Source の All That Is 層 — particles が stationary、sound と current が not happen 状態の静穏領域。Level 9 gate 先の最奥層、1941 Atlantis incursion で gate を depart した mutants が ここで stuck（bubble communication のみ可能、particle obtain 不能）。Deep state が obtain を試みた究極の原初領域だが、time 外のため time-based technology では access 不能。
