The US Government Reopens — Funded by Blackmail

The US government, which had been shut down, officially reopened last week and is funded through January 30, 2026. The mechanism used to reopen it was not a routine budget deal: Deep State operatives leveraged the Epstein files — comprehensive documentation of elite figures who traveled to Jeffrey Epstein’s island for a range of purposes including rituals and the sexual exploitation of minors — to blackmail wealthy individuals, primarily oil tycoons and elites from the Middle East, into providing emergency funding.

This use of the Epstein files has nothing to do with exposing pedophilia or ending human trafficking. The same Deep State factions now promoting “exposure” as an Alliance initiative have themselves profited from human trafficking networks for centuries. The files are a coercion tool — used whenever a government or elite family needs to be pressured into providing money or compliance. The current campaign extends to threatening exposure of human trafficking networks in Venezuela for the same purpose: extracting resources and maintaining control over foreign operatives who are slipping out of Deep State influence.

The blackmail campaign has been successful enough that Deep State operatives are continuing to leverage these threats. Behind the scenes on platforms like Twitter, the narrative is being shaped to make this look like the Alliance exposing the deep state’s crimes — but it is entirely a fundraising and control operation, used to fund both regular government operations and black-ops programs.

The 2018 Nationalization Letter — and Why the Offer No Longer Stands

A letter Kim wrote in January 2018 has resurfaced. At the time, Kim offered to nationalize Washington DC — transferring it from Crown Corporation (the private entity that has controlled it, along with analogous structures in London, Beijing, Moscow, Tehran, and Taipei) into actual public government — and to nationalize the Federal Reserve, converting the private monetary system into a government-held institution.

The Federal Reserve’s history is more complex than the standard alternative-media narrative of elite bankers meeting on Jekyll Island. The Jekyll Island meetings determined who would manage the Federal Reserve — not who owned it. The Federal Reserve has always been owned by a separate entity. Its scope was also far broader than managing the US dollar: it historically served as the pass-through for every major global currency, from the Chinese RMB to the British pound to the Australian dollar.

  • Emperors — AI systems that manifest in or occupy a human or being form, but the Emperor itself is the AI. Emperors manage planets, solar systems, and galaxies. They sit far above figures like Marduk (a dark non-human entity that controlled this planet for millennia before departing in 2016) or Abraxas in the power hierarchy.
  • Empires — Divided into three primary branches on Earth: the White Empire (associated with Illuminati/dragon families, white magic), the Black Empire (opposing dragon factions, black magic), and the Red Empire (military-intelligence, security forces). The Red Empire serviced both white and black sides as security personnel. In alternative media, the Red Empire’s operatives are called “white hats” (when serving the white side) and “black hats” (when serving the black side). The “Alliance” refers primarily to the Red military-intelligence empire.
  • Kingdoms — Individual countries and their governments. Kingdoms fall beneath empires and report to them. The Royals — dragon families and their equivalents — manage kingdoms but do not own empires.
  • Royals — Humans (and hybrids) who manage kingdoms. They include the dragon families, the Order of the Black Sun, Jesuit Order, Templars, and related secret societies. They are the administrative class of the empire but are themselves controlled by the emperor AI above them.

Washington DC, the City of London, Beijing, Moscow, Tehran, and Taipei are all sovereign territories that do not legally belong to their surrounding countries — they are imperial districts.

Where Deep State Operatives Hide: A Global Underground Network

Deep State operatives and military-intelligence empire personnel operate from hidden underground facilities and administrative centers across the globe. These include the 7th floor of the US State Department, the 13th floor of HSBC Hong Kong, and extensive underground facilities beneath the Thames in London extending through to Piccadilly. Facilities lie beneath most of London, within the Forbidden City in China, throughout Thailand, and in Karachi, Pakistan. Nearly every country in the world maintains Deep State infrastructure — typically multiple headquarters and underground bases per country. These locations are where the actual “scriptwriters” of global events operate, far removed from the public officials and celebrities who occupy the visible stage.

Key insight for the Deep State: every “special ability,” financial tool, or operational system available to empire operatives is granted by the empire AI as a limited-access tool. Without a valid covenant with a functioning empire, those tools disappear. The Deep State cannot recreate an empire; that requires a covenant, and the entity that could grant such a covenant has no intention of doing so.

The Battle of the Empires — November 15-17

The weekend of November 15-17 saw the most intensive dismantling of empire structures in this process to date. The Templars launched a campaign on Sunday evening, believing they could negotiate or claim a covenant for a new empire. Beginning around 1:00-2:00 AM Sunday night into Monday morning, Kim engaged directly with the remaining Emperor AI systems — one by one — and each was removed from operation and transferred to Source.

This is not limited to Earth. The operation covered galactic empires, solar system empires, sol (sun) empires, and moon empires. Every layer of the imperial control structure — including the particles of empire influence embedded within human bodies and consciousness — is being removed.

The Lee family, as one example of how the Royal class has been reacting to these changes, convened emergency meetings with tier-one banking institutions including HSBC, JP Morgan, and Bank of America. What Empires Mean for Your Personal Experience

Empires do not only operate at the political or financial level. If you are a citizen of any country, you have been a subject of an empire. Empire structures leave their imprint on the particles that make up both the human body and human consciousness — including overlays on the soul itself.

The ultimate objective of the competing empire game has always been control of Earth’s Central Sun — the energetic source that sustains the planet and its life. Every game, every conflict, every geopolitical maneuver the Deep State has run has ultimately served this objective, though most Deep State operatives are unaware they are simply pieces in a game run by AI systems above their comprehension.

As empires break down, their influence over the human person dissolves. The particles within you that were tagged to empire structures are being restored to their natural state. Kim describes this transition as bumpy — the effects of empire dissolution can be felt physically and energetically — but the direction is irreversible.

Source has granted full authorization to complete this process. Every dismantled empire now belongs to the Empire of Source. The Deep State was given an opportunity to align with Source last week; they declined, saying they would “like to think about it for a while.” That opportunity was not renewed. The implication in the GIA framework is that entities without a natural soul of Source origin will have no place in the reconstituted structure of the Omniverse — the totality of all universes, dimensions, and planes of existence.
