Groundhog Day Cycle (Soul-Level Recycling)

Dark Tower に囚われた魂の endless cycling（Source return 防止）。climb the tower → fall back → climb again の pattern（映画 Groundhog Day から命名）。local（単一魂のリサイクル）で Beast (惑星全体の civilization reset) と区別。Dark Tower = 虐殺現場に建立、9 primary towers。WTC tower は 2025-04-19 解放。
