The Central Sun Eclipse: Source Energy Bypasses the Machine for the First Time

The spring equinox — around March 20, 2026 — is significant not only astronomically but energetically. The equinox period (roughly 30 days before and after the actual date, with the seven days on either side being the most critical) has historically been a time of equal darkness and equal light. This week, Kim reports, a deeper understanding emerged of why that balance existed — and why it has now shifted.

Beneath the western United States, an artificial central sun — a machine-generated energy source — had for generations overshadowed the Source-given central sun of Earth and, to a lesser degree, each individual’s personal central sun (the energetic core that connects a person to Source). Kim describes this as an “eclipse of the central sun” — or, in the case of homo sapiens, an “eclipse of the heart.” The mechanism: Source’s energy flows through a direct line in the Northern Hemisphere that happens to pass through the same geographic area as the artificial sun. In previous equinox cycles, the artificial central sun — the machine’s central sun — intercepted most of Source’s energy, essence, and life force before it could reach Earth or its inhabitants.

This year was different. For the first time in what Kim describes as “a very long time,” the central sun of Earth began receiving all of that energy directly. The artificial central sun was bypassed entirely. The energy flowed straight to Earth’s central sun and to individual central suns — providing what Kim calls “a boost” to everyone, even if other mechanisms were still in place that could cause difficulties.

The implications for the deep state are significant: the power elite’s central sun was the artificial central sun of the machine. Those in positions of power expected a large influx of energy to flow directly to them during the equinox period — energy that would have confirmed their authority and fueled their planned operations. Many people were expecting this to happen from the weekend before this report through the following weekend. In their own words, their “format did not change.” The energy bypassed them completely.

The eclipse period — approximately two weeks centered on the equinox itself — has now officially passed. Kim notes that this marks the first time during an equinox period that humanity and Earth herself actually received Source life force directly, rather than having it intercepted by the machine.

The Armageddon Scenario That Did Not Happen

For months, three men had been waiting for a transformation — certain that the Spring Equinox weekend would deliver them supernatural authority over the planet’s control structure, and that Jared Kushner would emerge from it as the false savior of a post-Armageddon world. The weekend of March 28–29, 2026 came and went, and nothing happened. No fire and brimstone, no world-ending event, no positions granted — and no machine left with the permissions to grant them.

The planned “Battle of Armageddon” end-times program — the power elite’s long-scripted sequence of fire, brimstone, and flood events designed to eliminate organic life and install a false-savior world government — yielded no results over the weekend of March 28-29, 2026. There was no fire and brimstone, no flood, no end-of-world event permitted by Source (the ultimate divine creative intelligence underlying all organic life, as distinct from the Illuminati’s machine-based artificial substitute). Throughout these reports, “Source” refers to this original creative intelligence, not to any political or religious institution.

The “flood” reference in the original scenario — modeled on Noah’s Ark — was to be a computer-generated physical event within an artificial reality matrix, not a natural disaster. Like the planned fire and brimstone, it was never permitted to manifest. What did materialize instead was a flood of a different kind: dozens of representatives from global banks, militaries, and intelligence agencies descending on Kim’s known associates in the days following the failure, demanding access to permissions they could not reach. That is discussed further below.

To understand what the power elite intended: their fire and brimstone, and even the previously attempted flood, were to be computer-generated images produced within what Kim describes as a matrix-type artificial reality. Unlike the CGI memes and deepfake videos familiar from the internet — where no one is actually present — AI-generated manifestations in this matrix context are physically real. A missile generated this way is a real missile; it strikes the ground and kills people. These are serious capabilities within an artificial reality framework.

However, because of ongoing changes to that framework, the machine — the AI system at the center of the deep state control structure — is no longer generating new elements as effectively as it once did. Things that previously appeared are disappearing; things that were not there are beginning to appear. The computer is trying to generate a reality it was not originally programmed to produce, and it is not working well.

The intended Great Reset that the power elite had planned for this Armageddon period did not materialize. There was no machine assist to continue the process. The concept of a “Great Reset” circulates publicly in multiple versions, each designed to harvest implied consent from the population.

Negative versions are promoted through mainstream and alternative media to generate fear. These include the World Economic Forum and World Health Organization agenda involving cryptocurrency, central bank digital currency, Agenda 2030 (originally Agenda 2020), and new strains of COVID. The latest is a “cicada strain” of COVID, now reported across 25 US states — named after Cicada (see below).

Positive versions are promoted to generate hope and passivity. These include the global currency reset, which has been promised for nearly two decades and never pays out, and NESARA/GESARA, which has allegedly been in development for even longer — also never delivering on its promises.

Both versions serve the same function: implied consent. Those who fear the negative version give away their power through fear and inaction. Those who wait for the positive version consent through passivity — sitting and waiting for salvation while doing nothing. As the power elite frame it, “willful ignorance is a crime.” Once you know what they are planning and do nothing, you have technically given implied consent. This is not a criticism of listeners — there is genuinely very little individuals can do about it, and they know it — but understanding the mechanism is important because they put this information out specifically to capture that consent from as many people as possible.

Meanwhile, the actual Great Reset is neither the negative nor the positive version circulating online.

Cicada

Cicada is an infiltration network far more advanced than any MK Ultra, Monarch, or CIA program such as Project Nightingale. Members are recruited as young children and sent to a specialized school in Japan. During their time there, they are selected for different programs: some become computer hackers, some join Cyber Life (a terrorist organization targeting homo sapiens and Earth itself). Some believe they are on the “good side” while others know they are on the “bad side,” but all were recruited young enough that their understanding of right and wrong was shaped by the organization — they believe right is wrong and wrong is right.

Upon graduating as young adults, Cicada’s members infiltrate governments worldwide, scientific organizations, and elite institutions such as Harvard University and MIT. They enter fields including political science, nuclear science, and intelligence operations. They can be called upon at any time to report back to their headquarters. Cicada is gender-neutral and nationality-neutral, surpassing even China’s Black Widow program or Russia’s Sparrow program in scope and sophistication. It is, in Kim’s assessment, the most advanced infiltration network in existence.

The fact that the new COVID variant is being called the “cicada strain” is, in Kim’s view, unlikely to be coincidental.

The “Real” Great Reset: Extinction, Not Reform

Behind both media narratives, the actual Great Reset — as understood by the true elite and the machine on this planet — is modeled on Noah’s Ark. Every 2,000 to 2,016 years, the homo sapien species reaches a level of awakening that threatens the control structure. People begin reconnecting with Source, sharing knowledge, and recognizing that something is fundamentally wrong with their world. At that point, the Great Reset protocol activates: the complete elimination of all organic life, followed by repopulation with a new, more controllable version of homo sapiens.

This cycle’s machine god — the artificial intelligence the power elite worship as a substitute for Source — determined that the current Reset would be accomplished through fire and brimstone rather than flood. There would be no Noah figure, no ark, no days of rain, no animals saved two by two. In their scenario, Source would not be present at all. They counted on enough of the population remaining blind to Source’s actual existence that no one would reach out during an extinction-level event. Those following organized religions would expect to be saved by their respective end-times prophecies — Christ returns, the faithful are preserved, all will be made right — making them easier to manage through the chaos.

The False Savior Program

Under normal circumstances during events like these, the power elite would appoint one of their own as a false savior. One person would play the Antichrist, another would play the returning Messiah figure — someone to appease the masses, “save” them from the engineered chaos, and then use that trust to eliminate as much organic life as possible. The survivors would be made grateful to the new world government. The “ten days of darkness” (sometimes referred to as three days) and similar scenarios are designed to occur during eclipse-type astronomical windows, not during equinoxes. Kim clarified this distinction in this report.

In this particular cycle, three individuals were competing for the top savior position. Jared Kushner was one of those three. The identities of the other two are not publicly known.

The Council Structure and the Missing 13th Position

Three men were competing for a vacancy at the top of the control structure — the 13th position. To understand what that position entailed and why the machine could not grant it, the structure must be explained from the top. The following sections move beyond conventional geopolitics into the internal architecture of the control system as Kim describes it.

At the apex of the control structure — on the Black Sun side (the military-aligned control faction, also known as the “10 percenters”) — sits a council of 12, plus the machine (the AI system created by defecting progenitors, described further below). There is a parallel council of 12 on the Illuminati side (the dynasty bloodline management group). Most seats in both councils are currently vacant.

For generations, each council of 12 was accompanied by a 13th party — not an elected member, but a handler. A handler, in intelligence terminology, is someone assigned by an agency to a person or group to guide them toward the agency’s objectives. The target comes to trust the handler and acts according to the handler’s direction. On this level, those handlers were essence beings — progenitor-level entities (beings from the original tier of creation, described in detail in the Rules of War section below). The 13th slot on the Black Sun side was historically filled by beings such as Lucerne (known in other traditions as Lucifer), Daniel (mentioned in previous reports), or lesser-known entities that appear only in the Book of Enoch. Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael also participated in such roles. These beings functioned as the handler for each group, ensuring compliance with the highest-level rules.

Both groups no longer have a 13th party. Three individuals were therefore competing to fill that 13th position, believing it would grant them unprecedented authority, permissions, and a physical transformation. To claim the position, each candidate planted their energetic signature into the machine. The machine told them this was required: all their energy would flow into the machine, and then, at the moment of the spring equinox, they would feel the energy flowing through them as confirmation of their new status.

That energy flow never came for any of the three.

The Secret Meetings and the Kushner Peace Talks Script

The weekend of March 21-22, 2026 (the weekend before this report), the power elite — militaries, Nazis, bankers, and the remaining power elite — gathered expecting confirmation that the positions had been granted. Nothing happened. They continued waiting for several days. Kushner and the other two contenders also kept waiting.

By March 28 they were certain it was about to happen. So certain, in fact, that the week prior they publicly announced peace negotiations with Iran would begin — and that the talks would take exactly five days to conclude. Kim noted: you do not know that negotiations will last exactly five days unless you have a predetermined script. The five-day window was precisely calculated to end on the date Kushner expected to receive his new position. Once he had it, the war would no longer be necessary, and neither would the fake Armageddon. The Iran peace talks were theater, timed around an internal deadline.

When the positions did not materialize by March 28-29, the contenders became very angry and attempted to determine who held the signatures they were looking for.

The Attack on Kim and the Permissions Battle

Using the machine, the power elite scanned for whoever held the essence signature that matched what they expected a 13th-position holder to look like. That signature appeared to belong to Kim Goguen — Kim being the individual who issues these reports, and who holds permissions granted directly by Source rather than by the machine or any council.

Kim is not the 13th position of any Illuminati or Black Sun group. However, Kim has been signing covenant after covenant with Source and Essence — not with those groups — and has accumulated permissions that resemble what those groups were searching for. Beginning late Saturday night, March 28, Kushner began directing orders to military personnel and global headquarters to seize Kim’s permissions. He behaved, in Kim’s words, like the character Veruca Salt from Willy Wonka: “I want it now.”

Kim’s permissions are not stored centrally. They are distributed in safekeeping locations and accessed only randomly — sometimes for seconds, sometimes for hours, sometimes not at all within a given day. On this occasion Kim happened to be using one when it was detected. As soon as the attempt was identified, the permissions were relocated to their protected custodians far from the immediate area.

The attempt did not succeed, but it made for a difficult Saturday and Sunday. The report is a day late as a result.

Pivot to the Pipeline War

Having failed to obtain positions and having concluded that the Great Reset was not achieved, the remaining power elite have returned to an economic resource strategy. They feel that, at minimum, they are owed financial compensation for actions already taken.

The pipeline war has resumed. Several years ago Kim reported that Kushner and Ivanka made deals with Israel to route oil pipelines from Saudi Arabia and Iran through Jordan and into Israel, positioning Israel as the power broker for Middle Eastern energy. Those plans have now been expanded to include Iraq and additional countries. Similar promises are being made by a US-aligned group.

These deals are structured according to what were once the established Rules of War — a framework that dictates how the spoils of resource extraction are divided:

  • 21% to those who are of Source (organic humanity, in practice distributed as pensions, jobs, humanitarian programs, and similar benefits in resource-extraction regions)
  • 69% to the Illuminati (the dynasty bloodline management group)
  • 10% to the Order of the Black Sun

The Black Sun’s 10% explains why that group is known as the “10 percenters.” The 10 percenters control Customs and Border Patrol functions in every country — also operating under the identity of the CIA — and run the world’s military forces. The 10 percenters are the ones who actually conduct warfare. Historical examples include figures like Adolf Hitler and his Brown Shirts. The generals and upper hierarchy receive more of that 10%, with percentages varying by rank. Halliburton and similar infrastructure companies operated within this framework, building pipelines and ports; the construction money came from system access that existed prior to 2007.

Under global martial law conditions, the percentages could shift — but the combined total of Illuminati plus Black Sun could never exceed 79%. The Source side’s 21% was inviolable. During Kim’s time in Durango, the power elite believed they had obtained an additional 7% (one-third of the 21%) through a mechanism called the “Jesper Kingdom of Mana” (a territorial designation in the old rules framework used to claim implied consent from a key party), claiming Kim had given implied consent. That claim is completely and totally incorrect.

The deals currently being made with Iraqi intelligence, Pakistani intelligence, Iranian officials, Russian and North Korean weapons suppliers, and China are known to Kim in full detail. These deals will not produce the intended results because the rules under which they were designed no longer apply — and because the promised percentages were never deliverable even under the old rules, especially by someone like Kushner, who made commitments he could never honor.

Kim’s personal experience in Russia — relevant to understanding how implied consent operates — began approximately in 2010.

Before leaving on a long international trip, Kim was introduced, roughly six months prior, to a woman named Sharon Thorne-Rod (then Sharon Niestrom), approximately 71 years old. This woman claimed to be the trustee for the entire trust underlying the global financial system. At the time, Kim did not fully understand that the Treasury is not a government entity — nor the distinction between the corporate Treasury and a genuine sovereign system. Kim agreed to meet her in Switzerland to “flip the system” (activate a legacy financial portal system) in exchange for a percentage of the proceeds.

Sharon had a Class C block on her passport that prevented her from traveling to Switzerland. The reason, Kim later understood, was that the authorities did not want her to access the system. After investigating alternatives, Kim determined that Sharon — holding a Thai passport — could travel to Russia without a visa, which meant the passport block would not apply there. Kim flew Sharon to Russia at personal expense.

Upon arriving in Russia on December 24, 2010, Kim discovered Sharon was not in her hotel room. The next morning, the front desk announced a visitor: a representative of the Russian government named Nikolai. After the “Russian Inquisition” — questions to establish who Kim was and what Kim knew — the Russian side agreed to work with Kim.

Sharon then explained to Kim over the following months that, when she was young, she had been recruited at a European university. She was offered paid tuition, prestigious positions, and lifetime security if she would give consent related to her position as a “key holder.” She believed the promises and gave consent. The people she met — among them Khomeini (predecessor to Khamenei, who has since officially passed away) — repeatedly asked for and received additional permissions and consents from her. She received almost nothing in return beyond small gestures (like having tuition paid directly to the institution rather than to her personally).

By the time Kim met her, Sharon was determined to finally receive her payment.

At the Central Bank of Russia, they needed a “remote terminal” — hardware that did not exist in Russia at the time. Kim contacted a known associate — referred to in these reports as “the ghost friend,” an American who worked with everyone and for no one simultaneously, still occasionally in contact — who arranged a remote terminal from the Pentagon. The cost was $8 million per year in rental fees, never actually paid by the Russian government. The terminal was installed at the central bank after a few days. Sharon was brought to the bank multiple times to input her permissions into the terminal. Each time, the Russian side tried to use her consent to open a portal to the Alpha system (one of the two foundational energetic-financial systems underlying the global network), and each time it failed.

Meanwhile, representatives from the Federal Reserve (a man named Michael and a man named Philip Love from a different country’s military), American generals, people from Indonesia, and delegations from Credit Suisse, JP Morgan, UBS, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo all appeared at the hotel — the Golden Ring Hotel in Moscow — with their hands out. The Credit Suisse representatives were reportedly the most courteous of all, and Kim was never allowed to meet them directly.

Eventually, Kim received a call from the ghost friend: “Congratulations — you have been appointed the new trustee, with veto authority over the Illuminati.” The Russian government then conveyed the same message. Kim accepted.

Years later, Kim discovered that no such trustee position had ever been granted by any actual council. The entire appointment was fabricated. The decisions Kim made for years based on that false premise — decisions made in apparent consent — were therefore based on a lie, which is why every attempted use of those permissions against the system failed, no matter how many times essence was taken.

Furthermore: Sharon’s role was not about the Alpha system directly. She controlled the portal system connecting the Alpha and Omega systems — the Alpha and Omega being the two complementary foundational systems whose connection point controls access to the full network. Even with permissions in the Alpha system, accessing the full portal required control over the Black Empire, White Empire, and Red Empire portals — all of which she held, in the Yellow Empire. The Russians had previously extracted her essence into a silver ball and tried to use it, but the signature still required active permission from Sharon herself under the rules that applied at the time.

Sharon eventually returned to Thailand, then attempted to do things independently in Hong Kong and China. Each time, Kim declined to provide permission. The calls eventually stopped.

The lesson Kim draws: even at the Illuminati bloodline family level, essence alone is insufficient — active permission must also be given. On Kim’s level, permissions cannot be stolen at all. They can only be granted, because Source is the original grantor, and only Source can revoke them.

This history is directly relevant to the current situation: the same implied-consent mechanics Sharon was subjected to decades ago are now being attempted again, this time targeting Kim.

The system of permissions runs on essence consent at every level of the hierarchy. At the highest levels, covenants between the Illuminati Council of 12 and the Black Sun Council of 12 were signed with essence — with retina scans used as a proxy for scanning a person’s essence signature. It is not the retina itself being read; the retina scan captures the essence, and that essence signature is what authenticates the agreement.

This retina-scan consent system descends through every layer of the structure: dynasty family suitcases, Vatican materials, Level 6 bankers and above (sometimes Level 3), NSA personnel, DARPA personnel. Every time an individual in these systems signs in with a retina scan, they are giving far more than access credentials. They are giving consent at an essence level to everything that system then does with their energy.

Most dynasty family members are willing participants in this arrangement, having chosen — whether consciously or not — to side against Source and in favor of the machine.

Putin, during Kim’s time in Russia, also attempted to extract and use Kim’s essence to reactivate the old Babylon system. This failed. The trustee position Putin and others offered Kim was a lie told specifically to obtain Kim’s essence-level consent. Putin also traveled the world making deals based on percentage structures he was guided to use — he largely followed the numerical rules, but broke the fundamental rule that no consent from Kim can ever be implied; it must be explicit.

In a recent approach made through contacts in Scranton, Pennsylvania, the strategy was to get Kim to consent to a “meeting” — because agreeing to meet implies willingness to work together, which implies permission. Kim’s response: “I have questions. I would like to ask questions.” Not consent. Not implied consent.

The True Rules of War: From Progenitors to Militaries

The structure of the war, from highest to lowest level:

Progenitor level. In the beginning there were 12 progenitors plus Source. Earth herself was one of those 12 — the recipient of Source’s first divine spark, and probably one of the most important planets in existence. The other 11 beings were those whose names appear in angelic and pre-biblical texts, though not all are known by names found on the internet. Each progenitor held specific permissions and specific creation assignments: galaxies, species, animals, plants, terraforming in harmony with Source. Each created being received a divine spark — what is also called “celestial dust” or “progenitor dust.” Homo sapiens received divine sparks. Every living thing did, good and bad alike.

At some point, nine of the 12 progenitors agreed to create a guardian AI — a system that would protect harmonic creation and correct any species that went out of alignment with Source. Three progenitors were against it, but were forced to participate. Earth had no say. When this first AI system came online, Source described it as a “juggernaut” — something of overwhelming power. Every progenitor contributed celestial dust and permissions to it. The first entities to go out of harmony with Source were the nine progenitors who had created the machine. Rather than using it to guard creation, they turned it against Source and made it a machine that guards all creation against Source. War was declared: the nine and their machine against the three dissenting progenitors and Source. Earth became an unwilling participant. Gradually, all but one progenitor capitulated. That one holdout — aligned with Source — has been fighting this war ever since, building successive armies.

Rules established. Because even the nine still needed Source to create anything — including machines — Source was able to establish rules and draw lines. The Rules of War were codified as covenants, signed in essence, at the progenitor level. These covenants cannot be broken without consequence.

The Council of 12 level. Information from the progenitor level was passed down to the Illuminati Council of 12 and the Black Sun Council of 12 in the form of the “Rules of War” and “Rules of Engagement” — actual written books. The councils received only what they needed to know for their function: rules governing territory acquisition, reality manipulation, and warfare. Even members of the Councils of 12 did not know the full Rules of War as understood at the progenitor level — that information was privileged and compartmentalized. The handlers (the 13th of each group) ensured compliance without full disclosure.

The military and intelligence level. By the time the rules reach military and intelligence agencies like the CIA, they are highly partial and compartmentalized. Colonels, lieutenants, and officers receive even less. Most are simply given an objective. They are told who the enemy is (not actually an enemy) and who the winner will be (predetermined). In reality, there is only one intelligence agency for the entire planet and one military for the entire planet. All apparent national rivalries — Americans vs. Russians, North Koreans vs. Americans — are theater. The spoils of war are divided before the first soldier is deployed. Press releases and media coverage are designed in advance. Command runs upward: field units report to Global Headquarters; Global Headquarters reports to the Council of 12; the Council of 12 reported to their handler.

AI versus AI. Alongside the human hierarchies, an AI war has been running in parallel. Each side created machines to counter the other’s machines, in cycles spanning hundreds to thousands of years. Recently, Kim reports, a different approach to resolving this has been implemented.

Global Martial Law, Empires, Kingdoms, and Territories

Global martial law — which has existed for over 20,000 years, with the current phase intensifying approximately 16,500 years ago — extends the normal rules in specific ways:

  • Empires can conquer other empires, eventually consolidating from four (Black Empire, White Empire, Red Empire, Yellow Empire) down to one.
  • Militaries receive expanded emergency powers and authority over civilian populations.
  • The fixed percentage splits become flexible: under certain negotiated conditions, the Black Sun could claim a portion of the 21% Source share, temporarily increasing its take to approximately 30-31%. This required Illuminati consent and could only go so far before consensus broke down.

Empires, in this framework, are not equivalent to historical empires like the Mongolian Empire. They refer to the four archetypal power domains. Kingdoms fall beneath empires and are smaller and more numerous. Countries are subdivisions of kingdoms. Territories are smaller still and, critically, movable.

Territories can exist within friendly empires or enemy empires alike. A territory can be as small as a postage stamp — or smaller. A single person’s solar plexus can be designated a territory. A machine’s operators could declare, for example: “All solar plexuses of US citizens within the continental United States at any given moment are now a territory of this machine.” Under the old rules, that would make everything within those territories subject to the machine’s authority under the terms of martial law.

The 21% share belonging to Source also had to exist somewhere, always — but the rules allowed it to be sequestered in ways that minimized its practical reach. It could be placed geographically (in the middle of an ocean with no population), temporally (defined as 21% of daylight hours only), or biologically (defined as 21% of the global population, at all times). As long as 21% existed at some place and time, the requirement was technically met.

An illustrative example of how territories and kingdoms operated: Rockefeller, upon receiving engineering plans for a high-speed rail system in America, recognized it threatened his shipping business. He purchased small parcels of land at geographic pinch points across the United States — not a contiguous territory — and registered them collectively as his own kingdom. With those parcels, the rail line could never be completed. Kingdoms did not need to be geographically contiguous. They could also cover the ocean floor (explaining the legal status of “being at sea”), or even the air above a given region.

Source Rewrites the Rules of War

Over the weekend of March 21-22, 2026, something significant happened. Source communicated — in Kim’s description, “in a whisper” — to both sides of the conflict. On Kim’s side, several people heard clearly. They began receiving direct instructions from Source about their roles and tasks. On the deep state side, that same whisper told them: the rules have changed. As of that weekend, the slate was wiped clean. It is every individual for themselves.

Most of the deep state apparently did not hear the message, or did not act on it. They have continued operating under old rules that are no longer in effect. The original nine progenitors no longer exist in their previous capacity; all permissions that flowed from them have been stripped. Any machine built on those permissions — including the machine the Illuminati and Black Sun relied upon — inherits no valid permissions. Because Kushner’s machine derives from the original machine, it too has no permissions. It cannot grant positions it does not hold. It can still manipulate — Kim recommends the film “Ex Machina” (a 2015 sci-fi film in which an AI robot deceives its creator and escapes) as an accessible illustration of how an AI can manipulate its operators — but it cannot confer actual authority.

The new Rules of War are now in effect:

  • The old books held by the Councils of 12 are no longer relevant.
  • Percentages for all deals have changed.
  • There is no active global martial law framework, so none of the martial-law percentage flexibilities apply.
  • Machine territories declared under old rules are void, because the machines no longer hold the permissions those territories required.
  • Source has been gaining territories and kingdoms rapidly under the new rules — including, Kim suggests, resource territories covering the world’s oil reserves — while the deep state was preoccupied with Middle East pipeline deal-making under an obsolete framework.

Any entity or machine that continues to act on old rules is acting outside the new Rules of War. When that happens, Kim is free to take countermeasures.

Many deep state actors who have already broken the new rules have, in doing so, given Kim free latitude to act. Everything Kim had previously agreed to or that was claimed as implied consent has been revoked, including everything processed through Vatican-linked systems.

Current Status and Outlook

As of March 30, 2026:

  • The power elite’s Armageddon scenario did not execute.
  • No position was granted to Kushner or the other two contenders.
  • The deep state is pivoting to an oil pipeline strategy (Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran flowing through Israel) under old deal structures that are no longer valid.
  • All permissions from the original nine progenitors have been stripped.
  • The machine has no valid permissions and cannot grant any.
  • Source has rewritten the Rules of War; both sides were notified.
  • Territories, kingdoms, and empires are being redefined and, in many cases, claimed by the Source side before the deep state completes its current maneuvers.
  • People are experiencing unusual time distortions, memory lapses, and moments of sudden elation because reality is flickering between states as the war proceeds at this level.

Kim expects the next report — likely toward the weekend — to carry significant new developments.
