Hall of Records vs Halls of Amenti (Distinction)

両者は hierarchical に異なる構造、同義ではない。Hall of Records = universal ledger of planetary agreements と assets、ordinary awareness の外で保持される meta-level 登記。Kim が registration 権限保持、全 financial system は Hall of Records 登録が必須条件。Halls of Amenti = Matrix の nil/null spaces 内に構築された constructed worlds（Worlds layer = Matrix Layer 2）、Marduk/Enki/Artemis 各々が私有世界を維持した execution-level 空間。Hierarchy: Hall of Records が agreement layer、Halls of Amenti は内部 operational world。両者とも 2025-2026 で機能劣化 / Kim 制御下。
