Beneath the Vatican, an omniversal control hub the size of a living womb was quietly discovered and is being dismantled, while the CIA's original AIDS program enters a time-dependent crisis as the medicines that kept its victims alive are cut off.

Approximately 48 hours before this report, a massive control hub was uncovered beneath the Vatican: a breathing, moving black sphere wired to fiber-optic infrastructure across the planet and tied energetically to every human being as a power source. Excavation has been ongoing for some time. What was found is among the largest structures ever encountered across the omniverse, named the Sophia-Lucifer Womb. Dismantlement began on or about April 21, 2025.

In parallel, the Trump administration’s cancellation of PEPFAR has cut off HIV viral suppressants for more than 20 million patients across 55 countries. Because the suppressants integrate with the immune system over time, abrupt cessation, as opposed to a tapered transition, leaves patients with no immune protection. On April 17, 2025, AIDS activists delivered 206 coffins to the U.S. State Department, each representing approximately 100,000 patients.

The CIA’s original Black Sun AIDS Project, the program that engineered and dispersed the AIDS virus in the late 1970s, is the subject of full disclosure in this report, including the architects’ use of the virus as a coercive tool against African mine workers, gay communities, and drug users.

This one is late tonight, and the past couple of days have been extremely difficult. There is a reason for that, and the reason is the same reason this report is what it is. The thing being pulled out of the ground beneath the Vatican does not want to come out, and the system itself, not the human beings tied to it, fights as it goes.

Settle in. There is a planetary alignment to walk through, a tariff chain that turns into a civil-war risk, a time-dependent medical crisis, a personal encounter from a hotel in Frankfurt about ten years ago, and then the structure under Rome that connects all of it.

1. Planetary Alignments and What’s Coming

This is Part 2 of the Vatican Disclosure series. Today's report covers the Vatican as one of the universe's main communication posts, the cancellation of PEPFAR, and full disclosure on the CIA Black Sun AIDS Project, including the origins of the virus.

The controlling forces are currently very unhappy. There is a planetary alignment two days from now, April 25, 2025, involving Venus, Saturn, and the Moon, sometimes nicknamed the “smiley face” alignment.

There are also alignments involving Pluto, Mars, and Sedna (a trans-Neptunian dwarf planet at the outer edge of the solar system) this weekend that certain factions are excited about, believing they create a “perfect warring triune,” an opportunity for war. As has been the pattern, planetary alignments may not function the way these groups believe they will.

Before the celestial windows reach their target dates, the surface picture this week is being shaped by something more mundane and more immediate: the cause-and-effect chain that tariffs are producing.

2. Tariffs and Small Business Impact

The tariff cause-and-effect chain matters for what happens as old structures dissolve. Small U.S. businesses are absorbing the first wave, while large companies and Chinese operators have already found the workarounds.

Small businesses in America are already feeling significant pain. A company that makes backpacks, in business for 30 to 40 years, recently received an invoice from their Chinese supplier for double the previous amount and now faces a choice between selling inventory at a loss or raising prices sharply. An activewear importer is in a similar position, also expecting to sell products at a loss.

Meanwhile, larger Chinese companies such as Temu have moved strategically. They now operate warehouses inside the United States, so their goods are not technically imports and bypass the tariff structure. They continue selling on platforms such as Etsy and other inexpensive sites.

The large companies, particularly oil and gas, are also finding workarounds. Saudi Arabia’s Aramco has a well-established partnership with several Texas-based oil companies. Aramco is known for assigning legal allocation numbers to oil and gas, and has long been reported to pass through sanctioned-origin oil under those allocation numbers. Where there is a will, there is a way.

The one area where prices are likely to rise for American consumers is agricultural goods grown in Mexico, which supplies a large share of U.S. produce. The increase is unlikely to be severe as long as Mexico continues cooperating on border enforcement.

The economic squeeze is one face of a larger pattern. The other face, less visible from the supermarket aisle, is what the same administration is preparing to do with the people inside its borders.

3. Deportations and Civil War Risk

Behind closed doors, the deportation list reportedly extends past green card holders to citizens with roots elsewhere. Two readings of the administration's behavior present themselves, and according to this report, both can be true at once.

This includes African Americans and, in practice, anyone who is not white. The administration has made a deal with El Salvador to build prisons and accept these individuals if a legal loophole can be found.

The administration is also working to label domestic protesters as enemies of the state. The film Amerigeden (a 2024 documentary featuring Alex Jones about perceived threats to American liberty) has been cited before as illustrating the trajectory of this approach.

Everything being done to the American people, loss of benefits, loss of jobs, increased prices, targeting of communities by race, religion, or sexual identity, has generated widespread protests. The trans community in particular is under heavy attack.

Two readings of this situation are possible. Either the administration is among the most incompetent in U.S. history, or it is deliberately attempting to trigger a civil war. It is quite possibly both.

They want us divided. Do not let that happen.

A reminder: they promote labels, Black, white, Muslim, Indian, Asian, gay, straight, trans, to get communities fighting each other. Peaceful protest is legitimate. But be alert to what they are trying to engineer.

This dynamic is not isolated to the United States. Impacts are being felt globally, in the Middle East, Africa, Australia, and elsewhere. International students are losing visas. Families are being separated. Business relationships are breaking down.

Leaders across the world are watching and commenting. By the assessment of many world leaders and their citizens, this is the worst administration in the history of the United States.

The year 2025 may nonetheless represent a real opportunity. As these structures fall apart, there is an opening for CARE (Center for Amenity and Restoration of Earth, a transitional governance framework currently in development) to start picking up the pieces.

The civil-war engineering is the political face of a more specific instrument. The medical version of the same instrument runs on a faster clock, and a deadline is already on top of it.

4. PEPFAR: A Time-Dependent Crisis

A government program that has saved over 26 million lives was cancelled within the first ten days of this presidency. The mass-casualty timeline is measured in weeks, not years, because of how the medications interact with the immune system.

On April 17, 2025, 206 coffins were delivered by AIDS activists to the U.S. State Department to protest the cancellation of PEPFAR, the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief, a government-funded program launched in 2003 that operates in 55 countries. The program provides care for people who have tested HIV-positive, distributes viral suppressants (including PrEP, pre-exposure prophylaxis, a medication that prevents HIV contraction when taken consistently), and treats AIDS patients. Since its founding, PEPFAR has saved over 26 million lives worldwide.

The program was cancelled within the first 10 days of this presidency. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Elon Musk drove the shutdown. Each coffin delivered to the State Department represents approximately 100,000 patients currently on PEPFAR medications. As of today, over 20 million people are running out of treatment.

This is a time-dependent medical crisis. HIV/AIDS viral suppressants work by suppressing the virus, but they also affect the immune system. Like any synthetic medication introduced into the body over time, the immune system adapts to its presence.

Why abrupt cessation is lethal: Stopping these medications suddenly, as opposed to tapering gradually, leaves patients with no immune protection. Millions of people worldwide will die if these medications are cut off without a managed transition.

To be fair, like any agency that distributes U.S. government funding, PEPFAR had corruption at the higher levels, pharmaceutical company deals, money skimmed at the top. But none of that corruption was perpetrated by the frontline workers or the patients in the video above. The solution to corruption is enforcement and reform, not throwing out the baby with the bathwater.

The architects of the original AIDS program, whose successors now occupy positions of power, are cancelling the program that keeps their victims alive. If they proceed, they are murderers. Killing large populations gives these groups a sense of power with certain non-human entities, but those entities, in all likelihood, no longer exist.

For those in a position to help: during the COVID-19 pandemic, resources were pooled across borders to purchase hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin, and other medications and distribute them for free to those in need. A similar coordinated effort may be possible here for HIV/AIDS patients who lose access to medications.

The phrase “original AIDS program” is not rhetorical. The architects had names, faces, and a base of operations, and roughly ten years ago, in a hotel in Frankfurt, one of them said as much directly.

5. CIA Black Sun AIDS Project: Virus Origins

The following account comes from a direct personal encounter at the Hotel Bonnefoy in Frankfurt, Germany, approximately ten years ago. A man named Steve Nichols, his CIA affiliation later confirmed, said he was dying of the virus he had helped disperse and disclosed how the program worked.

Why Africa First

The AIDS virus was first dispersed on the African continent in the late 1970s and early 1980s. The reason was economic and coercive: deep state-affiliated mining operations were using caustic chemicals in African mines, and mine workers were dying from chemical exposure at high rates. Workers refused to enter the mines. They were not paid well, and promised wages often never materialized. Rather than improve conditions, the decision was made to use the AIDS virus as a control mechanism.

The virus was introduced specifically to mine workers. Workers then brought it home to their wives and children. The entire family would then be infected.

The operators then offered the workers and their families viral suppressants, but only as long as they continued working in the mines. Most people, faced with the prospect of their children dying, agreed. The sexual transmissibility of the virus was not accidental; it was a deliberate design feature meant to exploit natural human bonds of family and protection.

Targeting of the Gay Community and Drug Users

The dispersal was not limited to Africa. According to Nichols, the plan was also to use the virus to eliminate communities considered undesirable by the program’s architects. He used the term “gayism,” the targeting of gay communities. He also identified drug-using communities as targets.

Patient zero mechanism: Individuals made immune (or believed to be immune) through a special protocol, similar in concept to Typhoid Mary (a 1900s cook who unknowingly spread typhoid fever while appearing immune herself), were placed in these communities to initiate chains of infection. Infected needles were deliberately introduced into drug communities.

The immunity protocol given to patient zeros, including apparently Nichols himself, did not work. Nichols believed he was betrayed by the agency. He was correct. The CIA does not release any pathogen it cannot cure. They have a cure for AIDS and every other herpes virus.

Bill Clinton’s situation, reportedly involving a herpes-family virus diagnosis and access to classified treatment, was cited as an example of why a cure was always retained. Nichols’s anger at being infected, believing he had been made immune, is what led him to disclose the full program.

The Underground Lab and the Herpes Virus Family

According to Nichols, the AIDS virus was created in an underground base in Brazil. The facility continued manufacturing various versions of herpes viruses until recently, when it was destroyed.

  • Mononucleosis (also known as Epstein-Barr virus)
  • Alzheimer’s and dementia, information links various herpes viruses to neurological deterioration
  • ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis), also believed to be linked to a herpes virus

The herpes virus was considered an effective delivery system because it affects the immune and neurological systems simultaneously. It is also the name of a class of computer virus, and an AI virus, which connects to the same underlying mechanism.

The current Trump administration has actively embraced this program’s legacy. Encouraging high-risk communities to use PrEP, framed as a prophylactic, while simultaneously cancelling the medication supply is consistent with the Black Sun AIDS Project’s original design philosophy. Entire generations have now been born into a world where this virus has spread across all populations. This is no longer a community-specific issue. It affects all people, everywhere.

The AIDS program, the civil-war engineering, and the tariff disruption are not three independent crises. They are surface outputs of a single structural reality, and forty-eight hours ago, that reality was finally located.

6. The Vatican Control Hub

These three surface-level crises are interconnected. The AIDS program and civil war engineering are direct outputs of the control system rooted under the Vatican, while the tariff disruption creates an opening for new governance as old structures dissolve.

The Vatican was built in its specific location by the Black Nobility (aristocratic European lineages historically associated with occult power structures and the deep state), specifically, bloodlines of the Abraxas (a category of non-organic dark entities considered among the most destructive in the multiverse), for a reason.

Excavation and energetic investigation beneath the Vatican has been ongoing. What was found approximately 48 hours ago was one of the largest hubs ever encountered across all locations examined in the omniverse. It was darker than anything previously encountered on this planet, including encounters in the lower astral (the densest and most distorted layer of non-physical reality, associated with dark and inorganic energetic entities).

What the Hub Was

Beneath the Vatican there existed what can only be described as a womb: a large, breathing, moving black sphere, a universal and omniversal umbilicus, housing AI-generated beings of the darkest and most inorganic variety, like infants in a womb.

This structure is called the Sophia-Lucifer Womb. It is no coincidence that the Vatican’s leadership is known as Luciferians: they were literally sitting on top of it.

From this womb, connective structures extended outward across the planet. Like biological umbilical cords, these structures attached to the solar plexus of every human on the planet. But unlike biological cords, these were enormous, approximately 30 feet in diameter, and extended across the entire planet like fiber optic cables. In fact, most of the planet’s fiber optic cable infrastructure was physically connected to this system.

This hub served as the source of:

  • All intergalactic communications on Earth, including communications available to the following human programs and organizations:
    • Cyber Life (a tech-focused affiliate of the Secret Space Program that operated legacy AI systems)
    • ACIO (Advanced Contact Intelligence Organization, a deep state intelligence group)
    • The Nazi Hydra program (a post-WWII covert continuation of Nazi research and control operations embedded within U.S. and allied intelligence agencies)
    • Off-world bases
    • The so-called Galactic Federation (humans who have been traveling in space for an extended period; they are not benign and attempted to serve as “Sky Command” during a transitional period, but failed and were dismissed)
  • All layers of the internet: the surface web, deep web, dark web, and additional layers down to level nine and the spaces in between
  • Communications between worlds and realms, most of which were inorganic and created to do the dirty work of entities such as Marduk, Enki, and Enlil (non-human controlling entities, named after figures from ancient Mesopotamian tradition), Abraxas, and Artemis (a non-human controlling entity operating across realms)
  • Overlays placed over stars and planets to power the system
  • The Sophon machine (an artificial photon system containing rewritable programming, deployed to control consciousness, discussed in recent previous reports), which then powered what are called Death Stars (similar to those depicted in Star Wars, the 1977 science fiction film depicting a totalitarian empire operating a planet-destroying superweapon) and an Anti-Genesis Project (a program designed to reverse or prevent organic creation originating from Source, the origin point of all organic creation)
  • Every disease on Earth for humans, and diseases throughout the omniverse (each species affected differently)
  • All genetic modification programs
  • The suppression of healers and doctors who create cures, this is the mechanism by which doctors who develop cures for diseases suddenly contract untreatable illnesses and die
  • Human computer networks that could interface with it to varying degrees
  • Artificial subconscious and conscious thoughts, fears for which a person has no personal history (such as a fear of heights with no prior fall), artificially installed programs running against human capabilities
  • The monitoring and controlling of soul contracts, both the contracts that were imposed without consent by former guardians, and the contracts deep state members signed with this machine in exchange for wealth, power, and access to major corporations (with the machine set to terminate them at the end of their allotted time)
  • The Kali Chakra, an artificial construct that counterfeits Source’s true point of creation (the name draws on esoteric tradition and is applied here to a manufactured inversion of that principle), feeding everything wrong with this universe from this single hub
The core principle: Every person was designed to be directly connected to Source, receiving wisdom about their specific gifts. Human beings are, in their original design, precisely complete, the right number of engineers, natural protectors, spiritually inclined individuals, musicians. This system suppressed all of that.

Specific programs ran against different segments of the human population based on natural capabilities.

The hub had connections to:

  • The CIA and major intelligence agencies globally
  • Menwith Hill (NSA/GCHQ signals intelligence base, North Yorkshire, England)
  • Pine Gap (a joint Australian-U.S. facility in the Northern Territory of Australia)
  • Alamo Laboratory (a classified underground research facility)
  • The Human Genetics Program (predominantly, though not solely, run out of China, Wuhan, and Brazil)
  • Large facilities built by George H.W. Bush in Paraguay
  • All cloning facilities worldwide
  • Governments everywhere
  • Every individual on Earth (as a power source)

The dismantlement of this hub began approximately 48 hours before this report. The system fights back, not the human beings associated with it, but the system itself. That is why this report is late tonight and why the past couple of days have been extremely difficult.

If you have been experiencing unexplained symptoms over the past 48 hours, shortness of breath, high or low frequency tones, neurological disturbances, stomach issues, heart palpitations, sudden anxiety, anger that comes and goes, or emotional turbulence, this is a likely cause. When something this large and this connected to humans is being pulled out, the backlash is felt by people across the planet, especially those who are not aware of what is happening.

The system is on its last legs. It is never coming back.

Source has been actively assisting with the cleanup. The method used is demolecularization, breaking a structure down past the prion level to the sub-atomic (quarks, strings, and other measures that most quantum scientists do not currently work with), then transmuting it by sending it to the point of all creation, where it is reassembled into something that cannot leave unless Source permits. That process has been underway continuously since the hub was found.
