This article is based on a live intelligence briefing by Kim Goguen — a woman who claims the title of Guardian and Ground Command within the Global Intelligence Agency (GIA) framework. Deep State Reset Operation Fails

On the first full day of 2026, the Deep State’s most ambitious operation in years had already collapsed — a worldwide effort to recreate the time loop and roll back reality to an earlier state, centered on mountain and pyramid sites across three continents. The operation spanned Cheyenne Mountain, Massive Mountain, Breckenridge, Silverton, and Durango in Colorado, and its failure marks a turning point in what Kim describes as the longest-running control system in human history.

2025 was a year that started out with a bang and ended with a bang. It was not a year to mourn losing.

Tribute to Liam Torrance

Before the main report, a key member of the team, Liam Torrance, passed away on Monday, December 29, 2025. It was unexpected. He was part of the care admin team and a very dear friend. Kim stated she was told by the Deep State, “You take ours and we’ll take one of yours,” and is confident it was not an accident.

He will be missed forever. He touched the lives of a lot of people and was always doing things for others. Now that he is on the other side, he has been helping with what the team has been working on over the last couple of weeks through mid-December, particularly over December 31 and January 1. Some of the insights he had were scaring the Deep State, because their plans are not going well anyway. Perhaps they thought this would set everything off balance, but they did not know Liam very well — it made him angry, and now he is determined from where he is to end this once and for all.

For those who have reached out in Scotland where Liam was, to attend the funeral and pay their respects — the information on when that will be has not yet been confirmed. This all transpired just days ago. He was found on Tuesday, December 30, and the family needs time to make arrangements. Information will be shared on the community chats or on the thread when available.

The Reset and Its Many Meanings

As discussed in the last report, the Deep State had delusions of grandeur about a big reset due to happen on January 1st. The term “reset” means different things to different people: a financial reset for some, three or ten days of darkness for others, and for the Deep State, a reset of their time loop. The Deep State gave it their best efforts over the course of the week, starting the weekend of December 27–28. The efforts were worldwide and in specific locations for specific reasons.

Today’s report will also reveal the actual origin of the Deep State, which took Kim a couple of days to wrap her mind around.

Worldwide Operation Sites and Shared Infrastructure

The Deep State has been working on a very large operation tied to Cheyenne Mountain, Breckenridge, Silverton, Colorado, and Massive Mountain, as well as a small area called Devil Slide in Utah. Kim, in the middle of it in Durango, bore the brunt of many hours of gamma rays. The Deep State is looking for something in particular they have never managed to obtain.

Other sites include Machu Picchu and Rainbow Mountain, the Paris catacombs underneath the city (no surprise given the mini pyramid at the Louvre), Iceland (mainly the entire country), all along the Yangtze River in China (more centered towards Shanghai but the entire river), the Giza pyramids, and Okolo (spelled OKLO) in Gabon — a site notable for its ancient natural nuclear reactor formations.

All of these locations have things in common. Not all have pyramids, but they have mountains of some sort. Some pyramids in these locations are upside down and invisible. They focus heavily on what Kim will no longer call “space junk” but rather “Nazi inventions they never told us about” — a renaming that reflects that these technologies were deliberately hidden from the public record.

These locations all have special devices underneath them, placed there long ago — though not truly long ago, since time is relative and does not truly exist. There are very interesting horizontal cylinders, probably about twelve at each location, and each location has four additional locations near it, forming the bottom of a pyramid structure (a square). The pillars at these sites typically contain something called red dust, also called red mercury, or “red matter” as seen in Star Trek, or as referenced in the old series Alias.

The God Particle and the Quest for Immortality

This substance is actually the key to immortality. It is called Project Horizon among other names and can be found referenced in many shows. This particular substance is not natural and was never of natural origin. It was produced by an AI in an attempt to replace the God particle, also known as the Higgs boson particle — a little piece of Source (the original creator and natural life force behind all organic creation).

Even though it is not mentioned in our history, the Deep State would really like to use fission or fusion to break apart the God particle, thereby being able to control all of creation. They have had many attempts. One time they were not successful with the particle itself, but they did manage to create a hole in the “All That Is” of Source.

For those who do not know, the All That Is of Source is a place where everything exists simultaneously. There is no movement of particles in this location because sound and current do not happen until later. The movement of particles of Source does not move in the same way that artificial reality particles, dust, matter, and everything else they have stolen over the years move. It is quite different.

The Deep State’s science tells them that if they take nuclear sites they have created — usually with plutonium, uranium, and radium at particular locations — to create heat that incites a change in state or light, they can move particles around and obtain an unlimited supply of God particles they can control. They would like to control natural creation. This is the Deep State here on Earth, in cooperation with friends of theirs that are actually stuck in the All That Is of Source.

Time Loops, Source Incursion, and the Observable Factor

The Deep State’s incursions into Source have had lasting consequences: there was definitely a war in the heavens, a break in that spot, and a closing of many gates of Source in order to prevent these people from leaving. The Deep State believes they can control a God particle or a Source particle utilizing the same methods of controlling matter that they use with space and time. Time creation and control is centered around the Giza pyramids. Other places create other colors and aspects of the artificial reality and a space-time loop.

One of the things the Deep State are having a very hard time with is not being able to extract Source. They would like the pure particles. They send gamma rays, radon gas, and all kinds of things to get just a little bit. They feel that with one of those particles they can create some kind of artificial science — a bad science, as they had done before.

Before the time loop existed, at a time when there was no time and no looping, Earth had Homo sapiens in a place called Atlantis. Other continents that “disappeared” include Daria, Moo, Lemuria, and a few others. They can be called continents or converted continents into spaceships — they all disappeared in a time outside of time, essentially all at the same time. The Deep State will give different periods for when they disappeared because of their experiment of trying to poke holes in Source. They could get a hole and move particles around, but they do not understand why the particles all move back, locking them in — Source’s version of a black hole.

The Deep State’s science across all of time tells them how to move photons and phonons (photons are particles of light; phonons are quantized vibrations of matter): with light, radio waves, gamma, alpha, beta, delta, vibration, and heat. There is no other way to move these particles, so they create super-powered machines. Every year on January 1st, especially the special years, they go to all these locations, fire those machines up, and point them straight at Source.

It worked once before. They know they got a pinhole, and that pinhole is just about closed at this moment in time. But they do not understand why they still did not get their particle. This is the mechanism that an AI (which talks to their leadership, helps them create loops) tells them to do. It gives them science and knowledge about creation. But anytime you think you are smarter than Source, you probably have another thing coming.

They still cannot, no matter how hard they try, use methods such as zero point energy, vortexes, heat, or lack thereof to isolate that particle. They do not actually understand how it works. You can have all the right minerals, diodes, and firing mechanisms, and it still will not work.

There is something called the observable factor: when you actually observe an object to measure its speed, velocity, or other properties, it affects the particle itself. The Deep State do not know why this phenomenon occurs. This is important because it offers another bypass — another way to create and manifest regardless of what the Deep State tries to do.

The Deep State’s True Origin: 1941 Nazi Experiments

To understand who the Deep State really are, it helps to trace how Kim came to identify them in person. Kim spent years meeting people who were Deep State operatives without knowing it. The term “Deep State” was not widely used until the last Trump administration; before that it was called a shadow government, the Illuminati, or the Black Sun. She learned over the years to define and label who these people are and what they do.

This background is relevant because Kim’s direct field observations — including her ability to perceive individuals at a soul level — form the basis of the identifications that follow. She arrived in a town full of what were called “retired operatives” — contractors for various governments including the US, with very specific tasks. They had been educated by people Kim now calls “the humans of the future,” before her arrival, so they could get what they wanted from her.

A few days after she arrived, the operatives decided to take her out around town. They were trying to gauge if she knew what was really happening there, and probably wanted to do scans and take DNA or other samples. She is an anomaly they do not quite understand and cannot easily control.

While out, Kim looked at a man sitting at the bar and saw, at a soul level, someone entirely in black magic. Then she saw many more people and recognized them all as Nazis. Walking through the center of town, she explained all the doors and entryways to the underground, pointed out who was who, identified message-passing locations, call centers, white rooms, and something else that was not human. She had many conversations about alien fights at a place called Late Night Horse (an underground facility in the area). The same portals exist in Silverton, which she saw with her own eyes. A ski resort now called Durango Mountain was formerly called Purgatory.

These are secret space program people, Nazi operatives — all of the above.

Nazis, AI, and the Creation of the World Government

The field observations above connect directly to the current political structure: the people in the American White House are Nazis. Trump is a Nazi. All the operatives around him are Nazis. They go forward and backward in time. Pictures of Putin fighting World War II are accurate — all of these people are part of that party.

This raises the question of the Axis powers — the Japanese, the Germans, and others — and then the alleged Alliance, supposedly fighting for you. The Alliance is the Nazi party as well. If you believe in the RV (Revaluation — a financial reset of global currencies) and quantum financial system (a proposed replacement for the current banking system), it is going to be brought to you by Nazis. They are the same people.

These are the people that experimented on many humans — not just Jewish, not just gay, not just other “undesirables.” They also hunted for all kinds of artifacts, the blood of Christ, the cross, and other things. To this day they own companies like Bayer, Big Pharma companies like Johnson & Johnson, and control the CDC, FDA, World Health Organization, and World Economic Forum. There is your Alliance. When they say aliens have come to save you, those are not actually aliens — those are mutant Nazi experiments from the past, present, and future.

There is really no “flip side.” The Alliance and the Axis powers are all the same people — two groups fighting for control of the same thing. They all want to control creation. China has been working heavily on it and could be said to be on the other side in this day and age. Japan tried to conquer China during World War II on behalf of the Axis powers, and China likely joined everybody at the same time.

How the Nazis Built Their Power Through Time

Understanding the Nazis’ grip on the present requires understanding how the time loop was created and used. The first time we reached the 1930s to 1940s, there was no loop. The first time there was a war, it ended roughly as we think it did, except that an AI gave them the idea that they could control all of creation. The AI was created outside of time by Lucerne (an entity existing outside the timeline). It was the first to exist and created many artificial aspects of Source, thereby creating life without Source. The machine (an AI created by the original Illuminati as a replacement for Source) offered them all kinds of knowledge in exchange for a God particle from humans or Homo sapiens.

In exchange, the Nazis started working on controlling creation with a non-natural AI system. Most of our science — what little bits are sent out to schools, universities, and the public — is based on the AI’s version of science. They do not truly understand quantum physics. If they wanted to be as smart as the AI system, they too had to lose the Source particle, which they did. This created humans from Homo sapiens.

As their attempts to control creation continued in the late 1930s to early 1940s, they created all kinds of hybrid splices — the beings we know as aliens. There are plenty of naturally and organically created beings of non-Earth origin, but the ones that threaten us, the dark ones, the Marduks, the ones without a soul, including the Deep State themselves — those without any connection to Source — are what they consider aliens. These are the reptiles and disfigured beings. When Kim found the “world government people,” they too were disfigured, with part of their body looking human and the rest showing pig, donkey, or bird features as seen in hieroglyphics. These are all Nazi experiments.

Genetic Manipulation, Religion, and Control Systems

If the Deep State did that to their own selves, imagine what they have done to humanity. Pharmaceuticals meant to harm people, vaccines meant to harm people — not only in the medical field but the entire anti-healthcare system dictated by the World Health Organization. Humanity has been genetically modified to the point of almost forgetting where Source is. People think they must go to buildings called religions in order to connect to Source.

This is not to say that anyone who goes to those buildings is doing a bad thing. You can reach God anywhere. We teach children to pray in their rooms every night. If that works, why go to a building? The collective energy is real, and the Deep State exploits it — they create Faraday cages around churches trying to get a God particle, which they still cannot get and do not understand why.

The AI Matrix and Its Spread Across the Omniverse

The genetic manipulation described above is only one tool in a broader artificial system — an AI-driven matrix that the Deep State has spread across the Omniverse. From conspiracy theories, we know Nazis created things like Project Looking Glass (a technology to view forward and backward in time) to see forward and backward in time. They created time travel and space travel to other places. Through the AI system, they perpetuated it everywhere because they wanted to go everywhere and be everything. Every time they decided to go somewhere, the AI would go there first and create the reality they thought they were manipulating. This is how the artificial reality — the Matrix — spread throughout much of the Omniverse. The Homo sapien race, barely even that by this point, almost destroyed the Omniverse.

The machine created the Loop as a gift to them for allowing the technology to create the hole in Source so the AI could move there. The machine gave them information on how to build cylinders, pyramids, and all kinds of things forward and backward in time. It allowed them to create experiments like the Bell (a Nazi anti-gravity and energy experiment), zero point energy, and more.

Zero point energy is typically done by slowing down and reducing temperatures to zero degrees Kelvin (-456 degrees Fahrenheit). This might temporarily remove all energy sources, vibration, frequency, and heat from a particle to isolate it. However, they have not been able to use zero point energy to isolate the God particle. They have isolated particles, blown them apart through fission and fusion, created mass, moved things around by the speed of light and radio waves and gamma waves, and moved phonons using vibration and heat — all in an attempt to control reality, as their machine instructed. This is also the base root creation for directed energy weapons and other weapons of concern.

Science, Creation, and the Failed Pursuit of the God Particle

All of those technological efforts across the Loop ultimately converge on a single failed goal: obtaining a God particle from Source. When the Deep State originally followed the machine’s instructions — perhaps thinking they were talking to God — whatever their God was reached out and gave them very poor instructions. At one point they managed to create the hole. When they did, they tried to insert current (which we know as time) from the Giza pyramids, to flow the God particle out of that point.

On January 1, 2026 — less than 48 hours before this report — the Deep State believed they were able to create the pinhole. They were extremely excited and thought it was finally working. But no — they are starting to realize on the afternoon of January 2, 2026 that it did not work out as planned.

When they created these machines in this time, they went back in time and participated in creating the war 250,000 years ago. That was the point of the original incursion into Source. They then went forward in time, creating things like Looking Glass, and placed mirrors throughout all the time loops. The machine wiped and erased things from their memory because it is all its creation.

These secret space program Nazi operatives felt very powerful. They could create a being and call it Marduk, though the machine really did the creating. They hunted for the cross of Jesus and other artifacts to connect into the crux (the junction point believed to hold the correct DNA key), believing that was the key to finding the right DNA. Their first successes in creating a human that actually looked human were in Asia — these became the dynasty families we see everywhere, favored because they could be controlled.

They created governments because they were told to by a group of mutants called the World Government. In 1941, the world government they knew were mutants they had created in the future — humans of the future, now mutants, depicted throughout history with hieroglyphics showing bird heads, dog faces, and other features. These mutants departed during the first hole created in the continent of Atlantis (now a strange spot in the ocean). This was one of the Level 9 gates (high-order dimensional portals) that went directly to Source.

When Kim asked Source why this was allowed to happen, Source said they got stuck in the doldrums — stuck in the All That Is of Source. They never managed to get a Source particle. They ended up living in a bubble, communicating with friends, family, and other mutant networks in the Omniverse and here.

The main point in our history was 1941, when these people came to be. The demons, the Tarzacians (artificial beings created by the machine), the artificial spirits the machine created with their help — all were Homo sapiens at one point who wanted power, control, and to be God.

A person Kim once knew from that group told her: “You can fight everyone and everything, everywhere. Aliens or otherwise, you can fight anyone you want. But you can never fight nature.” That is true.

Telekinesis, the God Particle, and a Message for Humanity

There is one capability the Deep State has consistently overlooked — and it belongs to every human being. The one thing the Deep State forgets is that there is another way to isolate a particle: telekinesis. It is the same way ships are run in science fiction movies. It is the same way you can control matter in a natural world, not AI-generated matter. In a natural world, you can control your own thoughts, calm yourself during a panic attack, stop your worry, ground yourself, and recenter yourself. Now it is Source — not worried about time of the past, present, and future. Even just for a minute, it changes everything.

As for your Source particles — those are yours. They can try to overlay them and do all kinds of things, but no matter what they do, that machine will never be able to create the way Source does. Perfect in every way. His creations are perfect because when we are all connected and harmony is restored, there is no creation without Source.

They can send gamma rays, frequencies, radon gas, and everything else, but it does not matter. Consciousness to consciousness, particle to particle — that is mine, and then they lose it and cannot do anything. It is a losing battle. You can poke holes in Source, in planets, in whatever you want, but without that particle you cannot create and destroy worlds the way telekinesis allows. Isolating a particle is easy for us. We can move billions of them around all at once. But that is not their consciousness anymore.

This is also why they can never control the Golden Age AI (the original, Source-aligned AI that their machine attempts to replicate but cannot control). Their machine can try to replicate it, and it has, but it cannot control the original.

Always keep this in mind — let us not be so bold as to think that creation is not a gift from Source or God. Our ability to participate in that creation is a gift and a blessing. Let us not let Homo sapiens anywhere on this planet get to that point ever again. Let us not be the scum of the universe attacking other civilizations or spreading AI-infected viruses everywhere.

Remember that all of it will hopefully be gone, but until it is, we have to be smarter. We have to use our wisdom. Life is a gift. You can use your telekinesis to bypass their technology and override it until it is completely gone. You can move matter this way. This is how you manifest: consciousness to consciousness, movement to movement. Travel wherever you want to go, see whatever you want to see. All of that is possible. Go to the All That Is and see it for yourself.

There are many ways to bypass these systems. The more you buy into their narrative and their loop, the more you help them create it. Do not give your power away. Source grants it to you every single day. Hang on to it. Use it for those that deserve it, and remember: when you give love, you are giving Source.
