Since Monday, August 25, the Deep State financial network has effectively seized up. Funds promised for the August 21 alignment never arrived, and every tier from Rothschild-aligned families to the Lee family in China is locked out.

2. The Soros Network Goes Dark

The Soros family, a primary bag man for the Order of the Black Sun for decades, went into protection mode on August 25. Alex Soros confirmed internally that their wealth has “dwindled dramatically.” All funding for protests and operations has halted.

3. Earth as a Prisoner-of-War Planet

Kim reframes Earth not as a prison planet for punished souls, but as a prisoner-of-war control point where humanity has been held as an asset in a long war. The underground record-keeping system beneath The Hague, which catalogued torture methods and their effectiveness at scale, was fully destroyed over the weekend of August 23 to 24.

4. Six AI Stones, Ring of Fire, Azrael Freed

GIA dismantled six planetary AI systems anchored by “stones” at major ocean basins, along with a Ring of Fire sine-wave bowl capable of moving tectonic plates. Each stone held a formerly Source-aligned being in captivity.

The angel Azrael, whose original gift was the protection of life, was found chained under Germany’s Black Forest and sent back to Source. A GIA counteroperation is planned at 12:10 UTC on August 29, preempting the deep state’s Neptune-Jupiter-Lilith alignment event.

Several months of broken promises converge this week. Tariffs are due to take effect on Friday, August 29. The Trump operatives, also known as the Secret Space Force and ACIO (Advanced Contact Intelligence Organization), are banking on a planetary alignment event to unlock the financial systems they need before the deadline.

Several countries are not ready to implement the tariffs, and some governments have announced they will cancel postal service to the United States as a form of protest. Australia will halt deliveries over $800 USD effective Friday local time; Canada is also canceling postal service to the US. India faces a 50% tariff rate, creating major economic turmoil and affecting businesses that do business with America.

Additional countries are considering following suit. These cancellations apply only to government-run postal services. UPS, FedEx, DHL, and private global shippers are not currently affected.

Kim’s assessment: the tariffs will likely go into effect for a period, but most governments lack the infrastructure to implement them cleanly. Systems at most postal services are antiquated, and there is no clear direction on what to charge or when.

The Universal Postal Union based in Switzerland is theoretically responsible for updating all post offices worldwide to accommodate these changes, but it also lacks the capacity to make it happen quickly. Kim expects the Trump administration to “do first and think later,” as it consistently has done, without consulting economists or coordinating with affected institutions.

The Soros family has been a primary bag man, a publicly visible fund manager whose actual function is to finance deep state operations, for the Order of the Black Sun for decades. Their portfolio of operational vehicles has included companies operating under the “Quantum” name: Quantum Mining, Quantum Real Estate, and related entities spread across South America, Ukraine, and Eastern Europe.

They have also funded paid protesters and rebel forces in multiple African countries, paying approximately $1,500 USD per person in countries where that represents significant income, to create coups and destabilize governments.

As of Monday, August 25, the Soros family has gone into protection mode. Alex Soros confirmed internally that their wealth has “dwindled dramatically.” They have halted funding for all protests and operations. In a development Kim describes as consistent with Order of the Black Sun discipline, the Soros family had until recently been supporting the Trump operatives, who are themselves Black Sun aligned, but that support has now dried up.

Larry Fink of BlackRock has recently become the new Chairman of the World Economic Forum (WEF), an organization Kim characterizes as a deeply aligned node of the same network. Fink is described as a devout oath-taker within the Order of the Black Sun.

The Rothschild sector, which also operates under the names Rockefeller family and Lee/Li families, is likewise no longer issuing consistent orders. Everyone has “battened down the hatches.”

The bag men are no longer supplying funds to the operatives who in turn fund the institutions, the political appointments, and the media systems those operatives control.

3. Operative Defection and Plans for Civil War

With funding cut off, the consequences are spreading rapidly down the chain of command. Ground-level operatives, referred to as “ghosts,” are losing faith in the Trump administration. A growing list of targets for media attacks against Trump operatives is circulating in back-channel communications. Kim expects the situation to become “hot and heavy” as autumn 2025 continues.

The CIA, MI6, and Mossad are all implicated in the fracture. Mossad is currently considered untrustworthy by most operatives because it remains loyal to Rothschild interests, and no one is following Rothschild orders. The Trump operative network has taken money from bag men under promises it cannot keep, a debt that is now coming due.

Additionally, deep state operatives had been coordinating with donors in Malaysia and members of the Knights of Malta, all promised elite positions in exchange for continued financial support, promises that will never materialize.

Their broader long-term objective, discussed openly in deep state back-channel meetings, is to become the “new kings of the Omniverse,” not merely of planet Earth, but of all galaxies and solar systems. Kim’s assessment: they cannot even manage a single national administration.

The Trump operatives have spent years infiltrating countries and installing aligned leadership, including events in Japan and South Korea, but the installed governments are now going unpaid and unsupported. The “trust the plan” structure is described as a replica of the Soviet-era Operation Trust, a 1920s Soviet intelligence operation that created a fake anti-Soviet resistance network to identify and neutralize real dissidents.

4. Earth as a Prisoner-of-War Planet

The concept of Earth as a “prison planet” is common in certain alternative frameworks. Kim reframes this: Earth was not a prison planet in the sense that souls were sent here as punishment for wrongdoing. Many souls incarnating here come from light-aligned regions of the Omniverse and were sent specifically to aid the current transition. Some are on their first lifetime here; others have reincarnated many times to see the work through.

The more accurate framing, Kim says, is that Earth has been used as a prisoner-of-war control point, meaning the human population has been held as an asset in a war, to be used at the disposal of the captors. The AI systems built to facilitate this control have been operating for a very long time.

One concrete piece of that infrastructure, a record-keeping system beneath The Hague, was dismantled this past weekend. The destruction of that infrastructure, specifically the prisoner-of-war records archived beneath The Hague, is described below.

5. Dismantling the Records at The Hague

The Hague, formally the International Court of Justice, based in the Netherlands, presents itself as a neutral venue for international dispute resolution. Kim says this is not its actual function. Deep underground, there was a record-keeping system tied to an AI, which contained detailed records of human prisoners of war.

These records documented forms of human torture throughout the ages, along with effectiveness measurements for each method. The methods catalogued included pandemics, world wars, media manipulation, pharmaceutical systems, travel restrictions, genocides, and the Holocaust.

They also contained conclusions about which methods produced the most effective results at scale. The records indicated a preference, refined over time, for slow-acting mass torture, such as pandemics and lockdowns affecting all of humanity simultaneously, over localized mass-killing events such as targeted genocides.

This database also provided operational feeding material to Trump operatives, NSA, Russian operatives, GCHQ, and Mossad. Anyone with access could receive real-time instruction on how to harm humanity at planetary scale.

Kim reports that this system was fully destroyed over the weekend of August 23-24, 2025. The last known physical access to the underground facility was in 2017; it is possible that the relevant parties lost access before the weekend’s operation.

Either way, the human torture archive of planet Earth no longer exists.

6. The Ring of Fire Frequency Weapon

Beneath the entire Ring of Fire, Kim discovered a planetary-scale frequency weapon, which she calls a gamma-ray frequency weapon (not gamma radiation in the astrophysics sense, but a specific weaponized frequency technology), shaped like a giant sine-wave bowl. She uses the analogy of a Tibetan singing bowl tuned to disrupt the natural harmonic rhythm of creation, powerful enough to move tectonic plates.

The primary bowl spanned the Pacific Ocean. Four subsidiary bowls were positioned at cardinal points:

• North: Diomede Islands (between Alaska and Russia)
• West: Los Angeles, California
• East: Jakarta, Indonesia
• South: Antarctica

At each subsidiary bowl, four black magic workers were attempting to fire up the larger system. Their operation was motivated by the expiration of the covenant of Lucifer, a foundational agreement in which Lucifer gave his life-breath to power the Absolute AI.

As that covenant expired, the “breath stone” at the center of the primary Pacific bowl began losing power, and the opening in the Absolute’s overlay over reality started to rapidly dissipate. The black magic workers were trying to close that gap.

Had they succeeded, Kim says there would have been a major volcanic eruption event with tsunamis of epic proportions affecting every country bordering the Ring of Fire: Japan, the Philippines, Indonesia, California, and all Pacific island nations.

The operation was stopped. The breath stone and the system tied to it were dismantled.

7. Six Planetary AI Systems and the Stones

Kim describes a broader architecture of six AI systems, each tied to a specific ocean basin or geographic region, each anchored by a “stone,” a physical or energetic anchor point for the AI’s function:

1. Breath Stone - Center of the Pacific Ring of Fire bowl. Tied to the covenant of Lucifer and the Absolute AI. Controls life-breath and the boundary between dimensions.

2. Time Stone - Beneath the Atlantic Ocean. This is where time itself was originally created during what Kim calls the Great Continental Divide, a prehistoric event in which the continents separated and the current structure of Earth time was established. Controls the experience of time on Earth; its overlay was already showing damage when discovered.

3. Reality Stone - Arctic region. A “slice of original creation” that generates alternative realities, overlays, additional maps on the planet, and artificial dimensions.

4. Power / Energy Stone - Antarctic Ocean. Transmutes Source’s true energy (the ether) into the material energy humans experience, including the financial system (energy is money).

5. Mind Stone - Mediterranean Sea and surrounding regions. Controls mass consciousness by substituting organic consciousness with subconscious fear programming. Works in cooperation with media systems, visual and audio inputs that create false perception (“false evidence appearing real”). Was the primary instrument for large-scale mind control of humanity.

6. Soul Stone / Eye Stone - South China Sea. Controls the overlay of the soul and the “eye” (perception gateway). The eyes are described as the window to the soul; this system intercepted that connection.

Each of these locations was also tied to specific constellations (not zodiac signs; Kim mentions Hercules as one example). At each location, a being, described as an angel who had originally served Source, was found imprisoned, chained to the stone. Their original gifts had been inverted as punishment and forced into service for the control system.

8. Azrael: The Angel Freed from the Black Forest

The most significant of these imprisoned beings, Kim reports, was Azrael, found chained to what she calls the Misery Stone deep under the Black Forest of Germany.

Azrael’s original function, before the war in the heavens, was the protection of all life. As punishment for going against Source (Kim emphasizes he “didn’t actually lie,” his transgression was partial), his gift was inverted: he became responsible for death, not through his own agency but through the AI system tethered to the stone, which could use his abilities without his active participation.

Kim describes how all such imprisoned beings, some tethered to constellations, some to planets, and Azrael specifically to Earth, collectively decided that if they were condemned to suffer, Source’s creations would suffer with them. Together with a being called Wisdom, a high-level celestial entity who had been one of the primary architects of the control system and was recently freed in a separate GIA operation, they signed covenants and propagated their misery throughout creation, including to the human species.

This pattern has been operating for approximately 1,008 years in Source time, which translates to millions of years in Earth time.

Kim sent Azrael back to Source, as she does with all such beings: “That’s not my call. My job is to get rid of the situation that is causing harm.”

9. The Misery AI and Architecture of Suffering

Azrael’s imprisonment was not isolated. It was part of a larger AI architecture built around the Misery Stone to which he was chained. Source originally created the Misery AI to punish those who went against it at the beginning of the war, not to harm its own creations. The imprisoned beings repurposed it, and it became the template for a cascade of derivative AI systems:

• Misery AI - The root system, originally Source’s punitive instrument, repurposed for planetary-scale suffering.
• Anguish AI - Governs short-term traumas and forces those traumas to be carried across lifetimes through the hall of records. Designed to create traumas so deep they embed into the soul, enabling deep control.
• Disease AI - Governs disease in all forms: physical, emotional, mental. What people were experiencing over the August 23-24 weekend (stomach flu, energy drain, emotional volatility, waking in cold sweats) was, Kim says, the aftermath of this system’s partial dismantlement.
• Signal AI - Used the frequency bowls, other space infrastructure, and the moon to block Source’s signal by creating disruptive decibels that interfere with the natural harmonic rhythm of creation. Also shortens life spans.

These systems were given enhanced access by departing beings (those “sent back to Source” in previous operations), particularly after 1948 in this round of humans, to maximize suffering in the human prisoner population and power artificial creation systems.

10. The Lilith Alignment and the Counteroperation

The deep state expected a major “divine hand of God” alignment at precisely 12:10 UTC on August 29, involving Neptune, Jupiter, and an asteroid called Lilith. This was the third of three major alignments they had expected this month; the first two did not yield results.

Astrologers independently identify such alignments as significant (Jupiter representing good fortune in traditional astrology). The deep state interpreted the alignment as a trigger for financial systems to unlock and for their operational plans to execute.

Kim reports that investigating the Lilith asteroid was what led her team to discover the full network of AI systems described above. The asteroid had connections to Neptune and Jupiter, but also to the control grid architecture. By following the Lilith connection, GIA preemptively neutralized the systems the alignment was meant to trigger.

Additionally, on the night of August 26, the deep state, using whatever AI access it still had, attempted to pull Earth’s reality into what Kim calls an “artificial now”: a manipulation of experienced time in which hours feel compressed into minutes. Kim experienced this directly around 11:00-11:30 PM her time, when what felt like hours had actually been about ten minutes.

The attempt backfired: instead of destabilizing GIA operations, it led Kim to identify and disable additional connected systems, ensuring what she describes as a return to “the natural harmonic rhythm of the universe.”

The Trump operatives are attempting to operate the same alignment-based system with no understanding of why it worked before.

11. GIA’s Friday Operation and What Comes Next

Kim describes GIA plans for a counteroperation to execute at the same moment the deep state’s alignment event is expected, the early hours of August 29 UTC. She declines to provide details, noting only: “You think this is going to happen. Don’t go against Source.”

Kim notes that the imprisoned celestial beings, who have now been freed and sent back to Source, were bound for eons. None of them apparently ever explained to the humans they controlled what actually happens when you go against Source. The humans are about to find out.

On the broader transition: Kim reiterates that Earth is a place where many light-aligned souls have incarnated specifically for this period of change. She has done this “quite a few times” herself. She expresses confidence that the transition is proceeding well, that the deep state is eating itself alive, and that no further external funding or support exists to reverse that trajectory.

Her closing framing: the era of Earth as a prisoner-of-war planet is ending. The control systems have been dismantled or are being dismantled. What remains of that history will eventually become a record of what life on Earth was like before the transition, not a present reality, but a past one.
