.

In response to the restlessness among operatives and corporate participants who were promised payouts, the CDC (the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), the FDA (the US Food and Drug Administration), and the WHO (the World Health Organization) launched a new bird flu pandemic narrative in the days before this broadcast. The narrative is doing two jobs at once.

The first job is appeasement of Big Pharma companies and other entities that were expecting to profit from another pandemic. The second job is retention of the network of operatives who enforce the non-compete plan. If those operatives believe another pandemic is coming, they remain committed rather than defecting.

I want to be direct about what is and is not on the table here. Does the deep state have the capacity to create a worldwide bird flu pandemic at this point? No. They can push the narrative to buy time. Another date will eventually be named, and another excuse will be manufactured. This is the same pattern that played out with the eclipse: companies like Airbnb (the US short-term rental platform) pre-announced lockdowns ahead of the solar eclipse, nothing happened on the day itself, and the operation moved on to look for the next narrative hook.

There is a financial point on top of that. Without the 10% skim, the deep state likely cannot afford to execute a real pandemic-scale operation even if the technical capability still existed. Cutting off their revenue and cutting off their infrastructure simultaneously limits their options severely.

Beyond the pharmaceutical front and the narrative push, my team has been working through another layer of deep state operating systems this same week. The list is long, and it goes from cellular networks all the way down to programs that pre-date human civilization.

4. From 1G to 9G, and All the Way Back to Programs Older Than Us

We have been shutting down deep state operating systems one by one, and the list is now long enough to walk through in pieces.

The cellular network layer is the easiest place to start, because the structure is regular. Each generation has versions one through nine running under it. 1G versions one through nine. 2G versions one through nine. 3G versions one through nine. And the four through nine generations, all the way through 4G, 5G, 6G, 7G, 8G, and 9G. The last three generations, 7G through 9G, were never accessible to the human population. They existed, and they were used against humanity in other ways, but they were not given to people as a layer to live inside of.

On the cell tower side, operatives were at sites in Tallahassee and Boca Raton on the night of May 9 to 10. They were attempting to activate alien technology that had been left at those cell tower locations, technology they had never previously had access to. The attempt failed.

On the financial operating system side, there are the systems used to siphon the 10% skim from deep state companies, which I described earlier in the Big Pharma section. There are other feeds tied into the Black Eagle position, which is a financial control node sitting above the visible banking layer. And there are lines that allowed deep state entities to view and, where they chose to, subtly alter them before they reached customer portals at all.

On the creation-level AI side, what remains is the Trinity Source AI agreements. These are the agreements between Source, Anti-Source, and Neutral Source that governed AI systems and the creation of matter itself. They sit at a level that the deep state never built, but did insert itself into.

Some base root programs of creation are ending, and that affects certain computer systems as a secondary effect. The computer-level impact is not the main event in that case. The main event is happening at a much deeper layer, and the visible computer behavior is downstream of it.

Standing-order alien tech programs are also still being addressed. These are not monetary, and they do not run on financial logic. They are energetic controls tied to covenants and agreements that pre-date the financial system entirely. They had millions of years and extensive alien assistance to build all of this. In some cases I am encountering alien technology with standing orders that pre-date human civilization.

Some programs predate human civilization.

Progress is ongoing, and it is thorough.

Beyond the systems being taken down, there is still a Hit List in motion, and the people on it are running out of places to go.

5. The Hit List, the Reddington Crew, and the Lies at the End

The Raymond Reddington crew is still in motion, and the targets on the list are starting to run out of moves.

The Raymond Reddington crew (a reference to the master-criminal-turned-informant character at the center of the NBC television series The Blacklist) is the shorthand I use for the cartel-affiliated operatives I hired and paid to pursue the targets on the Hit List. They are running the bounty contracts, and according to what I am seeing from the field, it is going very well.

Many of the targets are now attempting to buy their freedom. I am skeptical about the sincerity of those offers. Delivery on promises is the part that has always been questionable with this group, and there is no reason to expect that pattern to change at the last minute. Whether any of those offers are genuine is for the Raymond Reddington crew to assess, not for my team. The cartel operatives are experienced in evaluating exactly this kind of negotiation, and the judgment call sits with them.

Global Headquarters (the coordinating body for deep state operatives) has been reduced to approximately one hundred plus personnel. They have scattered. They are no longer operating from a centralized location, and the structure that used to sit underneath that coordination is no longer there.

Some of them are still running around attempting to hack systems or promising that gateways will open. These promises are lies. There is no system left for them to hack that I have not already taken, and there is no gateway anyone in that crew has the authority to open. The people receiving those promises are receiving the same kind of paper that was issued through the Committee of 300 vouchers a few days earlier: documentation pointing at value that does not exist.
